Hey Wingstoppers, I placed my order over the phone and forgot to mention I wanted my chicken well done, I called back "2" mins later and had the cashier tell me that I couldn't change my order to well-done because my chicken was already tossed and waiting for my fries. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the same thing because they had the chicken "pre tossed" I asked to have my chicken freshly dropped. I stated it's "customer satisfaction" and I would not mind waiting. I was denied again. I would then go onto ask to speak with the "GM" ELVA to discuss my concerns about my meal being how I asked and she didn't waste time to make sure I had my order the way that I wanted. I appreciate the GM stepping into this issue and solving it for me. It shows that customer satisfaction plays big part of the reason she has the job. Long story short, if you are paying for something you're going to eat, you should get it exactly how you asked for it. -RICO

I've never had a problem at wingstop before. I love wingstop.However, while I was eating my wings, one of my wings was disgusting rotted or something and I couldn't continue. I don't know what it was, but I haven't been able to eat wings since:(

I discovered Wingstop when I was working for DoorDash… The staff was professional, and the cleanliness of the store was sublime…. I picked up Wingstop for the first time for my own dinner tonight and the food was truly amazing and as usual, so was the staff. I got there $.70 wings five of them with the Hawaiian seasoning five of them with the hot honey barbecue, I got their veggies and a blue cheese dip …….. it was so good… I had my dinner tonight and I’ll have some for tomorrow left. I recommend you give them a try… You will not regret it

Very poor customer service from the general manager. Javier and Melanie did their job and offered customer satisfaction since the app was not correctly updated. They offer FREEWINGS in the deals app but it doesn't show that you need to order something else to get the deal. Javier saw the error and offered to honor the deal, because that is what was advertised. When I went to the restaurant to pick up my order, the general manager refused to give me my order even though it was an error on Wing Stop. When asking for the corporate information it was denied to me as well as the name of the GM who was refusing my order. This is why poor customer service is displayed because the management is not customer oriented. Hopefully this will be addressed but I will never go to this Wing Stop again or refer anyone to this restaurant because of poor service.

I ordered on the app and the app estimated a 5 to 7 minute pickup time. Upon arriving at Wingstop, I went inside because the app said my order was ready. However, the manager informed me that they had received the order but hadn’t printed it out for the cooks. I repeatedly explained that my app indicated readiness, and my name and order on the wall remained unchanged. Despite my efforts to inquire, the manager consistently provided the same response. After 30 minutes, I finally went up to the counter, and they called my name. When I returned home, I discovered that they had given me a small fry with the 15-piece combo, which I had ordered extra small fries for. To make matters worse, they had simply thrown the extra small fries into the bag, even though they were not in the baskets. Even after returning to the store the next day, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive of my complaint, claiming that they had done nothing wrong.

Great food, lots of staff but still not as fast as other wing places. I'm usually not near the strip but there is a lot of homeless in this area so it was a little rough neighborhood wise but not to bad... Gotten a lot better than the Fremont areas.

At 10 pm on a Saturday night they were quiet and staff were cleaning and collaberting what to clean next or hold off until later as they closeed at 11.30. They were filling the ice in the coke machine so I got ice tea Instead of soda which was fine. Two staff members were at a table discussing the following days check list. There were 5 large to go orders ahead of mine which took about 20 minutes, not too shabby. I had asked for my fries well done and they were perfect, the wings were okay but I could tell there was a staff member in training.

If I could give this wingstop zero stars I would. I placed an order on uber eats, and after awhile my delivery driver contacted me saying he couldn't pick it up because it was no longer there. So of course I contacted support and the store- well the store manager advised me that the other manager had given my order away to someone else who wasn't my uber eats delivery driver. And refused to fill my order and give it to the delivery driver or let uber eats know what they did. Uber eats of course refunded me, but the bottom line is that this was completely unprofessional on wingstops part and their managers. Other locations may not be bad but clearly this one is not the one to go to.

We wanted to order wings for pick up, to eat at home. First off, we noticed ordering online was $3 more per meal. We went to the shop & ordered them to go. When we got home we realized they have changed their fries. We were disappointed, because their fries are our favorite. Overall, the service was fine, fast, & the wings were good. Please, change the fries back to the ones with skins on them.

