I finally tried WIngstop, and I'm happy to say it was great! The portions are large and filling and reasonably priced. I was also very impressed with how fast they made my order. I took my food home and it was still hot and fresh. I got a 10 piece boneless wing, fries, and a drink. The fry seasoning is also super good. My only note is make sure to get a extra side of ranch (or whichever sauce you like) because the amount of sauce the food comes with isn't enough. I also want to commend the staff for very calmly resolving an angry customer's issue.

A nice surprise, I thought the wings would be dry and too salty. It was spiced just right and still tender. We had garlic, BBQ and a Buffalo wing type. A great snack/meal to share.

I walked in no line or people. My order normally takes 15 mins or so. My order took 30min. They were to busy cleaning or something. I was alarm to see her stepping on where food is prepared. The They left the celery and carrots open and spilled all over bag with water that made a whole in my bag. The girl was rude when I inquired how much longer. Very disappointed 😞

Fries look and taste like been fried in a burnt engine oil. Don’t know how often they renew the oil but doesn’t seem like very often. If fries unhealthy overall these are definitely lethal. These fries are terrible and look super unhealthy. The service is good, tho

They let guys like Gustavo run the place which is why it probably has 3 stars...they got my order wrong and it could have been a simple fix. Instead I'm here leaving a bad review, eating dry chicken nuggets because they didn't sauce my wings.

The Wingstop by my house at Massachusetts are absolute garbage. The chicken looks like it comes from mutants the orders are always wrong and late. This is the best boneless chicken I’ve ever had.

I come here semi-regularly and appreciate this Wingstop compared to the others I've tried. It is consistently fresh and hot. I once came after placing an order online and was maybe 45 min late to pickup, and the girl helping me offered to remake my fries since they were likely cold. I was shocked by the level of service! I don't recall her name but I know she still works here. Jose sees me regularly and knows my name and my regular order. I just saw him tonight and as he's putting some corn in the fryer "I've got your order ready I'll be right there!" Love love love his service and regularly tip hoping it will go to him. You have a great staff that I think vibes well and works hard, because not only is the Wingstop clean and smells decent (not of horribly fried food), but the workers seem happy and the food is the freshest around. Will continue to be my FAVORITE wing spot for these reasons!

I usually end up ordering takeout from here. The service has usually been pretty good. My orders are never wrong and they tend to double check it with me before I take it. The food is just inconsistent. Today, the fries were seasoned well and crispy. We tried the Mexican street spice and we really liked it! Super flavorful. On the other hand, the flavors and crispiness were lacking for the lemon pepper wings and hot honey rub.

Typically love Wingstop's wings, and like that if you order 10 wings, you get a choice of two different flavors. But this time they got my 10 piece order wrong. Louisiana spice is my favorite, and those came out perfect , but also ordered Cajun and instead got something very Tabasco forward, probably original hot. Not a fan of that one!

I occasionally like Wingstop from time to time. When I do get it, me and my boyfriend like to order a large order and have a feast. We came here about a month ago after we had done a lot of hiking for the day, and were craving some classic wings. We ordered the combo for two and got mango habanero and garlic parmesan. You can't really go wrong with any of the flavors honestly. Service is good, nothing outstanding. Restaurant seemed clean when we were there, though gets crowded with students depending on when you go.

The korean fried chicken and garlic parmesan tenders were amazingly piping hot and soooo crispy cronchy, the seasoning was almost overpowering but flavorless at the same time...i don't know if my tastebuds were malfunctioning? But, It did take 20 mins for them to make 2 tenders and the ambiance was as one would expect at fast food.

I am very disappointed, upset, and unsatisfied with my visit today at Wingstop. We waited over 10 minutes to order, which is absurd because the place was empty. Then when we sit down they bring our food in less than 5 minutes, we had only ordered a 10 piece boneless combo. When I tell you, how tiny these wings were, even McDonald's had bigger chicken nuggets than what we ordered. I am beyond disgusted with what we received. This was not worth $20 and I am never EVER going back to Wingstop again. Not only that, the nuggets were so hard I couldn't even pierce it with my fork. This was disgusting service with disgusting quality of food.

