Wolfgang Puck

I’m a frequent traveler at this airport and this is the best restaurant at the international airport. Great service and delicious food. My server “Julie” was just amazing and very sweet. I really enjoyed my dining experience here.

While the service from Krystal was truly excellent and a definite highlight, unfortunately, the pizza experience at Wolfgang Puck was highly disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a brand of this caliber. My initial pizza arrived visibly undercooked on one side and burned on the other, with an excessive amount of flour on the bottom. This is a clear indicator of either a new chef who either lacks proper training in pizza cooking and isn't adequately rotating the pizza in the oven. Cooking is both a science and an art, and mastering temperature and timing, among other variables like dough hydration and fineness of the flour are all crucial, especially for pizza. When an attempt was made to rectify the issue, the pizza was simply thrown back into the oven for a longer period, resulting in it becoming completely overcooked. Ultimately, I had to request a full remake, opting for a simpler, cheaper pepperoni version instead of the original meat pizza. Even this third pizza, the pepperoni, still had several slices that were scorched on the edges, again due to improper cooking. While I didn't ask for the price difference back or ask to have it made yet again, the overall experience was far below the standard expected from Wolfgang Puck. I was informed there were only two chefs on staff and they were busy. This points to a significant operational issue – either the current staff needs to work more efficiently to handle the volume, more chefs are required in the kitchen, or the implementation of automation/robotics should be considered to maintain quality and speed. For a renowned culinary name like Wolfgang Puck, consistency and quality are paramount. I hope these issues are addressed to ensure future diners receive the high-quality experience associated with the brand.

Ordered the kabobs with broccoli and potatoes. Potatoes and broccoli were cooked well. But the star of the dish was burnt to a crisp and they served it and my waiter didn't come by until I had to leave to board. Didn't offer to replace or a partial refund, could not take more then one bite it was like eating charcoal. It's a shame because everything else was fine good presentation and flavors for the potatoes and broccoli. Expect more for this restaurant regardless of its airport location.

I had the pleasure of being served by Kaitlyn at Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant inside GSP Airport, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her warm personality, quick service, and deep knowledge of the menu made my long travel day a little brighter. She took the time to make thoughtful recommendations and made sure everything came out just right. Traveling can be exhausting, but the staff’s friendly attitude and professionalism made a big difference.

Great food , good service and plenty of seating. Maria is a great bartender friendly+ fast + and hard worker. She makes sure you get good fresh food always.

I stopped by The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck for lunch during a layover at GSP Airport. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The rotisserie chicken was extremely overpriced for what tasted like supermarket-quality meat, served in dry, bland portions. While the atmosphere of the restaurant was quite nice, the food did not live up to the name or price point. I won’t be dining here again if I find myself back at GSP.

I was there for breakfast and had a really nice Bloody Mary and delicious avocado toast with an egg on top. Both tasted very fresh and had lots of flavor. I found the prices to be very reasonable and especially so given how airport food is normally so expensive.

Great spot to chill out when our flight got delayed. Our waiter was so accommodating and kind. We had drinks and the Fennel Sausage pizza and it might be the best pizza I have ate in years.

Had a 3 hour delay on Memorial day and the lounge wasn't the best. But glad we found this place with great customer service and a cool view out back. Our server was funny and so energetic, she took great care of us. The bus boy was also cool and was making sure the whole place was clean and seating people as fast as they came in. For my order I did the egg white omelet with added ham with sourdough bread. My buddy he got a breakfast sandwich and his potatoes were so delicious and crispy. For sure would come back here when in GSP and maybe try some lunch/dinner.

When flying out of GSP you have two options across from each other: Chick-fil-A (if you're short for time) or The Kitchen (do you have at least an hour?). I've been in both situations, but if I have time, it's The Kitchen! With great food, friendly staff, and a relaxed vibe, it does not feel like I'm eating in an airport. As you'd expect with other Wolfgang Puck venues, the custom pizzas are solid. While I often go this route, I changed it up last time and made the charcuterie and cheese board my meal. Also a solid meal and the accompanying glass of vino put it over the top. I know the options for meals at GSP are minimal, but you don't need much more than a coffee option (Dunkin), fast food (Chick-fil-A), and upscale dining experience (The Kitchen). I tip my had to the restaurant managers, staff, and cooks as it's my first choice every flight.

