Chicken and French fries really good. They charge extra dip 1.59$ but not even close individually packets. Basically they put from big bottle to small container. Also soda was extra charge.

I usually come here pretty often. Today I came in and had a friendly interaction with the Cashier. I was picking up an order but ended up waiting a bit, completely normal. I see as they both greet the customers and ask if they would like to place an order or if they are picking up, making sure orders get handed out correctly. They let me know to leave a review for them because management has been harsh on them. I believe these two young ladys are doing an awesome job already but remember to also be kind to your workers. I use to be a manager at a fast food place and dealt with all types of customers. It is important to create a good environment for customers but also consider the people working for your company and to be kind to them as well. Give them tips but also uplift them, compliment and appreciate their good deeds therefore they continue giving out the same good energy to customers.

This Wingstop doesn't disappoint! I always go for pickup and the food is usually ready in 10min. I have been going to this spot for 4 years now and have nothing but great things to say. Try the Mango Habanero boneless wings and grab a side of wedges. Its 🔥 but so tasty.

My first time to go to a Wingstop. Just an average fast food place. The chicken strips are larger than some places and they are good and fries portion was generous.

The customer service at this location is consistently disappointing. I have placed orders on three separate occasions, and each time I was given a different excuse regarding why my order could not be taken over the phone. I was repeatedly told that I must place my order online, which is both inconvenient and unacceptable. The staff would benefit greatly from additional customer service training or management oversight. Unfortunately, due to the repeated poor experiences, I will no longer be ordering from this location.

Real quick, thank you to Mrs Dominique for coming in to work and start checking on the people already there. She was professional and efficient. The other cashier doesn't have a clue what her job is. No customer service, no professionalism with everyone else including the owner/manager. Horrible service. Again thank you Mrs Dominique for your service. I may be back if she's there.

I came into the store to pick up an order, and like always, it was super busy. The two young girls working in the front were doing their best on getting multiple things done even with a lot of customers trying to make orders and pick up they were still trying to get the customers their orders ready. It’s honestly disgusting how some grown adults act towards employees . I get that people get upset when their order takes a while or comes out wrong. Some customers are disrespectful even while ordering. A lot of people come in with huge orders, and of course that’s going to take time. Simply if you aren’t willing to wait a while in this store and do nothing but complain don’t order from here.

I already submitted a review/comment with corporate but I figured I would write on here too. Kevin is an incredible employee! Today Wingstop was out of AC (not fun in summer in VA) I ordered online not realizing this and had a 20 minute wait for food. The workers must have been so overheated, as the dining area was so HOT. Kevin, who was probably exhausted from working in that hot kitchen with many orders, took the time to talk to my toddler as he was filling up his water. Kevin even gave my toddler a brownie, which kept him entertained and happy as we waited for our food. This guy deserves a raise!!! A kind, personable employee!

the place looked wrecked 09/17/2025 around 8:45pm biggest complaint to the employees who were "hanging out" in the very back while this young woman was the only one packing orders for pickup and uber eats and such and taking orders and in the front basically her attitude wasn't the best but she was doing all the front work. Food was good the team here is so much more terrible idk who is hiring teenagers who don't care

(3/10) This Wingstop isn't my favorite, but it's convenient because of its location. The service was average, and the wings didn't quite hit the mark compared to other locations I've tried. The flavors felt a bit off, and the fries were soggy. It's okay if you're in a rush or nearby, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.

