The shop is clean, welcoming, and the staff are friendly. Coming from NYC, I’m used to tea shops where staff help with blends and offer samples—something that was missing here. You can mix your own, but since I’m not knowledgeable, I stuck with the pre-mixed options, and the staff offered little guidance. With a bit more assistance or samples, I likely would have purchased more than the four pre-mixed bags. (So far, I’ve tried two of the four, and they are good.) Overall, it’s a lovely shop, and improving this aspect could make the experience even better—for me, at least. Hopefully, when I go back, this will be implemented! :)

As a local business nearby, we all really appreciate what Winterbloom does for downtown. They make the most refreshing drinks that you can trust were made with intention and not just a bunch of sugars. They provide tea of the day thats super affordable and different every day. Winterbloom is always a pleasure to visit. The seating and atmosphere is very welcoming, but the real stars are their creative, tea infused cocktails. I love that they have mocktail options in addition to their tea selection. Most teas can be ordered hot or cold, and you can purchase tea leaves there.

Winterbloom is a great, aesthetically pleasing, convenient spot in downtown Fayetteville. They have any drink a tea lover could possibly want along with fruity and fun cocktails. With imported loose leaf teas, you are getting something delicious and healthy with every sip. I tried the coconut matcha latte and it was absolutely fantastic. Arguably the best matcha latte I’ve ever had. I tried the Pineapple Express cocktail and while not my favorite I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who’s a fan of rye whiskey. The staff is all very kind and the store is clean.

If you love tea, this is a great place to visit (they offer ice cream and cocktails as well.) If you like matcha tea, they have the good stuff here (have had bad matcha so I was nervous then very pleasantly surprised!) If you're health-conscious and looking for a way to treat yourself, try this place - SO many amazing flavors!!! If you're looking for a calming, chill ambiance, you'll find that here. If you appreciate businesses that still offer that warm, friendly, welcoming full-service experience, they've got that covered here. This is a cute and modern cafe with a small-town-thanks-for-stoping-by feel. I have loved it every time!

We came to Winterbloom Tea back in March during a week-long stay in Fayetteville. Everything about this place was amazing - so much that we wish there was something similar in the greater Atlanta area. The teas, each catering to different ailments, were tasty and refreshing. I love that they have a Tea of the Day Blend that changes every day. The friendly staff members are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to recommendations. The ambiance is both chill and lively, which makes it a great place to study, grab a drink with friends, or just hang out. Props to whoever curated the playlist because good music, in my opinion, is a huge part of enjoyment. Overall, I can't wait to come back again - both to Fayetteville and Winterbloom Tea!

Stopped in for cocktails. Such a cool spot! Unique drinks that are so tasty and well made. Laid back vibe. I started with a high priestess. So delicious. These guys can make some cocktails. Also grabbed a claymore. This is my new fav. So many layers. Josh and Brian were awesome hosts and mixologists.

I went in with no idea what to order having never been to Winterbloom before. The man working behind the counter, who was also the drink maker, had lots of suggestions and questions to whittle down what I might enjoy best. I ended up getting a hibiscus lime iced tea and it was delicious! I love the cozy seating and low lighting; it's such a beautiful space. Perfect to catch up with a friend.

Nice place to check out. This place has great seating and is a nice place to catch up. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a mule mock-tail and it was tasty. Their mock-tail options are great and sound flavorful.

Always love coming in . It's a great environment to either relax by yourself or meet up with friends. The staff is quick and really nice . The drinks are always delicious. They have an extensive menu and always have a tea of the day. If you come to the downtown this is definitely a place to stop at .

This place is so cute and inviting and the people there are super nice. Equally important, the tea is delicious and the cocktails are amazing! We had several drinks and teas and took some to go! The Onyx may be the best cocktail I have ever had, I never would have thought to use mezcal and whiskey. Excellent experience!

What a lovely space!! I was instantly taken in by the layout and art of the space. The staff greeted me upon entry and offered a sample of the tea of the day. Cran-Apple hibiscus was the featured choice of the day & a refreshing treat. For my beverage, I chose the Rhubarb lemonade, the tart and not-too-sweet love of it all! It only came in one size. The pricing was reasonable for the selections. The staff informed me that they had 100+ teas to choose from with the scan of a QR code. The menus have just about everything you could want from tea and likely then some. If you're interested in dropping by, I'd highly recommend it because I'll definitely be returning!

I adore this place, a full menu, a beautifully decorated space, friendly and helpful staff, it's just the spot to visit when downtown. They offer a wide range of liquor infused teas, mock tails and herbal teas, and they are delicious every time. There is an added bonus of a variety of add ons including CBD and boba for any beverage. I've been several times and am never disappointed.

Long overdue review, but I need to share how much I loved this place when I visited! I'm a coffee girl through and through, but Winterbloom was bustling in this relatively quiet town, so we decided to pop in! The interior was cozy and filled with plenty of spaces to work, meet with friends, or even read a book. I loved the art filled walls and plants scattered throughout the space. I was greeted by a sweet employee who suggested I try the flavor of the flavor of the day, which is exactly what I did! The tea was a green tea base with pineapple and apple flavors to compliment. It was SO refreshing and made think wow, am I actually a tea person? I learned they also serve cocktails, which would make Winterbloom a really fun evening spot to hang with friends for a unique cocktail. On our way out, the owner gave me a taro smoothie on the house :') I've never had a taro smoothie, but this was incredibleeee. It had a sweet and nutty flavor that was so dang good! Awesome people, great tea, and lovely atmosphere. A+ spot!

