Wonder Upper West Side

Did the create your own bowl from Royal Greens. Portions are amazing and way more than i expected! Everything was super fresh and delivery was quick. The fries from Wing Trip were also good, but $5.45 for that portion is kinda steep. Some of my sauces were spilt and the bag was opened when it got delivered, but other than that, would come back!

We tried this place a few times. The time estimate for pick-up was about right. Happy about the speed. Their Poke bowl is amazing. The chef did a great job. It will be my go-to dish from Wonder.

TBH, I've been a bit suspicious of this place because they market so aggressively; but I'm really glad to have tried it. We tried the poke bowl, and the Sripraphai drunken noodles with shrimp. I've actually been to Sripraphai before, and the noodles with shrimp are on point. Restaurant's have a tendency of overcooking shrimp; but this shrimp was well prepared. We'll be back!

What I received from Tejas was not pulled pork (see photo)—it was a soggy pile of under-shredded, pale meat with zero bark, flavor, or care. No smoke, no texture, just sad chunks topped with pickled onions and a smear of yellow sauce. It looked unfinished and felt unsafe to consume.

We ordered two salads and a chicken sandwich delivered - arrived in 40 minutes and food was delicious, beautifully presented and a great value! Excellent portions for the price and the chicken sandwich was great!

I wonder why I went to Wonder. Seriously, this place bit off way more than it can chew. It is such a great idea to have the best chefs and their restaurants in one place. However, this is the poorest execution that I can think of. The website shows pictures of items that are beautiful in abundant quantities. However, what actually arrives is a puny cold disgusting wilted version of the picture. When we tried to complain, we were told to try to work it out through the website. I would stay away from this place because there are so many better food options in New York City.

It’s my first time ordering from Wonder , I heard that Wonder had good meals for affordable prices. The prices on the app were acceptable, I did order delivery so my order will naturally cost more which I didn’t mind. The delivery time was amazing it came early than expected, Everything was going well until I opened up my food, more than half the bowl is empty. I’m unsure if it was the delivery person or the restaurant, “Limesalt” I ordered from was responsible for this. I’m afraid to eat my food.

Onion ring box came less than half full and boneless wings were only half covered in sauce.

I've completely fallen in love with this concept! Being able to order a side from one restaurant, a salad from another, and an entree from another is a game changer! I love being able to mix and match my favorites! Detroit Brick Pizza Co. - Brick Chicken Tenders were great, everything you want in a simple order of tenders! Hawaiian Pizza - I thought it was nicely elevated with the capicola instead of your typical deli ham. Spicy Pepperoni Pizza - super crispy pepperoni cups added just the right spicy-savory flavor. Overall for the pizzas they had a fluffy crust with crisp edges, however they both had a slightly strange underlying flavor that I wasn't the most fond of (perhaps it's the cheese blend they use?) and both had barely any sauce, I had to supplement with my own sauce at home to get through all that fluffy bread crust. Tejas Barbeque - trust me on this, you NEED to get the Carrot Soufflé it is quite possibly the best thing I've ever eaten! I'm ordering it with every meal from wonder! Burger Baby - The Classic Burger was fine, nothing new or revolutionary, pretty average, but that's not a bad thing. It feels like a dependable burger- simple and you know what you are getting each time. Mr.D's Fried Chicken - Mr.D's Chicken Sandwich was great, again, nothing out of this world, but the sauce did have an unexpected smokey flavor to it - not my taste, but if you enjoy smoke flavoring you might enjoy it. Streetbird by Marcus Samuelsson- M's Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich was better than Mr. D's in my opinion and the piece of chicken was a bit bigger on this one. Streetbird Slaw was just your average coleslaw. Yasas by Michael Symon - The build-your-own bowl was fabulous! All of the ingredients were so fresh and I love the variety and ability to mix and match. This place is what I wish Cava or Chopt was!

The optimal time to order from Wonder is when they have a good coupon code. Otherwise I don't think it's worth it (Here's my code for $15 off your first 2 orders: KAREN7808). The portions from the various "restaurants" are too small. The Streetbird by Marcus Samuelsson Spicy Chicken Sandwich is tasty but it's noticeably smaller than a Popeye's chicken sandwich. They put the spicy seasoning on the onion rings too so that's a plus. The Tejas Barbecue Pork Ribs were tasty and the only thing I ordered that was sized appropriately. The Queso was weirdly sweet to the point it was off putting. The Limesalt Steak Burrito was terrible. The bits of steak were hard and chewy and it had zero seasoning even with the fajita vegetables added. The photo of the onion rings from The Mainstay by Marc Murphy looked huge so I hoped it was a double portion. Nope. It was the same measly 6 onion rings as before. But at least the horseradish remoulade was good. So it's a mixed bag. The concept only works if the quality from all the pseudo restaurants are equal so you can mix and match all in one order. The burrito was so bad I'm unwilling to try any of the other Limesalt offerings. Plus I used my second order at $15 off. I don't know if I'll be ordering again.