I hate to be rude but I don't understand what incompetence you allow in this establishment. I went in there asking if they still had the promotion I read online of 20wings for $20. Your worker proceeded to tell me that you guys are no longer doing that (but she said it all stupid, sounding really confused about what I'm even talking about and then say uh uh uh uhm no uhmmm uh no we aren't doing that anymore uh no) like can you not simply say that the deal had ended? Is regular speaking terms instead of stumbling and mumbling like I'm asking you something outrageous. And then proceeds to just stand there while I stare at the menu and mention to my partner how I thought 6wings for $12.49 was kind of steap and maybe we should consider something else. We ended up leaving just to find out online that they have a current promotion that is 20 wings and a large fry for $17.99 a even better deal than the 20 for $20 and this girl knew we were there looking for that and knew they were running an even better promotion and would rather let potential customer just walk out and leave instead of mention the new promotion or even say something like "no we don't do the 20 for $20 anymore but we are running a new better deal that includes a side with the 20 wings for even cheaper!" And then doesn't bother to mention it when she hears us discussing prices and saying we should go somewhere else. Are people just that lazy they don't want to work that they let the place that pays them lose business instead of being a decent employee: literally avoiding doing the bare minimum. How does management not care that they could be producing numbers if they just had staff that cared to do their job. I'm just completely dumbfounded that this is the service I run into day after day. When I worked in the food business I would explain the menu to every person who came in not knowing what they wanted would have all the staff on cash register make sure to offer fries, desert or and make the order a combo. It's great interacting with customers and making them feel comfortable with their order and letting them know what kind of deal they are getting. Even asking if they bought the boys out pamphlet for the year because the business I worked at had a coupon in there. Like why are people just being miserable sacks of shit at work to customers. Maybe you would be less miserable if you were making meaningful interaction and giving yourself some sort of purpose. Absolutely pathetic that this kind of person is working a customer facing job and can't even bother to do something with their time besides hope that customers don't come in and won't order so she doesn't have to lift a finger to get her paycheck.

My experience ordering online has always been hit or miss. The location is amazing. They get the orders completed correctly and on time. I used the app for deliver. Now the DoorDash delivery gave my food to the wrong person at my apartment complex, however, she knew me. It just confirms I'm not tipping the drivers online anymore. They'll get cash or nothing depending on their service.

I visited this Wingstop location yesterday with my mother. I needed to use the restroom and was informed by the cashier that a purchase was required to access it. My mother immediately bought a drink so that I could use the restroom. While my mother handed over the money and the cashier was in the process of giving her the change, I asked for the restroom code. Despite the transaction already being underway, the cashier refused to provide the code, telling me to "hold on" instead. I had to ask multiple times before she finally gave it to me -- and that wasn't until she was halfway through handing my mother her change. From the very beginning, the cashier was extremely rude. I hadn't even said hello yet, and she immediately cut me off with a dismissive "one second," making me feel as though I was an inconvenience, or worse, as if I wasn't going to be a paying customer. Her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Originally, I planned to order food after using the restroom, but due to her behavior, my appetite and entire mindset completely changed. I no longer felt comfortable dining there. To make matters worse, after everything, she didn't even provide my mother with the cup for the drink she purchased. It's clear the cashier was having a bad day, but that's no excuse for treating customers with disrespect. After looking up reviews, I noticed this isn't an isolated incident -- several others have had similar negative experiences with this same cashier. Management needs to seriously address the customer service issues at this location. Basura!

We ordered $78 the total was. NEVER received the order! So needless to say we sat the whole lunch hour waiting for lunch! Called the store spoke with Kate! She put the blame on Door Dash! Never once did she ever offer to fix the problem just offered the Refund which should have been an automatic since we NEVER RECEIVED the order! However, ACCOUNTABILITY is a big deal in this world because No one nowadays is held accountable for their actions! Will NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN! They don't take care of their customers so I'm assuming they are doing so well they don't need our business!

It's my 1st time at Wingstop!.I was so excited as well as my girl friend!She loves chicken wings more than me.So our original plan was to go to a buffet but picked Wingstop for dinner instead.The establishment was clean.We were greeted with a smile n he asked what we wanted to order.So we ordered the 24 crew pack.The flavors we got was buffalo,lemon pepper n Korean bbq.I enjoyed all the flavors but my favorite was the Lemon pepper.Im glad we finally tried Here.Next time in Las Vegas or any other place if they have a Wingstop?Will make time to eat there.Yes sir!!.

