"Residents near a Wingstop that opened in April in the East Village say the smell of fried chicken is blasting into their homes all day, every day and has become "literally unbearable." The odor is affecting tenants in two buildings — 425 E. 13th Street and 426 E. 14th Street — and, according to residents doing outreach for their co-op board, corporate responded that the chain is "within our rights per the terms of our lease" and suggested they "reach out to your landlord to discuss your concerns." Tenants report they can’t escape the smell on balconies, by using AC, or by opening windows: "It comes so quickly without warning and continually throughout the day... I usually stay away from Wingstop because they are scared to put sauce on their wings. So a couple times at other locations, I call my order in and let them know I want the wings "wet" so they are tolerable. Well I have attempted that again, but they couldn't seem to grasp what the detail meant. So I'm stuck here eating these plain chicken nuggets

This location never disappoints! I’m a huge Wingstop fan and have visited many locations in and around Houston. My favorite location by far is this one. Today, I came across a young lady that was training a new hire and I had to ask her for her name to drop a review on her excellent customer service skills and how attentive she was with me while training a new Wingstop employee. Amanda is a great example to more of what this world needs. It brought me back to when I started working in a busy grocery store and how kind and patient my trainer was with me. Amanda is a keeper! The wings here are always on point!

I came to Wingstop on Beltway in Humble because my handicapped friend wanted some chicken wings and fries. I got there as food already ready. I ordered a large ranch dressing because the website didn't give me option for multiple servings. The employee offered to repackage it to multiple small servings. So nice of her.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this Wingstop location From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and the atmosphere had a great vibe. I placed my order and was honestly shocked by how fast they had everything ready—quick, efficient, and still perfectly hot! The food? Incredible. The wings were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and just the right amount of crispy. Every bite was a reminder of why Wingstop is my go-to spot. The fries were seasoned to perfection, and the ranch?!!!don’t even get me started GREAT Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Great service, amazing food, and super quick. I’ll definitely be coming back again (and again). Highly recommend Wingstop if you’re craving wings done right!

I had a terrible experience with Wingstop. I placed a delivery order at 5:15 PM, and it was picked up by the driver at 6:09 PM. After waiting over an hour, we still hadn’t received our food. We called the store at 7 PM, and they asked us to drive there to have the order remade. Upon arrival, the order still wasn’t ready, and the manager was rude and dismissive. We ended up wasting time and money, with no compensation. Extremely disappointing service! And the wings are uncooked

Ordered 20 for 20 bone in garlic Parmesan wings and fries. The wings were dry only had Parmesan cheese dashed on top of them and the fries look nothing like the commercial. Just Horrible!! I won’t go there and I want my money back.

I prefer the tenders over the wings. I thought the $2 for 2 tenders was only on Tuesdays, but the employee clarified that it's daily. He also suggested I complete a survey for free fries, which I greatly appreciated. I'll be there a lot more now.

I placed my order ahead of time using the app, based on previous experiences where Wingstop took a long time to prepare food. When I arrived, the waiting area was crowded with people waiting for their orders. One cashier had closed her register, saying she couldn’t figure it out, which added to the confusion. It was clear the staff was overwhelmed by the volume of orders. The app estimated my food would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I got there, it still wasn’t prepared. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. Although there is seating available, the overall experience was uncomfortable due to the number of people standing around waiting. There’s definitely room for improvement, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

When in doubt order the original hot otherwise I don't know what flavor to choose without it tasting off. Not pictured, I ordered a 6 piece original hot classic wings and they were delicious. I was able to eat 4 and took the rest home. Next, I ordered the voodoo fries and they were so good today. I had leftovers because it's shareable. Things not to forget: ask for ketchup otherwise don't don't give u any. Make sure your ranch is in the bag. You'd be surprised if they forgot it. Get paper towels because it's self serve. The drink lids are located on the opposite side of the straws and plasticware. Enjoy !!!

I placed an order online last night for the 20 wings for $20. It was a great deal that my husband I could share with a side of large veggies. The wings were flavorful, but definitely overcooked and dry. I'm about making sure the wings are cooked through, but the meat was so dry and extra crispy. I like to have my wings cooked but not dry to the bone. I didn't make any special requests for well done so I was disappointed with my Louisiana rub wings. The veggies were thoroughly washed and fresh. I did like the ranch they use it's not Hidden Valley ranch so it's lighter and less creamy. I'm not a big wings fan, but when I'm craving them I probably will be getting them from somewhere else.

