This place is simply the best spot in China Town. It's nothing special or fancy, just a classic hole in the wall spot. The classic New York style Chinese dishes definitely stand out over any other place. Worth trying and experiencing. The food really does taste fresh. I always go for the steamed dumplings, house war wonton soup, General Tso's Chicken, Pork Fried Rice, and Shrimp Lo Mein.
Been going here my whole life. My dad turned us on to it when he walked by and saw them making the dumplings in the back table years ago. It's tastefully decorated with dollar bills on the wall. Don't go in expecting the best treatment or service. It's hit or miss, but their food is consistent and that's what I care about. And cheap. Didn't realize this place had a name. Always just called it 69. Cash only.
