Wingstop

I’ve been to this Wingstop many times because It’s near me and I loved the customer service that I got today with My mom and sister. I’ve never heard anyone that would welcome us in till now, whoever the employee is that gave us extra Ranches with our meal today that we didn’t have to pay extra for needs a raise and more pay for what they do because I really appreciate the hospitality and the food today was really good and the fries were to my liking, not too soggy or crunchy and the boneless I had today were not too saucy today. Only, complaint that I have was it was kind of packed today and there was a lot of people and it was making me anxious because I prefer a quieter and more relaxed setting than a loud one and the table that my family were sitting at was dirty and someone left there disgusting napkin afterwards.

I’ve been to this Wingstop plenty of times out of my local Wingstop’s. This is the one that I would prefer to go to. This visit I had beat the rush. Someone was available to help me as soon as I walked in the door the cashier was nice. she seemed new. I had to repeat myself a couple of times, but hey, it happens it was pretty clean not that many people dining in. I feel like every time I go there there’s always a wet floor sign up. Lol One of the employees was restocking the drink supplies I did notice towards the end of my visit while waiting for my food that a tile at the bottom of the register counter had came loose before leaving. I did inform an employee of that. My food came out in standard time. They seem to always over season the fries, so I got my fries with no seasoning on it and honestly I feel like going forward. I will always get them that way.

Big shoutout to the manager Alexis for taking care of me tonight! When my order came out wrong she had no problem fixing their mistake and overall seemed to be handling this location really well! Thank you for your good customer service ma’am ☺️

I ordered a Seasoned Fries with Well Done (Extra Cook Time), but what I got were raw and extremely soft fries.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have to wait a little for our order but it was totally understandable cuz they were super busy.

Order takeout and I received the wrong order. I stay too far to come back, but very disappointed. I’m definitely looking for my receipt so I can complete the survey.

Your manager was great took my order and made us feel at home . Eat like pigs!!! Can't go wrong !!

They bit into my wings 3 of them. fatties. It was mango habanero and lemon pepper i moved the wingstop paper slightly and i seen two that were bitten and one mango habanero it wasnt from me or my bf cus we was eating all the fries. So i just know someone got hungry and bit into my wings.

Literally a waste of time with them! I ordered 3 combos had someone pick them up for me just for me to find out I'm missing 20 wings and a missing ranch! Literally called because now I have to drive back which is another time and money wasted and just for them to tell me they can't do anything about it pick up the food or not. Soo honestly not even worth your time .

Fernando "Supposed the Manager" he is a bad employee!! I never experience a costumer service like these! They charge my card and NEVER got my order! And Fernando was telling me the he will CALL THE POLICE , just because I'm claiming this!! Bad experience!! Not recommend!! Even when i was telling him what happen he was ignoring me like he dint give a f* How can they choose a manger like him doesnt know how ti handle things the correct way?

Some of the staff was friendly. Overall, though, the team performed poorly. My takeout order was missing over half the items. I wasn't able to speak to a manager. Instead, I had to relay questions to an employee who relayed everything to the manager. I was told I'd receive a partial coupon via text as a refund. Weird, but okay. Never received the text. They never answered my call when I called back 30 minutes later. I waited for someone to pickup from 11:30-closing. They simply didn't pick up. That's messed up!

Roach infested place, with feathers still on chicken you have to pluck off ewwww......... was eating and saw a house roach crawling on the wall ewwww.......

Samantha and Victoria were Both verry helpful and did a great job in making sure my meal was hot and ready fast. Great service

Very rude to not be so clean & to continusally mess up my orders cashier was on her phone continuously when I called my order in the person who answered was rude

This is my favorite wingstop. I have yet to encounter bad service. You get greeted right away even if someone is on the phone. They read back and check my order. Food is made perfect. Dining in every once in a while is ok since it tends to be busy. Overall always happy to order from this location.

I ordered ten traditional wings, two chicken strips, and a coke from the website and ended up getting a small boneless wing and some concoction of French fries, a mystery seasoning, and cheese. I called the store and they told me to come in because they had to verify that I wasn't scamming them out of free food... understandable. Got to the store and my bag of food was right behind them on the rack for 'waiting to be picked up.' I asked for a refund for the delivery charge, and some other reviews here, they told me only the GM could take care of that and continued on with duties in the back. I generally wouldn't complain, but having to wait a half hour for the delivery person to get to my house just to find that I have the wrong order, to then be told I have to come to the store for them to verify my order, to then find that it was actually the people's fault in the store and they wouldn't refund me for the time and the inconvenience of having to get out to fix their mistake was irritating to say the least. Had I wanted to get out of my pajamas and go pick up food (and save the hour it took to eventually get home and start eating the correct food), I would have saved my time and money. If I were you, I would either find another wing place around or shop at one of the other many places to eat in the Gulfgate center.