Customer service was not up to par. They provided us with an incorrect and missing order. When called for a partial refund of the missing item the employee deflected and would not honor the request even though it was a team members mistake. No resolution was made and the employee ended the phone call by hanging up.

The food quality is just like any other wingstop, so the review I'm putting up is based off of service. All of the orders I've done from here was online. CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES. I've ordered here multiple times and not ONCE did I receive the carrots that come with my order. I've been understanding since it does seem to get pretty busy, but at this point it's irritating as it has been a streak of it. and I'm basically paying for something that doesn't exist. Portions in terms of sides are also inconsistent.

Have a love/hate relationship with this place. Pretty good food but the wait is always very long. When they had the BOGO sandwich deal I ordered for pickup and asked for no pickles on all 4. I decide to open it up before leaving and see they all have pickles. Gathered up the courage to talk to one of the employees and another girl remade all four sandwiches and gave me a "new" order. When I got home I saw they STILL all had pickles! I wish I liked them but I don't! None of us ate our food that day. Still, I keep going back because the second closest Wingstop is in East Palo Alto - but if you can make the drive I suggest you do!!

So, I just had a strange experience at this Wing Stop restaurant in Mountain View today (January 2, 2021). I was attempting to order the Large Thighs and Group Wings Pack (for $35.99). It's available on the website. For this group order, I requested no sauce for the bone-in thighs as well as no sauce for the thigh bites. However, the employees said that they couldn't let me order two sauces for the ten wings. This is despite the fact that two sauces is the norm when you order 10 wings any other way. I understand that this might be a difficult thing when it comes to inputting it on the register. However, I was requesting no sauces for the thighs. So, they are actually saving sauce (and money) by not providing any for the thighs -- despite the fact that it comes with sauces. Plus, their website has no difficulty with two sauces on ten wings any way your order them. Disappointedly, I asked if the "dips" (three are included as part of this pack) could simply be the same sauces. Obviously, I could easily toss them at home. The response was no. He said that the "dips are different." I don't know if he misunderstood what I was asking, but I was feeling a bit frustrated (and doing my best to simply smile and avoid showing that frustration). Then, the option to "PAY EXTRA" for a second sauce for the wings was then offered. This was cringeworthy for me (to say the least). After all, I didn't order any sauces for the two sets of thighs. I had also been told that I couldn't choose sauces for the dipping sauces (which has ALWAYS been the norm for Wing Stop). Now, I get that they cannot provide a second sauce for the wings (if that's the company's policy for this particular meal pack). However, I was confused that they couldn't offer me the dips (part of the pack) but that they were willing to sell me a second sauce. So, I said, "No thanks. I'll just go." To be clear: I think that this particular restaurant just lost a customer (permanently). It's all about the principle to me. After all, I've ordered this same thing at the Redwood City and other locations and never had any problem. Not only does the restaurant menu offer THREE dipping sauces of my choice (which they provide), but (if they aren't busy) they typically just tell the employee in the kitchen to split the ten wings between two sauces (five each). As the nation is currently experiencing a chicken wing shortage, the price increase has been passed to the customers. To be clear: Wing Stop is PRICEY now. Yet, at a time like this, this becoming an "issue" at Wing Stop is just strange and weird. I don't blame the employees. This seems like a management issue (either at the local restaurant or at a corporate level). However, I wasn't trying to get something for nothing. Yet, I felt like I was being treated that way -- as if I was trying to "steal" something. This is despite the fact that the store was saving two sauces from the thighs. It's really no big deal. However, I do feel that the employees should never respond in the way that they did (as if I was trying to "steal" something). I would have been perfectly fine to hear an "unfortunately, we aren't permitted to do this" and leave it at that. However, there was a difficult and somewhat confusing customer standing in line in front of me (she even took issue that I took a photo of the store for Yelp) and told me to remove her from the photo. I felt like the employee was responding to me with that experience still in mind. *My two-star review isn't about the food. It's about the service. My last experience was one in which my takeout order was also wrong.

