I started going about 3 moths ago after food got Chinese resturdant it's burned. The food at Wok& Roll is very good I get Sweet and Sour Chicken sauces is not overly sweet. The egg roll and wonton soup also very good. I pork fried first time was little surprise see it yellow but was very good. The staff is always very nice. Should go tried food you might surprise

Absolutely delicious food, fast and friendly service and delivery. This has become our family’s go to Chinese spot, our fav is the General Tso chicken. The Crab Rangoon is also really yummy. 10/10.

the food is delicious the miso soup I ordered was still hot and it was delicious the sushi was so tasty and the crab Rangoon was the best it was delicious I recommend getting the party 2 for sushi it's delicious and definitely worth the price

I'm old enough to say that I have been eating at this establishment for 20 years now. Wok & Roll has been and always will be my go to Chinese food and Sushi spot. The staff is always pleasant and the food and the prices have remained consistently as pleasant for years. I'll keep going at least once every other week until they shut the doors. 110% A+ 💜

This is absolutely my favorite place to order Chinese/Sushi from! It always gets to my house fast & the quality of food is always incredible! Hands down the BEST sushi you will find in Dundalk or around the area, all of their food on the menu is worth a try if you enjoy this kind of food!

If you are going to order make sure is in person, they might mistake your order and cause trouble from it. Food was okay not enough broccoli I got 3 pieces in a large orange chicken. Also try to be a little nicer to the customers is not our fault you are having a bad day.

I ordered from this place two months ago and ever since then I’ve been a regular customer. The food is very good, always hot, and the people are very kind and welcoming. The steamed dumplings are my favorite, the sauce that comes with it is bomb!

First time ordering from here. I asked for General TOS chicken and shrimp Hunan dinners. I had a coupon for two more egg rolls with spending over $25. One dinner was correct, the other was not. I called to let them know that my order was wrong. I really don’t believe the customer service was stellar.The service rep argued that I was mistaken about what I ordered. I was told I could return the wrong product and receive the correct order. (a 15-20 minute drive). I asked if I could get a curtesy credit for my next visit. Nope that wasn’t an option. I have been an owner in the food industry, I also have experience as a retail manager. I have always believed that people make mistakes, I also believe we need to make an effort to keep our customers happy. I might try again, but this visit has given me pause. On another note… The food was very good, but the service and resolution is lacking. Edited this since the “owner” continues to want argue their point. This only makes me want to not try this place again! I received the our meals with said “extra egg rolls” I did NOT order chicken Hunan, I asked for Shrimp. To continue to declare you are not wrong is exactly the issue. You are not going to win my desire to return by alienating my thoughts and my review to only try to justify a mistake. In the end the who loses?

Best Chinese Food in town ! We finally have a winner ! Service was great . I ordered out so I'm not sure about the physical place but the online photos seemed very clean and crisp. I ordered my fav egg food young and my husband ordered spicy Singapore noodles and we both enjoyed it.

It was fine. My sushi smelled very strong, not fish like, but more of that generic smell that sushi smells like. Like the smell of a California roll had that smell. I got a salmon avocado roll and an eel avocado roll. Truly the only descriptor I have for it is, fine. I've had better, but it wasn't the worst. Three stars!

Hands down the best Chinese food in Dundalk!!!!! I knew there food was going to be good, when I saw how many people picked up food and called in food on a Tuesday evening. There need and broccoli and shrimp egg rolls were DELICIOUS!!! I also enjoyed their shrimp general Tsao. I was greeted with Nice customer service , they have good prices and they deliver. (Delivery seemed to be pretty fast). The food is made to order so call in for faster service. You can tell the use quality ingredients. My food was fresh and had mad flavor. Do yourself a favor and stop here!

This is a pretty solid spot. I will say to take my opinion with a grain of salt because I think I have a soft spot for any somewhat crappy Chinese food. I tend to love it no matter what. The Good: I do think their lo mein is some of the better lo mein that I've had. I also LOVE those Szechuan wontons - they're typical fried pork wontons, but in a sticky sweet/spicy sauce. They don't have a crispy crunch, but I think that's part of why I love them. The sauce might just be the same sauce they use for their General Tso's chicken, but either way it's delish, so I'm not complaining. The General Tso's chicken is something else that's pretty good here. The chicken stays a little crunchy and the sauce has a bit of a tang so it's not super sweet. The Less Good: The sushi here isn't my favorite. I like to eat sushi with raw fish, and every time I've had it from Wok & Roll it just doesn't taste as fresh as some better sushi I've had. This was my first time getting the Sweet Heart Roll, which I thought was adorable (they're in the shape of hearts!), but the taste just wasn't really there for me. I did enjoy their crab meat (kani) salad, but it was very wet and the cucumber pieces were pretty large. The edamame isn't anything special either, and I thought it could use more salt. I've never had a truly negative experience here. I feel like my overall opinion of Wok & Roll is average, but my love for the Szechuan wontons justifies my 4 stars. Yes, I like them that much. If you get anything from here, get those wontons!

