Witch DR.

Visiting Salem and came across a street vendor. He was telling me about their shop, the live glass blowing, and all the cool things they make and sell. We of corse had to come see the shop. It was only about a 5 minute walk from derby Square. The team at this shop is very friendly. They are helpful and funny. Im definitely happy I visited.

We came across this shop by chance and are so glad we decided to stop in! The staff is wonderful—friendly & welcoming. They make beautiful little glass ghost necklaces 👻, and the hoodies are incredibly soft and comfortable. I loved mine so much I went back to buy another one!

Very cool shop-vibes are great and a TON of product to choose from. Super unique stuff-something for everyone/anyone here plus live glass blowing. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve always loved Witch Doctor for their amazing selection, art, and community vibe and events—but after my recent experience, I can honestly say they are on another level. I went through a house fire recently, and when Derik, found out, he went out of his way to send me not just a hoodie, but a whole box of warm clothes—including some from his own closet—along with a handwritten note wishing me well. That kind of generosity and kindness is rare. It reminded me how strong and special this community really is. I’m beyond grateful and will be a lifelong customer. Thank you, Witch Doctor, for being such a genuine and caring part of the scene.

Great glass shop. Tons of unique options. I brought my boyfriend for Valentine's day and he absolutely loved it. Wound up buying him 2 bowls and a chillum. Will definitely be back again, great staff and prices. 100% with the drive.

I haven’t personally been here to the store but have made 3 recent purchases online. I like Can’t say enough about the quality of the products. They Arrived super fast and the extra care taken to ensure they arrived safely and in one piece. Next time I’m in Massachusetts I plan on visiting the shop myself. Highly recommend this place Edit I have personally been to this store and it’s even better in person. Staff is so cool, the environment is everything you could ask for in a glass shop.

This place is fantastic! I'm in love with the atmosphere and the aesthetics of it. A+ customer service every time I walk in. Last time I walked in the lovely staff member and I spoke about CBD tinctures for my kitty . Such a delight on a Friday afternoon. Thank you Witch DR! It's always a pleasure!

My friend told me about this "oasis" and we had been wanting to go for quite a while. Finally, on a Wednesday morning we decided to go! He wasn't kidding, this place was amazing! They had an expensive variety of bongs and bowls as well as accessories to accommodate any of your pot smoking needs. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and helpful, and there is street parking all around the area. I really enjoyed walking around looking at all of the beautiful blown glass and even watching a glass blower at work on a new piece. It was really neat to watch! They also have a really beautiful art gallery which I really enjoyed checking out. The rumors are true! Enthusiasts unite and definitely go to the Witch Doctor!

The best around. Always has been always will be. A tad on the more expensive side but it's all pretty nice American glass.

One of the most impressive smoke shops I've ever been too. Amazing glass, great staff and a wonderful shop. They blow glass right in shop too which is very impressive. Things can be a little pricey but the quality is 100%worth every dime. Highly recommend going in here, you wont leave empty handed haha.

Best around, plain and simple. Not cheap like the other stores in Salem, so definitely expect to spend a little bit more than other places, but it's obviously worth it for that dope American lead-free glass. Buncha super heady stuff too.

Every time I walk in I am greeted by smiles, handshakes, and even an occasional hug! This place gives a whole new meaning to the term shop local, featuring new england artists and live in house glass blowing on any given day. The staff is not just friendly and inviting, but very knowledgeable and accommodating for even the pickiest of high end glass clientele, which are lovingly referred to as "patients". The drs. On duty are always there to help or guide you towards something you will love, and cherish for a lifetime of use.. Local, friendly, fun, inviting, amazing glass artwork....what more do you need?

This place is Amazing. I will never be able to afford 99 percent of their artwork but I still like to visit and buy something from the poor people section.

I have yet to complete my online order, but no matter how you look at it - the customer service is unparalleled. I am sorry to the folk who may not have an experience like me, but I invite you to try again. I had some issues online and someone emailed me back late on a weekend for some nonsense request. I live all the way in CA and decided to purchase a specific product from Witch DR online. When it came in the mail (it didn't take long to get to me at all), I opened the package and realized I had ordered the wrong dimension of the product ‍ My mistake. When I contacted the shop with the intention of exchanging, they were adamant to help me get the correct product in the fastest manner possible. Once again, it was my fault!! And they were still totally considerate about everything. Honestly, I am very impressed with this shop and their customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Not much to say about this place other than you get premium product and service from genuinely good people while being able to shop local and support the community. Dr! Dr!