Tried Streetbird today and it was a gamble that I lost. I ordered - M's Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich Deluxe which was not spicy at all and it was chicken breast which was dry Fries - soggy, small, and bland even after I tried to air fry them to crisp back up

This new dining experience is wonderful! You can use the app to order from over 20 different restaurants. After you order at the UWS location, you can conveniently pick up your order at the counter. The service is fast, and orders are made with care. I ordered a robust salad, and it was wonderful! It was under $20 which is amazing in Manhattan. Furthermore, they are currently offering specials for discounts on orders! The actual food hall is small and intimate, but the selection of food is incredible. If you have ever wondered how to get great food in the Upper West Side...come to Wonder!! Enjoy.

This is great concept if you want to try out food from different places and not worry about placing a bunch of different orders. We went to the location and the staff was very friendly. Since this was my first time ordering from Wonder, they gave me a $15 discount code. We ordered the thick cut bacon, chicken quesadilla and a bowl. The food was prepared pretty quickly which was great since we were starving. The portions were huge and they did not skimp on the chicken. I really liked the thick cut bacon. The chicken quesadilla very flavorful and so filling that we were unable to eat most of the bowl. Based on my experience I would order again.

I really enjoy the variety at wonder and this proved to be the perfect prep beacon theatre meal for my family and I tonight!

Dropping a star from my previous review based on my most recent experience. I've been eyeing the half rack of ribs from Tejas BBQ for a while and pulled the trigger tonight. Got a side of creamed spinach as well from the Bobby Flay Steak restaurant as well. The ribs were cooked extremely well, but the issue lied in the cut of the ribs and presentation. 50% of the ribs were pure fat. Also, they failed to cut the ribs up so I brought home a slab of meat that was difficult to cut into with my silverware. The creamed spinach was very subpar. Not finely chopped like you'd expect; more of a sautéed spinach with some bread crumbs and cheese. I guess Wonder is good for bar food items like wings, fries and burgers.

After writing my first review on the Philly cheesesteak. I've ordered a few times at the service and tried different items. Overall, the service is quick it's not a long wait time before the order is ready, which is nice. But, there are definitely hiccups with the food. I also think that because there are celebrity chefs tied to this service, you're expecting the food to be better since you would think it has their stamp of approval. My most recent order that I was excited to try after going to the opening of the UES location was the spicy deluxe sandwich by street bird. If it was at least the same quality/taste as chick fil a I would have been happy. But, it was completely dry, overdone, definitely not juicy and not spicy. Was it microwaved? I had to check to see if there were spices on the filet because I thought I got the wrong one. When you look at a chick fil a sandwich you can see it's juicy and it's fairly substantial. This was like rubber, I assume it's the quality and the cooking method. The lettuce was also wilted. And after eating it I'm still hungry. Cupcakes should be room temperature, when you bite into it shouldn't be rock hard frosting. I was so excited for the magnolia cupcakes but it tasted like it was just pulled out of the fridge. The next morning the other cupcake that sat outside was so much better. I was really disappointed that it was provided like this because I have no willpower to wait a few hours to eat it. Poke bowl was inviting with the topics and colors but the chewiness of the salmon and cartilage made me spit out the few pieces of protein in the bowl.

It took me a minute to get used to Wonder, but I absolutely love it now. I'm just not a big fan of delivery, but the choices here are endless. The food is always excellent! I ordered the lemon pepper wings this time because the sweet barbecue wings were sold out. The wings from Wing Trip are a great size! The lemon pepper was a little salty for me, but I know my kids will love them! I also order wings from Tejas as their wings are smoked and it is a whole wing with the tip. Sauce here is really delicious! The customer service at Wonder is usually on point as well. I have had to contact them in the past for various reasons and they're always quick to respond. Even this time I accidentally ordered 3 cookies, it was probably my fault so I will not reach out to them this time. The cookies are absolutely delicious! I have actually gone into Wonder, but there's nowhere that I would like to sit and eat. It's awesome if you want food delivered and you have many people with many different tastes. I highly recommend Wonder and I will be using them again soon.