I happened to be in the area and was in a mood for chicken. When I called the lady on the phone was very polite and informed me of all the deals. That alone was why they will get five stars. I will say this location is near the beltway and Wilson Road. The restaurant is located in a plaza so there was plenty of parking available. I waited about ten mins for my food but everything was hot. The lady even suggested for me to complete a survey on my experience. The restaurant was clean and would consider eating inside one day. I think the only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because I don't think my corn wash hot or fresh. Everything else was so I didn't want to be difficult so I just left. Most people suggested but they are very small and not fresh. Overall I would be back to order again.

I ordered wings for my friends while I visited them today. Online ordering was kind of easy except it didn't give me free options for sauce. I ended up ordering a large ranch dressing for $4.95. I really just wanted 2 packs. The cashier offered to repackage it to smaller containers but I was short on time. I should just say no sauce and order it in the store. Pick up was easy since I already paid online. There was a stream of customers coming in. I always like Wingstops. It's my first choice for chicken wings.

The people here are so rude. I thought it was just something they had against me, but as more customers walked in, I noticed the ugly attitude stayed the same. I walked in and the lady at the fryer looked me up and down, instead of focusing on shaking her lil tray of fries. I came here for food, not to be judged and treated like I'm in some high school coming of age movie.

There is strange sewer odor that hits your nose when you walk in the door. I recommend that some bleach be poured down the drains or call a septic system company to clean the lines. Not appalling at all. The other location that I have visited does not smell like this

Never ordering here again. I've been consistently ordering here for more than five years and after my experience with my order this past Saturday, I will check this location off of my list. I ordered 2 regular seasoned large fries and 30 wings(lemon pepper, Cajun and hot honey). The food was hot and fresh but the fries, hot honey wings and lemon pepper wings lacked seasoning. We all noticed the fries lacked seasoning as soon as we opened the boxes. We shrugged it off and still ate it. I only ate the Cajun wings and fries. I called Wingstop the following day to make them aware after going to my fridge and seeing a lot of wings leftover. I immediately asked the kids why were there so many leftovers and they exclaimed that the wings(lemon pepper and hot honey) didn't have the normal seasoning and were bland. The appearance of the leftovers fit the description as they appeared bland. I warmed some of the leftovers up and keeping in consideration that the food was a day old, I knew what to expect as far as quality but I had to agree with my kids that the wings were bland with little to no seasoning. I was initially okay with the bland fries . Disappointed but not a show stopper but when I realized the kids wings were bland as well, I called the store to speak to a manager to make her aware of the quality of my order in hopes of getting an understanding on why the food wasn't seasoned and to get credit towards future orders. Well, I was received with an aggressive problematic tone. Initially Deya, the manager asked why I waited until the next day to call and that there was nothing she could do. The order was placed at 6:16 on Saturday. I had been at Baseball tourney all day and was exhausted and just wanted to ensure my family had dinner. No capacity to deal with an issue at the time and initially I thought the fries was the only issue. Thus, not enough reason for me to call in on a Saturday evening after an exhausting day. She then asked if I still had the food. I told her I could take pictures and/or FaceTime. She then stated that the food is a day old and she wouldn't be able to tell the quantity of the seasoning. She then admitted that there was a new hire working the fry station. But only offered me $5.00 toward a future order. I think I would have been satisfied with atleast offering me the equivalent of two fry orders( the amount in my order) considering you admitted you had a new hire. This was not handled to my satisfaction considering the fact that I expressed that this has never happened and the fact that you admitted to a new hire working that night.

Whoever is in management that cleaned house and replaced the entire staff. God Bless You!!!! The new staff are nice and efficient. The fries actually look like fries, the wings are cooked and the orders are correct .

Horrible customer service. We ordered Wingstop and had it delivered by DoorDash. Forty-five minutes later, we received the incorrect order. We contacted Wingstop, and the lady who answered the phone suggested we take it up with DoorDash. Eventually, Luis, the manager, spoke to us and stated that our order was sitting on the counter. Luis said he was going to call us right back. Luis never contacted us back. One hour later, we received our food, and it was cold. Luis was unprofessional and unwilling to assist us in this matter. He said we would need to contact DoorDash for a refund because they could do nothing even though we paid Wingstop.

Reviews are not a lie, people working there will hang up on you. She said orders were an hour and 20 minutes behind but my order was still pushing an hour and 40 minutes. DoorDash order took nearly 2 hours before we canceled don't even bother doing it for this location.

