Super convenient if you're waiting on a flight at the end of E terminal. I ordered a sandwich, small glass of prosecco, and a cheesecake .. total was $45. The sandwich was pretty good (prosciutto panini), but I couldn't taste all the flavors that were described. I got the cheesecake to go, and it was very nicely packaged. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Update: just ate the cheesecake .. very yummy, and the raspberries were fresh. Crust could've been better, but that's always secondary 😂

Great experience for sure. Maybe you need to flush the entitlement. You cant just go around disrespectful because you feel people are beneath you and the OWE you something. They did a phenomenal job providing service. They aren't your adult baby sister....notrcan they do re raise you from your upbringing. CHEERS!

Worst experience ever in my life EVER Im going to post bad staff here She refused to give her name and eventually called the police BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DRINK HERE THEY MIGHT TAKE YOUR BEVERAGE AWAY when you are still enjoying it AND WHEN YOU ASK ABOUT IT, They will call police, saying that you are DRUNK AND YELLED AT THEM! (Which I didnt) Happened at 8:50am EST DCA 2 Police officers came to me and ran my ID and told me to show my transaction record. Would you really believe this?

We asked for no horseradish sauce on French dip and it was on there anyway sadly. Waitress was very pushy with getting customers to buy more drinks, appetizers and such. Also, rushed people out of their chairs/booths. That airport area was very cold as well.

The food was was quite good and the service quick, but they cram people in side by side. When I seated myself with a seat in between me and the next person they asked me to move down. I told them I'd prefer not to as I am high risk for COVID and already have long COVID; I don't relish the idea of getting COVID again on top of what I've already got going on. So they didn't make me move but then they seated someone (who promptly began sneezing) right beside me in the seat I'd left open. (I understand that if the restaurant is full they can't leave seats open, but that wasn't the case here.) I know people view COVID as "over," but it's not for high-risk people, and it's not only about that but also flu and such. Restaurants should really be trying to space people out when possible as a policy, especially when it's the customer's choice. To top it off, they brought me plastic utensils. Really W.P.? It's called the environment!

The negative reviews are shocking—I had a great experience here last week. Fitsum, the bartender, was extremely friendly and all other employees I interacted with were awesome. The cocktails were great! I didn’t order any food (so can’t speak to that). Unlike other reviews, I was not charged for several cups of water. They are right next to several gates and you have an awesome view of the US Capital. Will definitely be back next time I’m at Reagan. Thanks Fitsum and team!

I grabbed a quick lunch at the Wolfgang Puck Bar & Bites Mini Restaurant at the end of E Concourse in Ronald Reagan National Airport during a recent layover. I was pleasantly surprised to find a decent-quality food option at such a remote gate honestly! And then was pleasantly surprised by the food. The service was good. Quick, friendly, etc. and the food options were surprisingly healthy. I had the beef skewer that came with harissa dipping sauce, pita wedges and a small side salad. It was excellent and pretty reasonable considering airport food is always pretty pricey. My only regret was that I didn't get a table, but instead had to site at a high top bar-style seat. But that was no one's fault. They were busy. And deservedly so. I would definitely eat at Wolfgang Pucks again.

The food was good for airport food. I had the avocado toast and lemon shrimp skewer with an almond milk latte. The shrimp wasn't overcooked and well seasoned. The avocado toast wasn't the best I have ever had but the vegetables and avocado were fresh. The atmosphere was nice. Service was good and attentive. But my waitress was extremely pushy about alcohol. When I first sat down she started listing alcoholic beverages. I told her I just wanted water and a coffee. She asked me if I was sure. I confirmed I was sure. But it didn't end there. Every time she came back to check on me she would ask if I changed my mind and wanted a drink from the bar. I told her no multiple times as politely as I could. When I was close to finishing my breakfast she asked yet again "Are you sure? A Bloody Mary? Prosecco? Wine?" I finally told her directly that I do not drink alcohol just to get her to stop. She did not accept my answer and said, "Are you sure?? Our Bloody Marys are really good!" I again said that I do not drink alcohol at all and to please not ask me again. Only then did she stop while bringing me the check. She was very polite but her pushy behavior was off puting. Why did I have to get visibly upset for her to respect my choice? It's can be extremely dangerous to push alcohol on people when they say no. What if I was a recovering alcoholic? I get that this restaurant has a bar (it is called Bar & Bites), but so does almost every other restaurant that isn't a fast food place at the airport. I understand she wanted to upsell me because it's her job and she did that with the food too. I actually took her up one of her food suggestions (the shrimp skewer), but this was excessive and made what had been a pleasant experience uncomfortable. It's a shame because I fly through DCA a lot and the food was good but I will never eat there again because of this experience.