They admittedly won me over with shrewd and omnipresent discounting and kept me for the taste of meals. Burrito bowls that outshine Chipotle at lower cost. Tasty pasta dishes and pizzas. Handy options to stock your fridge with, too. Grateful and also sometimes mortified at the team knowing me by name when I walk in and handing my bag right over. App very easy to use with responsive customer service. Grateful they have seating for when you want a meal on the go but don't have time to go home and eat. Wonder is a winner and I hope its expansion proves fruitful!

Decent prices, decent food selection, and decent food quality. Very interesting concept of lots of types of foods/kitchens housed under 1 storefront. Most a pickup location but had a cozy eat in spot as well. Not sure if I'm come back if not for the promotion because the quality and price wasn't particularly wow but still could be a great place to check out, very one of a kind

Glorified Microwave Food with Bad Service (UWS) I ordered steak and the estimate I was given was 22 - 30 minutes. 50 minutes later I was still waiting! When I spoke with the manager, he was unapologetic and rude. He said wait some more or he'll refund the money. There was no consideration for the time I wasted waiting for the food and he did not give me a confirmation that he canceled the charge, only a receipt of the original order. This location is poorly run! The person at the front told me they were significantly backed up and couldn't meet the orders that day! Food - the food is mediocre, not the same as if you dined in the restaurant itself. If you peek into their kitchen, they don't make anything, just reheat things. If you want microwave food, but it at the grocery store!

Really enjoyed my poke bowl from wonder. The fish was fresh and didn't smell fishy, the Nile was made quickly and the service was polite, as always. I think the salmon poke bowl will be a go to option for me. Really love that the company encourages feedback and cares about the customer experience

I came here a couple times and thought the concept was cool and has been clutch. The I got a burger from here. It wasn't the best but it did the job. I was satisfied with my meal. There is also a ton of options that isn't just american food. The service here is nice. The people at the counter are friendly and helpful. The concept can be a little confusing but they do a good job explaining it. The space itself is a little small but it's never full so I've been able to sit and eat my food every time. Overall this is a nice place to get food with a friend or two if you just need something to eat. It won't blow your mind but it's a decent meal.

Everything is really overpriced for what you get. When they first opened everything was good and portions great. Now everything is literally cut by 25%. Cheesesteaks, grain bowls, fries, bbq, all of it has decreased in quality and portion. If you still want to try this place definitely stay away from the cheesesteaks. I assure you, the corner deli on any block will make you a better one that's actually worth your money.

Food and service have been great every time I visit. Quick and friendly service in a nice and clean establishment.

Wonder is a new restaurant concept and I'm so happy they finally opened in the city! You can order from several types of restaurants using their app and the food is ready in about 10 minutes. There are some tables to dine in, but they package everything in to-go containers. There is a wide variety of cuisines available, so we ordered from a few to try different items. I would definitely order several of the items again. My favorites: Tacos camaron baja - Three large shrimp tacos filled with seasoned shrimp, cabbage, guacamole, pico de gallo, and spiced sauce. Super flavorful and filling! They had the perfect hint of spice and the shrimp were cooked well. Brisket - The portion was huge! The meat was so tender and smoky. The accompanying sauce complemented it well. I'm glad there's a good BBQ option in Manhattan now. Old Bay fries - These were so addictive! I couldn't stop eating them even though I was already full. The fried were perfectly crispy and lightly coating in Old Bay seasoning. A container of tartar sauce was included for dipping. I'll definitely be returning to try the other cuisines, especially since I know I won't have to wait long to get my order.

Wonder Food Hall was a disaster. Four of us joined for dinner in order to try out this new food hall concept in our UWS neighborhood. As promised we were able to try entrees from a variety of cuisines. Alright, here goes. The half rack of BBQribs was undercooked, really inedible. The sauce was a generic tasting puree though we were uncertain which sauce was the one ordered since we had 4 plastic cups, none of which seemed to be any that we requested for 4 entrees. I didn't eat the babaganouch since I don't like eggplant but the other 3 diners said it was the best of the bunch. The chicken wings from the Wings joint were perhaps the worst thing that arrived. They were by no definition 'chicken wings.' The wings were actually chicken nuggets, boneless (huh?), and breaded. Really terrible. That was my choice for an entree which all 4 of us found very dry and tasteless with that terrible breaded texture. Don't even think of ordering. The remaining two entrees and sides were unmemorable (a day later, I've forgotten what they were) only that we finished nothing. I can't imagine how this concept was birthed, possibly a Shark Tank misadventure. As I noted, the one (positive? Not really) surprise was that it arrived in the promised half hour. I'll paraphrase the old Woody Allen line: the food is terrible but it's on time. When I visited the actual facility, wow was it unappetizing. Cheap antiseptic furniture lit by cold ugly lighting. Who would ever eat there? I'd love to believe it was just an off night across the board but I think not. Fool me once, OK, but fool me four times, stay clear!

