I have ordered takeout bone-in wings from this location several times, and aside from one misstep, I have had excellent experiences. The misstep I mentioned occurred when I ordered a combination plate of buffalo mild and lemon pepper wings; the mild wings didn’t have any sauce on them, and the restaurant closed shortly after I ordered them, so I couldn’t take them back. A few days later, I called and spoke to manager Nessa about the mild wings being sauceless, and she was pleasant and understanding. She offered me a credit for a future order. I used the credit and spoke with an employee who said Wingstop changed the recipe, so they cook the wings so the buffalo sauce soaks in. The employee put some extra buffalo sauce into my order, and even with the sauce, it still didn’t taste as good as when the wings came saturated with buffalo sauce. I placed another order and inquired about the new way they make the buffalo mild wings from a female employee, and she said Wingstop hasn’t changed anything, but the employees aren’t making it right. I loved the way the mild wings came saturated with sauce before, and I am not fond of the “ let the sauce soak in” approach. Therefore, I will order all lemon pepper wings until they return to the wet buffalo mild wings. I ordered mild buffalo wings at a different location, and they were the tasty, wet, mild wings I love, so there must be a learning curve in the kitchen here. Regardless, all the staff I encountered have been pleasant, and it’s not killing me not to eat the mild wings. This restaurant is still five stars despite the learning curve in the kitchen. I will continue to eat their scrumptious lemon pepper wings in the meantime.

I’ve ordered bone in wings, wedges and veggies 3 times. Wings were cooked crispy just how I like them. Wedges were hot and fresh as well. The only issue I’ve experienced has been with the veggies. They’re not very fresh and they give a small amount. Other than that, so far so good.

I’ve had meetings here now for a few days and I must say from front counter register employees to back of the house all so very attentive when dealing with customer service, I take it very seriously as I was told I was very fast efficient and I took my jobs with pride. I can definitely notice good workers. Highly recommend place if you visiting town and need a good stop not too far from the allegiant stadium!! Big shout out to Cashier Perla, Oscar (loved those fries) thanks again and Italia I haven’t seen a great trainer in a while I do have to say and how not only I caught on to that so did a few other clients customers guests. Keep up the good work Ps. Was also told many rather drive here instead for many reasons 😉

Ordered via app for a pick-up the next day, anticipating a busy day (NCAA). Arrived at my scheduled time and apparently my "ticket" had not printed. so I'm sitting there like an idiot while all the other orders are flying out of the kitchen. All I was offered was a drink "for my wait". I didn't even want that, I guess an overpriced $3 soda will cure all my anger.

Over priced wings and they were small. Waste of time going there.

I waited 30 minutes to receive bones for $30 plus! Ridiculous, you can do better Wing stop! Shameful!

They say they except debit but kept running my card as credit so it wouldn't go through even though that card works everywhere that excepts debit. Also the air conditioner is not cool enough in the customer area.

Speaking from my own experiences, I really enjoy this Wingstop location! We haven't had any issue with our orders to date and we have ordered a few times now. We personally like to order lemon pepper wings with ranch, well done. I will normally order flats only and my boyfriend will get a mix of the two. They always come out perfect with the right amount of seasoning! My boyfriend is also sensitive to gluten and we learned they use separate fryers for their breaded items. Of course, always call to confirm on your own. I personally just don't like their fries. They taste sweet and they never get crispy.

