I’ve been ordering from this Wingstop through DoorDash once or twice a month for about a year now, and they never disappoint! The food is always hot, fresh, and my order has never been wrong. And that ranch? Straight fire 🔥 Big thanks to Shy and the rest of the management team for creating such a positive environment for the staff — it really shows in the quality and consistency of the food. Appreciate you all, Gallatin Wingstop crew! Keep up the great work! 👌

The cashier Andrew was so nice and kind. Very respectful and attentive! And the cooks really made the food taste amazing. It was fresh, hot, and delicious 😋

Was rudely refused service when I tried to pay with a 100 dollar bill . What business doesn’t have change ?? That’s bare minimum. I was then shooed away by the foreign guy who barely speaks English. Lmao

Worst food ever. I literally have been a customer since this location opened. I have never had no problem. Idk who cooked my food but to send an delivery order out the way this was sent out is horrible. I saw a previous video where someone complained of their food being too greasy. Well I am a victim of my food be overly greasy. There was grease literally sitting in the bottom of the container. This is unacceptable, and definitely not the standard of quality food expected from WingStop. Very nasty. Thank God UberEats gave a refund but I need these businesses to serve me good quality food just as well as the do anyone whether it's an in person order or online.

They gave me some cold old fries and I never received my wings. I am highly disappointed and I’m pregnant so just imagine the frustration I’m going through.

They always get my order correct. I eat here at least once per week and they are always pleasant and take time with my order. My go to for wings.

Exceptionally poor. We arrived to find the employees playing very loudly in the back, so much so they could be easily heard throughout the restaurant. The food quality was very bad, slathered in a greasy sauce which tasted terrible. Then, to top it all off, the next morning three of my family members woke up with food poisoning.

Worst customer service. Just went in to order and was gonna get the meal deal for 2 that states you can get 4 flavors but the guy taking my order told me only two flavors being rude and I offered to pay for the extra 2 flavors and he said whatever you have to mix it yourself just give me the wings naked and I'll have to put on the flavors.. smh even if the flyer said 4 flavors and it's just the way he said things rudely I had to cancel my order and walk out

very poor service !!!! Arrived after placing online order. I was immediately confronted by employees saying it would be 30-40 min wait if I was ordering. Replied I placed my order online and was asked if I had correct location. Again confirmed order number and location followed by manager informing me they did not have my order.

I have ordered here 20+ times and it's always on point. They actually give you sauces you pay for...shouldn't be a brag but it is with delivery. I mostly order delivery and I'm always happy. Thank you to this Wingstop crew!
