Woburn Village

Similar to other reviewers, this is a really nice mall area, anchored with a large new Market Basket. But there’s not enough parking ever. Every time I come, there’s never enough parking. Word has it that the developer paid off the town to skirt the required parking you need for this many businesses, sadly because we live in a car eccentric society. This is the severe detriment to everybody who needs to park here who doesn’t come at hot hours. Otherwise it’s a great area.

Giving this two stars because of the headache it takes to find parking. This place has great food options and stores but for the amount of retailers, they should accommodate more parking. I spent over 15 minutes trying to find parking and finally found one after seeing someone leave. Places like this need to have more than enough parking if they're going to offer so many retailers. Please expand parking so there isn't as much frustration from drivers. Thank you! I hope this review helps.

Good stores and restaurants, but godawful parking situation. Poor layout and insufficient parking spaces. I debated giving a one-star rating due to how laughably bad the parking is.

Parking is hard to find. But the stores and restaurants there are sometimes worth the parking hassle. It's an ideal place to go for someone who lives nearby and likes to walk from place to place.

Great stores, great location. Rough parking lot. It's especially rough when I am in my partners truck.

Has some good stores and excellent restaurants BUT.... have fun fighting people for a parking spot! It's not worth it.

Delicious seafood! Fish and chips were awesome. Atmosphere nice, busy for a mid week evening. Parking is ridiculous, but once you're in a spot it's go time!

Lots of construction going on. Only Market Basket, TJ Maxx & HomeGoods are open as of Sept 7, 2020 as far as I can tell. Photos you see before this are of the old mall and have been completely torn down. The only store that's still in its original footprint is Market Basket. Parking to store ratio seems to be less than before unless that multi-story building (not shown in photo) would also have public parking spaces.
