It’s Manhattan Season — Here’s Where to Drink One in Indianapolis This February | Eater

"The award-winning Wiseguy Lounge is hidden behind the pizza ovens and dough-slinging at Goodfellas Pizza. Inside, you’ll find a penchant for Prohibition-era gangsters and libations. Belly up to the bar and have one of the bartenders whip up the milk-clarified “Cinnamon Coffee Cake,” featuring Angel’s Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels, vermouth, coffee liqueur, herbal bitters, and citric acid. It’s the perfect drink for after all the piquant pepperoni and mozzarella." - Vox Creative

My husband and I have been here many times over 2 years. Went in tonight celebrating our anniversary and the bartender refused to accept my husband official Mexico ID. I wish I got his name but I know he is a manager and he has served us before. We came last week for my birthday with no issue. He then proceeded to tell us that if his ID was accepted before it shouldn’t have been, When he has accepted it himself before. Don’t understand why we had an issue tonight. Was very disappointed in the treatment. My husband is very upset about it. Seems racist. 😕🤷🏼‍♀️ i’ve really like this place, but this kind of ruined it for me.. hope the owners see this and get clarification. We were told he needed a US issued ID.

Google
Speakeasy inside a pizzeria!!!! It’s cute and cozy. Great collection of bourbon and cocktails. The bartender was amazing and very knowledgeable. He asked a couple questions and made the perfect cocktail. He will prove that making a drink is truly a craft of anticipation and skill. It's a super chill location that also happens to have amazing pizza. You can't go wrong.

Google
One of the best places to chill! It’s located within the goodfellas pizza place! You can reach here by going inside the pizza place and walking to the back! Drinks: tried quite a few and all of them were great! The best in my opinion was Sunshine. Though overall great cocktails and you can get pizzas from front here and enjoy it with drinks! Ambience and music: The songs and overall vibe of the place is great! It’s nice to chill as well as talk! The music isn’t overwhelming and lovely! My seasonal favourites: Dr Whoever!!!

Google
Amazing experience! Awesome presentation! Richard is great! Loved this hidden bar in the pizza shop! No password necessary. Very reasonably priced drinks that are superb high quality! Will totally be coming back!

Google
For a place meant to stay out of sight, it certainly escaped my notice until now. And when I entered, it was a slice of nice and quiet where I could get a great selection of whiskey and cocktails unique as people. Along with professional bartenders who know their craft, this is a place for "wise guys" like yours truly can get a piece of heaven should you wish it. Cheers to the lounge! 🥃

Google
A Mass Ave gem right here. It’s in the back of the Goodfellas Pizza joint. If you’re a whiskey/bourbon person this is the place for you. Hands down best bourbon selection in the city in my opinion. Great specialty drinks, highly recommend the PBJ shot. They make a mean whiskey sour too, it’s a must have. Really chill vibe, with comfortable seating and an outdoor area. If your on Mass Ave and you haven’t been I highly recommend it.

Google
Really cool bar behind a pizza joint. Friendly bartender very busy. I think everyone comes here for a drink during their night out.

Google
Nice semi speakeasy type spot. It's inside the pizza restaurant Goodfellas. Cozy setting with some high tops, bar seats and couches. Dimmed lights and sports on a well. The cocktails seem intricate being washed with yogurt fats and smell bubbles on them and whatnot. I tried the How you doin lady cocktail or whatever. It was ok. A bit in the sweeter side but not bad. Would probably only come back for a date.

Yelp
This is always a go to spot for my hubby and I to come to when craving a good cocktail. We haven't been in a while, so I like to check the menu out as some of the drinks change. The signature drinks are great but they have them all the time so I like to try something new. Tonight I went for good vibrations which has black rum in it. It was tasty. My hubby got sweetie pie and that was good, very very sweet. The service was good because it wasn't that busy the time we came (close to closing) which was odd for me as I'm used to coming when it's packed. The space is quite small, so seating fills quickly. I love the speakeasy vibe and they usually play great music. I also love how it's behind goodfellas and you can eat in there or take the drinks out to the tables where goodfellas is. It's a perfect pair!