Sushi was really good! We got spicy tuna rolls and pearl river rolls. Delicious! Definitely will be ordering from there again.

Definitely not the friendliest staff (they aren't rude ) just not much interaction , It's also not the cleanest looking establishment and its kind of hidden on a dead end street but the food is as expected and is very good , it's priced pretty well , They also Deliver very fast

Was in Baltimore visiting my daughter. After running around all day at the convention center for a bridal expo,we all wanted a quick delivered meal. She wanted to try this restaurant out for first time so we ordered a buffet of choices. Happy family meal, sesame chicken, General Tso's chicken (came free with $39 purchase!), fried dumplings and pork fried rice. We also wanted to test the sushi. We got Pearl River, volcano roll, spicy tuna, yellow tail and salmon rolls. The girl who took the order was pleasant and efficient and delivery was as promised. The four of us all tried a little of each to give our opinion. Have to say, I was pleasantly surprised that it was all very good. Especially the Happy family which contained large pieces of lobster, nice sized shrimp and lots of meat. I will definitely order from here again on next visit and my daughter will be a repeat customer.

The food was very good, the fried rice was okay not much flavor but service was amazing the women who dropped the food off was very nice and the gentleman was to. The orange chicken is the main dish i really wanted to try and they did not disappoint the flavor was on point and the sauce was just perfect. The lo mein was also good but as the rice not much flavor and also all of it was stuck together

The food is absolutely amazing here, I always tells my friends that its the best sushi you could ever find in Dundalk, the quality of food is very high, the delivery speed is also considerably fast compared to other spots that deliver food, i used to go to Chopstix all the time but after finding this place i always order it home and they give me everything i need, This easily is one of my favorite spots to order food from, they also have nice deals when it comes to food/ the amount you spend, if you're looking for delicious food i would highly recommend ordering or stopping by this establishment for dinner or lunch, the staff is also incredibly nice and helpful, its a smaller establishment so id recommend carrying out or ordering delivery because they dont have much seating!

The food here is decent considering Dundalk doesn't have a Chinese restaurant that has sit down dining or a carry out that has food that I would rate over 2 stars. I will give wok and roll 2.5 stars for the food. The service is great the person answering the phone is ver nice and polite. The inside of the carry out has a few sit down tables but don't go there thinking that this is a sit down table service restaurant it's not. The chicken could be cooked a little longer. And that is for every chicken dish that I have had here. At time it can be a bit slimy. The beef could be tenderized better and the brown sauce a lot less watery with meat re flavor. If you are look for a great sit down Chinese restaurant experience try Szechuan Taste restaurant in Pasadena Md. it is well worth the drive. The food the service and the owner are top notch. Best Chinese food in or around Baltimore!

I did not like my Egg Foo Young it had no taste at all, and my favorite part is the gravy! The gravy was so bland and lacked taste! Never again!

Chinese and Japanese all in one in Dundalk. Whenever I want sushi, wok and roll is the place I choose. The prices are affordable and the food is not bad. They aren't my top choice for Chinese food but they get the job done. Overall, it's definitely a solid choice in Dundalk.

She was VERY WELL knowledgeable of the CURRENT menu and pricing .. it helps to be able to ask and receive ACCURATE information Timely delivery service and he was super kool PEOPLE wit that being said Wok n Roll are running a business NOT a library Confirming pricing etc HOWEVER ... they need to feed their family also Do your best to ask BUT STILL ORDER ... PS order delivery directly from the store itself ... it take the same time HOWEVER the business gets the tip

Good place to get Chinese food or sushi. Have been here a few times as we live near by and the food is always good and ready fast. We will be back again, friendly staff!

I love the food...the soup on the other hand is not for me, but my husband likes it. I have never had a problem with customer service. The ambiance is nice.

