Wingstop

We had a fantastic time here! We came in for the new Paige Beckers meal, where they actually didn’t know what it was exactly. They helped us figure it out and we ordered online. Everyone who working was very nice, and tried to help us with our meal. Food -> Chicken: our chicken was very good!! wasn’t dry either. They were very nice and crispy. We had wings, boneless wings, and tenders. Drink: I had a Dr pepper, it was a good Dr Pepper. It wasn’t flat, nor over syruped Dessert: we had the brownie. It was very soft and actually very good. Not a lot of browines from restaurants are good, but this was! Con: there was only one con, and it was that the ranch (which was crazy!) it had frozen parts in it, but we did show up less then an hour after they opened. So I assume this is because they weren’t fully defrosted. EDIT: to our current knowledge it was blue cheese ranch :(

This Wingstop is straight up DISRESPECTFUL to anyone who actually likes food with flavor. I used to crave Wingstop like crazy after having it in Atlanta. Crispy, sauced-up wings that actually slapped. Fries that were seasoned to perfection. But this Owasso location? Hot garbage. Every single time. The wings come out drier than a Popeye’s biscuit in the desert. And the “seasoning”? What seasoning? It’s like they waved the shaker over the box and hoped it magically flavored the food. I don’t know who trained y’all, but clearly they gave up or just didn’t care. Honestly, I wouldn’t either if this was the standard that’s allowed to leave the kitchen. And the fries. Don’t even get me started. Pure culinary disrespect. Somehow soggy and crunchy in the worst way possible. Like you dropped them in old oil, forgot they existed, then threw them in a to-go box out of spite. They’re cold, limp, flavorless, and sad, just like whoever approved them. It’s offensive that this place carries the Wingstop name. Don’t be fooled by the brand. You are not getting the real Wingstop experience here. I’ve given this place way too many chances, and every time it feels like I’m being played. Fix your staff. Fix your food. Or shut it all down and stop wasting people’s money. You're not just bad. You're embarrassingly bad.

I should have looked at the reviews on this place because I now see why it has a 2.7 rating. At first, the food appeared like it was going to be good, but It was really awful. I just foolishly wasted $43 for one of the worst lunches. Please do not waste your time, money & calories. How can this placed be called Wingstop & have the worst wings, fries and fountain drinks.

I love this place! I have to grab myself a chicken sandwich every day! The staff are top notch and some of the best people I’ve met around here! The chicken is always thick and flavorful and juicy! I can’t find fries or chicken like theirs anywhere else! Highly recommend!

food was literally the most delicious thing i’ve ever eaten! seating was super comfy and convenient. and not to mention the absolute, most amazing customer service i’ve experienced. especially they guy who got me pickles and the seasoning for my voodoo fries!!

completely unsanitary and rude. While waiting for our food we saw employees use their phones with gloves on and proceeded not to change their gloves to handle the food or just be bare handed after also being on their phone and continue to bag food. A purse was set where orders are also kept, and the mananger was on her phone at the register while we ordered. Also insane wait times. Asked for a refund and went somewhere else.

Me and my friends ordered some food here and as we ordered it looked like the lady taking our order didn’t know what she was doing because she kept going to the back to ask a man ON THE PHONE the entire time what she needs to do. He comes and helps her out still talking on the phone to what it sounded non related to work or an emergency call. The lady messed up every single one of me and my friend’s orders (4 of us). They gave us someone else’s order, missed something i ordered, and gave us bone in when we requested boneless TWICE, and had the audacity to have an attitude with us. On top of a long wait, with only 2 other people here.

My order was made wrong , I went over and spoke w the employee and the manager came over and told me he would make my order right and put in fresh wings for me. They are super kind and have amazing service. The food was delicious!!!!

The worst Wingstop I've experienced. The fries were soggy, blue cheese was watery, wings had no flavor and should have been fried longer as well. I went when they first opened and the experience was the same. I figured they would have gotten better with time but they haven't. Don't go if you like you like good food.

