I haven’t been to this area in a while. I’ve just moved back this year. This Winn-Dixie so well organized, spotless, clean helpful staff I loved the produce section fresh very well priced I’ve got my Starbucks coffee for you ready for this 799. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been paying 15 at Publix. What the heck Winn-Dixie you will see me again!!

I haven't been here in a while because. This Winn Dixie was remodeled, it looks much cleaner, it's bigger than the Publix and it's wider. There parking lot is pretty spacious and spread out and the carts are right there to greet you at the entrance. Every time I've been here the staff has been helpful and friendly and they always have a beer special.

This has been my moms & my favorite grocery store for more than the past decade. Today I tried using a coupon cause like most of us, I'm trying to save anywhere I can. The item is $3.29 on sale and I had a $2 off coupon. The cashier Jasmine started getting rude & loud with me because I wanted the $2 off to be applied. She changed it again once I asked about it being applied but was so rude. She still charged be $1.80 instead of correcting it properly to the $1.29 since I had the $2 coupon. The few pennies were the least of my concern since she was getting loud with me over it and started talking about me to the next customers in line. I felt very offended and thats so surprising because everyone here is usually so nice. That was so unnecessary. I even had to ask the cashier Jasmine to cool it because she was embarrassing me. I literally drive 40 minutes to shop here to be treated badly today,because I'm trying to save a little $$. I don't understand why people work in customer service if they dislike people so much. I'm sure I'm not the only person shes insulted just trying to get her to do her job. If I go back it will for sure not be in her line.

This store never has enough cashiers on shift, so the wait is always terribly long. Overall, I shop here with the impression that the mangers must not care much about the customers, especially when the line gets so long without another register opening up.

I love this store!! They have everything at great prices. I love the fact that you can accumulate points toward future purchases!! Love that fact that you can buy alcohol 7 days a week!!

This is a good Winn Dixie. I hope they keep this one open amongst the Aldi crossover. The staff is helpful and they keep a clean store.

Good clean store,unfortunately while shopping today 12/26/23 got wind of this store is being taken over by Aldi's(employee chatter)very soon. I'm surprised that this store even still carries the Winn-Dixie name!!!! It's nostalgic to me, so is this whole shopping center

Love this store! The butcher is always so accommodating and cuts whatever meat I need.

This store at 7915 Dixie should be closed how they manage to service no freaking registers open , horrible customer service I won't return

The Winn Dixie stores in my neighborhood have all closed, so when I pass by this WD, I always stop in. This store is bright and clean. Aisles are wide so it's easy to move around. I particularly appreciate the BOGO specials and the discounted meats. The meat can't be sold past its expiration date but is marked down as it gets close to the expiration date. I saved a lot of money when my children were young by buying the discounted meat and freezing it for later use. The floral department offers a wide array of arrangements at reasonable prices. The customer service staff helped me when the coupon for my birthday ice cream freebie wouldn't work. Join the rewards program for your birthday freebie and other discounts.

The quality is superb and the staff are always so friendly, kind and helpful! This Winn Dixie is the best in west palm!

I live 2 blocks from this store, have been coming here for 3 years since I moved up from Broward. I don't always shop a week in advance for food so sometimes I am there 2-3 times a day. Great staff, great wine and food specials for discounts on gas or food. I have never had a bad experience there with the exception of the time I went looking for shallots and no one knew what a shallot was or where they were... lol. (old staff 3 years ago) Kim, Rose, Mary, and many others names I cant think of right now are all great, but I have to say Frank is top notch. I was in Hotel and restaurant biz for 30+ years so I know a little about customer service. He is constantly on the move, getting carts from the parking lot, working customer service, working cashier, stocking, dealing with customer issues or complaints, etc. Give this man a raise or promotion!!!!!

I've grown to love this Winn Dixie. It's not like the Publix I was used to on Palm Beach, by any stretch, but I've always found what I need, and it has long hours and a very nice manager. The beef is not fabulous, but the pork is really, really good and this store carries fresh shrimp, which I've never seen at any Publix. In any event, I'm grateful that this Winn Dixie is near me, and it is improving with time. The liquor store is also good--has a pretty good selection at fair prices. And I am always happy to see how much I've saved each time I shop, when I use my Winn Dixie savings card!!

Over the years we have noticed the lady with the accent who works at the customer service with the dreadlocks always was so mean to us, now we are convinced she is just a racist and does not like white people and maybe gay people. She never wants to wait on us or closes when we go up to the counter, she is rude and seems to have little education, but more so racist toward white people. I do not know why Winn Dixie hires people like this to work in customer service and in checkout. It makes no sense. We like Winn Dixie and their sales and products, but after today how I was treated again by this same employee, I think I will take my business elsewhere. They should better train their employees and put them through an antidiscrimination protocol, maybe she is against whites and gays, not sure, but she is not nice. It is very obvious.

This is my local Winn-Dixie, and I get all my pantry goods here. Substantially cheaper than Publix, very clean, I just shop the sales and save. I wanted to mention Kimberly at the customer service desk, She has been there for as long as I know and she is one of the hardest working people in this store. I was telling her 2 weeks ago when I seen her, she always seems to be right there helping a customer in need and always has the answers and the BEST customer service attitude to go along with it. Once Kim told me about how much I can save using the Winn-Dixie APP, I automatically downloaded it and was SO THANKFUL because now I am saving my family tons of money with these coupons Thank you to all the friendly staff and GREAT SALES.

The West Palm Beach/Dixie location is a good store. However, their cashier, Jeanette is rude and definitely not customer friendly. She did not speak, she did not take my points off like I ask her to and she told me did with a wave of her hand "to hush" and proceeding to throw my .25 coupon in the garbage and not use it. They must do better with cashier help.

The BEST fresh cookies!! Oatmeal are fabulous! Chocolate chip equal runner up. Fresh deli foods daily. Large wine selection. Great deals on meats.

Superclean Winn-Dixiex, very nice, large selection, staff is very polite helpful plus there's a lot of other businesses in the shopping center that are pretty cool