Although NYC, particularly Manhattan, hardly lacks for good delivery options, neighbors joined us in ordering dinner last night, from Wonder Food Hall. We got selections from 4 menus, 2 of which are created by nationally celebrated chefs. The delivery was timely, but that's the last favorable thing I can report. The ordering process on the website is burdensome and confusing...truly annoying. The food was underwhelming,..bland, tepid, and in one instance, inedible(a half rack of greasy barbecued ribs). Most everything was at the level of a Stouffers frozen entree, or a tray of economy airline food. Most local restaurants and takeout places would be far preferable. Dining on site is even less appealing. The dining area is like an airport fast food area,, garishly lit, plasticky, and uncomfortable. Never again! Who thought this was a good idea?

Probably the worst experience I've ever had. Expensive as heck and the most disappointing.After ruining an order that took over an hour, I was offered a $50 gift card? Put two more zeros on my seamless account. The order started at 330pm. Then I fought through we have half of this send you that? Then fighting for my money back! The rep named JD isn't cool. Don't use WONDER PERIOD. What a waste of time.

This spot offers a LOT of different concepts and restaurants. I bought these wings from "Wings Trip". 1. 12 Piece Classic Wing Combo ($21.95) I really enjoyed the wings and fries. They're very interesting and flavorful flavors. The wings are also super HUGE. I couldn't finish this combo despite sharing it.

Friendly staff - as always. Excellent Burger From Burger Baby. Thank you! And, thanks for the excellent air conditioner on a hot day. I wish there were a Wonder restaurant near rock center where I work.

This place is the love child of Silicon Valley VC money and run by a tech CEO from diapers.com. They spend more money on getting chefs to attach their names to the menu and marketing than actual cooking. There are no grills. Just reheating equipment. I don't review places on yelp, but seeing the self-promoting 5* reviews Wonder is paying for, I find it condescending and galling. The gobs of money they are spending to market a mediocre product and claim it is "gourmet" is insulting. It reminds me of a food court at LaGuardia while waiting to catch a flight.

WTF order took forever. Food was underwhelming. Chefs should check in on their food. Staff spent most of their time chatting.

Consistently mediocre or bad food. I'd rather eat a play doh meal made by a child. I've tried many different "restaurants" - all bland and bad. Detroit pizza was the worst. A public school cafeteria has better food.

I loved my meal at wonder, I was able to order food from 2 different restaurants and I was pleasantly surprised with how fresh and fantastic the food was! For a non traditional restaurant, the food is top quality! The service was great too, the worker brought me out my bag of food because I was sitting outside, it was such a great experience, I am going back for sure.

ghost kitchen, they just warm up a frozen pre-maid food for you. But people who working there are very polite.

I ordered Jota by Jose Andres from Wonder upper west side and it was so good. I got Pan con tomate and a Paella and loved it. will order again and try from the other restaurants

A nice surprise to get a flyer given to me as I walked by today advertising Wonder so I had the pleasure of eating dinner there. I loved the idea of being able to choose different items from different cuisines and chefs in one order. I had a delicious eggplant Parmesan and a wonderful salad from a different chef. The staff were very friendly and helpful to not just me, but the others who were trying to navigate the app that you order on. You can order on a tablet at the desk, but also on the app where I think they get a lot of delivery orders. Definitely recommend.

Love this place! Delicious food with no fuss. My husband and I usually order delivery, but a few days ago actually dined in and had a great experience! Staff was super friendly and were on it! Our food was ready very quickly and it was sooooo delicious. First time ever trying Maydan, had their lamb shawarma and was blown away. Meat was so tender and flavorful and the sauces were so good! Also ordered the baba ghanoush which I thought we couldn't finish but by the end our taste buds wouldn't allow us to stop eating eat. Not gonna lie they are def better than Naya, so this is gonna be my new go-to fast casual Mediterranean choice. However, their price point is a bit higher than Naya but nevertheless so darn good!