I ordered for me and my girlfriend tonight and the workers got our order wrong in multiple ways. We ordered atomic and mango habanero sauce on the side and our order came with one sauce of garlic Parmesan. We ordered 20 wings in total (two 10 piece combos )and only received 10 wings. After going back up to the store I arrived before the order was complete and once I got it the fries were cold before I started driving back to the crib. The short Hispanic lady with blonde hair, the black lady with dreads and red highlights, and the tall Hispanic male that was working with a regular white t-shirt on all participated in the act of chatting loudly about outside activities instead of getting orders correct. I'm not the type of person to get on an app and complain about other food places due to me having previous experience in the field working overnight as a solo cook at IHOP. but the acts out of the workers on the closing shift tonight were unacceptable. It was like they didn't even care about their job. They were just chilling on their phones while people were sitting around waiting for their food and still end up getting the order wrong. Don't go here y'all hit the wingstop on Richmond hwy them highschoolers in there will give you 5 wings and corn when you ordered a sandwich and celery. ON. GOD. (p.s- if I could give the smallest sliver of one star that's what would be chosen they don't deserve a full star).... just being honest

Ordered Wingstop through DoorDash this evening which arrived quickly and my dasher was friendly. I usually get the wings but decided to get the chicken sandwich (hot honey rub) w/ honey mustard and those good ole fries. The sandwich was really good..hot, crispy and flavorful. I've been sleeping on them but will order another sandwich again. Only draw back was my fries were cold which led to the low rating. Thank goodness for my air fryer.

I came in expecting basic customer service, but instead I was treated poorly and made to feel unwelcome. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend this place to others.

Zero stars! It won't allow me to post with zero stars! Second week in a row ordered $126 worth of food, and didn't receive the Parmesan wings that I ordered. I even reminded them that I didn't receive them last week and they proceeded to leave them out again today. I will not return. Restaurant was very hot inside!

Absolutely terrible experience at this Wingstop. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional yelling at customers and each other instead of helping anyone. No one seemed to care about customer service at all. I stood there waiting for help and was completely ignored. When I asked a question, I was snapped at like I was bothering them. This is not how paying customers should be treated. I won't be coming back, and I don't recommend this location to anyone.

Worst Wingstop experience l've ever had. The staff were yelling, rude, and clearly didn't care about the customers. People were waiting and confused, and no one even tried to help or explain what was going on. When I asked for help, I got attitude instead of answers. The energy inside was chaotic and unwelcoming. Honestly, it felt like we were bothering them just by walking in. Also, they didn't know how to use their own app. They were fighting with a customer for not being able to use their own app. Never coming back to this location. Total disappointment.

Do not get carry out form her and do NOT dine in here. This place is filthy. Really gross. There were no paper napkins .. at a wings spot. They had roll of brown paper towels from the bathroom sitting up with the straws and it had wing sauce on it from dirty hands trying to tear off pieces. They had one of those digital Coca Cola dispensers- it was so gross. There was water on the floor. This place is a health hazard.

Generally speaking, this place has some good food. But the service is a huge "meh". The general impression is no one really cares about customers. Tried to call in an order because, apparently, promotions offered online aren't honored in store (see sauce quantities with large orders). Got put on hold. Drove to the store still on hold. Walked in the store still on hold. Employee just standing around. Then refused to honor the promotion with regard to the number of sauces. Yet the app clearly showed more than 2 could be selected. But because you can't order tenders with old bay, you have to call. But if they don't answer, then you have to order in store. And then that's when the "employee of the month" (based on not actually caring about their job) interprets national promotions for you. Now looking for a different wing place. If you don't care about your customers, your customers will find somewhere else to spend their money.

It took forever to get our order, and when I got home, instead of the bone in wings I ordered, they gave me boneless wings. On top of that, one of the boneless wings was nothing but deep fried skin. Terrible, I'll never eat there again.

Zero stars! This is the third time this place didn't give me what I ordered; food always missing. Then you call and tell them they messed up your order and they tell you no refunds and you can drive back to the store to get your missing items. Lol This place is a joke and the management does not care. If they can't get the number of wings right in your order who knows what else they're doing wrong in the kitchen. I won't be back!

This place is ok. The wrong sauces are average but came in on Tuesday for dinner and it was quick, fast and clean. I had Mango habanero sauce, I wish there was more heat, but enough heat for someone who is testing the spice limits.