This Wing Stop is Garbage. Let me lay down the list. 1) Employees are unprofessional and loud. Tossing bowls around laughing and bowls crashing to the floor. Sounds like a teenage house party in the kitchen. Rap music loud in the kitchen. Every employee looks and acts like Jeff Spicoli from the movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Wouldn't be surprised if they were all HIGH!!! 2) The drink machine was out of 75% of the drinks. Ended up with lemonade. 3) Took over 30 minutes to get my food. 4) The 10 pc wings I ordered looked like they killed one week old chickens... these were the smallest bone in wings I've ever received at a Wing Stop. 5) The taste wasn't all that great... a lot of the meat on the chicken was hard... like they cooked it too long. 6) Every customer that walked in was pissed when walking up to the drink machine. Should have expected this quality when I was the only one in the restaurant Google map another place if looking for wings... you will be disappointed

I love Wingstop, but this one was a huge letdown. We ordered our food (for 2, so not a large order) and sat down to wait. My boyfriend's cup leaked when we went to go get drinks, which wasn't a big deal. We got a new cup and sat down at one of the lesser-messy tables (still had to get a wet paper towel and clean it) We then sat there for 45 minutes waiting for our name to be called. When you go to dine-in, they put the food on a tray, call your name at the dine-in pick up window, and you go and get it. Not only did they call the name ONCE (we didn't hear), they put it in a sealed to-go bag and put it on the to-go shelf after no one came and got it. It sat there for 20 minutes of our 45-minute wait. The receipt on the bag they packed even said dine-in. The worker had zero empathy when handing us our cold, soggy food. When we were there, we noticed the worker quietly calling the names no more than once as the music was blasting. Many people were having to stand right at the window to wait instead of sitting at tables because they couldn't hear the worker and there were zero clean tables. This is a terrible location, save your $$$

So I screwed up and ordered the wrong thing, That's on me. I thought they screwed up and called they said they would remake them. Drove all the way back without my phone.... Anyway I got there and the manager Anna explained what happened. And she tried to call me to tell me. She spoke with my GF as I left my phone.. and they asked Anna to go ahead and remake them and I would pay the difference when I got there. Of course that's not what Anna said when I get there she said my GF said not to remake them.... And she could but it would take another 15 minutes.... Mind you it's already been 45 min with all my driving.... And I didn't want to wait longer. I won't go back... I should have checked their ratings before going...

Do not order from the Wingstop I ate here on Wednesday March 26th and woke up the next day with stomach pains I couldn't even bear went to the hospital and I had food poisoning I'm just now recovering do not eat here! And to top everything off the cashier was rude

Rating based on wait, 30 minutes for bone in wings. Food was no greater than anywhere else.

Stopped by for dinner tonight and was very pleased with my experience. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was great, and the food was fantastic! Definitely plan to come again.

I ordered online and was there at the core time. My food was cold and really greasy. The gentleman at the front was less than friendly handed me my food without even saying anything. The store is very chaotic and unappealing. Do better. I won't be back.

Had an order delivered wrong. The first person to answer the phone was really nice, I wasn't able to drive to the store or I wouldn't have ordered delivery. She wasn't sure how to handle it so she gave the phone to Ryan the shift manager. He immediately let me know that I would have to bring the wings up to the store to prove they were wrong before he would do anything about it. I offered to send a picture but that was not good enough. He was not giving away free food. I told him that was very poor customer service and he let me know he was too busy to be told how customer service was suppose to work. Wow, I am blown away. We order wings quite often. Won't be using them anytime soon thanks to Ryan's lack of customer service. Picture of the buffalo wings I didn't want just to Ryan knows I was not trying to get free food.

Usually a decent spot. Sometimes the wait is long but the food is still decent. I recently visited to get the new sweet chili glaze flavor, but when I got home and opened my order they instead gave me plain wings. Now that's not a big deal I like any wing, but while eating my fries I see a weird green chunk in my ranch. My first instinct was maybe the seasoning that goes into the ranch but after showing a picture to others the common vote was mold. Again it isn't usually this bad, maybe the occasional missing item or long wait but this incident will make me never return.