My first and last visit here. The wings were to a crisp that even the meat was not edible. The wings had no sauce, but plenty of grease. They were thrown out. The only good side was that I was able to get a refund after they offered me to have them remade. I saw what they make even having them remade, would've done me no good.do not recommend going here if you want to eat wings

Well almost a year later and we tried again. My expectations are too high. We ordered the all in bundle and here is where I was confused, maybe I am nitpicking as well. For the 16 boneless I asked for half garlic parm and half lemon herb. Somehow that ended up being 9 and 7 when I picked it up. For the tenders, I wanted mango habanero, but they don't do that due to a change in the recipe for tenders and wanting to keep them "crispy". I said can I get it on the side, sure. So why was I charged $1.49 for sauce on the side? If you don't do a run, then it's extra? Da funk. Why didn't the lady tell me? The boneless wings were good and the new tenders were a bit small and not hot.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to grab lunch. This location always seems to be busy and this day was no exception. The restaurant is small and generally pretty clean. The last couple times I've been here they had some soda options run out as we got fountain drinks (yes a partial cup before it ran out). Howe the wings and food have always been great!

For the first time I tried just Parmesan fries, usually we order lemon Parmesan but to me it's always salty. Today we just got Parmesan and it's the BEST Fries I had!!!!! We asked for extra Parmesan but I guess it wasn't extra from my point of view! But definitely again I will order these!!!!

O wanna thank the team of Wingstop I love Adam customer service . I appreciate the team 2/19/2024. Not to mention the restaurant is very very clean.

This wing stop location is on the newer side of being built and we have stopped in a few times. ITS ALWAYS BUSY. There isn't another location near without driving to eastern. With it always being busy, our food is always late. It says pick up 8:15, you can count on that being 8:20-8:25. With them being so busy, your food is always a fresh! So it's a happy trade off in my book.

If i could give these zero stars i would, how disappointing to order 40 dollars worth of food and practically get chicken nuggets. I have ordered from wingstop so many times and this time our food was all just the breading of the wings and no chicken. The wings were so tiny, and disappointing. Never ordering from here again

I do not like to write an unfair review so first, foods and services there were good as expected. So nothing to do with the shop at the location. It's just the size of the wings smaller. If it's subtle, I don't mind, but without exaggerations, it got smaller at least 30 to 40%. All the wings were uniformly small so it's hard for me to think that people there intentionally picked the small ones. If I was just unlucky to have the smaller batch bought from their usual vendors, I'll look forward to eating them another time. But if the corporate decided to cut costs by buying cheaper smaller chicken or changing the vendors, that's another story. Since their IPO in 2015, their priority has shifted to their shareholders rather than customers. I understand it and defend their intention. But aren't the intention so obvious to customers bad for the company in the long run? Anyway I'll have one more order in months. Let's see if I was just unlucky or my assumption was right....

BE AWARE of this place. Found a cockroach in my French fries!!! Don't eat here!!! They tried to cover it up saying it was corn . Reporting them to Department of Health, this location needs to be shut down!!!

I didn't like that my sandwich was burnt and even the bottom was the same way I always enjoy Wingstop and this is the first time this has happened I was a bit upset at the matter

Zero stars! Got 12 bone in wings (out of 30 piece rest were boneless). Gave me all drumsticks except for one. 11 drums. 1 Flat. Pissed! Low budget. Give customers what they order. If I order all flats you would charge extra. This isn't what I wanted or ordered. 50/50 would have been acceptable. Loosing a customer by cutting corners

I love Wingstop! We've come to this location a handful of times and haven't been disappointed yet. Food is always fresh and on point. Cooked the way we order it and staff is always so prompt and friendly. Love that there's this location close to home.

Pleasant staff and helpful manager who approved the military/veteran 10% discount. We opted to wait inside until our order was ready, no seating inside during C-19. After perusing the menu we ordered the 10 piece boneless wings with half Korean BBQ and half Hickory Smoke BBQ The boneless wings were hot and flavor was good 4/5. We also ordered a 15 piece classic with half garlic parmesan and original hot both flats only. These were all cold and flavor was disappointing 2/5. When ordering the food, the server had us choose some dipping sauces for our chicken and spent the time to go through the list and even double checked with us on which we chose. This didn't show up on the receipt since they were FOC. When we opened the bag at home, no sauces were to be found :( 0/5. Positive, the boneless wings and discount available. Negative, their flats were dry and tasteless :( If we do return, we will stick with the boneless wings.