You want to know something wacky? A pop up exists in WStop as Thighstop! Apparently it's only via Doordash right now. I love wings but sometimes need more protein to fat/skin ratio in my fried chicken this definitely fits the bill. Thighs are fairly tolerant in various cooking techniques due to the dark meat. The akin in the thigh also comes out gloriously seasoned and crispy and there's way more meat than the average wing. This maybe a new go to fried chicken choice for me now

I love Wingstop! Unfortunately, not all Wingstops are the same in terms of how good your order comes out. However, this location always delivers fresh and tasty wings! I've ordered multiple times for lunch for pick up and the service is always quick and efficient. I have also ordered for dinner; and same thing, can always count on having some delicious wings. The hot lemon and lemon garlic are so good; they are limited time so make sure to get some! I feel like they should keep them around. They are great flavors!

Terrible service I was there today after o ordered I had to wait more than half an hour to get my order there were other customer came after me and get their order fist I know the ones who came just pick up their order on line because they didn't get to other at cashier register but there were some other customers that came after me and were serve first me I just feel dissatisfied with the staff service not I wonder why they have such a low rating managers should be paying more attention to this sometimes we go there in our lunch time and it's not good to wait to long for us as a customers we are The food is great but the wait makes customers with less time not to go there

Terrible. Ordered boneless wings and got standard ones. Wings were tiny and together with the French fries were inedible. Hard to believe their specialty could be this bad. Unfortunately the order was to go so I could not return it.

The food is good. But the service are pretty bad. Sometimes the restaurant are not even ready to serve people chairs are still up in the table and only 2 workers working with people line up waiting. I think to save the face of the iconic chicken wings fastfood its better to open late and ready than open on time but not ready to serve. Ambiance use to be better and clean but a long the way it is fading.

Horrible service... The manager is absolutely. Called in and made a phone order was asked if I want any sauce on the side. I replied yes I wanted ranch. Got there. My order was ready. Last half way home and realized no ranch. I don't have ranch at my house so I had to turn around then they said that I need to be charge another $1.20 for ranch even though that should've been added in the first place and non-apologetic, rude and dismissive.

The absolute worst Wingstop you will ever stumble across. First of all, the wings gave my family food poisoning. Secondly, the "veggie sticks" were OLD carrots and the ends/scrap from the celery that you would throw away. I cannot believe that the SANTA CLARA HEALTH DEPARTMENT has not closed this location down. I will be contacting them today. There's a little snot girl that works here too that could not care less about customary service who was working here on 3/15/23 when we were picking up our food. Another customer came in who had DoorDashed their food and they didn't give them their ranch sides for any of their wings and the girl refused to give her any ranch sides or sell them to her! It was so uncomfortable!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, the girl at the register taking orders ( no name tag ) short, has blueish hair, had the worst attitude in the world. On top of that she mumbles can't even hear what she's saying. Customer service is everything. If this girl isn't happy with her job she should just quit. Giving this wingstop location a bad vibe. Will never come here again. She needs to be retrained or fired.

i LOVE wingstop, but this location is not up to par. we ordered to go, but noticed a few customers in the dining room had issues with their orders. 4 different flavors in the drink machine tasted off, likely bc they were empty. we joked about reporting this machine to coca-cola, cause so many of their products are advertised! for our order, the wings were not fully tossed in sauce or had very little sauce on them. we asked for our large fries well done, but they came soggy, under, and the portion was lacking (filled to underneath the sides). for the cost of wingstop, i expect these essentials (sauce, fries) done correctly. it's not like there's a huge variety of menu items

Terrible customer service. We placed an order through their app for pickup. We ordered wings and two baskets of fries. There were no issues with the wings, but both baskets of fries were completely unseasoned. We ordered one basket with regular seasoning and one basket with extra seasoning. When we went back to the register to get the fries redone, we were met with hostility and the cashier argued with us about how we ordered the fries. She tried to give us seasoning on the side so we could mix it ourselves. We had to asked several times for our fries to be redone and tossed in the seasoning. They finally re-did the fries, but this process took way too long. This was the fourth time that we've had this exact experience with this wing stop location, and we will visit other locations in order to avoid these employees in the future.