They gave me a raw chicken Sandwich... They gave me a small fry than a large, and 2 missing chicken tenders and a ranch..... that's $20 worth of food gone to waste.... I love wingstoppppp but man, lost money! And who wants to drive backkkkk.

The food is pretty standard as far as Wing Stops go (so pretty good) but the staff are an absolute detriment to the place. The person taking my order had a bit of attitude but it was later in the night so maybe she's just getting off of her shift whatever. My girlfriend found a HAIR in our ranch which is pretty gross to say the least, I brought it up to the counter, and was given a new one, but the employee that "assisted me" was also taking a shaq sized bite out of her chicken sandwich sitting on-top of the register, attempting to tell me to hold on while bits of chicken crisp and sauce are flying out of her mouth at a rate of Mach 10. Obviously we're all human so we gotta eat at some point, but between the beard hair (or maybe pubic hair) taunting me in our ranch, and being handed a new one from someone's grubby sauce mitts, I was a little grossed out. 9/10 chicken sandwich, 1/10 service.

This is the second time we ordered from this location and both times we got shorted on our wings. We order a certain amount for everyone in the family. So it upsets me because we aren't gettting what we paid for. Last times it was short by like 3 or 4 wings so I didn't complain but this time I'm short 8 wings. The wings are good but I'm just not getting what I paid for. And this time fries had no seasonings. Don't think I'll be coming back here.

The worst service ever I had to ask for hot fries because the ones they gave me were cold I asked for extra wing sauce and was charged for it when I asked why my wings were so dry they just kind of laughed I did not think it was funny I asked for another batch over all I've been to many Wingstop locations and by far this location was the worst in food and customer service I will not be eating at this location ever not to say the restaurant look dirty!!!

Employees were very rude. My food was sitting on the rack for 20 minutes . Wings were very dry . Fries had no seasoning. Fountains for drinks were dirty.

Horrible staff. I received awful service from this store. The manager by the name of "Amy" will make excuses for why the effort is not there instead of improving. From employee to manager they were very rude. I asked to get contact information for "Manuel" who's the General manager and they denied me his contact information. Don't go to this S**t hole.

Horrible service, no greetings. Ordered ahead waited in the line under the sign for order ahead, was rudely told that it was the wrong line to be in because no one was at that register. Then once I paid I went to wait in line at the 1 drink machine where the employee was "fixing it" he walked off not priming the machine and a customer had to do it so we could get our drinks. Terrible service wish I could give no stars

Got my order wrong, they weren't even good. They made us wait 30 minutes to get our order and a bunch of people behind us got their order first. All in all a horrible establishment I really recommend going to another wing stop.

We arrived right after opening and just before the lunch rush. Our order was taken quickly and the place looked really clean. My kiddos got the tender basket with fries and nacho cheese. They absolutely loved it. I got wings, mango habanero and original, with a side of carrots and ranch. The ranch is my favorite ever! Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back.

I'm only giving 2 because the food is good and the cashier got me what I needed at the end but I ordered online and the girl told me it would be 50.52 so my boyfriend goes and when he picks it up it's 60? Which is okay but that's all he had taken and so instead of letting the vents slide they charge his card for it then he asks for a bag and the girl told this other girl with blue green hair to get it while she attended customers and that girl goes to the back and acts like she ain't hear the request then comes back to take orders so the initial cashier had to give us the bag after some time like it really took that girl her life to not get us a bag? Why are you working then ? Getting a bag is so hard for you ? SMH !

I placed my order online and went to pick up my order ,it was ready and on time .The fries were crispy cooked well done like I asked.My Louisiana rub wings were on point! Not too spicy not too mild .To top it off I enjoyed my favorite drink my cool minute maid strawberry drink.Thanks wingstop keep up the good work.

Machine wouldn't read the magnetic strip on back of card, and they aren't allowed to enter the number manually?! Either the employees don't care, are incompetent or the management is lacking. Maybe all three.

