Wingstop

They always get my order correct. I eat here at least once per week and they are always pleasant and take time with my order. My go to for wings.

Worst food ever. I literally have been a customer since this location opened. I have never had no problem. Idk who cooked my food but to send an delivery order out the way this was sent out is horrible. I saw a previous video where someone complained of their food being too greasy. Well I am a victim of my food be overly greasy. There was grease literally sitting in the bottom of the container. This is unacceptable, and definitely not the standard of quality food expected from WingStop. Very nasty. Thank God UberEats gave a refund but I need these businesses to serve me good quality food just as well as the do anyone whether it's an in person order or online.

They gave me some cold old fries and I never received my wings. I am highly disappointed and I’m pregnant so just imagine the frustration I’m going through.

Nice little small chicken wing place. Good food amazing flavor in the garlic parmesan sauce. Great customer service.

Exceptionally poor. We arrived to find the employees playing very loudly in the back, so much so they could be easily heard throughout the restaurant. The food quality was very bad, slathered in a greasy sauce which tasted terrible. Then, to top it all off, the next morning three of my family members woke up with food poisoning.

You know, the service was superb. The atmosphere was just fine. I'm sure they had great intentions, but fundamentally their 'Bone in' wings were horrible. This franchise needs a rebranding and 'wings' needs to be removed from both their menu and the signage. They make fantastic boneless chicken. All their flavors go very well with the boneless battered chicken but their 'bone in' wings are 100% garbage. I'm unsure as to why they fail to make a good chicken wing. Perhaps its the layout of the kitchen? Maybe they are missing a piece of equipment other wings creators have. Firstly, when they order wings, they get the micro wings. You know, the birds that meet their maker before their eyes even open. Flats are the size of a small bic lighter and drums are the size of a large bic lighter. I'd like to hope that hasn't always been the case. I have only ate here three times. The first time I had awful 'bone in' wings and told myself never to eat here again. The 2nd I was at work and they had a deal where you could order 20 boneless in 4 different flavors and I really enjoyed that and made two meals out of it. And then, last night I tried the standard wings again and remembered my first experience. These wings were so overcooked it was like cramming sand in your face and the flavors have no anchor because they dont batter them. So, they just load the wings up with whatever flavor you want and if they have to they use hot sauce as the anchor and put the spices on top of it. This was my experience with the cajun wings which are night and day different than their boneless counterparts. It's not like they are changing it up anytime soon, so if you're on the fence about this review please go try the boneless and bone in variants of anything you like and you will see that I am spot on. Please make your menu simple and stay away from things you know little about Wing Stop. Standard chicken wings are not in your wheelhouse. Change your name to Nugget stop or Tender stop. Keep it 100.

Good comfort food. Staff was nice food always fresh.

I was very disappointed....there is some kind of sugar in the hot sauces and mixed with the salt that is on the fries. It cost $1.50 more to get a combo meal of 12 traditional wings than 12 boneless wings, doesn't make sense to me. We ate in their dining room and discovered there is not a single, normal sized trash can. Not for us. Five of us went and one liked the garlic Parmesan wings. The Blue cheese dressing is awful.

Worst customer service. Just went in to order and was gonna get the meal deal for 2 that states you can get 4 flavors but the guy taking my order told me only two flavors being rude and I offered to pay for the extra 2 flavors and he said whatever you have to mix it yourself just give me the wings naked and I'll have to put on the flavors.. smh even if the flyer said 4 flavors and it's just the way he said things rudely I had to cancel my order and walk out

very poor service !!!! Arrived after placing online order. I was immediately confronted by employees saying it would be 30-40 min wait if I was ordering. Replied I placed my order online and was asked if I had correct location. Again confirmed order number and location followed by manager informing me they did not have my order.

I have ordered here 20+ times and it's always on point. They actually give you sauces you pay for...shouldn't be a brag but it is with delivery. I mostly order delivery and I'm always happy. Thank you to this Wingstop crew!