My husband placed an order at the Wingstop in Woodbridge. He received his order and when he gets home, he sees that the order was wrong. My husband went back to wingstop and let them know the order was wrong. The manager takes the order and says we are missing a box and he tells her that's all we had received. He asked if it could be remade or get his money back. She again states we are missing something. She takes the bag, goes to the back of the store, and she tells her associates not to help my husband. He stood there for an hour and fifteen minutes waiting for her to come back, thinking she was fixing the order. She comes back and then CONTINUES to help other people. I go to wingstop to meet Greg because he wasn't answering my messages (woman's intuition). I let the manager know that we indeed did not have anything missing. And she still said "I am not remaking your order or giving you money back, you can go ahead and call corporate." My husband gets visibly upset and states "we did not steal your wings and I paid 40 dollars for food and we need something back." He was getting loud and I told him to go to the car and he leaves and I stayed. She then proceeded to call the police and have me escorted out of the wingstop. There were witnesses stating that the manager was disrespectful before Greg even got loud. The police comes over to me and says "she says you are being disorderly but I don't see anything disorderly but she still wants you to leave." Their customer service is horrible and DIDNT think this was a race issue but a white man came in after my husband left and said his order cold and SHE REMADE HIS ORDER! I am not hurt over chicken but it's the principle you don't speak that way to people.

Ordered through Ubereats for pickup. They said food was ready for pickup. Got there and they made me wait an additional 25 minutes. If you need time to make the food then take the time. Don't mark it ready for pick up when it's not???

We typically get food here to go and when we get it home it's still plenty hot. Today we ordered through DoorDash and when it got here it was pretty much room temperature and the rolls were dried out. One of the rolls even had a huge hole in it that appears may have been a air bubble during baking. The whole time I tracked our driver, so I know he came straight from the store to my home. On top of it all almost 1/2 the wings were incredibly scrawny and barely had meat on them. I'm fully aware with the pandemic businesses are having issues with supply and demand, but this was just bad customer service overall.

Wingstop in general is good. This staff is crap. Bad attitudes, terrible customer service, tons of attitude. I ordered the 15 wings, large fry, 2 dipping sauces. This is the option that you can chose 3 sauces or dry rubs. I got some plain and some lemon pepper. There is no option for sauce on the side. When I get there, I pay then tell the cashier I need mild sauce on the side, cops an attitude and then tells me it's extra. Which is isn't supposed to be. Fries were supposed to extra well done and they were. Bottomline like the other comments reference, try somewhere else.

Food was just ok. Ordered online and they still couldn't get the order 100% correct. My ordered was missing the ranch and blue cheese dipping sauces. The fries were too greasy so that means the oil is bad or not hot enough. The boneless wings were actually better than their bone in wings which is a tragedy all on its own. Not sure if I'll be back to this location. On a new quest to get my lemon pepper fix.

Delicious! Ordered a 50 pc party pack online and it was ready just as I walked in the door. Garlic Parm is awesome, old bay is delicious, and the Korean BBQ is a new fave. Veggies were fresh and crisp, fries were fresh, and the rolls were a nice touch. Thanks Wingstop!

My friend and her husband received a wrong order. Husband brings the food back and explained it was the wrong order. The manager Elizabeth Cruz decides to take the food back and then tell him that they won't remake the order. He asked for a refund ($40 order) and she refused. Then calls the police for disorderly conduct, of which when the police arrived they found no evidence of disorderly conduct. So not only are they messing up food with poor customer service they are stealing customer's money too!