I was so disappointed when the federal hill location closed so I was happy to hear here was a Dundalk location! Wok & roll is my hangover go-to. It's pretty basic Chinese but it's the best compared to the other Chinese places around here. I love the fact that you can get both Chinese and Japanese in one order. I usually do a dinner meal combo with a small sushi roll on the side, which is pretty much 2 full meals. I went with the house special mein fun this time to try something different. The small noodles were delicious and since they weren't as filling as traditional lo mein noodles, you could eat more of it. There was no sauce in the dish, but the flavor was still great. I put duck sauce and soy sauce on top to give it some additional flavor. It reminded me of Vietnamese food. I liked it though so I would try the curry mein fun next time. The Boston roll was also different, since I usually go with the standard California or salmon or tuna rolls (especially since they're cheap). The Boston was yummy, had some beautiful avocado inside, and tasted fresh. The wasabi isn't too spicy so you need a lot to get that kick of you add it to your piece of sushi or in your soy sauce. I ordered through the Seamless app and the delivery was very quick and the guy was super nice. I wish they would deliver to federal hill!

The food is delicious. Don't get me wrong. But the customer service isn't good. Every time I call to place an order the women on the phone has a bad attitude, and sometimes they fail to answer the phone. I wait and call back 10 minutes later. Still no answer. Losing business.

Long story short: Ordered through eat 24. After the fact noticed a coupon so called to inquire about it. Woman who answers almost immediately starts bitching at me, very rude. Ended up asking to cancel my order as I have no desire to give my money to such a rude establishment. Lady continues to complain about eat24 and I eventually just hang up to handle my refund. If you don't wanna work with eat24. Don't. Don't take it out on the customer... and maybe don't be psychotic and lose an expensive order over a question about less than a $2 value coupon.... the food from wok and roll is absolutely not worth the horrendous customer service.

We order here probably 3 to 4 times a month. The sushi is awesome! the dragon roll is my favorite :) A typical night is ordering a pint size dish from a few different categories and sharing them during movie night! There are a lot of Chinese places in the area, some even closer to home, but this one is by far the best!

Pretty darned good all around The quality is always consistent Vegetables are always fresh and crunchy and not soggy and sauces are not too salty

This place was ridiculous, I used Eat 24 to order. I spent $28 on 3 sushi rolls, sweet tea and two egg rolls, just to get three tiny little cone shaped rolls(not cut). It took over an hour for delivery to my office. I'm telling my entire staff not to eat/order from there. Also that menu is getting added to our NO order section in the office menu book.

Just had the cucumber roll since transitioning to vegan about a month ago and loved it! The service is awesome and the food is literally done in 10 minutes. I highly recommend it.

So I'm giving 3 stars mainly because there are only certain items on the menu that are reallllly good! Anything new I've tried, was not what I expected. Sushi is usually pretty good if u stick to the main rolls ppl order all the time. Something has changed with the way they make their spicy tuna and I just can't order it anymore. It's minced now, it used to be cut into chunks. That wasn't the best move but I stick with fried sushi since then. Overall it's decent food and good go to place when ur trying to figure dinner out like I am right now. Happy Eats!

I ate one piece of the California roll and spit out the rest. I don't typically spit out food but, it wasn't edible. crab meat and cheese wontons were bland and unappetizing. Only ate three out of eight. My fiancé said the chicken chow mein was good. 7/10. Pork fried rice ok. Waste of money and I'm hungry!

This is my favorite place to get Sushi in Dundalk, they never disappoint when it comes to their sushi.

You need to get out more if you think this is good sushi. Avoid delivery from here, hop in your car and drive out to Kabuto or Chopstix. I can't speak to the quality of the Chinese food, because due to my excitement of having delivery sushi so close to home, that's all I ordered. My excitement quickly dissipated when the rolls arrived and were no bigger around than a cheap hotel dog, and bland looking. If you've had good sushi before, save yourself from disappointment and go elsewhere.

Ordered a lunch express special so at least I didn't waste too much money. The bourbon chicken had a decent flavor but was literally the driest thing I ever put in my mouth. I have a hard time even believing it was chicken!

I love crab Rangoon, but I'm often disappointed by bland and greasy versions of it. Wok and Roll has the best crab Rangoon I have ever tasted. It's very flavorful and not greasy at all. They make their sesame chicken with white meat and there are vegetables in the fried rice. While most Chinese restaurants use gross amounts of salt, grease and sugar to try to mask the fact that the ingredients are not so fresh and of poor quality, Wok and Roll does not. This will be my new place to get Chinese food when I'm at home. The only complaint I have is the woman who answered the phone was in so much of a rush, she hung up on me before I could tell her that I was paying by card and give her the info. I still gave them a 5 star because I understand they are really busy at 6pm on a Friday night.