Great customer service. We have ordered over 10 times from this location and staff has been extremely friendly. They can never say my name right, haha. Ambience is ok, just like any other wingstop. The only two complaints I have is that their quality of food is not consistent. I often find extremely small pieces, sometimes instead 5 regular size pieces they will give 7 really small ones and this happen very often and second complaint is they don't marinate properly to the point you will see no sauce of some pieces or may be some sauce on top and back is dry. I really like this location, i hope they improve quality of food, service is right on.

The best Lemmon pepper wings two times in a row. I can't wait to go back I love consistency in a restaurant it means everything!!!

I ordered 2 10 piece wings 1 with half mild and half Hawaiian the other half Korean q and half garlic parmesan. For whatever reason, none of the wings are sauced all the way and my mild wings are PINK! I spend $35 for wings I'm afraid to eat!

Ordered delivery directly from the website. We received our order incomplete. We were missing fries, cheese fries, a chicken sandwich, blue cheese, ranch. Called back to let them know and was put on hold the server could get a manager. On hold for 10 minutes before I used my other phone to call and just ask to speak to a manager. She got on right away no holding. She was just like "oh ok we'll refund you for the missing items." No apologies. The food we actually did get was dry. Not enough sauce and not having the dipping sauce didn't help. We will not be coming back again. Too many places to wings to have to deal with this.

Delicious, fast and very friendly staff! Can't go wrong with a fast dinner option when we are hanging out with friends. The staff at this Wingstop was absolutely great! Thank you for the fast and friendly service!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't get my order perfectly correctly ( 100 pcs mix) but it was all good. Wingstop is a staple food for most of our parties. Everyone enjoys wings.

Was disappointed!! The chicken did not taste fully cooked. The least you can do was at least cook them well!!! With everything expensive nowadays at least give good service and satisfy your customers. So sad!! Again, very disappointing!!!!!!

This is just ridiculous. Burnt chicken sandwich, burnt fries, wings were just thrown into the box/packing. I understand this is a very busy and understaffed location however, if im going to wait 45 mins to 1 hour for my food (even after I got a notification that it was ready) I just expect food that's actually edible and presented better.

All the reviews on order accuracy is 100% true. Hit or miss with this location and when you ask for a supervisor/manager on duty get ready to be placed on hold for a bit. Refund process is easy just the first and last name of your order. Ended up submitting a survey to corporate. If more folks did that maybe it will light a fire up there ass to get things moving in the right direction. Who knows?

I was just in here not that long ago and omg the server there I think his name is "aj" was so friendly and honestly so good looking. Extremely jealous of whoever he is pulling bud more importantly jealous of anyone who can eat here more than me because the food was so rest and well prepared. Best experience ever

Expect to wait if you walk in on weekends. Especially behind door dash & Grubhubs orders, they have plenty lol We've gone once every two weeks & a handful of staffs are very nice & happy! Wings are always great here. Good flavors. Lemon pepper, Louisiana Cajun & Korean bbq is always our go to. Small place so you can hear the lip smacking of the ones dining & the painful growling tummies of the ones ordering. That's me. Worth the wait!

the team member alejandra was so nice and had great customer service, my dad has hearing damage and she repeated herself many times and did not show she was annoyed with her repeating herself. she told us if we took the survey on our recpeit we can can a coupon for free fries. she checked on us while we ate as she was filling the ice up in the soda machine. everyone there was super nice and the restraunt was clean and fast!

This place is a small location, but always busy. They have it very organized for pick ups/ordering. They have the soda machine that you can select any flavor for each type of soda. The soda can be flat their sometimes so I recommend tasting it before you leave. They never mess up my order and always have it prepared on time.

i'd give zero if i could this is the most dogshit restaurant in the chain it took 50 minutes to receive food for 3 people when literal families were ordering after us and getting their food before us. i was in a rush and missed something important. idk about yall but waiting 50 min for some mid ass wings ain't worth at all.