I made an online order today. I always order the same thing I asked for it to be delivered, which obviously cost more because they're bringing it to you. Not to mention having to leave a tip because obviously I'm thankful that somebody else brought it to me. However, they forgot to put the ranch inside of my order and I ordered extra ranch. Not only did they forget that there was no ice in my drink . I don't know anybody that eats wings without ranch I'm sure that there are people out there, I am not the one. I live about 10 minutes away from this Wingstop. Not a whole minute went by after the food was dropped off that I got in my car and drove all the way over there as I called them to let them know that I was on my way to pick up the ranch and I asked to speak to the manager because if I wanted to pick it up myself, then I wouldn't have had to pay the extra fees to have it delivered to me. I didn't just wanna be refunded the ranch money I wanted to be refunded the difference of having to pick it up versus having it delivered. I was only offered the refund of the ranch.. needless to say I'll be going to a different location. I don't care how much further away it is. This is not customer service. Over 20 minutes later not including the time that it took to have my food cooked and the driver pick it up. It took me 20 minutes to go. Pick up the ranch and get back home now. My food is cold.

Placed a online order. They said 16-21 mins. I prepaid. I get here 30 mins after order is placed bc I know they are traditionally slow. It's been 30 mins I have been waiting in the lobby. The person at the front said 5 mins they are getting it ready when I walked in. Consistently slow and late at this location. It's been a hour since the orginal order and I STILL waiting.

I ordered from 9635 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E. I ordered a 10pc combo with veggie sticks and Louisiana. I was charged 32.65 for two items. The veggie sticks never arrived. When I called the store a girl answers the phone. I explain to her the issue with my order. She then yells to the back in Spanish my concern. I then begin to speak to her in Spanish and she put me on hold. She then asks me my name and proceeds to act like she doesn't understand what I am saying. She gave me the run around and told me to contact Uber Eats even though they are the ones who packed my order incorrectly. When I asked for the manager's contact information they told me that they can't give me such information. I am disputing my charge with my CC. The resolution would have been simple cancel the original order and just bill be for a 10pc combo with Louisiana fries.

They service has always been an issue at this location for the past 5 years ... every time we go which is frequent there is new staff , new mangers and just constant change yet it hasn't helped the store.. tonight despite the wait which was almost an hour my sons food was never placed in the bag... our order was very simple 8peice boneless wings and a 15 bone in wing .. we are missing the 5 wings that go with the 15 .. so charged for more and given less.. on top of all of this wonderful service here. I've called over 15 times and no one answered the phone .. I don't understand how the doors at the place are still open.. please fix this issue..

I ordered 2 meals from the app. It took 30 mins longer then the app said it would for my food to be delivered. Then one of my wing orders was completely missing. The fries were wrong. The food that I did receive was room temperature as if my order had just been sitting out. So we had to get them to remake the order and hopefully nothing else goes wrong. This just happened by the way. About to go pick up the order now. To be continue......11/26/22 8:24pm this is ridiculous.

I call my order ahead of time 15-30 minutes ahead of time! I even pay for it over the phone sometimes and it's late every single time I work in the area and having to spend half of my lunch time waiting on my food AFTER placing it in advance and arriving at the recommended time. I ordered my food through the app but when I showed up the manager told me my order was given away. She offered to remake it and she added extra wings. When I checked the wings at home there was too much seasoning. Like completely covered in it. My hot honey wings have never looked like this. I'm highly dissatisfied. Check the pictures for what I found on one of my wings. This is supposed to be the hot honey rub wings. I went back the next day to get my wings remade and they were perfect. I think you just have to go to the location during the day. Not for late night runs.

Kids playing on phones and with friends visiting the store. Not paying attention to when order is ready. I checked in and they never let me know when my food was ready. Worker ran from behind the counter to hug and pick up friend, run outside then come back in without washing her hands. Order said ready in 18-23 minutes and it was not. I walked out the door at 9:45 food is horrible. Fries way too salty. Louisiana Rub Wings taste like grease, absolutely no flavor, garlic Parmesan wings are nasty. Mike were just ok. We usual go to other locations but decided to come to this one off Wuslin Road....never again.

While my family and I eat here OFTEN (4-5) a month, we've had less than stellar experiences for the past year or so. Either something was missing, wings weren't cooked to order, little seasoning or even not hot/fresh. HOWEVER, Sunday night, 4/2/23-ALL of the staff were amazing! The interior was clean, orders were being executed and paid attention to. The front of house manager was professional and light hearted and was excellent at motivating her team! Even observed the manager walk orders out to waiting passengers in there car. And this about two hours before closing! On my order, everything was TOP TIER!!!! Hopefully this location can duplicate this night over and over!!!!