Yelp
While on a double date, we all popped in here for one cocktail each before seeing a show at Footlite Musicals on a Saturday night. It is easily accessible, while still giving a speakeasy vibe from the dark and moody decor + low lighting. We had walked across the street after dinner and got 4 seats at the bar around 6:50. We stayed for about 15 minutes before heading off to our show, but I would love to come back again for a couple of cocktails to try more! Everyone enjoyed their drink and our server was friendly. She immediately set us up with waters before our cocktails, with no waiting around for drinks to be made. Excellent service!

Yelp
I have been to this speakeasy a couple of times now and definitely plan on going back. I really like the laid back vibe and LOVE the big leather couches. The food comes from Goodfellas pizza that the bar is situated behind. You enter through Goodfellas and walk around to the back to get to the bar. I have not had pizza from there yet but it does look good. I had a different bartender for each of my visits and both were attentive and nice. Adriana that waited on me the second time created the drink I ordered, it was called Mystery Lady. Mystery Lady had tea infused bourbon, Amaro, Cherry liquor, Demerara sugar, and Lemon. Richard from the first time I stopped was chatty and made me feel welcome, he made me a Peanut Butter Chocolate Martini and I really liked this drink as well. I see from some of the photos of the bar that it can get quite crowded but I went after the lunch hour and it was sparse and relaxed. I am already planning another trip here! Give it a try and you will be glad you did.

Yelp
I crave this place close to, if not, everyday. The signature cocktails here are mouthwatering. I've tried almost every single cocktail here, whether my friends ordered it or me. I was never a bourbon fan until this place. I finally caved and tried it after my friends, because come on, what cocktail lounge could be that good when it's attached to a chain restaurant?? Do not judge a book by its cover here. The ambience is perfect. Such a speakeasy feel. Wait staff and bartenders are always on their A game. They're quick and fun to be around. My favorite cocktail lounge on Mass Ave.
google avatar

Dipali P.

Yelp
The cutest speakeasy located right behind Goodfellas! Came here with a friend after dinner to grab a drink and I was so happy we did. I love how low-key the ambiance is and how attentive the staff is. The minute I walked up to the bar I was quickly greeted by the bartender and shown the menu. I usually opt for gin drinks so quickly settled on "A Mother's Love". The drink was perfectly balanced without being too sweet. The strawberries were a nice touch as well! Overall good experience and will be back to try more drinks!

Yelp
This place was very delicious!! We loved our espresso martinis Ivy made!!! My man got a 2oz pour of Penelope bourbon as well & I got a lemon drop shot which was super flavorful! We were happy to see they had such a huge inventory! Just about anything you'd like!!! It's quite the hidden treasure! We can't wait to stop in again! Also, Ivy was very informative, which we appreciated a bunch!! Lastly we enjoyed how relaxing the ambiance of the space was. Such an amazing speakeasy! Highly recommend if you're in the area!!!!

Yelp
Pizza on one side, cocktails on another! What more could you ask for?? This hidden gem will definitely get your tastebuds screaming "thank you!" When you walk in, there's a door to "wise guys" and you can walk straight back to a speakeasy type of feel bar. There's about a dozen bar tables, multiple couches and a few tables. It's all dark brown leather and wood. The place is relatively small, but they have amazing hand-crafted cocktails that are made to perfection. This place is open until 3am and at night there will be loud music on this side with the latest hits. It's a very cool, sexy vibe to have a girls night, go solo or enjoy a date with that special someone. Parking is free on the weekends . It does get a bit more crowded at night, once clubs close, but they are pretty quick with the service. We got two drinks and the total was $22 so it's pretty reasonable. I love coming to this place and if you find it in your heart to try something new and get the best of both worlds (pizza and cocktails) you have won in life. Enjoy!
google avatar

