We paired our wings with the blue cheese and ranch dips. These weren't just condiments; they were flavor enhancers. The food was great, especially the ranch, and the service was friendly and quick. Unfortunately, there were no open seats for dining in, and it was pretty loud inside. Waiting for our food outside was frustrating, but overall, it was a positive experience. It would be beneficial to improve seating availability.

Okay. First time at Wing Stop and have to say the wings are so much better than competitors. The issue I had was trying to navigate their online ordering website. Not user friendly, so I gave up and called only to get robot that also could not understand what I was ordering. I finally just drove to store and ordered over the counter. The kid at the register was really nice and told me that if I call in the order I should just push "0" and it will transfer my call to a live person at the store. At any rate, the food was really good. Had 3 types of wings with fries and veggies. Have to question tho, why so skimpy on veggies? I ordered for three people and just got a handful of the celery and carrot sticks.

Nev3r again . I ordered boneless chicken. 1 set of 8 boneless and 1 set of 20. 2 flavors for the 8 and 4 flavors for the 10. Obviously that mathematics was confusing, as well. We received 3 baskets of several little pieces spit into 2 flavors??? What? . None of the 3 baskets were labeled. We've never had a meal here. What flavor was what?? How come the eight pieces had the same amount of chickens in it as the 20 pieces. Whose order was whose. I couldn't tell them apart? So pissed. Some of the sauces barely covered them and barely mixed. After picking at each meal trying to figure it out we were so confused and grossed out as well as disappointed. $33... Wasted my money. They went in the garbage. Plus they were kind of cold anyway. Gross!

This was my first and last time ever trying Wing Stop unfortunately. When I came in during the afternoon there were some real dirty folks working behind the counter who didn’t care, and didn’t seem to be doing much of anything. While I was waiting for my order in the lobby, the people in the back were just standing around chatting with each other about their personal lives. On top of all that, the food wasn’t hot and tasted subpar. I won’t be back.

Came in here for an online pickup, they told me my order was almost ready so I took a seat. After 15 minutes of waiting, I walk up to the counter to ask for an update and my order has already been sitting there for quite some time without my knowledge. When I made a comment to the employee at the front about the lack of communication, he then snaps at me in the rudest manner and told me I should’ve listened when they called out the name. How rude of an employee to speak to a customer that way! I come here frequently and I will not be returning. So glad they opened another location nearby because this one is awful. Extremely unprofessional and it left the worst taste in my mouth. Very disappointed in your service Wingstop.

Mango habanero is great. Boneless is not that great but if you have kids it might be easier. Takes a good 20 minutes+ to prepare. You should order by app first. Definitely better than Buffalo Wild Wings if you’re doing take out. However there’s not much seating area here.

The wings are always great but the drinks are always messed up. When I order through Uber eats. It's not consistent. I don't recommend ordering drinks. If you're going to order from here. They don't know what they're doing

I've had bad experiences before but I haven't left a review for them. Well today's visit may be the last time we go here. Let's be honest, food is expensive nowadays and when you spent a ton of money buying food you would expect it to be decent to say the least. These boneless chickens were half the size of a McDonald's nugget. I'm guessing because they were small, they were cold. If you put small pieces in then maybe give more. But no, I counted and 20 bite size pieces in each. Wingstop has always been our fav over the other place directly located next door, but I really don't know if we should monetarily keep taking our chances here. Oh, to boot, the each was not secure and came open and spilled all over the bottom of the bag. Yah cleaning fun! And before you ask, yes we ate it. We put them in the air fryer to heat them up and ate what we could. Overall, this is beyond disappointing.

Based on two visits - so far so good! My first visit was dining in and on a Friday evening it was quite busy between take outs and diners. The team at the register were very helpful and friendly. I hadn't been to a Wing Stop in years so it took me a minute to decided what I wanted. I ended up getting a chicken tender combo - comes with fries and a drink. I got the tenders with the Louisiana Rub. The food took a solid 15 minutes plus - again, it's a Friday. The chicken tenders were VERY GOOD. Hot, crispy and the Louisiana rub was full of flavor. The fries, for my taste and preference, were a bit soggy and underwhelming but the tenders made up for it. I was here primarily for chicken so that part gets the credit. I just knew I would forgo fries the next time if I was dining in. Another person with me got the wings and really liked them as well. My next visit was for takeout. I ordered online and it estimated 15-20 min. When I arrived at 20 minutes, it was ready! Now, recall my fry comment. Well, I got the combo again but I air fried the fries at home and they were awesome after that! The chicken was really good just like the first time. I got the mango habanero sauce to dip the already coated Louisiana rub tenders.