Ordered a 10 piece combo with fries 2 sauces a a 32 ounce drink for delivery to my job, waited and hour only to receive 8 pieces of undercooked chicken. No fries no ranch no drink. I call to speak with a manager to rectify the situation since I didn't receive what was paid for and Elba or Elva told me as the manager she can't fix it I can take a credit for another day or figure out how to bring the food back, she wasn't resending the correct order or giving me a refund after spend $35

Worst experience I ever had. I ordered boneless wings and got bone in when I noticed it I took them straight back. They refused to exchange them stating I touched the food I kept telling her I didn't touch the food so she stated I touched "The box" I asked to speak with the manager and she kept talking over me I politely but sternly asked again that's when Xitlali told me she was the manager. She was very unprofessional and rude.

If your stomach starts grumbling, it's time to indulge in some fantastic spicy wings - the chicken is just great. The staff is both nice and professional. My husband and I stopped by for lunch. This location of Wingstop is a good one. The staff is friendly, hardworking and helpful. We ordered the 10 wings two flavors combo: Garlic Parmesan and mild with fries and a drink. While were waiting for our meal, we noticed the restaurant was clean and busy. There were people coming in constantly ordering wings and there was a lot of drivers from various food delivery services picking up customers orders. We waited about 15 minutes and our order was ready. It was awesome! The wings were hot and crispy. The sauces were spot on! The fries had a hint of sweetness to them. It was a good meal. We certainly will return as the service and food rivals that of other wing restaurants in the area.

After confirming my information The corporate office did offer me a 15 piece on them for my convenience although that was not my goal I do appreciate it I just do not like wasting money. Food wasn't bad, just looked a little bleh. When I walked in there was one person on the phone behind the counter. I just stood there waiting for him to acknowledge me. He never did, instead someone else came out to help me. Ok, I get it, you want to be safe so everybody is in masks, but her mask was dirty and it was disposable meaning she should change it more frequently. I gave her my order (Chicken tender meal) but, right as I was paying, she told me that it would be 15 minutes. I have no idea why she didn't tell me sooner, I probably would have walked over to the taco shop. Anyway I went to get my soda and found there were no tops for the cups. I then sat down at a table that, although was clean, was just wiped off and had stains on it. The order came and it was in a huge bag, even though I ordered it to eat in the store. Luckily I went to the bathroom right after I ordered because they closed it right after, turning away some kids and a father who had come into eat. I thought it was just temporary but it was still closed when I left. Big no-no to me. Maybe they were closing soon, but I believe the bathrooms should remain open (Other than an occasional cleaning) until the restaurant closes. Maybe the boss complains about overtime, I don't know.

Host took my order at 823pm and 20 minutes later, 3 customers who ordered after me have received their orders. 845pm, the host asked what my name was because she saw i was getting frustrated waiting. I see the whole kitchen crew looking for my receipt and order. The host had to go to the cash register and reprint my receipt just to get my order started at 846pm. Finally at 851pm i received my order (#30043)

Ok ok I know it's a wing stop. It's a chain and who gives a raving 5 star review of a chain? Well let me tell you this Wingstop has so much going for it, The 5 star is well deserved. First of all the location is less than desirable, but up and coming. Huntridge square really used to be extra sketchy, but I've noticed since Wingstop moved in its now just sort of sketch. The facade on the outside is super cool and a nod to the vintage Vegas neighborhood it's in. The inside is clean and welcoming. The menu is easy to understand and they have a combo for every appetite. The staff was so friendly and courteous. The food was made to order and came pretty quick. I have to say it was pretty delicious too.