Yelp
Love a good secret, especially if I'm in on it and as of this weekend I am!(yay me!) How I have not heard of Wiseguy Lounge until now is beyond annoying... I have walked past the façade of this speakeasy thousands of times and had no idea... LOVE that! (Yet, like I mentioned earlier... annoying - ha!) If you're a fan of pb&j sandwiches start your evening with a pb&j shot. You're welcome and cheers to being in the know of this well kept Indy secret! ;)

Yelp
Who knew Goodfellas had a bar?! Pass the counter and the corner once you enter Goodfellas and thank me later! We went to Wiseguy on a Thursday night and loved that they had drink specials! We were able to enjoy a fun girls night out and order several drinks without spending a large amount of money. And then if you need to put some food in your belly to accompany the fabulous drinks, just head back to Goodfellas.
google avatar

Christina B.

Yelp
A speakeasy in plain sight! Or at least right around the corner from plain sight. It's a vibe. And that vibe is bourbon. They have shelves upon shelves of bourbon, and on the bottom shelves out of sight, some other alcohols. I had the Irish Cashmere from the seasonal cocktail menu. It had apple brandy, bourbon, and vanilla and Carmel. From the bar area, you can order a whole pizza or walk around to the counter to order a slice. My friend and I opted for a full pizza to soak up all the alcohol. It did take an hour for our pizza to arrive but they were very busy on a Saturday night. The pizza was pretty good too. The service was great. There were two bartenders and they never stopped moving. It was really loud with all the people crammed in there. And parking was terrible, but again it wasSaturday night. Otherwise it was really cool!
google avatar

Angie D.

Yelp
My only complaint about Wiseguy is that it's not 4 times bigger...but if it was, it wouldn't be Wiseguy! Great drinks for a reasonable price and a super cute vibe- what more could you ask for? Pizza and the best breadsticks in town? It's got that too! We love the ambiance so much, we actually took some of our engagement pictures inside a few years ago! Def a staple of our stops when we make it downtown.
google avatar

Yelp
IYKYK! Best speakeasy in Indianapolis hands down! Haven't met a better bartender than Richard! Very knowledgeable, well-versed in spirits and fun to watch work. I sat at the bar, enjoyed a few cocktails and barrel picks. Also had a slice of Goodfellas pizza with a ginormous breadstick! Great time, cool, laid back spot with great drinks and the largest whisky selection I've seen! Thoroughly enjoyed myself and will be back!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I got here at 3:00 on a Saturday. The bar was actually fairly full, but we were able to secure two seats. There were high tables and couches that were free throughout our time here. Our bartender, Xavier, was awesome, but I think he could have used some help due to how busy he stayed! I hope management considers this moving forward. My boyfriend (who is a snob when it comes to cocktails) got the Manhattan, and he enjoyed it. I got the Marilyn Monroe and the Espresso Martini. The Marilyn Monroe was fairly sweet, but also had the perfect balance of sour to it. The Espresso Martini was delicious, and I appreciated that it wasn't too sweet. As far as parking, we found a spot directly in front of Goodfella's Pizzeria, and parking was cheap. It is free on Sundays. I will be certain to return any time I'm in Indianapolis!
google avatar

Rebecca K.

Yelp
One of my go-to spots for cocktails, pizza, and the ambience. Service is very decent, I do have some good experiences with it usually. Can get quite busy on the weekends and not my fave types of guests there but overall still appreciate the place for what it's worth.
google avatar

Yelp
Wiseguy Lounge is always my go to spot to grab a cocktail with friends! Their cocktail list has everything from bourbon to craft cocktails, and even local beer options. It is in the back of Goodfella's Pizzeria, so you can grab a slice of pizza and take it into the bar to eat! They have bar seating as well as couches and chairs to sit in while you enjoy your drinks. I ALWAYS have to get the PBT shot (peanut butter tequila). It's a little thick, but is so good!! If you get the peanut butter jelly shot, they serve it with a side of a raspberry beer. You have to walk up to the bar to order drinks. At times it can get busy and you may have to wait to order a drink. They do not have waiters that come to your table. I ordered the Saturday Morning Cartoons cocktail. It was a creamier drink that was topped with cereal bits. Every time I go there, I always try something new!

