"Minnesota creamery Wonders Ice Cream Company will officially make its Dallas debut, bringing with it honey buns stuffed with ice cream. The shop is set to make its debut at 5150 Lemmon Avenue with a grand opening party this Friday, bringing yet another destination for Thai-style rolled ice cream to the city. Wonders originally opened its doors in Minnesota’s Twin Cities in 2017, and has since rapidly expanded to six locations, including the soon-to-open Dallas outpost. More than 20 different flavors of rolled ice cream are on the menu at Wonders, including peanut butter, taro, passion fruit, caramel, vanilla-berry, and dairy-free Italian ice. The rolls can be served in a cup or cone, or formed into a scoop shape and piled on top of a freshly-baked honey bun. Toppings like Pocky sticks, crushed cookies, sour candy, cereal, and fresh fruit are available to customize each creation, along with beverages like milk tea and milkshakes. The doors at Wonders Ice Cream open at 6 p.m. on Friday, January 18, and stay open until midnight. After the grand opening festivities, the shop will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m." - Amy McCarthy

"Wonders Ice Cream Company, a Minnesota creamery known for its over-the-top desserts, will soon open its first Dallas location. The shop is yet another destination for rolled ice cream, a Thai dessert that involves spreading ice cream base thinly onto a super-chilled plate (or “anti-griddle”) and scraping it into thin rolls. For ice cream enthusiasts, Wonders offers 20 different types of rolled ice cream, ranging from strawberry cheesecake to matcha berry and mangonada, all of which can be customized with a variety of toppings like Pocky sticks, fruit, crushed cookies, and candy. For those who eschew dairy, Italian ice and coconut-based ice cream options are on offer, along with milk teas and shakes made with any of the ice cream flavors." - Amy McCarthy

Best ice creamery in Dallas! They make the ice cream fresh to order on freezing-tables. Assorted toppings and combinations, something for everyone whether you like sour, sweet, or savory. I had the oreo/oreo signature dish. Fast service and cool atmosphere. Will be back.

Wonders ice cream is truly a wonder! Theu have so many menu items to choose from for rolled Ice cream. All kinds of toppings, they even have a waffle taco style ice cream which looks very appealing. When I happened to go they seemed to be a bit understaffed but the person working there was very friendly and definitely knows what he is doing. Plus I didnt mind waiting because it was well worth it. They also have a vegan menu which is not somethin I'm interested in but I thought it was something neat to have available for people. Highly recommend it

The service here is just as wonderful as the food! My kids had a great time watching their ice cream being made. I love the way you can customize the menu. The prices are comparable as well. My son dropped his ice cream and the employee made him another one free of charge just like that. What a blessing!

This is an awesome spot! Absolutely loved the names of each ice cream concoction- clever with enough innuendo to make adults laugh, and enough sugar to please the kids after school. Total gem.

Ice cream is really good and not TO frozen and hard (like other rolled ice cream I’ve tried). Tastes good too! Pricing is very fair!