Had a great time nice service and I love the hot wings better than the so spicy ones and you don't have to wait to long

Just set and waited for our food for 45 mins. Went up to ask what was taking so long and they had not even started making our food because their systems were down. Had they told us that when we first came in we would not have waited. But they didn't say anything and were very unprofessional.

Y'all forgot to give me my ranch ... who eats wings without ranch are you deadass . Ranch is like literally everything there so now I'm omw to buy ranch

I had placed a order over the phone then sent my older brother to pick It up he brings it home and i found feathers on my wing I called them an told them that's what I found and they told me I would have to bring then whole order back but it wasn't the whole order it was just mine and one wing I asked if I could just take picture and show them they told me no so yes I was a little bit salty!!!!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I'm extremely upset by the way management handled my situation. After getting my order wrong 3 TIMES & finding HAIRS IN THE WING SAUCE, I asked for a refund and the gentleman who was a "manager" refused to give me my money until after 30 minutes of arguing.

It's 10:44 pm. If I could give 0 stars I would. I told the cashier exactly what I want before she started asking me how I wanted them and whatever... I usually don't give bad reviews.. Look at my Yelp and you'll see.. Well guess what? I got my order wrong and I had to wait 20 minutes and got my order wrong .. Yup.. All wrong. And guess what? Now I have to wait another 10 minutes. Really bad service.. I'm writing this inside the restaurant because that's how bothered and pissed I am. Going to Brewingz for now on.

It's your normal cool and local Wingstop. They currently have a summer special- $20 for 20 wings 2 sides and 2 drinks, which is a steal!

This is the most unorganized wing stop I have been to ever! I have called in three orders; all on different occasions and each one of them were made wrong. This is the only wing stop by my house so Im was really hoping for an improvement.

Don't call cause they make you wait!!! I called 3 times left me waiting for 20 mins never took my order

I'm no big fan of wing stop but this one was really good I just couldn't stop eating. Even the fries were good I'm convinced they sprinkled some crack on this stuff

Ordered my meal at 3:30 but requested to pick it up at 7:45 when I get here I guess they forgot about my meal but i still had to wait 30 mins That's totally unacceptable!

Do yourself a favor and go to a different Wing Stop!! I didn't even finish eating my wings & I always do!!! It's also small and not so clean!! Just go to a different location!!

Phoned in my order. Great food the staff not customer friendly. Ordered by phone. Arrived they could not find my order. Was asked my name and phone number four times by three different people. Finally got my order. It was cold. Hope my next visit is better.

I went once never been back I do pizza hut wing stop instead much better flavors I gave 3 stars for great customer service.

My gripe is not with the wings - those were ok. I have an issue with the fact that I called in my order at least 25 minutes before arriving only to arrive and have them tell me that they were going to prepare my order right then. This had me wondering whether or not they understood the fact that if someone calls an order in within plenty of time, they do not want to come into the restaurant to wait another 18 minutes for the order to be made.

Everytime I make a call in order its ready when I get there but.... My food isnt hot and some of the food is burnt

Great service nice cashier! The food is delicious and better than any other wing place! Call and when I come in it was there no waiting for me! Just wish it was a bigger location to sit and eat! But awesome service and fast!

Cashiers are great but whoever cooks the food must take a long break because I never get my order on time when I call and I end up waiting inside for more than 30 minutes.

Went to Wingstop in gulfgate... 1st off the wait was much longer than usually and they wasn't as crowded.... The cashier were nice.... However I stood n waited for the food for what seemed like forever to find 3 workers handling trash and the trash can.... Nobody washed their hands one went to the phone the other started taking an order then one of the young ladies started bagging the food right after she pulled the trash n put a new bag in it she DIDNT WASH HER HANDS BUT WENT TO PREPARE AND BAG FOOD... I told the manager and his response was she only touched a roll I stated sir that isn't true I watched all of them... N I ordered a roll so that's why I demanded a full refund n left... I was highly disappointed n the nerve of the manager just made it worst... Ugh they won't see me again

I went to Wingstop for a big order when I paid and returned they told me I already picked it up. They gave my order to another costumer with the same first name . I had personally placed the ordered and paid . You think they would put two and two together .I had went back to the register the woman acted like it was my fault made me wait an extra 30 minutes and even worse the fires were soggy and the wings were rubbery . I asked for my money back and gave them the order back .I never had the money put back on my credit card they ripped me off in a 90 $ purchase . I called the corp office they told me this is individually owed wingstop they can do nothing .