Yelp
Once, my friend and I left the Paradox Lounge at midnight on Saturday May 21st so we headed to the Wiseguy Lounge which is located right inside the pizza joint Goodfellas on Mass Ave. Since, we got there a little before 12:30am the crowd was gone, only a few people inside, I felt the hotness(stuffy) that's probably due to the Lounge is right behind the pizza restaurant that's hot. My friend and I sat at the bar, the music was actually at a reasonable level so we could talk, especially hear the bartenders. I ordered two drinks which were dirty smash, and side car those drinks we're bad, and I probably won't order those drinks again. My friend ordered two drinks too which were the empress dreams very pretty purple drink, and she ordered the same thing twice. The Wiseguy Lounge does open early as 11am, and I'm definitely going to go back more than likely early.
google avatar

Nathan L.

Yelp
Love this hidden hideaway in Indy. The drinks are more than I would regularly spend, but they are good! It's fun to watch them smoke your drink. The lounge is a narrow but cozy place. It's never terribly busy, even with a crowd. The couches are comfy and great for medium groups. It's great that there isn't a door to this actual place, one must enter from the pizza side. This keeps the crowd low. The pizza, by the way, is top. Grab some sticks and enjoy your cocktail. It's an odd blend that works. You can gorge on pizza or take it easy with a top shelf whiskey. Or both! It's also fun to watch people walk just passed the bathrooms and discover this lounge for the first time. It's a real gem!

Yelp
After visiting this lounger a few times it has become one of my favorite places to visit on Mass Ave. Between the impressive bourbon selection, the craft cocktails, & classic decor that transports you back to the prohibition era this is such a neat location to get drinks with a small group of friends. The only downside to this cozy lounge is that it can get crowded pretty quick. The music is also spot on here making it difficult to leave when bar hopping, but is always worth a visit for a high quality bourbon or a handcrafted cocktail. They have a little bit of something for everyone so don't hesitate to give this spot a chance!
google avatar

Raven T.

Yelp
What an awesome find! I searched online for the best whiskey spots in Indy and this place made several lists. Their whiskey selection has something for everyone and the cocktail menu is truly inspired. You can tell that whoever crafted it appreciates quality spirits and balanced flavors. The seasonal menu from December was basically perfect. I can't tell you the names of the drinks or what was in them (I didn't get a photo of the menu), but they were absolutely delicious and I could have drank there all night. 10/10 would recommend
google avatar

Lauren W.

Yelp
One of my go to spots when entertaining guests. Highly recommend. What more can you want than good cocktails and pizza? One time I wasn't really in the mood for anything on their menu so the bartender asked me some questions and out came a perfectly made tequila cocktail that I fell in love with. They are very creative. The atmosphere is dark, intimate and sit down so I wouldn't bring more than a small group or couple with you.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
Our waitress held it down on a Thirsty Thursday - plenty of people but she was the only one so you could be waiting nearly 20 minutes trying to order and take your drinks to your seat. I can't remember the name of my drink but I also had three shots of tequila so you do the math. Their were 4 of us and none of us complained about our drinks lol! It sort of feels like a speak easy, seeing that it's tucked in the back of the Goodfellas pizzeria. Defiantly worth a visit if you're looking for something different but I don't like the low couch seating arrangements b/c I feel like I have to quietly yell at the person across from me - we ended up moving to a high top table but it was small, so every round we had to clear our own table..
google avatar

Allyson G.

Yelp
Great atmosphere at Wiseguy Lounge. The vibe was different than other bars around Indy. The layout was well done with the seats and tables spread out enough that you wouldn't feel on top of others seated near you. They had sofas with tables that were very comfortable. They had a few high top tables and then bar seating. The bartender was very nice. We went up to order our drinks then once we got our drinks we were able to go back to the front to get pizza and bring the slices back to our table in the lounge. If you want to order pizza in the lounge, it sounds like you would have to order a whole pizza. So it's very nice that they let you go upfront and just get a slice and bring it back! Went on a Wednesday night around dinner and it was relatively empty when we got there. By the time we left, it was getting busier! I really enjoyed this place, can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Joe M.

