I have never, in my life, been to such a beautiful vineyard with such HORRIBLE customer service.
Today, I paid for a wine tour, though an outside company.However, the level of unprofessionalism by the management, specifically, Jessica, I know, NO OWNER would accept. As someone in HR, my professional experience tells me that such a lack of soft skills and customer respect, especially from a manager, is unfortunate to read about. It is disheartening to report this, especially knowing the pride Karl, Linda, and Brannon Boegner must have in their family's vineyard.
Walking to our tour bus, shaking your head, packing up the bottles of wine, the owner of the tour company purchased, in a paper bag with plastic cupss, and talking at us, and not allowing us to exit the tour bus. All of this happened after speaking with the owner of the tour company. We knew we would not be able to do the testing but you, Jessica, assured the owner that we would be able to use a different area, stayinf until a specified time- because we couldn't do the testing. Inappropriate and Unacceptable.
I am embarrassed for the by the way she not only spoke to us, as a tour group- but, also how she spoke with the owner of the tour company we used.
After this experience, I am certain that this is not how you build a lasting reputation. Unfortunately, it's not a positive one.
