You guys were very busy for take out. The fries are soggy and wet. One of the chicken flavors was very dry. Ordered large veggies but no ranch or blue cheese?! No napkins.

Probably the worst wingstop. Wings are usually good, but the fries! This location cannot put out good fries at all ever. They always come out burnt and super dark and/or soggy. I even called once and complained to manager and his response was "that's the first time I've heard that." Not a fan of this particular location. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I seen the bad reviews and I was hesitant to order but my stomach said otherwise. Went it and I got pretty good customer service and the food was done within 15 min. I was also kinda empty when I went but either way the food was pretty good. The fries were crunchy not soggy and the wings were crispy but juicy. Loved the mango habanero. Ordered delivery order, had the complete wrong order delivered and the bag was neither labeled or sealed. The food looked disgusting and was dripping out of the container all over the bag. I called to try to get an explanation and the correct order sent to me. They were rude and told me they could refund me or I would have to bring this disgusting drippy bag back to get it switched out for my order. If I could get there, I would have went there in the first place. They told me they sent someone else’s order by mistake, (probably because they don’t label their bags or communicate) I told them I wanted the correct order sent to me as I originally ordered and paid for. They said that they couldn't do that and it was out of their hands……..they couldn’t put my order in and send it to me……….what they did with the wrong order and what service they OFFER………..right. So now, no food. Had to deal with rude manager who doesn’t do their job, and I have to wait 5 days to get my money back. Thanks for nothing. Just order somewhere else. Or at least a different Wingstop who knows what they do to the food here when they can’t label a bag and they don’t seal it.

Went in last night at 930 there were maybe 4 customers... Cashier legit talked me out of my order lol estimated 20 to 30 min wait? Refuse to honor online deal like I was going to sit there another 5 minutes and order on my phone and hope it be ready in 30. Customer service is a joke here.

My son suggested we try Wingstop today. Not a fan of wings but I told him I would drive him and it would be a good respite from his weekly Friday pizza. The place was not bad, clean and just a bit impersonal not loud and full of tv monitores like another wing place my son likes. The food was a bit pricey- $19 for his wings, fries a drink and a brownie. The brownie bybthe esy was a square, about 2 inches for $2.99. I feel the meal was over priced but my son enjoyed it. This is a place he would like to go visit more often.

I ordered a 6 piece and was here for over 30mins. Also they served a group of 3 that came in after me. I only had a freaking 6 piece. The store tables were dirty and the soda station needed to be cleaned. The food was amazing but the service was not good. They served multiple people before me and as I stated I only ordered a 6 piece.

Our cashier Joshua was kind an professional when he took our order. When our order was complete our name wasn't called no one checked with us after people who got their food were served. When I went to ask about our order the girl I asked was very rude. She didn't talk or try to explain just threw the bag an left. I work in customer service an I get it I wasn't rude so I didn't feel I deserved her attitude.

Ordered food to be delivered and the order was partially wrong we did not get the corn we ordered instead we got some loaded fries. The regular fries were uneditable due to the amount of oil. I called the store right away and the lady who answered was really rude and defensive and said " well what was wrong with the order?" All she could do was refund the corn. Did not apologize or anything. I will never be ordering from this location again, what a waste of money.

Unfortunately for me I love boneless wings and this location is closest to my home but after multiple orders here, they just can't get it together. Order is always 20-30 minutes behind (even when it's not very busy) & proportions are always wrong.

I've never left a yelp review in my life but this is just terrible... walk in to pick up door dash for myself waited 20 mins when my food was just sitting on the shelf. Got my room temperature food and discover a hair in my wing... i have short wavy hair my girlfriend has stick straight hair... i'll let yall judge by the picture

How you stay in business is a miracle, with the amount of mistakes you make. You"ve LOST a customer! I'll cook my own wings from now on or do without. (At least the order will be correct!)