This specific location I order from typically since recent moving every single time I arrive it takes or 10 minutes to receive help! Not to mention when you place an order over door dash they always push you delivery time back 30mins. Multiple times I've mentioned that it's a problem. Instead of working they seem to be more focused on having a good time talking and laughing instead of getting order out in a timely fashion and putting the customer first! I have never receive and order that is completely correct something's always wrong with my order every single time no exaggeration!

Worst Wingstop ever! They never get your order right, customer service is non existent, and the food is horrible. Avoid at all cost. Don't expect a refund even if you do talk to a "manager"

I love Wingstop but I was disappointed with this one. I ordered a 24 wings with 2 sides and a large ranch. Came home with no ranch in the bag. I've ordered online 25 mins prior to going in and then I still had to wait 30 mins for my food just for it to not be complete.

Wait time is insane. I haven't been in the restaurant without seeing 10-15 people waiting on to-go orders. I would imagine this is some sort of operational flaw that's not allowing them to keep up with frequent orders. Staff was anything but professional. They had four kids working and then the manager all of a sudden showed up. Most professional one out of the bunch was what looked like the youngest one.

Seriously waiting a whole hour after ordering online walked in was told 10 min and waited another 45 min. People just don't care society has officially gone to shh

Don't ever order wings from this place. Tried to do it during the Super Bowl and ended up getting home with half my order. When I called them to see if they would make my other half I was immediately met with attitude but they said they'd be able to do it. As soon as I got there I told them my name and what happened and they looked around at all the other orders they had and then said they didn't have it. The little kid who worked there had some kind of problem with me just asking for my order. I waited for 15 mins just to have that same kid bring me it and then proceeded to tell me it had been there the ENTIRE TIME. How I was supposed to know this is beyond me since I asked for it at the beginning and that same KID I asked was the one who eventually got it and then proceeded to say it was there the whole time. Maybe cause he is small and had some fur growing on his upper lip he felt like he had something to prove but I will never be back here again.

Looking for something new and different the other day, I remembered we had a brand spankin' new Wingstop in Owasso, and how could I possibly pass that up? Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted and given a hot minute to view the menu. Not really knowing what was available, I went with a standard 10 wings and a drink. I decided to split the wings half traditional hot and half Garlic Parmesan. The wings arrived pretty quickly, but not too soon, so I know they were cooked fresh. The two sauces were both great, and either one would be a great meal. I loved the messy, sloppy, sinus opening traditional hot sauce, but I gotta say... that Garlic Parm version... that was something else. I could easily see myself plowing through 10 or 20 of those with no second thought. The inside is upbeat, and clean, as you would expect a new store to be. Overall first impressions.... this place has serious chops, and I expect to be a regular.

Today ordered food forvthe 3rd time from this Wingstop in owasso. For the 3rd time my food was not ready at the time I asked for it. ITS BACK TO BWW.

I have never reviewed a location as there is usually something redeeming from every restaurant or fast food joint. This place has nothing going for it: mediocre food, employees wandering around aimlessly and scrolling phones, floors and tables sticky, etc. It took over 45 minutes to get an order of 10 wings, voodoo fries, and a few chicken strips. I was one of two people there, and it may have taken longer if one of them hadn't come and asked for a reminder of who I was. If you're willing to wait, fine, but Owasso is flush with chicken options. Choose a different place to get your wings.

Wait is way too long I've waited for an hour on food here. They've forgotten my ranch.. how do u forget the ranch at wing stop. They seem to be low on employees it was only 2 people cooking and taking orders. They need more staff clearly 2 people is not enough to operate a business. 0/10 go to wings to go in Owasso instead.

Food is excellent here always fresh and hot. Staff is friendly. Cleanliness in the table area needs some work but doable. There is a guy that is always in the restaurant cooking. He must be management but he's the hardest working guy there. He Always takes care of you and genuinely looks like he enjoys cooking for you. Anyway, skip BWW and head to wing stop for good tasting food. We love it!