Came to this little Joint on a Saturday night as it was getting dark. They have outdoor seating which is nice as well as indoor seating. The indoor vibe...straight chill. They have a great number of teas and a good selection of drinks. The place is great for a needed kickback, distress and to catch up with friends.

Recently met my mom in Fayetteville, NC. We went downtown and ran into a tea store. I love teas. However, they also had tea cocktails which intrigued me. Today, I tried a Blueberry Green Tea. I'm not big on sugar in my tea and the workers were quick to offer another option besides cane sugar, honey or stevia. They offered a puree and I got a blueberry puree which I loved. I wish I lived closer. I defintely want to go back and try more teas and eventually try the cocktails.

Winterbloom serves the most refreshing teas and tea cocktails in Fayetteville. I found this place from the Fayetteville Foodies page and they did not disappoint! Their superb customer service, delectably crafted drinks, and excellent knowledge of the health benefits of every single tea served at their business did not disappoint. I loved how they provided samples, and made recommendations based on your personal palate. My current favorites are the watermelon mint lemonade, and the envy. Both were revitalizing, and I would highly recommend for a hot day.

This place is amazing. The atmosphere is that cool vibe that makes you want to gather all your friends and hang out. The home made featured teas that your able to mix with alcohol are delicious! Look at these colors !!! Who doesn't want to sit out side drinking one of the beautiful and tasty drinks while you people watch ?

Never considered mixing liquor and tea until this place! We love finding local gems, and this definitely was one. Really creative cocktails that I've never had anywhere else. We hope to come back sometime just for the tea!

The ambience good night is great . At night and all day, they also serve alcoholic beverages in their tea. Sounded weird to me at first, is the best.

Omg!! Thank you so much to my hair dresser for recommending this spot! I tried the peach Tango tea, which was absolutely amazing! It was super refreshing and the vibe from the coffee shop made me want to stay longer and come back. I will definitely come back soon as it is so cool that they are able to add a little something extra to the tea if you sit it--alcohol! I love this and I cannot wait to come back to support another local business on Hay St. So glad yall are still open and providing amazing drinks!!

Today I visited this tea lounge. If any of you are looking for a chill spot for the day, I recommend this cafe. If you're also a tea lover, this is your definite tea spot. They also have a bar inside if your up for regular drink. I'm a tea drinker and love drinking tea. So The tea I tried here in this cafe for the first time is a Cosmo tea that comes with butterfly flowers, lemongrass, chamomile and Lavender. I'm impress by it's violet color texture and the savory of it has sweet after taste like a lychee you taste from a boba tea. The best timing to go here is in the midday and afternoon. So far I'm coming back here and this will be my chill spot. Also they have cool paintings on there walls hanging up. As a bonus if you're a artist this is the spot.

We love sending our guests from Blue Moon Lake House to Winterbloom because they are always as wow-ed as we are when we get to visit. Creative and fun beverage menu, comfy atmosphere and really friendly service. Hay Street has so much art and very cool businesses happening. We absolutely love exploring this vibrant area whenever we can.

If you're in downtown Fayetteville you have to try this spot. Anytime of the year, cold or hot, they have the best teas, mocktails, cocktails and unique drinks in town. They always have a "tea of the day" and you are offered a free sample every time you come in. The atmosphere is a superb, rustic/contemporary sort of fusion that always hosts a rotating gallery of local art. Staff is always on point, friendly, welcoming and fun. The owner Josh is a great dude! If you're going to open carry here or wear any sort of 'patriotic/conservative' apparel you may catch some looks from customers but besides that it's always cool. Support this business 100%!

Drove through Fayetteville on the way back to Nova and stopped by this cute spot. Lots of tea options and awesome atmosphere. We left one of the stores across the street because the customer service wasn't there and immediately felt a difference when walking in Winterbloom Tea. Big shout out to Annie for taking the time to describe the details of different teas and being super sweet. Would totally come back if we lived in the area

The only quality (and cute) cocktail bar in Fayetteville. My only complaint is how early they close. This place is consistent and they are regularly improving their business. The menu used to be so huge it was overwhelming--now it has been condensed and for its own good. There are a lot of alcohol-free options as well.

Loved Winterbloom. I'm an avid tea lover and have been for the longest time after my husband bought me a kettle five years ago. Traditionally I order all my loose leaf teas online but now that I know Winterbloom is here and local they will get all of my business. Popped in to this hidden gem on a rainy Monday afternoon and was pleasantly greeted by two peppy ladies. They helped me to choose a black tea, green tea and herbal tea from an extensive tea list and then served me the best cup of hot tea. I will def return in the future! Cheers Winterbloom!