This place woks! Pun intended obviously. I always get the general sohs tofu and avocado roll. It's always very fast and good as well. Would recommend.

This place use to be GREAT when they first opened ! Not so much anymore ... the sushi is not up to par for me , it lacks something and the Chinese food is just like something I could get out of the frozen isle ... It was a big step up at one point having a sushi place in Dundalk but it is no longer as good as it was ....

The woman at the front counter was on her phone when I walked in and greeted me while staring at her phone. She proceeded to ask me what was wrong as I stood there with a bag of my food and I received the wrong food. I took it back immediately. It wasn't what I ordered and I wanted my money back The women kept saying i needed to contact grub hub to get my money back. She said she wouldn't be able to give me the money back. That wasn't true bc I paid cash in the store even though I ordered online through there website !! She got argumentative and loud with me and kept getting rude and louder when I told her I'm an unsatisfied customer. I've been in management plenty of places and I'll tell everyone they have terrible customer service !!!!!!!! I put my foot down and didn't appreciate the disrespect and then she got my cash. I had to cuss her the hell out to get what I deserved as a customer. I was polite when I arrived. Furious when I left....

I order from them regularly. Most of the time the food is good, and the sushi is always very tasty. I have noticed that when I order on Friday or Saturday nights when they're busy, it takes about an hour and a half for my food to arrive and its not always as well cooked. On weekdays which is now the only time I order, things are good.

Disgusting. Place is a dump. Food smelled like urine, went back to complain and they wouldnt give me my money back. Should be shut down.

I have ordered from Wok and Roll a few times, and the food is always good and the delivery is always within a reasonable time. However, this time, it has been almost 2 hours and I have still not received my food. I've called 5 times and been hung up on 4 of those 5 times and been told for the past 40 minutes that my order is on its way. At this point I could have driven there, cooked my own food, eaten it, and done it all over again. After this disrespectful experience, I will never order from Wok and Roll again.

Great sushi! Love their hand rolls and my roommate loves their hot food menu. Decent prices and nice delivery guys! I order from here almost every week.

Horrible. Ordered a shrimp tempura roll came as a bland shrimp roll with no dark brown sauce. They did put on the side bright orange sauce that's usually put over the sushi along with the brown sauce . They gave me on the side only the orange sauce which is like a zesty sauce while the brown sauce is more sweet. So I'm stuck with a $8 shrimp tempura roll that is just a smelly fishy plain shrimp roll with horse radish tasting sauce. I called and basically told me I'm SOL will not be returning there. Wish i could leave a picture it says it all

My family and I eat here at least once or twice a month. Their prices are reasonable. And the food is awesome. Usually ,get lomein, fried rice,sushi, chicken and broccoli and sweet and sour chicken. The sushi is very fresh and delicious. I am very picky when it comes to sushi. Also when you order sometimes they come in 15-20 minutes on a Friday or saturday.

Food was ok and if you really like being in your bathroom then this is the place to be. In my opinion the stomach cramps and trips to the bathroom are not worth it.

Honesly, this place is str8 garbage. If i could give zero stars i would. First time ive ever left a review on yelp.. but the food was so terrible i felt the need to. So you dont make the same mistake. The picture of the sushi looks nothing what i received. I ordered a spicy tuna roll with avacdo and cucumber. It didnt even seem like it had tuna but more of a griddy sand like mixture. It was honesty disgusting i ate one peice, then one more just because our order was 35 dollars and i did not want to waist it. But after eating the second peice i was so disgusted i had to throw it in the trash. My girlfriend ordered shrimp and vegetables. The shrimp taisted old as hell soggy and mushy. It was also inedible. The veggies were bland taistless and also soggy and mushy. The eggrolls we ordered also sucked. This place is garbage dont not go here. I was so pumped up about sushi that day and this ruined my day and honestly pissed me off i even waisted my money. The guy at the front counter couldn't barely speak english and was hard to understand. He didnt seem to understand me either. But he was polite and cool. Thats about all i can say that was positive about my experience with WOK & ROLL. WOK & ROLL does not ROCK & ROLL. Stay away... but yall have a great day.