I just came in today to this Wingstop on W Shaw Ave. I have never had a previous issue with this location. But today, I hate to be that person but unfortunately I must. I did a phone order of a 10pc Wing Combo classic, and when I came home I saw that they only gave me a total of 8 wings. I'm disappointed because I got 8 but I was still charged 21.66. in this case they should have just charged me for the 8 piece not for the 10 that I originally ordered. I have included a picture of the receipt and the picture of the wings.

The cashier Shanette was friendly. The place is clean and everyone is working hard! There are so many orders to get out and people are coming in from door dash and Uber eats. Also customers coming in to place orders and on the phone too. I came right before a rush. I think I had to wait about 40mins before I got my food. Man I was trying to be patient but that was a long time. I was irritated when I was eating but also so happy cuz... wings!! Haha! Who doesn't love Wingstop?!!?

wish i could give no stars - this is the WORST location in fresno..ordered here a handful of times and every time was just bad idk why i kept trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt! employees are typically rude and clearly untrained in professionalism or customer service, food was always incorrect or cold or both, and the wait times were just horrendous - i'm talking waiting over 45 mins-1hr for 20 wings...........last time i went and the asked to see my credit card?? some sort of new policy but what a way to make me feel like i was committing some sort of fraud for $17 worth of wings like be forreal!!! stopped going to this location altogether and recommend to avoid here at all costs - better to just drive a little further to a different location!!

Location first time here for Sunday gave they allowed a obvious drunk in the bar go crazy cursing and screaming. Than they continued to serve him; ruined the whole day. The management of this location need to understand alcoholic beverage control laws. Won't be be back

Ordered what I thought was a good deal 16 piece boneless, 6 tenders, large fries for my two sons. Since I had to be up early I sent a family member to pick up the order. They did not put the tenders in the bag and since it's sealed, I was filled with regret for not double checking the contents. Went back since the restaurant is close by and was only given 3 tenders. The receipt is taped to the bag so why do they not check for accuracy before sending out. I'm so disappointed

They remade our food cuz nobody told us it was ready and it was sitting there forever and when I ate it it was good but idk if you guys aren't having a food safe environment but it gave me food poisoning and I was throwing up and having horrible diarrhea and Ik it was the wingstop because I was fasting all day I'm still in pain and idk if I should go to the hospital because I'm still in pain and sick . I want my money back I spend I think like 40$ just to be horrible sick is insane!

The wings were sooo dry and chewy it was as if the chickens were old and about to die and were up drinking IPA's all night and were dehydrated and then jumped into the fryer with no moisture at all. Even if someone offered to pay for my next meal here, I would be very hesitant. I need to put chapstick on now my lips are so dry

The wait no matter in person or online is terrible, stay away, you will be disappointed. Ordered in person once and literally waited over an hour for food. Thought I would try online using the ap, said food was ready, I've been here over 20 minutes past the time it said it was ready. Have no idea when I will get food, this is definitely the last time I come here. Food is decent but service is so terrible that no food is worth this type of wait. Still waiting with no end in view.

I would not recommend this location. Online orders had a 20 minute wait time and our order took longer than 1 hour. I am 100% sure they lost my order. There was a large amount of customers impatiently waiting and the manager was just walking around. He was not helping with customers or cooking to get these orders out. I use to be a wingstop employee and this was not the way to treat their customers. I would recommend the owner to have a talk with all employees at this location. My fiancée and I are very disappointed. This is unacceptable.

We were coming to wingstop fairly often, about once every week / every other week however recently the food has not been the same quality as it was before! When I place my order I always ask for well done fries because they tend to normally be barely cooked / soggy if you don't ask for them cooked this way! Even though I have been requesting this I am still getting them soggier than ever they literally just taste microwaved. I understand I am taking the food home but I literally live 3 minutes away and before it was never an issue they'd be well done! Another issue is the wings, I always get lemon pepper however the past few times there's like no seasoning on them - I literally cannot taste it! The staff is also not friendly anymore - I did notice new employees and it seems they don't quite know what they're doing when it comes to pick up orders. I had my husband get out to get the order and she said they didn't have an order under my name with that last name- so he had to come sit in the car so I could get out (have a newborn in the car) and she still couldn't find it! Then asked someone else and it was magically now my last name! This has happened twice .. not sure how they confuse last names on orders? Hopefully they can get it together because after this past time I have no desire to come again - nothing worse than soggy fries & flavorless wings! My images are from prior visits!