Good service, but my chicken Caesar salad greens were flaccid and crazy salty. I could not finish my salad. Not sure why so much salt was used. I know I am at the airport but fresher greens are expected. Setting was quiet and comfortable.

Really enjoyed my burger here which came with delicious fries as well. Service was fantastic and I appreciated that their wine menu also featured a local wine (which I ended up getting). Seating was a variety of high top and low top tables. Overall, I can see myself coming back here!

Quick pre-departure snack and drink prior to flight. Good central location to A and B gates. Had an old fashioned and calimari. The old fashioned was solid and the calimari was fried perfectly, they added a fried lemon which I thought was cool. My server was excellent and real attentive. A good stop prior to flight

Okay stop at airport. Friendly staff quick delivery, not quite a Puck taste, but a decent margarita pizza traveling. It's a nice clean atmosphere and a good stop out of crowds. A little better than average

Cassy tended to us wonderfully as we chilled at Greenville Spartanburg airport awaiting our flight. Lovely views of the runway and the fountains. Yummy margaritas and the wine was a good pour!

Pros: 1. Service was fast and helpful. 2. Burger was one of the best I have had in a while. Thick, juice, flavorful. 3. The Pearl martini was yummy. 4. Good view of a small outdoor park and lots of TVs. Cons .... none really.

I was running a bit late on getting to the airport, but breezed through security and was able to grab a bite to eat. The menu was a little thin, but I was able to settle on a breakfast bowl and dove in. It was flavorful and just the right portion. I wish I had more time to enjoy it, but I was in a bit of a hurry. If ever back in SC I will definitely give it another go.

Excellent service this is the airport restaurant in Spartanburg South Carolina. This is a must restaurant to visit. Coffee is awesome on the breakfast the second to none. Merry Christmas to all the stuff 2023

Do not let the name "southern breakfast " give you high hopes. Its very plain, lacking flavor. They need to get rid of the over cooked potato pucks and bread . Offer biscuits gravy and possibly grits . The eggs where nice service was spot on. They where,very polite and quick , thank you

We came here during a stop in Greenville. We had Calamari and Cheesecake. We were only here about 30 minutes, and overall had a great experience. I wish that there was more Lemon with the Calamari. However, the calamari was cripsy, and very well cooked. The Aoli with it is delicious. We also got the Cheesecake. The bottom was a little cry, however the center was delicious. We got additional Carmel on our cake, I highly recommend this.

Fast, friendly service located in the heart of the airport. The bar atmosphere was great!

I ordered the sesame ginger chicken salad and it was HUGE! I wished they would serve it in a big bowl because trying to eat this without it toppling all over the counter beside my plate is annoying. I feel like I'm looking like a sloppy eater. If you ask me, portion is way too big. The chicken was kind of dry so I had to ask for more dressing. The salad was just ok. The dressing has a little kick to it. I probably would order something different next time. Service was on point and the place looked very nice!

At Greenville Airport, Ordered breakfast at the counter and then were told the seating area is closed until 10 am.. That doesn't make sense to me, spending my money here and they only have 3 small high top tables for seating??? They said you can go to your gate and eat or go across the way to Chic Fale .... Went back to the counter and asked for butter and jelly for the toast... they charged us for it!!‍ epic failed business model... The staff was pleasant and only following the company's rules...

The meatballs are the softest, the taste doesn't match the texture but man it is so good and worth buying. I wish I could say more however this is an airport dining area and there isn't much I can say. They are decently priced, there are outlets at the bar where you sit, and that all I can say. The servers deservetexture, but man,texture, but man,texture, but man, everything.

Nice spot and convenient in the airport. Issue, it's in the airport...service is non-existent and stressed out. Perhaps just a bad moment or day.... The food, I must say, is good. Wolfgang Puck clearly never comes to Greenville. For an airport...lots of TVs for games, good bar and decent food.