I cannot say enough about this place. We saw their stand at the street fair down by the commons and were immediately drawn to the interesting pieces they had. The guy talked to us for a while and gave us a card to get 20% off if we went to the shop. The shop was so clean and inviting. The pieces are hand blown in store, and are beautiful and good quality. The man we talked to there was so nice and so friendly. We forgot the card but he gave us the 20% discount anyway. The best thing beyond being nice and clean was the restrooms. Many merchants here say you can't use their public bathroom unless you buy something. I find this to be appalling behavior from merchants who rely on tourists and make so much money from them. I will not go to a business if I see a sign that says that. I think you have to give a little for all you get and letting someone use your bathroom should not be too hard. When I asked if I could use the bathroom because we spent money he responded "of course, you can use it even if you didn't spend money because the toilets flush whether you spend money or not". That is how it should be. On top of that, the bathroom was beautiful and clean! It is a little off the beaten path but well worth the trip.

I finally took walked in here today and I was blown away by how freaking awesome it is. Usually when I walk into a headshop I know what I'm there fore, and I'm out within 10 minutes..that was not the case this time. So many pretty colors, great local artwork on the walls. This place is soooo clean for being a storefront, and a studio. To the right there were so many glass pieces placed perfectly together in display cases, also they had a wall of hookahs and a freaking window where you can watch people blow the glass! It took me well over 20 minutes to finally choose a piece to look at (the people that worked there didn't rush me at all) All in all, I ended up with a really cool piece and now that I'm home, it was well worth taking my time. ^_^

This place is gorgeous and fun. Very cool glass pieces displayed along the walls. You can even peek in on the glass blowers doing their thing. I went in for a vaporizer. A fancy one. And I had a lot of questions. Staff is super friendly and helpful and made me feel very confident with my purchase, which I was thrilled with, as it fulfills all my needs. I would absolutely send friends here for such purchases and intend to return if I need ANYTHING. Or just to look around. Go. Wander. Look at cool stuff.

Just wanted to say how top notch this shop is. I never write reviews but felt obligated to after ordering an item online during the holidays. I didn't get the guys name on the other side of the computer but he was a stud. Great pricing, awesome customer service, was organized as all hell and got the job done. I was super excited to make my first purchase from Witch Dr online since the shop is about 50miles away from me. I picked a really nice piece for my boyfriends birthday and went to order a hoodie for myself because they were so cool and they said "witches get stoned" I mean awesome, right? So when I went to check out it was trying to charge me sales tax on the sweatshirt, so I paused my purchase and took a few mins to email them, about 20mins later I got a response! I was like wow, that's so fast they must have excellent customer service....well the email was literally two very short sentences, it said sorry for the mix up should be all set now. That's it. Not thank you for your time, no part of it was kind. I'm sorry but if someone let me know that my company may have been collecting sales tax on god knows how many sweatshirts/hats/t's who knows I think I'd at least thank them for alerting me of the problem. Maybe I'm petty but the email made me totally change my mind about my purchase. Maybe if I told them I was trying to buy a couple hundred dollar piece and not just a sweatshirt maybe I would've been treated better? Who knows. It just made me feel like their customers are not valued.

Simply put, the.best aroubd. From being able to see the blass being crafted, to the staff, no other pipe shop around comes close! The staff always greet you with a smile and they know their.customers so it really makes you feel at home. They are extremely knowlegeable and it shows. The art exhibits there are always top knotch too, from paiting, to photos, to mixed media. To never knowwhat amazing art will come.next exhibit. I went to the DR awhile ago and they were 10/10 the illest shop for glassblowers and pipe lovers. The best curated artwork from artist from around the world! I live in Virginia and I would take the time and money to visit anytime! The crew makes this shop amazing as well !!

Love Witch DR. All your needs are presented infront of you. Their glass is beautiful and unique and it's amazing to be able to watch them blow glass while you shop. Staff are awesome and friendly and make you feel super comfortable. Everything is priced accordingly.

If you collect functional glass you will fit right in here. The array of pieces they have here is nothing short of impressive. Its glass people pour their heart, skills and labor into. Many known artist sends their work here to be put on gallery. The reputation is set and growing strong. Whether you're looking for a small concealable pipe, or a luxurious ball rig recycler, you will find something you want here. The staff was really chill but not too shy, open to answer questions, and glad to help. They also teach people to use the torch, and there was a newer blower behind the counter with some of his work for sale, quality stuff too for sure. So it was neat you could support the local guys trying to get in the game too. Adam was speaking about what goes down in house with Kevin's birch peices, and how its made right there in the torch room on display for the public to watch sometimes. No one ever hounded us for ID even upon purchase. Was a very pleasant experience overall, and totally aesthetic. I can't wait to go scoop my next baby.

After their expansion they jacked up the prices on the already overpriced glass. I'm all for top-shelf American made glass (China glass can suck a fat one), but this is not the way to keep your loyal customers. Without us, you wouldn't have had the cash to expand and our reward is paying more for the exact same thing. Never giving these greedy scumbags my money ever again.