The food is usually good but they seem to run out of ice almost every night. 75% of the time they don't have ice and their soda machine is warm.

Finally decided to give this location another try after year and I'm glad I did. They've definitely stepped it up since my last review. I tried the 420 hot box and it was perfection! Wings were cooked just right and the fries weren't soggy. I'll have to give them a few more tries before I'm fully convinced but so far so good.

The last 2 times I've ordered chicken wings from them, I've had feathers on my flats. For the price I pay, that is unacceptable. Me and my son's wings last night had feathers and I almost vomited and threw them away. I'm so SICK of this and will no longer be ordering from Wingstop. The quality of their wings has gone waaayyy down.

It's shit. Shit service, shit staff shitty food. Bye. Calling in an order for pick up is always a disaster. I have been put on hold 3 times and 3 times my calls have been dropped! It's really rude! I get when a place is busy but don't just hang up on your customers. This is a common occurrence too. Honestly, just don't even bother with this location.

Well, first time trying this location, not sure if we will be back. No one was waiting ahead of us, and no one at the register, finally a young man walks up to take order while the others continue talking. He was obviously very new, had no clue of what he was doing. No one watching/training him. I guess I don't understand why people think they can continue to provide poor service and they will have a job. I do not blame the person trying to help us, but the others too busy talking and not able to help a fellow worker, to provide good service. The wings we got were ok, the boneless were like crappy nuggets. Try it is you want, good luck.

Ordered a meal online for pickup and unfortunately my order was not ready when I was told it would be ready for pick it. I waited an additional 15 minutes. The staff was not too customer service savvy, almost like a dry personality. The wings were fine and what you would expect, as were the fries.

I live coming to this Wingstop, they are always so nice and kind, but the manager Adrian really made my night watching her interact so politely and to not just the customers but also her staff. my family and I will always come to this wing stop as long as Adrian is here! awesome job and continue doing it!

Visited this location while we were in town for a tournament customer service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Worst Wingstop experience ever. I Placed order 20 minutes before closing. once I arrived home I realized that (Sally) the seemingly incompetent employee messed up my order even though she repeated it back to me. I returned the next day and was further disappointed when having to deal with the equally incompetent and unpleasant so-called manager who did virtually nothing to rectify the situation. I will eat at Wingstop again in the future but NEVER at this location. And last but not least the lemon pepper chicken that I always order, they somehow found a way to make it disgusting at this location. SMH. Shame on you blue diamond Wingstop

Placed an order to go and the service and speed was great despite being very busy they had everything under control A+

I do love chicken wings! This location gets pretty busy around lunch/dinnertime and so we order online/via app to try to expedite pick up. Unfortunately twice on different orders, on my husband's order they forgot the fries and then next time my turn they forgot veggie sticks. He didn't check order and when he got home we saw fries missing and then he had to return to get and then our food was cold when it finally got home which was a bit disappointing. We learned then, before walking out check bags and caught my veggie sticks so not to waste trip. On other occasions service and taste is good, but I had to omit stars for missing sides. Thank goodness they never forget the chicken and always get it flavored/sauced right and we get correct amount per order. But, I'd warn to check your bag upon receipt for sides and if staff can ensure orders are complete before they get packaged to go that would improve my review!

My kids and I love Wing Stop. It's a bit too pricey...but i guess that's the way it goes. The crew are young. They are sweet and very accommodating.

Really was hoping this location would get better but unfortunately it hasn't. The wings always come out cold and stale, the fries taste old and dry and they often don't fully toss the wings so they don't get an even coat of sauce in all of them. Customer service is usually pretty good but unfortunately that's where things stop.

I've been coming to this location for a while now, tried a bunch of different flavors which were all pretty good. The staff are very friendly, there's a somewhat new girl in the front that is patient with me while I decide on what I want, very friendly and kind.