Let's be honest - there are not an abundance of food choices at GSP. Wolfgang Puck offers a variety of options to include lighter fare plus a full bar. It's centrally located in between the terminals after going through security. It's typically very busy when I visit. I stop in when traveling for work to get a quick dinner before my later flight home. I generally stick to salads after having a bad experience with pizza in another Puck location. I've ordered the Greek salad and the Grilled Melon with Prosciutto. The Greek salad was as expected. Plenty of romaine and feta garnished with tomatoes, olives and pepperoncini. Pretty standard. I enjoyed the Grilled Melon. It was topped with a sprinkling of sea salt, served with prosciutto and mozzarella as well as a side of arugula lightly dressed in a vinaigrette. I've ordered this more than once. The food and drink are pricey, but we are in an airport after all. I've never experienced anything but decent friendly service in all my visits despite how busy they have been. As far as I am concerned, this Puck location is A-OK.

Food is inconsistent. The manager is very loud and laughing all the time. He's extremely distracting and runs the place like a playground. My burger was raw on one side and burned on the other side. I don't even know how that can happen. I asked for a salad, but received fries. Half the ingredients I asked for on my burger were wrong and or missing. My wife ordered the chicken salad with balsamic. She received a Caesar. The salad very good however. Since we were having a hard time being able to order drinks, I went to the bar and received excellent efficient service. I wish I got her name. Very pretty girl with short black hair and awesome tats. Because of her I added a star.

Grabbed lunch between flights in the Greenville Airport. Not many choices really but we were very pleasantly surprised by the food and service at The Kitchen! Everything was good and the service was much better the day we were there than the reviews I read. It is definitely worth a try!

Food was good, service was bad (slow). That's all I really have to say. Also, breakfast closes at 10:00am which is a little too early in my opinion. It took forever to get the check. Service way too slow for an airport - thank god I was really early for my flight.

Charity is the most professional bartender I have ever met. After missing a flight I decided to eat at Wolfgang Puck's bar and Charity comforted me with her outstanding service. The food is great too. I often go there due to the great experience I had. Thanks Charity!

I fly out of GSP at least 3 times a month on Sundays, the staff is always gracious and friendly. Food is fast and the drinks are cold. Again thanks to the bar staff for a great experience!

Our food was fabulous! I ordered the squash soup which came piping hot, adorned with fresh chives and sour cream. Absolutely delicious with possibly a hint of orange. My husband ordered the kale salad with quinoa which also had golden raisins and slivers of apple. It was fresh, bursting with flavor. We will absolutely eat here again and rate it among the best airport food we've ever had.

I stopped in for breakfast, before my flight. The waitress, SARA, was truly sweet and welcoming. She had great recommendations. I ordered the country breakfast and the potatoes were delicious. Their coffee is refreshing and not overbearing. My view of the runway was awesome. I will surely return.

This place reminded me that air travel can be pleasant. Tables spaced generously. Comfortable and quiet, except for the necessary gate announcements. Minimal annoying security pages. In this context, an airport restaurant, I don't think it can be done better.

I was very displeased to order to go food and receive the wrong order. What's worse is the lady confirmed what I had to order before handing it to me! I think they need a reality check in this restaurant. While I was standing waiting for my food to be remade, the cooks don't even know the runners/servers names. That doesn't show good synergy between the team.

This is a restaurant bar. Right from when you walk in. You can see it. Great bar area with tvs. With kitchen next to it. Where you can see things being done. The bar and some of the tables look out and you can enjoy watching a fountain. With statues. This is very clean and the staff are very courteous. I only had a beer and a drink while waiting for college football to start. Saturday is a slow day at the airport. But easy to get a seat at the bar.

Wolf Gang Puck is new to GSP. It is located where you come out of security. They have a traditional breakfast menu and I ordered the Southern Special. It came with Grits, Eggs, Ham and a Biscuit . The eggs were made while I waited and were hot and fresh. The grits were instant but good. The biscuit was old and crumbly. It you're going to sell breakfast for $13.50 you need to have a good biscuit. Had to ask for my water and butter twice. Hopefully, this is just growing pains. Right now there are better options.

