The service is terrible. I ordered and put an address and got a call from the driver saying he couldn’t find the location. I told him the name of the building and everything, then I waited 20 minutes, the app said it was delivered when it wasn’t. So I had to message customer service. They told me the address was incorrect even though I told him on the phone the building name and location. Then there is also no way I can rate a driver. I would have given him a 1 star if I could because that was ridiculous and I couldn’t even call the driver back when I tried. I was able to get a replacement order and even that, when the address was correct the driver went to the wrong building even though the address was right!! Absolutely insane and I got my food cold as a result of this. This is ridiculous. The customer service person tried to blame it on me completely when the location was right. There is no street number because it’s a college campus. Ridiculous and definitely not college campus friendly. The way I can’t properly rate the customer service person or driver is also insane. The only thing I like about this app is the deals and referrals other than that, I can’t refer an app to friends if it is terrible.