Very cute shop! Awesome atmosphere to just hang out at, they even have a couple of games! The place smells amazing and it's cause of their great selection of tea! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. I went there for cocktails and I can't remember the name but it had lime, melon, and tequila, it was delicious, but strong! I would definitely be back to try some tea and just hang out for a while!

This review is based solely on my customer service experience, as I didn't get to actually try anything. My sister and I visited today, excited to try some of their cocktails. She decided to grab a table, while I stood in line to order. The only available table was dirty, so she asked one of the two employees behind the counter if it could be wiped down. She was given a bone dry yellow microfiber cloth to clean it herself. She returned to the counter ask if the cloth could be moistened and she was told, "We're really busy. I can't get to it right now." She continued to wait for water and I continued to wait in line. She was then told that she could go to the bathroom and wet the cloth if she wanted. At that point, we decided to leave. I'm not interested in sipping carefully crafted cocktails at a visibly dirty table, and I find it particularly unsettling that the tables are not being disinfected in between customers, especially during a pandemic. Also, I understand being busy, but all someone had to say was, "I'll be right with you once I finish helping these customers. Thank you for waiting." Lack of cleanliness aside, the terrible customer service was off-putting, and I can't spend my money in a place doesn't seem to want my business.

One of my favorite places in Fayetteville. Josh's extensive knowledge of tea and understanding the palettes of his customers has created a large menu suitable for any possible customer. The atmosphere is trendy but comfortable and makes you want to stay and people watch for hours. The cocktail addition was perfect and the drinks are among the elite for the area and maybe for NC altogether.

I like this place! This spot has recently been remodeled and it looks great! Very modern and artsy. I have had the lavender tea several times and it's my favorite so far! The customer service is always nice as well. Also, with atll the tables, it's a great spot for studying or doing some work.

Got 100 grams of yummy oolong tea (makes a great oolong tea highball) and chatted a bit with the owner. Super cool guy and even recommended some non-fiction reading since I inquired what he was catching up on. Found my tea place since Teavana is shutting down. Definitely gonna try to support a cute local business!

Owner is awesome. He was very helpful in helping us figure out what we wanted. He enlightened us on the draconian liquor laws of North Carolina. The staff are all great as well.

What can I say, they have ruined me for any other tea! Over 100 + different types of tea. The staff are tea experts. They can find a tea to suit any taste or need. They have an amazing selection of pour over coffee and now tea infused alcoholic beverages that the owner himself spends days making to perfection. An amazing atmosphere and such a friendly staff look nowhere else! They sell it by the cup or the ounce! Please go check out this amazing shop!

Absolutely amazing! I had a hot white tea earlier in the day and was so happy with how perfect my tea was brewed. My husband and I had an event in the evening, so I took him back there to enjoy one of their adult beverages. The spiked Lavender lemonade with vodka (I've butchered the menu name) was amazing!!! The taste is subtle but just right. My new favorite drink. I will be back!

I'm so glad to have found this gem of a tea house in Fayetteville of all places! The atmosphere is so relaxing, friendly, and clean. The person who took my order was so nice and personable. I wish I caught his name, but if you are fortunate enough to meet him you will be treated with the best and kindest service! The teas they have are all natural. No corners are cut when they sourced their teas. I will definitely be coming here again. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that they also have a rewards service to get free tea! So it's like you're treating yourself! Go ahead, support local a business, and give this place a visit. You will not be disappointed!

The very best spot in the whole Fayetteville area, and the cherry on top to the nostalgia of down town. With abstract art on the walls, desks, couches, and the best owners in town this will surely be your new addiction in the very best way. Great prices for even better fresh products. Sir and stay awhile- you may find a yoga class, book club, or crochet class come at any spur of a moment.

Really unique and fun place! Tons of tea selections brewed expertly to order, and served in cute mugs. The staff were kind and personable, and the atmosphere was cozy and beautifully decorated with local art. We enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching the scientific tea brewing process and the care that's taken to prepare each drink. I tried Winterbloom Tea for the first time yesterday and was excited to have a new option for tasty (and healthy) beverages! With the help of their friendly staff, I decided on an iced chai mate with honey. While waiting, they offered me a sample of their banana nut bread tea which was delicious. The menu has several options and includes the medicinal benefits of some of their teas. Looseleaf tea can also be purchased here. My chai late was delicious....so much better than Starbucks. I highly recommend Winterbloom to anyone who likes tea!

The owner is ignorant and has no filter. My wife went in to purchase tea for an 80th Birthday Party. The owner asked my wife if she knew much about tea and my wife said no. He proceeded to educate her. He asked what type of tea the ladies liked. When my wife replied one likes raspberry tea and he replied "Maybe you should go to Harris Teeter". What kind of business owner of a newly opened shop provides that kind of service ? Don't support this place. He's a moron.

Worst service ever. My boyfriend has a membership here I walked in with him so he could get himself a drink not me and the owner looked at me and said do u have a membership I said no I'm with him and I am not getting a drink and he said I couldn't be in there.

THIS PLACE IS A GEM!! wonderful girls working the bar, the thought & love that goes into each mixed drink & tea is AMAZING & well known. wonderful laid back atmosphere , great music, perfect date night, laid back for an afternoon tea & homework scene. 11/10 the owner is so personable
