WINNER'S CIRCLE BBQ

I was looking for a lunch spot to stop into on my work trip and wanted to sit outside, and this place was absolutely perfect! It’s just a cute little place on the side of the road, but the patio was easy going and playful view of the baseball field m, walking paths and trees. I had the lunch special and it was the perfect amount of food and delicious! The owner Sylvia was so friendly and awesom, too! They started off as a food truck in N wilkesboro speedway and the community rallied for them to open up a local spot too! So happy I popped in! I’ll be back!

I’ve had my share of BBQ being from Greensboro, and having spent time in Winston—This place is amazing. The ribs fall apart, and do not lack moisture at all. The pork is to die for, tender with lots of crispy bits to keep a nice consistency. I know my photo isn’t appetizing but I can assure you, I just forgot to take a photo immediately but I had to take a picture to show that this review is from the heart, because man, this is good stuff.

They have the best bbq i ate in my life and definitely the best in Wilkes County hands down. If you want the best bbq anything then go here and enjoy the best food you van get out of wilkes. I had the bbq, baby back ribs, Mac and cheese, banana pudding, and more food and i enjoyed every bite to the very end. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Great job on the food, can really tell the chef/owner really cares about his food and it shows in every bite!!!!

I know most people that's rated this place rating is very highly. Unfortunately it's just me but I didn't like the ribs, the coleslaw, the fries, hush puppies or basically anything I got. Maybe it's just a bad day. The ribs had more spice than I like and that's a me problem. The fries was overcooked in the grease may have need to be changed that day. The hush puppies I'm sure some people alike but they had a too sweet flavor to them more than I was expecting so not my favorite. The coleslaw was warm by the time I got it home to eat. And could been a lot creamier but again that's my preference. My wife did say the chopped barbecue was good. So maybe I just need to change what I order there. I would suggest you go try it it might be your favorite place as it is from any people. I'll have to go back and try something else.

We ate today at the winners Circle Bbq in Wilkesboro, NC. The food was wonderful.The staff are very polite and nice. My husband ordered BBQ sandwich with fries. I ordered the nacho BBQ plate without onions and sour cream. It was wonderful. I highly recommend this place if you like BBQ and BBQ chicken go by and visit. Remember if you call in an order to be picked up , you don't need to wait for long to get it. They will have it ready waiting HOT for you. I've called in before so I should know. Please go by and see what I'm talking about. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!

I’m so glad we stopped by to have a late lunch / early dinner at Winner’s Circle BBQ. I tried the pulled pork with mac & cheese, hush puppies and the barbecue beans. So good, with the 16hr slow smoked pork so moist it was delicious. I had to try a few wings as well which were fall off the bone beautifully smoked meat, cooked for 4hrs. Finished with peach cobbler and banana pudding. Frank and Sylvia’s hospitality was amazing, we had a great chat and Frank pointed out some great drives into the mountains that highlighted the beautiful mountains around the area. Highly recommend, I hope we get back there again.

Loved everything about this place! The staff, the amazing food, the nostalgia, and just how welcomed we felt! A definite must for dine in, carry out, or visit to the food truck!! We have had the BBQ before but did not realize the breakfast was an option will be back again!

I highly recommend the chicken and half a rack of rib plate! The food is so delicious, the ribs are fall off the bone, the sides are just as tasty. I will definitely will make it a priority to visit again !

Called in an order for a BBQ loaded baked potato. Asked to hold the nacho cheese and put the bbq sauce on the side. They said ten minutes and it was hot and fresh when I came to pick up. This location used to be an amazing Mexican restaurant and since the transition to winners it has received some interior updates. Parking isn't the easiest but I found a spot and got in and out easily. Service was wonderful and the potato hit the craving. Would come back for a second shot, if even just to try to banana pudding.