If you want a sarcastic attitude, possible food poisoning, undercooked chicken, and super salty and soggy fries, come get your wings here or go to the many other places in Las Vegas that serve wings. The only bathroom has a broken soap dispenser which doesn't actually dispense soap, so if the employees also use this bathroom that's food poisoning or worse waiting to happen. The Latina employee with glasses and lip liner cares more about flirting with certain male customers than doing her job and if you interrupt said flirting to ask for job related things she gives you attitude and sarcasm. I've worked in restaurants so I'm always kind to staff because I understand how customer service can be draining. I still have never experienced someone so rude and act so juvenile. Boneless wings were undercooked and fries were too salty.

Wingstop is my favorite common chain to get wings. The wings are always fresh, crispy, and flavorful. Exactly how I want my wings cooked. I prefer the dry rubs so Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper are my recommendations. The fries are a combo of sweet and salty because there is sugar on them. I don't recommend the Cajun fries because the flavoring is too overbearing. Don't forget the ranch, scratch that, get extra ranch. I don't know what they put in their ranch but it's bomb.com. I haven't dined in at this location, but I always ordered online and picked up here. There were some issues when they first opened, but now they are all good. I'm so happy this location is open on blue diamond and I don't have to drive far to get my fix for wings!

Rhiya was all over it and on the money - I would have tried to steal her for one of my openings - she was in the moment, responsive and professional - rare qualities that are noticeable when you see them ! #Solid pleasant experience

It's so exciting to have a wing stop closer to home. Knowing wing stop, it usually takes a while for it to cook so I decided to order online to pick up later. It was the best decision since there was so many people there when I went to pick it up. There were a lot of workers and I was able to get my order quick. My fries were well done but a little cold. And the wings were warm. I was pretty happy with my visit. If you don't like waiting, order ahead and you'll be happy you did!

Ordered my fav 8 piece mango habanero went and picked it up and my order was ready to go when I got there and the employees were so welcoming from the time I got there till the time I left great customer service

After posting my review the someone reviewing the post replied. She said the DM would be getting ahold of me and I've heard nothing. Obviously they don't care about how this store is run. Too bad. Buffalo Wild Wings is just a few miles down the street and I've never had a bad wing there or soggy fries. This is my third post for this store and second edit. I'm going to 3 stars because the DM finally called me back and did a redo on my order. So I went to the wing stop and ordered, they asked me to wait in my vehicle while it was prepared and waved through the window when it was done . So good so far. I received the order and drove 1 mile home. The wings were warm and not crispy. Seems to need a little more time in the fryer or oven how ever they do them. The skin wasn't crispy either time. And again the fries were limp and soggy when I made it home about 1 mile from the store at most. The flavors are ok at best. Atomic is hot, mango habanero is warm at best. Sorry but I only gave them a 3 stars because the DM tried to make my last order right and I do appreciate that. On a good note all of the order wasn't as greasy as last time.

This is lemon pepper? In a pool of oil. DISGUSTING It is not the first time they do this. I usually order all flats, extra crispy lemon pepper wings. It seems like they don't really let the wings drain the oil out when they pull them from the fryer. This is nasty. I wouldn't mind waiting a little longer for a better quality meal.

Well, unfortunately the Wingstop name failed on this order.... and the previous one. We ordered after getting back from vacation and live right next door. After an episode of hot ones thought we'd join in and order wings. DoorDash order service was great and quick, but the wings..... the wings bro. Mango habanero, Korean, classic hot, lemon pepper and Cajun... all overcooked and dry. I'm sure they use frozen poultry, but it just was so overdone and cardboardy. The dry rubs were really over seasoned to where we could only get 4 wings down. We spent $40 and unfortunately think the wings at Albertsons across the street are made with more care. Wingstop used to be and I'm sure still is in some locations MAGIC, but the only two times we've ordered from the new one it's been very disappointing. I'll try again in another couple months, but only if someone else pays for it.