This is a cashless store! They do not take cash They need to post that or put it somewhere on their website, so everyone knows that they don't go all the way in there make your order just to find out you can't pay if you don't have cash!

Shout out to employee Collin! That guy always has the best customer service. Wingstop is weird because it's in the category of fast food but it takes a while to cook (like 15-20 minutes). Even though wings are kind of pricey I come regularly because I'm usually on a keto diet. I normally go for lemon pepper seasoning and original hot. Overall, sometimes you crave chicken wings and I recommend giving this place a try.

I've given this place more than enough chances. I got insanely sick after here in 2021. The fries felt like they were infused with grease. I believe that's what made me sick. After a few years passed I decided to try them again. Tenders this time. No wings. No fries. Not bad. So now I'm comfortable going back. I go last night... reminder. Salute to the young brother that took my order. Very nice and patient. I only ordered 15 wings, well done. Half lemon pepper and half buffalo. I waited far too long. I think they forgot about me. Not sure if the cashier ever asked my name. They asked what my order was and it was presented to me in a bag with no name on it. Everyone else had a name on their bags. I get home, the wings are cold. Not refrigerator cold but needed to be warmed up cold. My son and I were so disappointed. I spent about $22 and change for those terrible wings. I honestly think it's all because nobody took my name and the food was just sitting there waiting to be claimed. I should have went to B-Dubbs. It's a short walk away. The highlight of the visit was the Coke freestyle machine. DISAPPOINTED!

This is by far the worst and nastiest wing stop I had in the last Vegas valley. By far the worst. Well... we didn't actually eat at this Wingstop, not because the food wasn't good, it was because we waited and waited and waited to order, be seated or told to kick rocks. We entered this Wingstop and were no greeted with a hello, I'll be right with you or anything that would be remotely considered acceptable, even for the Gen-Z standing at the register right there at the entrance. Along with this dude, who, by the way, didn't even acknowledge us, he actually turned away from us. There were also multiple people going about their tasks without any concern for us, the people wanting to order food. To the manager in the back holding some sort of team meeting or something or another, I hope it was a class In customer service. Final grade: F- Lucky for us, there is a Buffalo Wild Wings literally next door. (By the way BWW gets 5 for customer service. Definitely the better option)

Always have such a good experience at this Wingstop. Customer service is always good. Food comes out quickly and is always correct. Have never had any issues. Today I went in and it wasn't as busy as usual maybe because I'm in a little bit earlier than normal, but my food didn't take long and was happy to get in and out quickly.

This place is a joke! The girl name Ashley took mine and my sisters order yesterday and she what's super rude! First as we walked in we were taking our time looking at the menu making sure what exactly we wanted since it was my sisters first time trying Wingstop! she was in a hurry to take our order she kept asking if we're were finally ready. Then when we told her what we wanted she proceeded to make faces. I order 5 finger and I wanted 3 tossed in a sauce and two in different flavor sauce she said she could not do that and that our sauce would be on the side when we questioned her why she said because they are wet and the only do dry seasonings which it made no sense!! My sister order almost the same and her answer was exactly the same.. that she couldn't toss them in the sauce. So our order came out like crap we had to dip our warm food in nasty cold sauces. The place was packed we had to sit next to the bathrooms and behind us were two workers in a break I'm assuming very loud. I'm only giving one star because the ranch and vegetables (celery and carrots) were good!

They cancelled my order then I called DoorDash and I complained they made me pay again with my debit card. I called to try to get my refund from the first order. The lady did not refund it so now I'm stuck paying $70 for 12 wings for my kids do not use this place or their online services!!!!!

