I ordered through door dash. Ordered all drums, got both, drums and flats. Super disappointed.
Ordered ranch with my wings (which is 2 regular ranch that come with wings by the piece) , and ordered an extra, large ranch as well. I received 5 small tubs of nothing but blue cheese. No ranch at all, and the extra 3 small containers of blue cheese doesn't amount to what an order of a large ranch would be. So all in all, I didn't get all drums, I didn't get ranch at all, that I paid for, and even if it was ranch, it wouldn't be the amount that I paid for.
I called and spoke to the manager on duty to let her know what happened. This was 9:00p, on Aug. 22nd, and she was so dismissive. I was only calling her to let her know what happened, so she could make sure it didn't happen to anyone else. She kept interrupting me, asking if all I want is a refund. She was not at all interested that I was coming to her JUST to make her aware, that I received the complete wrong order, so they could do better in the future. She said "do you want a refund or not", she was super annoyed, not giving any interest to what I was saying.
I didn't take the refund, because I ate my wings, but dang, pretty crappy customer service on her end.