Wingstop is a national chain so the standards and quality should be the same as others. It's the little things like customer service, restaurant dining room, etc is what sets them apart. As far as the food goes, it's just as I've known to enjoy like other Wingstops I've had before. I've ordered a lot at this location and everything has always been correct and the staff have always been cool. The location is easy to get to on one of the most frequently used streets in the Fresno area. Never an issue with parking of car traffic. Actual restaurant is nothing to write home about as it's just straight forward but feels more spacious and roomy than most Wingstop restaurants I've been to before so that's a plus if you like to dine in. So why the minus 1 star? The soda machine. They don't have the cool modern soda machine I see at most Wingstops that have those endless combination of drinks.

Worst wingstop ever please please please take your money & your time elsewhere. I doordashed my food it got here not only was it cold but the order was completely mistaken. How do you mess up garlic Parmesan & substitute it for hot sauce. I've been on the phone for over 20 minutes and "your call is very important to us please wait for the next available agent." You can't be serious. Don't waste your time don't waste your money.

Submitted order online 15/20 min wait arrived & food was almost ready but accidentally tossed the wings in the wrong sauce so Jeremiah offered us a free brownie for the wait on remaking the right ones. Food was great & well worth the drive we appreciate the generosity shout out to Jeremiah!

This store is quiet possibly the worst Wingstop I've ever been too. I'd much rather wait 10 extra minutes for my food ensuring it is hot and edible than get there and the food is cold. Yes, cold, like just came out of the fridge not cooked cold. I have ordered online several times for pick up. When I get home which is less than a 5 minute drive, the food was COLDDDD. I've called the store multiple times to complain and it keeps happening. They do not refund your money because the store "managers" are either not in or don't know how to get back to customers. I will not be back and say eat here with precaution so you don't get sick. They literally do not cook the food.

Long overdue review. I started to go to this wing stop as the one in Madera has always been problematic. First off I placed order online and then proceeded to go pick up. Cashier which is always very courteous greeted me right away. Told me they were waiting on my large fries to complete order. Less than 5 minutes and order was called out. Lady who handed me my order repeated it just to make sure. Got home and everything was tasty, no issues whatsoever. This crew really enjoys what they do. Definitely recommend.

Wingstop your on top of your game! Have not messed up an order in months. And I come about 3-4 times a month. The quantity of food is a delicious as ever. I 100% recommend getting your classic wings well done. Super crunchy!! Customer service is also as great as always. Thank you for letting me sample the new flavors before purchasing. WingStop has officially surpassed my expectations. I've been to this location in the past, but this was my first time trying the fried thighs, and they did not disappoint! Fried perfectly crisp, well-seasoned, hot and fresh! More importantly, the staff/customer service was exceptional. Robert, Nate and Rudy make an excellent team. Nate took the time to come over to immediately greet me, and let me know a cashier would be over to assist me. The cashier, Robert, took my order and helped educate me about the chicken thigh options. He also suggested the honey mustard sauce with my Louisiana rub chicken. I usually get ranch, but was open to the idea and he did not steer me wrong. Awesome combination, and I'd have to say even better than ranch! I've always liked WingStop, but this particular visit was special enough to warrant a review. Customer service generally speaking these days, isn't what it use to be, and I felt like Robert, Nate, and Rudy, really provided a welcoming, friendly, and authentic experience, which I really appreciated. Well done!

Stopped by tonight for a quick dinner, normally we are waiting a bit just to place our order because often the cashiers are a bit sluggish. I assumed because it was Friday night the service would be slow although I was highly impressed with today's service from Alberto it seems when we come and he's here things run smoother / quicker. For it being a Friday night I was also impressed with how clean the restaurant was!