Food is on par with Wingstop standards, this particular location has only gotten my order on time out once in about 20 attempts, and they always put in their app that it was completed on time. Literally standing waiting another 15 min past my pickup time when the app says complete. if you don't care to wait longer then quoted then have at it. If you are in a rush or expecting your food at quoted time, avoid.

Today we received horrible customer service by this WingStop location. They had two incompetent employees working today because not only did they pack our door dash order incorrectly while missing items such as everyone of our dipping sauces and gave us rotten celery mixed in with carrots and she asked for just plain celery. We reported the mistakes too Door Dash but they said there was nothing they can do until they conduct and investigation. So after reporting Door Dash to the BBB my coworker drove down to the Wingstop where our order was initial processed incorrectly and one of the two women working there claimed her name was "Leticia" but seem like a fake name cause even with proof of receipt she refuse to give my coworker the dips and the celery. My coworker then just said she will pay for the dips then and "Leticia refuse to sell my coworker the dips that we already paid for. This is extremely disturbing that Wing Stop hires employees who don't know how to talk or treat people. We then asked to speak with her manager and she said she's not here. I have already made a formal corporate complaint to WingStop waited on hold for 28 minutes. I have also sent a formal complaint to the BBB about this store and location and if we don't receive a resolution too I will be escalating this to the highest extent because every customer or patron should be treated with respect especially when there paid customers. This location doesn't even deserve the one star that was given.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 8 piece combo. Half mild Buffalo wings half garlic parmesan with cajun corn. Buffalo wings lacked sauce and flavor. GP wings LACKED Garlic and PARMESAN! Just plain light wings that were soft and flavorless. Corn way overcooked and not edible. Definitely last time ordering from here.

Bad costumer service, arrived there to pick up my food, and there were three ladies that obviously saw me. Did not proceed to greet, instead proceeded to have their own conversations, and continued doing what they were doing. Until one of them went up to the front to grab something, smiled at me and went back to call someone else that had seen me earlier and finally helped me.

Walked in to finally check it out and waited a half hour for a basic order of medium boneless wings. The fries were soggy and cold and the cheese sauce was utterly flavorless. The prices are high, the food wasn't worth the wait and it gave me the sh*ts 10 minutes after I finished eating. I liked this place better when it was a chinese food spot.

We ordered an All-in-1 Bundle of 16 regular wings and 6 breaded wings at 5:07 PM. I received an email confirmation that said it would be ready in 18-23 minutes. I get there at 5:30, and the front desk guy asked my name, and then told me it will be ready in a few minutes. Okay, I wait a little longer, and then, 10 minutes later, another person asked me again, and they go back and check. Lo and behold, my name is not even on any of the bags!! They actually go and check the system and realize that they never even started working on my order. Um, shouldn't they have checked that when I first came into the door? Now, this is obviously not my fault, so I said, this is not right. You guys screwed up my order. You have to compensate me somehow, because I'm going to get my order super late. So I asked for 50% off my original amount. They said, no, we can't do that, we can only give you 15% off your next order. I hold my peace because I don't want them to take any longer. They start making my order 30 minutes after my original order. By the time I receive it, it's 5:55. Almost 50 minutes after I ordered it. Like after 10 other people had already received their orders ahead of me. And they're not going to do anything for me. Dear Wingstop management, you should either: 1. get closer to having a perfect, foolproof system so you don't screw over your customers, or, failing that, 2. when your system/process/team inevitably screws up, you need to set up a system to keep your customers happy, because if you don't, they're going to write Yelp reviews and tell all their friends not to patronize you from now on.