Great food but terrible service. We waited over 30 minutes for our food to be done when others food who ordered after us was done before us. We talked to the manager (I think her name was Anna) and she was absolutely no help telling us that they are not a "fast food" restraunt and the other persons fries were bigger so that was why they were done first... well that's great we were here first, we ordered fries too, and we're dining in, while this other order was a take out order. Safe to say if the online orders will be made first then we will be ordering online from now on.

We revisited wingstop after a long break. They now allow you to sit in stores, which is amazing! We ordered her wings extra crispy, which I highly recommend. Everything was great. Staff was fun and friendly! Definitely a place I will be visiting once a week, as long as they allow indoor dining! Thank you, Wingstop.

I have never seen a food place out of as many drinks as they were. If you view my photo all the gray dots are selections that they were out of. They only had 13 drinks working out of the 33 total selectios. Food was pretty good though so I'll bump my review to a 3 star.

Best thing to happen to Owasso since... since...? Man its been a while. Lemon Pepper traditional and fries. Im not into sauced popcorn chicken, so i cant help anyone there. Order was right on time Anyways, glad I'll never go to BWW while i live here.

Don't waste your time. I couldn't believe the chicken they sent me home with. There are way better places to get chicken in owasso; wings to go right down the street, or slim chickens just a few minutes away. Not a good start to a new business. Hateful employees, who had no customer service when trying to explain what i got sent home with. Bad chicken + bad service = bad business. Wouldn't be surprised if they're out of business by next year. Seriously don't waste your time.

Terrible service. Ordered a Togo order and when I got home there was a meal that was not in the bag. Called them and they said well there is not much we can do unless you come back. I went back they gave me what was missing but did not give a credit or anything. All I got was a sorry your meal is now cold and you didn't get to eat cause you had to come back. No credit, no future credit, no nothing. Needless to say I will not be back. Terrible customer service!

They use Doordash for their delivery. Doordash has garbage service and doesn't care. In the about 6 times I've used them for delivery, they've screwed up three (50%!). One never showed up at all; they just disappeared with my food and presumably ate it, themselves. This time (Jan 2022), the driver brought half of what I ordered, and part of what someone else ordered. Coincidentally, the food I ordered for other people was fine; it was my personal food that was screwed up. And since it was 'COVID DELIVERY!!1!' so they just dropped it off at the door in the cold and left without knocking, so I couldn't even check and see if it was correct before they left. Oh, and get this. Their little 'how did we do?' text that came? I replied and they said, 'oh sorry we let you down, go to this link to leave feedback.' The link doesn't work. Hence, my saying they don't care about their garbage service. Wingstop does not advertise who their delivery people are. Had they, I wouldn't have ordered delivery bc I know Doordash is trash. And the Wingstop manager said they didn't do anything wrong, so they wouldn't do anything to fix my ruined meal; which sucks for me but is understandable. I wouldn't want to be on the hook for the morons at Doordash, either. The food itself is fine. But the delivery people suck, their management doesn't care, and the Wingstop management doesn't care.

Interior is clean, the staff wear masks and the food has been early or on time every time I order. Staff is super friendly and the food order has been perfect every time.

Took 46 mins to get wings and there's only a few other people here. Embarrassing. DONT COME HERE

Placed my order at 3pm to pick up at 5:30: waited 20 minutes to discover they had no idea where my order was. I had App confirmation and the money had left my account, but they had no idea. Had to wait for the order, after 35 minutes they tried to give me a bunch of extra food, which would be fine if I were feeding the football team, but I was just feeding myself. I told them thanks, but I would just be throwing it out. So they did nothing. Food itself was mediocre at best, I won't be back.

Every worker in there looked high as h*ll. Watching madea, had the tv on loud too. Moving around slow. Just slow slow workers. Maybe stop hiring teenagers with face tats and it'll get better? Just a thought.