Good food, extensive variety, reasonable prices and reliable delivery. Wonder on the Upper West Side offers primarily delivery service, but does so quite efficiently. It operates out of a small location offering menus from about 20 different restaurants. I frequently order in pizza from Di Fara or Alanza. Burgers from Burger Baby or Fred's Meats and Bread. Middle Eastern from Maydan. And I've tried several other menus as well for chicken and steak.

I've ordered a couple of times from Wonder. The last time I ordered, however, I got a sweet potato and Feta bowl from YASAS by Michael Symon. While the taste was basically good, there was not enough fresh lettuce or other fresh ingredients for my liking. It was very rich and I could not eat all of it! I like the idea though.

Food is delicious and it's prepared relatively quickly. Very accessible. Great customer service experience as well. Awesome addition to the upper west side.

Love the variety of options you can order from. Every day can be a new dish to try and quality is superb. The team is very friendly and knowledgeable as well which just makes this restaurant one of the best spots in the neighborhood.

Great food across all the restaurants I have tried. Really like the salads much better than Chopt. Food is always hot and fast and such nice people working there.

Wonder is best described as a place "Inspired By" the real thing. As in, there's no way DiFara's became one of the best pizza spots in NYC with the pie they sent our way. I'm going to send a note to the owner saying this place is embarrassing their brand. Also, the coupon codes they sent us in the mail - PARKSLOPE20 - 20% off first orders $30+, expiration 5/20/24 was marked invalid at checkout. No need for another copy and pasted response from the company. You can't tell people it's good - you have to show 'em.

I have to say that the Wonder customer service is unbeatable. I ordered something for restaurant and somehow put in the wrong address. Called their customer service and they knew right away and corrected the address in like a minute. I don't know how they do it but it works. Food concept is great. Ordered several times and never disappointed.

The fact that I can order multiple things from multiple restaurants is mind blowing !!! I don't know why this wasn't created sooner The choices are amazing such a wide range and the prices are perfect and not to mention the food comes exactly how it's pictured which is a hugeee plus for me. The taco bowls from lime salt are incredibly delicious and the brownies were soooooo soft. An absolute must try. I ordered delivery and it came sooo quick and my delivery guy was sooo nice

Very interesting concept. I like that you can order different items from different restaurants in one order. The food overall is pretty good. The quality is there and they do a nice job of making the items similar to how you would get them from participating restaurant. So many options too. I would try it out and see what you think.

If you're ever craving "airplane food" in an area densely populated with better options, this is your spot. I think this is supposed to be an outpost to sample the work of chef's from around the country but the fact that they'd let someone do this to their food makes me not want to trust their actual restaurants either.

Have given Wonder more chances, cannot see why these chefs would agree to have their names attached to these meals. I have not gotten one meal from here that has not been messed up. Ordered a burger, fries, pork cheeks, and patatas bravas last night. The burger was dry and cold, the fries were over cooked as usual, pork cheeks should have had more food for the price and the patatas bravas were inedible (two little dollops of garlic aioli and covered in thick layer of paprika).

Giving this place 1 star because I noticed several fake reviews that they clearly paid for. I was actually kind of excited this place was opening as I thought it was an interesting concept that would offer a lot of variety all in one location. Sadly this establishment is the definition of a fraud. It is actually a ghost kitchen which I assume mainly exists for delivery or takeout. There is nothing wrong with this, but the food is so low quality, and does a worse job matching the actual food with their pictures than McDonald's. Every item is heavily processed, and much much lower quality than the places they represent. I had the cheesesteak, which was essentially steak-umm's in lieu of real beef. The brisket they have is also quite funny. The picture online looks like gourmet smoked bbq, but it is clearly taken from a bag an heated up. Just kind of pissed off how seedy this business is when they do have a decent business model. They have just cut too many cut corners to maximize profits while also trying to deceive consumers.

The varying menus --Mexican, Pizza, etc.-- were limited at this admittedly new location, but we were served by a very helpful young woman at the counter. Prices were fine (e.g., $15 for a falafel sandwich). The food was just okay: tasty but everything fell out of the soggy bun. Also, bad acoustics: hard to hear my friend across the table through the din. Probably not worth a return, as the main focus seems to be how easily you can order with an app. WHAT interior decor?

Food was good, place was very clean and the staff were friendly but I hope you don't mind waiting for your food!