So I ordered at 6:45 and I admittedly left which is totally on me but than they had issues with an order prior to mine I guess but I asked tyreece for my order and eventho it was sitting there ready he told me 10more minutes this was at 6:20 and he said sorry about that .. I had heard the lady before needing fries redone so in turn I checked the fries but saw new fries ready and I requested them after the girl said she called out my name twice which is fine IF TYREECE had not been giving everyone the same darn statement over and over plus on my receipt he placed my name as Alicain and instead of saying sorry or that my name was called out he said "were you here when she called your name " as he was trying me. Than a customer when I asked for his name and he also took my order the customer made it a race issue which my kids are half African so they really did it great this time .. I won't be back and I will he doing the survey but he needs to be coached on paying customer is right especially when their order is ready and you make them WAIT so that automatically means I can ask for fresh fries which guess what ? We're ready .. It's a joke the way he is acting young with the idgaf attitude and didn't apologize once for that and like I said for me it's principle cause this isn't the cheapest place on the block for wings His race had no issue on the situation especially black history month but his attitude needs to line up with him being paid to specially when he spews inaccurate info

I love wing stop THAT BEING SAID THIS IS THE WORSE ONE IVE EVER DEALT WITH and I've lived in. 5 states .. my food was delivered half the order was RAW ( undeniable) and the part I did taste was unseasoned.. lemon pepper no lemon pepper the par were over cooked with par sprinkled only on the top layer.. STAFF GHETTO and rude Af...AVOID THis WING STOP LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS U ENJOY Salmonella ...I'm pissed ruined my New Year's Eve snack!!!!!

I was soooo hoping their addition to the neighborhood would be a good one. So sad it isn't. I ordered barbq and lemon chicken wings, fries and 2 unsweetened iced teas. The lemon wings were so salty and dry I couldn't eat them. The barbq wings were underdone. The iced tea was good but sweetened (diabetic - threw it out). fries were delicious but too salty and the Ranch dressing was delicious.

I placed an order on line at 10:30 am and called 10:45 to see if my order was in the system, called back at 10:55 to see if order was done and was told that this location didn't open until 11 am that day, but the system took my order and my money! I was told because they were franchised that basically they could do as they please and there was no way to make a complaint! Never going back

While I was around my neighborhood on a small shopping trip with a mission for beer and a bottle of tequila, I noticed a new restaurant has opened up called Wingstop. I've never eaten at a Wingstop before, but I'm all about some good wings with beer! The sign said open for business, so I stopped in to check it out. The aroma of the wings hits you as you enter in and because the place is so new [5 days old], the place has am immaculate look to it with the tables almost full of patrons who are eating or waiting for their order. The cashier immediately says, "Hi, welcome to Wingstop" with enthusiasm. With a smile to match her energy, I did feel welcomed. I let her know that I was just checking things out and without pushing products on me, she let me know that she was there to answer any questions if I had any. The menu board was simple, not to complicated, and had quite a few flavor selections all menu items bundled with drinks and fries of different varieties. I perused the menu and found something I would enjoy. I ordered the 10 piece wings and had 2 choices of flavors. I chose garlic parmesan and BBQ wings. I did not know that they came with a drink and side of fries. WOW! All for 11.99! Good deal! I placed my order and began walking around observing the dinging area. Lot's of seating, clean tables, and the patrons seem to be enjoying their meals. I chatted it up with the cashiers and then eventually the manager asking if it was okay to take pictures for Yelp. He smiled and let me know that it was totally fine. After receiving my order, which wasn't a very long wait at all, I headed home. I couldn't wait to take a bite of the food and here's my assessment: The wings, they were cooked just right, juicy and not drowning in butter garlic sauce or BBQ, plus I was given ranch dressing [You do get to choose your dipping sauces], The fries were soft, I prefer mine extra crispy but, that's my fault, I should've said something. They Coke products but I did find a green tea that I enjoyed as it wasn't too sweet and so refreshing on such a hot day here in Las Vegas. The customer service, the wait time for my food, and to biting into my wings seemed flawless and worth the wait. I'm happy this place is now just down the street and is another offering in the downtown Las Vegas area adding to the diversity of food to choose from if you're like me who resides in the area. Excited for this wingstop to open! Went in on opening night and was not disappointed. Ordered food to go and it was ready in about 10 minutes. Will be returning for sure! A nice new addition to our huntridge neighborhood They are open 7 days a week 10:30 am-midnight!

I love this place there customer service is A1 and there food is extremely fresh. I just moved down from Cali and this is the first Wingstop I've ate at and I'm I love. This place is literally 20 mins from my house due to me refusing to eat at the other Wingstop.. highly recommend!
