Usually, I don't have good luck when eating at a place as soon as they open. I typically let new places marinate for six months before trying them out. But I was coming from Virginia, and I was famished! I didn't know what to eat but remembered about this place opening up, which is actually on my way home. I almost went to Cava, but I'm glad I made it here instead.
I'll have to do some research on this place because I feel like their ingredients taste, smell, and feel whole and premium! I had the Mediterranean Salad bowl with steak souvlaki…and…
Ohhh, weeee! That steak was tender! Like… outside of eating at a specialized or fine restaurant, I’ve never had a steak this tender at “Fast Food” places, and it tasted really good. The lettuce was extremely crisp and fresh. Most places with this style of service tend to have soggy, limp lettuce. I really hope they don’t change the steak, it happened with Cava once, where they changed the seasoning and the meat quality.
I take one star off because I do think they still need to get their groove, and some of the add-ons for my bowl were out, but they compensated me with an extra drink. So that was nice I guess…