My friend and I went in and placed an order to go. We went to a store next door and we're there for maybe twenty minutes at best. We came back got our food and checked the bags in my car and the fries were barely warm and the chicken smelled funky. So, wings to me are the only food i harshly criticize, and that's because it is my all time favorite food. Anytime we go anywhere, doesn't matter the food, I try the wings to see if they have the food culture to have good wings. And usually the fries suck so I never get fries. I decided to try their new orange flavor and the Korean BBQ. Although my food came cold and I had to warm it up, I took the fries out and I was straight stunned. These fries are first class. Tender, seasoned, perfect amount, and so crispy in all the right places. Their ranch is ice cold and perfect to dip a spicy steaming wing in. Mm mm mm! I love em! Crispy, crunchy, sweet, spicy, hot, deeeeeelicious! Props to my dasher as well, they got here twenty minutes before delivery date. If I could raise this restaurants overall stars, trust me I would. You must expect tons more orders from me when I'm in town.

We decided on this Wingstop location after having an awful experience with the Buffalo Wild Wings located at 6840 FM 1960, Humble TX. It was a good choice. The food was hot and flavorful. It was fresh and they even let us choose up to five flavors on a 50 count wing purchase. The service on the phone order started out a little shaky but the employee did a reboot and was able to recover and make our ordering experience a pleasant one. Kudos to the staff on duty on Saturday night of Jan. 6th, 2024.

Y'all DO NOT go to this Wingstop!!! I ordered food over the phone literally 40 mins before I went to pick it up. Get there...they say they have no order from me. I literally tell them the phone number that was used as the girl who took my order is standing RIGHT in front of me. Then, the "manager" (some fake Uncle Clifford wanna be), comes and finds the ticket (from almost an hour ago), and nonchalantly takes it to start the order, and says NOTHING. Then the girl tells me my total. I ask will the wait be another 40 mins and the "manager" yells "Unless you want raw chicken"... I ask his name and he yells "Don't worry about it and shimmy's away!" YALL!! I am done. Do not go here. Hot ghetto mess! Update: Manager's name is Taurus!

I'm not one to leave a bad review. The only reason I'm leaving a bad review is so hopefully someone does something about the service. This place takes over two hours every time we place an order here. One time I couldn't get someone on the phone so I went up there to place my order and it took them 20 minutes just to attend me to get my order down. I don't know if they are understaffed or need better management but this place needs help! There is no issue with the food and it is the nearest Wingstop to me which is why I keep returning. If you want to order food don't order when you are hungry and ready to eat because it will not be ready fast.

I ordered through door dash. Ordered all drums, got both, drums and flats. Super disappointed. Ordered ranch with my wings (which is 2 regular ranch that come with wings by the piece) , and ordered an extra, large ranch as well. I received 5 small tubs of nothing but blue cheese. No ranch at all, and the extra 3 small containers of blue cheese doesn't amount to what an order of a large ranch would be. So all in all, I didn't get all drums, I didn't get ranch at all, that I paid for, and even if it was ranch, it wouldn't be the amount that I paid for. I called and spoke to the manager on duty to let her know what happened. This was 9:00p, on Aug. 22nd, and she was so dismissive. I was only calling her to let her know what happened, so she could make sure it didn't happen to anyone else. She kept interrupting me, asking if all I want is a refund. She was not at all interested that I was coming to her JUST to make her aware, that I received the complete wrong order, so they could do better in the future. She said "do you want a refund or not", she was super annoyed, not giving any interest to what I was saying. I didn't take the refund, because I ate my wings, but dang, pretty crappy customer service on her end.

My fiancée and I ordered our food on the app at 9:28 PM. The app estimated the Hour Wait, so we when ahead and Stayed home. We left once the time said it was done and still waited for our food another hour. My fiancée asked how long will our food take, and the only answer they gave him was "almost," like what? Not only that, but they didn't have no Ice available and no lids. What is the point of having promotions if a store like this can't handle it? It would be best to devise a point system, so you don't have a commotion. It's 11:18 pm, and we just got our food after asking for a refund. These people still told us to hold on. This is the worst service I ever got.