Yelp
It's a hidden gem right around the corner, very nice drinks. Old Fashion was very very tasty. made just right. This place is tucked around the corner from goodfellas pizza. Big chairs and a place to unwind. The Bar staff could have made any drink I think. Full of knowledge
google avatar

Donnie W.

Yelp
Went to Wiseguy Lounge prior and post show at the Old National Centre. The 2 bartenders were extremely knowledgeable, the menus had been updated that day, the ambiance was perfect for a speakeasy with everything from low end to unicorn bottles of bourbon! Overall it was an amazing experience and I will be going back.
google avatar

Emm M.

Yelp
This is a really good bar if you like bourbon or bourbon cocktails. They have a TON of rare bourbons and pretty much all common bourbons. It's right inside Goodfellas pizza too. So there are good food options. Overall it's a chill place to try some bourbons or have cocktails.
google avatar

Joanna S.

Yelp
This was a really fun find! Love the ambiance, the service, and the drink options. A real cozy environment, great date potential. Thanks to Yelp for leading me here!
google avatar

Ron D.

Yelp
We walked up and down Mass Ave and couldn't find this place. Finally looked up the address and thought maybe they closed and were replaced by a new pizza place. Walking all the way to the back bathroom hallway of the modern new pizza joint, we took one last chance look and found it hidden in the back - positioned like a true speak easy. A stark antique classy layout compared to the pizza joint out front. Great beverage and draft list and yes you can order pizza and enjoy it in this lounge.
google avatar

Kimmi S.

Yelp
So I've been back since my first visit and had a much better experience. I love how the beer menu changed periodically. The spirits selections is awesome a great place to come and try before you think about buying a bottle. The cocktails are amazing!!! I would recommend this tucked away spot behind Goodfella's pizza to anyone looking for a chill spot to relax.
google avatar

rod m.

Yelp
It's a bar behind pizza restaurant. It's not a speak easy... by any stretch of imagination. The drinks were nice, when you stand at bar for them. A speak easy is 1. Hidden. 2. Elegantly decorated 3. Waits in clients 4. Has conversational volume, by virtue of decor and service. This place has drinks.
google avatar

Kyle S.

Yelp
I'd rather not post a good review about this spot so that other people don't crowd it!! Awesome spot in the back of Goodfellas. Bartenders are awesome and make phenomenal drinks that are reasonably priced. I recommend the Wooden Nickel or the Smash. They also sell their single barrel picks! Stop by for a cocktail your next time on Mass Ave.
google avatar

Jeremiah C.

Yelp
Top notch service and great bourbon collection. Cocktail menu speaks for itself and the bartenders have their personal favorites listed on the first page. I enjoy bourbon, so I tried a few cocktails! Broken Hatchet! Full Proof Benchmark Bourbon with Hazel Nut, Cinnamon, Rye Bitters, Black Walnut, Orange, Creme Brûlée. Served flamed and smoked! So good! Dirty Smash! Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Brown Sugar, Lemon, Mint. Delicious! Heat Miser! Cinnamon Whisky, Overproof Rum, Habanero, Poblano, Cranberry, Thaigreen Chili, Rosemary, Lime. Spicy, yet refreshing! Bartenders Brandon, Richard, and Brennan are great company and make some of the best cocktails in Indy. Their rotating menu is worth checking out each month.
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
Cozy and fun bar with great drinks. I stopped in after work last week, and forgot how much j love coming here especially when you get the chance to really sit and enjoy the atmosphere. The bartenders are great, and if you haven't had it I would 100% get the PB&J shot- one of my favorite things!
google avatar

Brianna T.

Yelp
a speakeasy bar in Indy say less!!! I came to this bar during a bar crawl and fell in love with the entire vibe, decor and the good drinks they have. It's very lowkey and chill. The bartenders are so friendly and the art they put into making these drinks make them even more special. this place sits inside of where the Goodfellas is located on Mass Ave and yes you can order and eat Goodfellas pizza inside of their bar. I try to order new drinks every time I come and this time I tried the Wooden Nickel that is served smoked, the Public Defender shot and the Broken Hatchet! this is a great place to bring someone on a first date and a great place to hang and chill with friends. The perfect pregame spot and the drink prices are very reasonable.
google avatar

Derek H.

