My husband was given a coupon for two $ 20 meals at Wonder East Village. I created an account for him since he has never used it. The coupon code was not working. Upon arrival at the store I asked for help, so the staff member handed me a 35% off flyer. I told him twice that we have a flyer which was handed to my husband today . He offered a phone number. During the call, we were requested to use his phone, which we did. After 30 minutes, the only solution was to pay and that the charge was going to be cancelled. I don’t find this transparent. My husband has no patience for this type of tricks so he left without ordering anything. I believe that if you want to attract new customers, you have to make it easy. I’m
not coming back because of my experience and the reviews I’m reading.
UPDATE: They don’t want to respect what originally was told. Britney and some other agents were rude. The last agent didn’t want to provide her name.