I proceeded to check my bag my fry's had no seasoning her.... We don't have no fry seasoning either. Wait so you wasn't gonna say anything? She gave me a blank stare. Wtf Just put some Cajun seasoning then. Even when I said that she took my fry's to the back I guess she told them what I said because they all looked and kinda smirked. Gave me the seasoning and I politely left. I am very unhappy with the service I received tonight. Wait. Why are my fries tasting like old grease. Smh I hope this reaches corporate. I had to wait for the employees to finish arguing about a wrong order and the one employee stated, "it wasn't my fault". I get home and discover my Garlic Parmesan wings have only Parmesan. Celeste lectured about how the Garlic is in the butter and "it's not overwhelming". I told her I took one bite of one wing and someone definitely gave me naked wings with cheese. I told her I will bring all 5 back tomorrow. She told me today or they wouldn't help me. I told her I would not be drinking and driving. She didn't care. She gave me the wrong information to talk to someone higher and wouldn't allow me to leave a message. I basically told her DRINKING AND DRIVING IS NOT WORTH FIXING THEIR 5 WING MISTAKE. All of a sudden she remembers the corporate number and the owner's number. I'm disputing the transaction. I'll also call corporate. I wasted 21 minutes. What's another half hour, right?

Ordered online for delivery and didn't receive my full order! Called the store, staff was rude and made it seem like I'm the one that messed up the order. Told me I could go pick it up if I wanted to and they wouldn't deliver it. I placed the order for delivery for a reason! I asked for a refund and after she explained it would take 5-7 days she just hung up on me. I had to call 3 more times to get someone on the phone to confirm my order was refunded. This place sucks when it comes to customer service. Maybe think about training your employees on how to handle customers!!

Rarely do I give 1 star reviews and I can understand longer wait times from a lot of wingstop locations during busier hours or on National chicken wing day, but the service I was given was just unacceptable. I placed an online order for two different flavors of wings and after around 15 minutes I went inside to pick up my order. I guess it was my fault for trusting the wings would be exactly the flavors I ordered and thinking I didn't need to check before leaving the restaurant. I then returned to have my order corrected and, to my surprise, I was met with rude and ignorant comments from one of the employees claiming that the wings were the correct flavor. I continued my claims that they were not the correct flavors and they refused to make me a new order and instead threw a lot of excess seasoning and butter on my wings and gave them back to me asking "is this enough?" Initially, I didn't have too much of a problem with my order being faulty, but at this point it was just disrespectful and disappointing. I ordered mild and spicy lemon pepper wings and now I have 3 giant scoops of butter and a mound of seasoning on my wings?? I will not be returning to this wingstop and you should be weary of coming here. I understand I happened to come in on one of their busier days but there is no excuse for rude and disrespectful service from the employees.

This is the only Wingstop I go to on this side. They're pretty quick when it's not a busy day of course . But excellent customer service and the food is always hot and ready.

Out of all the wing stops I have been to, this is the only one I have EVER had a bad experience with. As soon as my friends and I walked through the door, no one greeted us. All the workers were huddled up in a group talking amongst themselves completely ignoring us. After around 10 minutes, a line started forming and that was when one of the associates actually started helping us. After about a HOUR wait for our food, our three separate orders were bagged together. SEPARATE. I asked the lady if she could bag our orders separate for us, being that's her job, she told me 'Y'all can bag it separate if y'all want'. What kind of unprofessional response is that? If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Very unhappy about the service.

First I would like to say we got there at about 11:15 and ordered around 11:20. I used to work at a wing spot so I understand how busy it can get especially close to closing time. BUT I will say all of this was UNACCEPTABLE!!!! 1. All of the workers were standing around laughing , making jokes AND most importantly NOT WEARING GLOVES WHILE COOKING. 2. EXCEPT for one worker he was wearing gloves , also the only one making sure everything was getting handled. 3. Once our wings were ready they were sitting out for about 5 mins. And once they started putting sauce there was barely any on majority of our wings. 4. THE FRIES WERE DRY AS WELL AND THERE WAS LACK OF COMMUNICATION. 5. As I said in some of the pics this food can literally cause many health issues. FOR EXAMPLE : Grease can cause heart disease , brain malfunctions , bloating , and more ... 6. OUR STOMACHS ARE ACTING UP AS I AM TYPING THIS REVIEW ALSO TO MENTION I am pregnant !!!! 7. This food can cause more health issues for me and my baby. 8. Again I wouldn't recommend going here if you want your wings made right or don't want any health issues.

Solid Wingstoo experience. My fries were cold and over cooked but the customer service was fine. Can't complain but there's not much to praise either.