Yelp
Great drinks. Great bartenders. This is our pregame go to for date nights on Mass Ave.

Yelp
Shhh...Well that's what I want to say but of course I can't. This place is a hidden gem. It is located inside GoodFella's and if you aren't looking for it you may not realize it's there. It is an over 21 bar/speakeasy with a super cool vibe. It is a very bourbon/whiskey forward spot so if you are into that you need to make it a point to stop in. My husband enjoys going because he feels there is no other place that has such a large selection of bourbon (like it has to be over 400) so if there is anything he wants to try before attempting to buy it he comes here for a taste first. I mean they have everything. So you say you don't like Whiskey, while they are bourbon forward, they do have many other cocktails that my tickle your fancy. They play a good variety of music, sometimes hip hop, sometimes, alternative, sometimes, pop, so it keeps you guessing as far as that's concerned. You can also bring your pizza in from Goodfella's which is nice. They have several couches and also seating at the bar. I will say if you go after I'd say 8 it gets VERY crowded, while they have couches they don't seat a ton so when we go, we go around 6'ish to to ensure we can get comfortable seating. In the summer it's nice because they share a patio with Goodfella's and you can take your drink out there and people watch. Oh lastly, they do have specials throughout the week so check their website or IG page for instance on Wednesday they have $5 Old Fashions (insider tip). :)
google avatar

Haley I.

Yelp
After grabbing a slice at goodfellas pop over here for a drink and an experience. Awesome speakeasy style atmosphere with leather tufted couches and romantic lighting. If you like whiskey you'll be amazed at the selection (it's a whole book!). I loved the specialty cocktails and shots and you get a show with them as the bartenders are skilled and make it entertaining. Reasonable prices as well. Check it out!
google avatar

Sigrid W.

Yelp
Like Whiskey? Craft cocktails? This is the place for you... The bar has that little seedy Speakeasy feel to it, in total contrast to the front of the house pizza joint. The Whiskey selection is huge. The ever-changing craft cocktails always delicious and always packing a punch. This is not for the lightweights. Of course you can bring your pizza back here too, or even order from here. And the pizza is delicious btw. But come back here and enjoy the feel. Be pampered by the knowledgeable bar staff and soak it all in. Well worth it.
google avatar

Christi S.

Yelp
I've been coming to this place since it opened (still hoping to make the wall one day). I love the selection of bourbons and the care and skill at which they make cocktails. It is always a show! This time we didn't go for a cocktail but tried some bourbons on the rocks. We told the bartender the price range we were looking at and he went on a search to find his recommendations! I appreciate the knowledge and customer service. Plus the space! Always a perfect spot to meet with friends and catch up on life with the comfy couches! It's a must stop for Indy cocktails!

Yelp
If you're considering going to Wiseguy Lounge but just aren't sure about it, just go and thank yourself later! The vibe is old school cool, and sitting at the bar is a great experience. I love the relaxed atmosphere, and the bartenders are very personable and skilled. You may think that because I said that stuff first, the drinks may not be great; have you never heard of saving the best for last !?! As good as everything else is, the drinks are better, and they have a better price than other bars in the area. The daily menu deals are fantastic. I wish my liver and wallet could afford to go every day! On $6 rye Wednesday, I ordered the wooden nickel and the black Manhattan. The flavor of the wooden nickel is absolutely perfect; the smokey richness with the subtle fruit notes made me want to drink them like water. To me, the wooden nickel is an old fashioned on steroids; the presentation is great as well. The black Manhattan was simple, strong, and a great deal for only 6 bucks! I love classic cocktails, and I enjoy drinks that are spirit forward with subtle flavors that complement the alcohol. Wiseguy Lounge definitely speaks my language on that! There are so many things I want to try next time.

Jonathan B.