My favorite glass shop when I'm home. Amazing selection, super knowledgeable people and a great environment. They have everything from affordable import pieces to heady American made glass. Simple story here. I went in having no idea about vapes or e pens. After talking to the guys who worked there I felt like an expert. I ended up walking out with a great deal on a Puffco pro and could not have been happier. THIS IS THE BEST GLASS/SMOKING ACCESSORY STORE IN MA HANDS DOWN. The newly renovated space is amazing! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, whether you're a novice looking for something low key or interested something more- they've got it all. The staff are more than happy to answer any and all questions, make recommendations, or just friendly chit chat. The hand blown pieces are incredibly well made and they have lots of affordable options. Watching the glass being blown by hand while in the shop is a must, and the craftsmanship is more than apparent. I love coming here, great people and vibes. Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience!

My favorite part about this shop is the customer service. The staff here always make me feel comfortable and never rush me. They are totally cool about taking stuff out of the display cases and letting you handle the pieces. I literally must have looked at 20 different pieces and the dude was super patient. I don't even know where to begin! This is a must must must see if you are in Salem! I have never felt so welcomed. They made my husband and I feel right at home. EVERYONE was super friendly and approachable. They don't haggle you to purchase anything. They don't have too, their merchandise speaks for itself. They only sell quality art. We were lucky enough to meet Elliot Todd and watch him on the torch. He is a humble stand up dude. We ended up buying a real nice piece he made. They have 3 torches and had 3 dudes working on pieces. You are able to clearly see from the upstairs or downstairs. The place is set up beautifully and is really clean. They really stand out from any other heady shop we have been to. Thanks guys for making our trip memorable. See you next year (just probably not in October)

They sell products before testing them. I bought 2 120 dollar Puffco pens from them and both batteries for the pens broke within a week. Just would not work. They told me I had to deal with Puffco directly. John from Puffco sent me a battery which stopped working in 1 day. The pens are garbage and are not interchangeable and can only be ordered through Puffco. Thanks for selling junk without being able to sell batteries for the junk. Witch Dr. is overpriced because they are the only game in town. Stop selling garbage!!!!

Great looking shop. Extremely clean and organized. Staff member who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. Tons of glasses pieces. Easily the nicest shop I've ever been in. High recommend checking it out. From glassware to vaporizers, this place has it all.

I appreciate excellent customer service, and Witch Dr certainly delivers. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. There's an excellent array of high-end functional art, as well as a great selection of daily drivers. They host events from time to time and are active and responsive on social media which is nice when you can't get down there. I think they ship too.

This place is amazing! They have an incredible selection, the staff is knowledgable and helpful, and they are honest. If they don't have what you're looking for they will direct you to a place who does. They have hand-blown artist pieces and take pride in what they sell and their customer service. They where super friendly and helpful. My son had seen a piece he wanted and I called the guy on the phone was able to get the piece for me and shipped it out . Awesome! He even followed up to let me know when it was shipped. For some of you who mind text he did follow up on text but for me I thought that was cool. I suppose he would of done it by phone but we had texted conformation of art piece back and forth. Again great super customer service!

Fantastic hole-in-wall operation they have going on. You'd never guess they blow their own glass just from looking at the store from the outside. Their glass is good quality and there's always something new whenever I go in. Their glass is a bit more expensive because they make it all themselves, but they're absolutely willing to work with you on the price (within reason) if it doesn't fit your budget. Furthermore, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they're completely casual...you can tell they love working there and love helping people find what they need. For the first real glass studio in the area, they set the bar very high (no pun intended).

I went in for the first time yesterday. I loved everything from the atmosphere to the designs, and it's really cool that you can watch glass blowing right there.

THIS PLACE BLOWS, not only glass...but their service and inventory blows!!! I've been in a couple of times now and each time i am more and more disappointed... Everything is super over priced, for example the hemp wire i use is usually $5 at any normal head shop, these guys charge twice the price at $10... all of their pieces are apparently blown by local artists which, to them, means it is top of the line and must be worth far more then a generic piece that is mass produced...this fact however should not drive up the price on products that are not made in house like hemp wire or papers!!!!. BUT THAT IS NOTHING COMPARED TO MY FINAL COMPLAINT! I went in yesterday looking for a down stem (fairly common purchase at a head shop if you ask me) but i was unable to obtain one because they had none in stock.. all they had was a massive pile of "uncut" down-stems at a uniform large length. (remember they blow and cut most of the glass in house) so i asked the guy "will you cut me one" and he responded "honestly it would be a pain for me to turn on the torch plus their is a mess back their and i might light the whole place on fire." HAHAHAHAAHA THIS IS WHEN I TURNED AND WALKED AWAY AND VOWED NEVER TO RETURN, THIS JACKASS OWNES AND OPERATES A GLASS STUDIO BUT WAS WORRIED ABOUT BURNING THE PLACE DOWN IF HE TURNED ON THE TORCH?!?!?! SO INSTEAD HE DENIED ME MY BUSINESS to which i am grateful because the same down-stem at my normal head shop was $10 and they would have charged me $40 for something "cut in house"