This was an early morning stop to grab breakfast before our flight. We had the breakfast wrap. Courteous, helpful service. The wrap was large and tasty. It had a side of "smashed" potatoes. Excellent - best airport breakfast we've ever had. Okay that may not be saying much for some but I'd stop for that any day anywhere.

Airport Wolfgang Puck Restaurant was to be a nice lunch stop but really was a pathetic over priced meal. Had caesar salad with added chicken. The chicken was actually 2 slices of processed chicken shredded up for $6 additional charge. The Cesar dressing was more like italian and ranch mixed. The upside and only reason this has 2 stars vs 1 was the awesome service I received.

Great quick lunch if you're passing thru the airport. Expansive selection of drinks and healthy options for food. Great quality and the new bartender was very attentive (can't remember his name?).

GSP is a small airport serving Greenville/Spartanburg SC area. After renovation - Wolfgang opened up. They are open until the last flight is wheels up which is great for flights that are often delayed heading to Newark. Service is amazing and food is pleasantly good. Most people are very friendly from owner to the staff to the passengers waiting for their delayed flight. Recommend this to anyone traveling through GSP

Nice place in the airport with a nice menu. Staff is a little flakey - I never can understand when the staff isn't paying much attention to the patrons that need to be watching to get out to catch flights at airport bars/restaurants. They had a nice board that shows the status of flights which was nice. I ordered the local charcuterie platter = which was great but came without silverware and it took me time to flag someone down to get a set up. It was also a bit pricey ($18 for the charcuterie and $16 for larger glass of wine).

Breakfast at the airport. If you have time to read reviews, you have time to find somewhere else to eat. Trust me, don't waste your time here. Your disappointment will be profound. Incredibly slow service, truly poor food. Go get a donut somewhere. You'll thank me.

This review is for a latte at the takeout counter. The young lady that waited on my husband was very polite and prompt. He had his latte in less than 1 minute. It was freshly made and piping hot. It's a good stop for coffee to drink while waiting on your flight.

I'd fly back to GSP just to get their Mediterranean salad with shrimp again. I also appreciate their regional wine offerings. The Biltmore Estates Viongier (6 oz pour for $12... a bit expensive, but hey, airports smairports) paired wonderfully with the salad. The Mediterranean Salad ($10) was excellently balanced with just the right amount of dressing, was fragrantly sweet, and displayed plenty of salty or acidic highlights. Lettuce and other greens were fresh and verdant. And OH MY GOSH the shrimp ($2/shrimp was totally worth it) .... these perfectly sautéed shrimp with a hint of butter were what all shrimp should aspire to be. They were flavorful, a tad sweet, and presented enough salt to complement the salad. Oh and tender. I could've eaten a whole plate of the shrimp but I couldn't have afforded it.... Maybe all Wolfgang Puck airport restaurants deliver this same quality of food, but you can't get the delightful view onto a fountain and sculpture park with flights taking off before your eyes. And you can't get the hop-skip-walk to the gate at other airports. What a delightful meal.

People in your life may disappoint you, but Wolfgang Puck will never let you down. I was happy to see the wide range of menu options (including salads and soups), versus some of the heavier/less fresh food options at the airport. For dinner I had the Greek salad and Caprese sandwich, both great but the lemon vinaigrette makes the Greek sandwich a standout. I also tried the avocado toast during breakfast hours which was delicious and a portion size, comes with fresh fruit. I got an iced latte as well, though the milk/coffee ratio was a bit too milky for my liking.

Underwhelming to say the least which I guess we can all just chalk it up to the captive audience airport monopoly category. Service is slow and food is about on par with a standard crap corporate chain joint. Drinks are poured exact...they offer the double but the bartenders don't mix the drink in a collins or pint glass like every other bar who employs folks willing to think beyond a middle school level. We ordered a chopped Greek salad and it had the equivalent of a single olive halved, a single cherry tomato halved, one peperoncini cut in 3 pieces, a tablespoon of feta or less. If I had to guess the chicken is pre-cooked, frozen for transport then is thawed before service based on cold sliced "roatisery" presentation. The experience set me back $90 which is not in anyway terrible for airport grub but I truly feel sorry for employees who basically hustle thawed out pre-cooked/packed very poorly assembled fare for an audience who are only have a single choice if you want a cocktail. I guess it's just part of the GSP travel experience...they gotta pay for all the renovations somehow after all!