Yelp
This bar is tucked inside of the pizza place. Once you turn inside the bar it's got the ambience of a classy bar from the 30s or 40s, but not overdoing anything. They're whiskey selection is about 15 dense pages! They have their own barrels from some great whiskey makers, and so you can try essentially vintages of the stuff. This place is one of the coolest bars I've been to in my entire life. If you are in Indianapolis and love whiskey, it is a can't miss stop!

Anneka S.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! I recommend the espresso martini. Great ambiance, great vibes! 10/10 recommend
google avatar

Bill J.

Yelp
Great spot to stop in for good bourbon; my wife had a bourbon cocktail she enjoyed and I had a nice bourbon - Little Book Chapter 5 (great opportunity to try a pour before buying an entire bottle). Some interesting barrel picks I would like to return and try.

Yelp
A super fun speakeasy with a super pompous bartender. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because the bartender was completely "holier than thou." Our bartender at brunch earlier recommended this place, which is a super fun secret bar in the back of a pizzeria. The vibe is awesome and it's definitely a specialty craft cocktail bar that also offers over 400 bourbons. Our only problem was the bartender, who made great dranks, but was super pompous. It felt like everything we said, he had a negative comeback with. Such as, "we love scotch." To which he responded, "I hate scotch. They use other peoples whisky casks." Plus many more. We planned to stay the afternoon to try different bourbons and cocktails, but left after the second drink because we were so turned off. I still think the place itself is very cool and would try it again, but I was definitely put off and made to feel uncomfortable by the bartender.

Bria B.

Yelp
Ivy is a wonderful bartender!!! I return again and again for her. She is professional, quick, and makes me feel at ease every time. Combined with her amazing bartender skills (seriously she never misses) I am grateful Goodfellas has her. Best pizza and service in the city.

Yelp
Love Love LOOOOVE Wiseguys. All of the bartenders are INCREDIBLE, Ivy makes the environment feel safe and classy. It's a solid place to just go and be an adult, whether you are missing your own business or having a night out with friends. Richard always adds flare when making his cocktails, this place doesn't even feel like Indianapolis

Yelp
We stumbled upon this little gem when writing a review for Geraldine's Super Club. This place is so cool! You walk into a little pizza parlor and make your way around the corner and step back into time! Back to the day of a speak easy bar! The decor is beautiful with brick walls, large wooden bar and Lester couches! Our bartender was Keith, he made the best Old Fashioned! The bar is very well stocked with some amazing bourbons. The pizza was amazing as well! Highly recommend!

Yelp
This place has some amazing craft cocktails and even better service. My husband and I stopped here on a Saturday night and enjoyed the speakeasy atmosphere. We were able to enjoy great drinks and catch up without the traditional loud music of a bar. This place has such an intimate and cozy feeling. Both bartenders were very aware of each guest and checked on everyone regularly. We will be back to enjoy again soon

Yelp
Wiseguy Lounge is a classic favorite in our house. It is definitely a hidden gem on Mass Ave. It is tucked away behind Goodfellas Pizza and is a small cocktail lounge. You can order food from Goodfellas and take it back to eat at the barn or in their comfy lounge area. They have fantastic signature cocktails with the most eye pleasing presentation. The bartenders always provide friendly and attentive service. This is definitely a place to come, relax, and enjoy a night out.

Yelp
Tucked away quietly behind Goodfella's pizza, you might miss this place if you didn't know it was here. A quiet lounge with dim lighting, comfy couches, sympathetic bartenders and a laid back vibe, this place is kicking out some pretty awesome cocktails. Most of the ones I've tasted have bourbon in them, and their selection is quite large. In fact, there is really only one other place where I think the selection is just as good in Indy, and it's just a few doors down Mass Ave. If you aren't sure what you're looking for to drink, just ask the bartender for a suggestion. I did this and got the Temperance.. a drink that isn't on the menu any longer but still was makeable. This drink, after the glass was lit on fire, was delicious and warming.. and I'm hoping they bring it back this winter. Awesome place to sneak away and spend some time chatting with friends or exploring new drinks.
