I’ve been seeing Wonder advertised everywhere and finally decided to stop by for lunch. When you walk in, there is a counter with staff that you can order from; and to the side are also a few kiosks available. There are about 4-5 tables to sit at if you’re eating in.
There were a variety of restaurants listed. Each storefront has a small menu that ranged from pizza and wings to pasta and steak. The prices were quite expensive for what you’re paying for. For example, there were some steak options listed for $30+ that seemed to only include the steak. Given that it’s akin to a cafeteria-style, walk-in, self-seat restaurant, it felt a bit overpriced. In comparison, a juicy steak with two sides and a drink at Texas Roadhouse retails for around the same $30 price tag.
I got the Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich from The Mainstay by Marc Murphy for $19. While the sandwich was fine, it was definitely not worth $19. You also do not get sides or a drink for the price. For reference, you can get an equally, if not better, chicken sandwich that comes with fries and a drink from Chick-fil-A for $11.
Overall, an interesting concept but overpriced for what you get. Will not be likely to return.