I must admit, I was a bit hesitant to visit after reading reviews. We didn't want to drive to Red Rock Casino location since we live in Centennial Hills. This location was busy. Cashier was attentive and helpful. Location was clean. Our food took some time to make but worth the wait. Our food was tasty as anticipated. Boys enjoyed all the refillable drink options between ice teas and sodas. Will come again.

If i could give negative stars I would, they don't even deserve 1. I cannot count the amount of times I have given this wingstop location a chance and they just fumble the bag EVERYTIME!! No seasoning on the fries when I asked for EXTRA SEASONING. Asked for extra cook time for a crispy wing and extra seasoning and was yet again, DISAPPOINTED. Let me start off by saying that this location rarely answers the phone at night. I called several times to place an order and ended up having to place it online. After placing the online order I called the restaurant back and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I asked the young lady if I could have my wings fried hard twice as I don't like soggy chicken. She puts me on hold again to go ask the manager and her response was we aren't taking any special requests. How do you tell a paying customer that you aren't taking "special requests" as if I am requesting a service you don't already offer? I keep having bad customer service experiences at this location and it's sad.

Found out why this place has so many bad reviews. For #1 no cash is accepted at this location. 2# the fries are soggy and they don't even toss the wings in the sauce that you pick, it's literally just drizzled over the wings. Eat here at your risk I guess...

The reason this restaurant has horrible reviews is because of employees like the manager Elizabeth . Her store missed 40$ of my order . I called to find out how they are going to fix ,missing half my order . And she said it's not her problem and there is nothing she is going to do . She was dismissive , rude , unempathetic and was not looking for any way to help me . They literally robbed me out of 40$ of my order . Don't go to this store they are literally crooks . It's a shame someone like Manager Elizabeth is representing Wingstop . People like her are destroying the reputation of someone's store . If I was the owner of that store I would clear her out of there asap . There's a reason this place has horrible reviews .

Ordered last night and got a message my food would be ready in 15-20 minutes from the time I placed it. Arrived and the app said it would be 0-3 minutes. After a few minutes it said my order was completed. I asked about my order after standing in line for another 10 minutes and the guy said it will be about 5 minutes. Almost 30 minutes passed until they called out my name for my order. Don't quote times you can't keep and most of all don't say my order is complete when you haven't even started cooking it yet!

I decided to pop in and order instead of ordering online and boy what a disappointment, I waited almost half an hour both times, while I was watching several online orders be fulfilled. Literally orders printing and being placed before my ticket and packaged AND PICKED UP before mine. So frustrating. I'm writing this as I wait, order was placed at 1240 and it's now 115 ?? Please advise that taking care of in person orders is just as important. Also, better communication on non-combos.

Asked for my order to be cooked well done and I showed up during the window of estimated time it'd take for my order to be ready. After I left I tried my fries they were cold and not well done, they also had the ranch sitting on top of them so imagine how much colder that made them. I then just chalked it up and said whatever I'll just eat the chicken when I get home. I don't even stay 10 mins away. When I got home to eat the chicken was not only cold but the sauce was too. So much for cook to order! I didn't want to turn around for the fires but after the chicken I had to call. I asked for a manager told him what happened and he seemed to care and offered to give me a store credit. I denied it and said I won't be back!

On Monday evening, we decided to order from Wingstop. We had placed an order online, 50 minutes prior to receiving the order. Wingstop had mentioned that it would take approximately 21 minutes for the order. This Wingstop location is new. It's off of the 215/Durango next to several businesses such as Greens & Proteins and EOS Fitness. There is spacious amount of parking. We never received notification for the order being completed. We waited in their designated pick-up order location. After waiting, we decided to go inside and check on our order. The order was already completed, left waiting there for over 30+ minutes. The French fries were soggy. The chicken wasn't too bad. I had 2 sauces selected - Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. The 3rd option was plain. We had selected the boneless chicken. The chicken was juicy. The Honey BBQ is sweet. There was a lot of sauce on the boneless chicken. The garlic parmesan had tons of grated parmesan on top of the chicken. I didn't get too much of the garlic flavor though. Sauce on the side offered was mustard and ranch. It was a pretty good deal, approximate $21.00 for the entire order. The chicken lasted for 2 different meals, dinner and lunch split between 3 people. The food was decent and the pricing wasn't too bad.