I was super excited to try The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck before my flight Friday.. I had noticed it when I flew out of GSP a couple of months ago. The menu had several different pizza, sandwich, and pasta options to choose from. I ordered the shrimp and grits, and my boyfriend had the burger and fries. The shrimp and grits was okay, but overall nothing special. The ratio seemed a bit off, as it came with 4 shrimp but a huge serving of grits. It was disappointing for $22. The burger was good, and I ended up eating more of it than my own meal. The fries were shoe string cut and very crispy. If we return, I'll opt for the burger or try one of the sandwiches. They had a huge alcohol selection, so it would be a good place to stop for a drink. The atmosphere is trendy with a neat view of the outside patio.

Didn't expect to write a review for my meal before a flight wherever I could find one...but I must, as the service I've received here today from the host, server, and kitchen as been stellar. The food is quick and delicious! For those of you out there plant-based, the hummus wrap hit the spot. Full of hummus (a little light on the quinoa).

Terrible terrible breakfast. I had ordered the Southern breakfast which composed of two eggs, biscuits, ham steak & grits. With a coffee this was $16. What was served was a very salty metallic tasting ham (I couldn't finish it was so bad), eggs seemed tasteless. Biscuit was fine and grits quite over salted. I'm quite certain if Wolfgang Puck ate this himself he would be quite disappointed this low quality - exorbitant high priced offering bears his name! There are times in which you wish you took a photo of the food to show how the presentation looked. However... a 5:30 am wake up, your head feels a bit woozy. Especially after a late night.

Had a club sandwich with poultry, bacon avocado and tomato on toasted white bread. Ingredient combo was great, as was expected, but beyond that flavor was nondescript. Grilled or carmelized onions or roasted red pepper would have taken it up a notch. I liked that the side of chips were packed in a plastic sealed container, handy for travel. A bit pricey at $15 plus $2 tip.

I was recently a guest at this location for several hours due to Delta nationwide flight delays. They were clearly cleaned up and ready to close when the last flight delays happened. To a person, they were cheerful and ready to serve the stranded passengers. In their shoes, I would've been at least a little grumpy (reader, she's lying. She would've been a lot grumpy) to have our close delayed and have to run through all the cleaning and prep work again. But not this crew. They were super accommodating and pleasant. SO appreciated.

Do not stop here if you're catching a flight within an hour. Walked to the counter and asked "how long for two breakfast sandwiches?" And was told "5-7 minutes". 25 minutes later, I was handed a bag and had to sprint to my gate. Got sandwiches and potatoes with no utensils. The cook wandered around the kitchen area looking at his phone every minute and a half and looking at the order tickets. Not the way to start a day.

Love visiting any Wolfgang restaurant when I can find one. Although this is an airport location, the quality was no different than you'd expect. Great portions, service was lovely...no complaints here! I ordered the Asian chicken salad and had a lovely glass of white wine while I waited through my flight delays.

If you are in an airport this is the best choice. I had the butternut squash soup two weeks ago and today the snapper. As far as airport food goes a top choice

Great place to wait and watch the meandering bar staff attempt to make a drink while forcing patrons to move so they can grab a few more covers. Stay for the show: back of house vs front of house. Had a martini and some hummus. The former was confusing at best, the later was the perfect marriage of sabra hummus and little caesar's crazy bread. Don't miss the dirty glass display atop the wash sink. A beautiful ode to the meaninglessness of side work. The Puck would be proud. Get it in a can next time.

We love this place!! Good airport restaurants are rare, and we are so lucky to have this one at gsp! We always come to the airport early so we can eat here. The food is great, especially the hummus plate!! The service is extremely friendly. Today we were helped by Darice, who was absolutely delightful. I look forward to our next visit!
