Staging/Overnight Parking Next To Guard Shack. Street Parking/Chrysler Dr. Flying J 20 miles away. FIRST YOU MUST PARK IN THE STAGING/OVERNIGHT PARKING, THEN WALK OVER TO GUARD SHACK TO CHECK IN! I arrived at 12 noon for 10am appointment tomorrow, I tried to see if the receiving office would unloaded me early but unfortunately the earliest they would take me is tomorrow at 5am. Next morning at 5am I got a call for a dock door, open trailer doors, and slide tandems to rear is optional. (BEWARE: THIS AREA IS SMALL, SO BE MINDFUL HOW YOU PLAN ON BACKING INTO DOCK DOOR) 8am, I got a final call that I’m done being unloaded, gave me the amount for lumper fee, and to come inside office with lumper payment to get my bills. Got my bills and I was out.

Arrived at 05:08 found parking in the off street lot, checked in with security guard in the shack he wrote down my truck information and told me where to go to check on with receiving. Giving receiving my paperwork and phone number. I have a 6 am appointment, received my dock assignment at 07:35, at 09:10 the lumper comes out demanding their payment. 10:08 the dock light turns green. Paperwork delivered to the truckin at 11:49, dock clearance, paperwork scanned, and load completed at 12:11. This is a great place to have a full 7 hour break. Now I am late for my next pick up and I have a very dirty trailer. Did not see any vending machines or bathroom facilities. So bring your food with you. Expecting a good detention check on this fiasco.

Great place to del. Arrived 0300 for 0600 appt, got door at 0400, unloaded and bills by 0700. Park in staging area, check in with shack and then office. Turn around at end of street to sight side dock. Lots of history and good food in area if you're there for 10. Bathroom but no vending, overnight parking available.

Very straightforward place! 🚛 Parking: Plenty of space in the lot, if it’s full – just park on the street along Chrysler Dr (no problem). ✅ Check-in process: Go to the guard shack first → then to receiving/shipping office → write your cell phone number on the paperwork → wait in the truck for a call with your door number. Super simple! ℹ️ Important: Sometimes they text you a different address (7 min away) and send you to another company for unloading – happened to me twice, so stay ready for that.

Why have an appointment if it's going to take 8 hours to unload a truck? The staff, all except for the guard on duty was quite friendly. The guard on duty seemed as if he was inconvenienced by having to do his job. The lumper fee wasn't too expensive. And the docks, especially dock 10 is quite difficult to get into due to a light pole and a dumpster sitting right in front of it.

Docks are very tight and worse thing is they can damage your reffer trailer sides no respect for your equipment new loaders damage your walls can cost more worth than there cheep freight

Was expecting to be here for hours based on the reviews. Got there at 6:10, got a door around 6:45, done unloaded by 8:10. You do have to back in off the street, cars are parked everywhere, yard jockeys are going in & out but all in all a good experience. They have a parking area where you wait for them to call you.

Overnight parking available around 10 trucks First check in with guard then park truck in line which one you can see in pictures then go for check in They are cool Loading fast They call you when finish loading