This location was really good in the past, but the last 2 times I ordered here have been very disappointing. Today was the worst. I ordered 10 hot honey. The seasoning was good. Then I ordered 5 plain for my youngest, and 35 mild. I received NO plain and 20 mild. I thought the bag felt way too light but I'm not gonna stand there and count out 50 wings while other people are in line waiting to pickup their orders. I trusted that my order was put together right but was I wrong. YOU SHORTED ME 20 WINGS! Absolutely ridiculous. So I paid $60 for 30 wings and the mild wings that I did receive were lukewarm, all dried out and had almost no sauce on them. I sure hope someone reaches out to me to rectify this situation.

Placed an order. Drove home, saw that the order was wrong and went back to the store. I wanted my wings the correct way and also wanted a refund of some sort for the major inconvenience. Jorge, the cashier had a major attitude, and was not helpful at all. Jorge didn't seem like he cared one bit. This location must be very desperate for employees because it seems like they hire anyone with a pulse. Don't recommend this location, travel the extra 10mins to another location.

DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!read all reviews and you can clearly see why this place has this rating . I had order before but to go and because they messed up already 3times in past but never rated them . I decided to come eat and sit and give it a chance - 25 min drive for nothing . bunch of kids who don't care . love wing stop but honestly 50 min to get our order that isn't even to go . The place has no drive thru and only us and another customer inside . there's 6 kids employees just sitting and don't tell me all 6 put on break at same time . No wonder they have 2star rating ! Would've been better if we asked our order to go. We order at 9:20 and it's 10:35 pm and until we asked they said our order was backed because "printer broke" and they never put our order in . If we didn't ask we could've had been waiting and sit there like DA** ! I get up because another 15 min passed since they said they would give us our food then I just ask cashier to give me my money back and she was asking how to do a refund then I ask if our order is even done she said no , I told her to let me speak to manager then she says she's the manager (Donna ) and clearly she wasn't how can a " manager doesn't know how to do a refund ? . She just tells me not to worry that we would get our money back in 10 days because she voided our order . Then I asked for a copy for refund then she says she can't , WTH !!!! Then I said what was her name then she question why was I asking : I told her because if I don't get the refund I wanna go back to her in 10 days . Then I asked her to sign it that I will get my money back if she's the manager then she did it on her receipt with a pencil but just a line ! Are you kidding me ? What manger does that ?! I will definitely hope I get my money back in less than 10 days . I'm a business owner and I uno things can get busy but come on ! I would not recommend this place at all . Not even an apology at least ! I expect my money back ! Go to another location even if it's far ( you get better food and service )

Staff seems to do the best they can but cook / prep times do not match and creates a horrible customer experience. I recommend either waiting extra time before going to the location to pickup the food which it may be cold or getting frustrated waiting for your order. This has happened everytime that I've ordered which has been 3 times since they opened. No wonder why I'll probably go to buffalo wild wings or another Wingstop location in the future. Sad to write this review as I was giving the business another chance. From a Yelp Elite, think twice before ordering from here online or be prepared to wait an hour for a quick service fried chicken meal.

Why can't your "fantastic" computer system work correctly?? I ordered and picked up other food based on "your system"! Hard pass moving forward. You just don't get it! No ownership ever in the store. What a way to run the business.

Always great food here, Service is okay... definitely hit or Miss if you don't order ahead. With that said DEFINITELY order ahead of time unless you plan on dining in. One time I just wanted the seasoned fries and ordered in house. They said 5 minutes but the preparer forgot and it took 20 minutes until I said something so again....order ahead unless you're eating in. The app is super easy to follow and order. There's about 5 tables on each side of the restaurant, There's the fancy beverage dispenser. Pretty much the same layout as every Wingstop. The staff are all pretty much teenagers so keep that in mind when you are talking to them..... Also I'm all about being 420 friendly but some of them smell a little too potent. Again ..... order ahead 20 minutes at least and 25-30 minutes on football Sunday or UFC fights!