I never give establishments this low of a rating, but I think this time it is well deserved. Here are the reasons why: 1. The wings at this establishment are mediocre.. I always specify for my wings to be extra well done, but each time they still have a chewy consistency. My order comes up wrong on multiple occasions, either wrong flavor or missing wings. I am just starting to think that the chefs lightly skim and overlook the order receipts(which i'm sure they do). 2. This may be because I only order from here during weekdays, but I always encounter the same employee who seems to have a temper and can be rude at times, not sure if she is new but any employee that curses at a customer is a straight complaint to the manager to me. Which leads me to my last reason.. 3. I can never get in contact with the manager! Now I am no expert when it comes to manager's schedules, but how am I ALWAYS told that "The manager is not in right now.".. for the past 2 years!? No email? Number? Even on this website, there is no one that claims the establishment so honestly I am convinced that there isnt one.. I hear that there are better locations throughout NoVa, which I highly believe, but sadly this is the only location within a 30min range near my house, so if I ever get the cravings for wingstop, this is the quickest stop. To conclude, I only have love for wingstop but I sure as heck wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. But, if you do end up going here, I can only advise to carefully check your order.

1 star for the decent wings. 0 stars for the rest. I ordered 40 wings for pickup and realized I only received 30 wings when I got home, ready to eat. How hard is it to look at a receipt, make the order, and assemble the order? Apparently extremely hard at this location. Reading comprehension is key. Hire competent employees.

I understand right now during COVID things can be difficult. But that shouldn't change any recipes or make employees disregard the ticket order. I asked for seasoned fries and on top of that I asked for extra seasoning. There's hardly anything .. these fries look like they took them out the fryer and straight to the bag. I Love Wingstop. Hate giving bad reviews but I was disappointed.

Wingstop always sounds good in the moment, but after finishing my food I usually feel like crap. I definitely recommend getting the small combo, or the medium, as anything larger is just way too much for one person to eat. The food tastes decent enough, but just never sits well with me. The real downer with this location is the ridiculous wait times. Whether I'm here as a customer or picking up somebody's DoorDash order, it always takes way too long and it's just not worth it.

Has messed up all 4 of my recent orders by either giving wrongs sauces, not providing well done wings, or not giving the correct number of items. When I would call to speak to someone they wouldn't even pick up the phone. Contacting corporate does nothing as well. They don't care or bother to respond to emails. Save your money and go elsewhere. You'd think they would value your business during these times..

I place a phone order for 25 ALL FLAT wings with a LARGE Ranch in which the very unenthused girl repeated back to me. When I showed up I didn't check the order (partially because I was a bit distracted by the loud music playing) and with trying to make the girl who took my order smile because there was no reason not too. Anyway upon reaching home I prepared to get my Big and Sexy on with my all flats 3 flavors (so I thought). Only to open my hot and steamy box to see it was FREAKING Classic. I was PISSED to no end and figured the Wing Gods were messing with me. No wasn't Wing Gods at all but instead it was the lack paying attention to the customers order or maybe she couldn't hear me because they double as a night club and that's why the music was so loud. (But mind you she repeated my order back to me) I called and explained that there was a mix up. Unenthused girl basically told me that I didn't tell her that and there was nothing she could do. I told her that "you repeated my order back to me so I know that you heard what I said". She proceeded to place me on hold and got her manager. It wasn't her Assistant Manager but a General Manager with an accent and he basically wanted me to come back to the store (I live about 20-25 minutes away) to replace the order. I told him "UMM YEA NO I WILL NOT inconvenience myself any further. How about you all send me a refund for half of $42. He says, "Oh no ma'am I will not be doing that. You can bring the chicken back because your ticket doesn't say "All Flats". I said well that is NOT my fault but in deed your Karaoke Cashiers fault. I know what I ordered, I have been eating chicken for 42 years. All I am asking is that y'all refund me half of my money since I will only eat half of the order." Manager with the accent says, "NO MA'AM I WILL NOT. I am trying to work with you by having you drive all the way back with the chicken and we will fix it for you." I told Him "You are crazy as hell if you that that I will be inconveniencing myself any further with you." Long story short he REFUSED to help me but further inconvenienced me because Karaoke queen (cashier) didn't make sure that my order was correct and that she heard it correctly and that she put it into the system correctly. So i now have wasted half of my money because I don't eat anything other than FLATS.. I explained to "Accent Manager" how customer service should work. NEVER EVER WILL I BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! This was our first time and our last at this location. I will give my money to another Wing place.