This was doomed at the start. You have several workers just standing around doing nothing. It took 5-10 minutes before anyone felt the need to take our order. I received cold food after waiting 20 - 30 minutes for it to be prepared. There were other patrons in the restaurant that ordered before me and their food was cold as well. One of them even asked if they had a microwave. I spoke to the manager. Mind you, he didn't even apologize. He just said if you want hot wings, it'll be 20 minutes before you get them because they had to be cooked. I decided to wait. That was a bad move on my part. It took more than 20 minutes. After spending another 30-40 minutes there. I was finally presented with my order that was freshly cooked. I literally spent an hour there after having worked 12 hours. The food wasn't even good when I finally got it. I have no issue with food being cooked to order. I have a problem with waiting for food cooked to order that is cold like it's been sitting around for hours. The icing on the cake is this is my first time ever coming here or getting food at Wingstop. This first impression is HORRIBLE. The manager didn't even take the time to offer us something additional. I should have been given a refund in addition to the staff having to prepare my order again. Yet, the workers and the manager were too busy sitting around eating or talking to each other. I guess they were ALL on a very long break. I can assure they, the workers and manager, didn't have cold food. The manager said because my order was remade he wasn't going to refund or provide me anything for my inconvenience. I asked for the district manager's contact information but I have no idea what it said. The manager scribbled an illegible email address. I didn't even bother asking what it was supposed to say. The manager's body was there, but the rest of him wasn't. From my observation the manager and his staff are lazy. The staff were sitting down eating or standing around laughing and playing around. There were too many people on the clock and some should have been sent home rather than just being there on the clock standing around laughing and playing. I say send someone there undercover. You'll find out a lot. From the hour I spent there, I'd terminate the manager and all the employees. He allows the workers to stand around doing nothing. It took 5 minutes or so of standing in the place before we were asked for the order. The young Hispanic teen girl took my order mumbled and I had no idea what she was saying. I had to keep asking her to speak clearly and enunciate. The service was so bad that no one could have planned it. You just have lot of crappy workers that need to be terminated rather than ride the clock and sell cold food. Maybe the district manager or regional manager will see this and right this horrible wrong. Otherwise, I'd say find another place to get wings. They don't appreciate the business.

My 3 friends and I ate here last night around 10:30. 3 of us who all ate the same thing woke up with horrible food poisoning. Do better.

Picked up an order on Halloween and I was short 30 wings. Called immediately for a refund. Person I spoke with (yes I have names) told me it wasn't on the receipt ( I have my receipt) Then states I forgot the bag. I was told I'd get a call. Never got one. I called again and they told me it takes 7-10 days for a refund. It's 2023. Really. Ask me how many sorrys I have received. Zero. It's fast food I should lower my expectations. Let's see how long it takes to receive my refund. Don't leave the store without double checking your bag!!!

Last night we placed an order online waited an hour to pick it up because they usually take a long time. Was not ready when we got there. The lobby was filled with about 20 people waiting on orders. In the prep area, there were 7 employees. They were working but there seemed to no urgency. In fact the final person handing us the orders was joking with other employees and acted like he had no idea that ppl were agitated. The food in the bag was lukewarm and the French fries were not even wrapped up. The employee was picking up French fry baskets with no gloves. In the lobby there was no trash can. The soda machine is not working properly. It was noisy, disorganized, and dirty. This is ridiculous. Don't go here.

Worst wingstop I've ever been to. Terrible service, no sodas in the machine. They see you standing in line and decide to dance around and play. Seriously, a bunch of incompetent teens working this place, hanging out and doing things on their own time. Once again, terrible business, they need real management in this place.

It's like a 50-50 if they mess your order up. Don't ask for your fry's well done. They will actually undercook them. As for the wing counts. I would suggest teaching staff how to count. On a 20 piece boneless I received 18 and on a 10 piece bone in I got 9. It's not a big deal except it's so expensive. Forgot one side of sauce and the carrots and celery we paid for. It has happened several times at this location. Thanks for the hard work but try a little better and read the order.

Not impressed! Right away seemed like we were bothering them for wanting wings. We love the wing stop by our house so we decided on this location since it was closest to mt Charleston. Don't do it! Go to another location. Easily 9 employees there and only 1 making the orders. Took 25+ min for us ordering just 2 8 piece combos. Not to mention the place was DIRTY. Tables were dirty, not a trash can in site. Bathroom dirty with no trash can it was just a mess. Will not return
