New York Style pizza at its best! Toppings are top-tier quality and the mozzarella is amazing! The crust is perfectly baked so you can taste the crispy first bite and soft second chew. The pizza sauce it also really good quality and not acidic at all. One thing I do appreciate the most is that the sauce has no added sugar so my teeth don’t hurt after eating. Location is great, smack in the middle of The Pearl and they serve your food quick. My go-to is cheese and jalapeño and it never disappoints. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products available. Oh and they run a daily special of 2 slices and a drink for like $12. They change up the daily special flavors too. Highly recommend this spot.

I always have a great experience here—even when it’s super busy. Ive always bought a slice and have tried many of the different specials of the day as well as the pepperoni, Bianca, and Meats—all hot & DELICIOUS! The young lady at the counter is always so sweet and pleasant and I really appreciate her customer service. I actually work at the Pearl so I’m lucky enough to walk on over and grab a slice whenever I feel like treating myself. ^_^

Wonder Slice makes a seriously good New York-style pizza! The base is spot on crispy on the outside, light and chewy in the middle, and holds up perfectly. I had the pepperoni, and it was packed with flavor, not too greasy, and just the right amount of topping. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great spot for a solid slice. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!

Fantastic pizza from WonderSlice Pizza near the brewery! We went for the classic pepperoni, and it was spot on - hot, delicious, and surprisingly light, without any greasiness. The base was perfectly crisp yet soft inside, and the toppings tasted fresh and high-quality. Exactly what you want from a proper pizza. Service was quick and friendly too. If you're in San Antonio, definitely check this place out - you won't be disappointed!

Located by the Pearl next to a bunch of cute shops. The slices are BIG. I like how they warm up the pizza before they give it to you instead of receiving it semi cold from the display case. Check out their daily specials. My slice was worth it.

Missing the East Coast and I was looking for a bite to eat. Saw wonder slice and talked to the owner. As soon as I ordered the Italian sub I asked if it had mayo, he said hell no. I knew I was in the right place. Best sub I've had in years. You won't regret getting one. Ask for extra oil and vinegar on the side.

Great pizza at the Pearl! They are located right next to the lawn, inside the food hall at the bottling dept, which has several food vendors and a bar. We've gotten the pepperoni pizza here by the slice and the full pizza to take home and thought it was delicious. You can sit inside the food hall or on the lawn / at the tables around the lawn. Quick, friendly service!

Let me just preface this review by saying that, I eat and make A LOT of pizza, and that is not even exaggeration. So, I would like to think that I am a pretty good judge of pizza character, and WonderSlice has no shortage of character. Since moving to the area, I have wanted to visit the Pearl. So, when I first discovered WonderSlice, that gave me even more of an incentive to make the trip. I knew I wanted to try different food offerings, but I obviously had to leave room for a couple of slices. I ordered a pepperoni and a cheese slice. The true litmus test of any good pizza place is a plain/cheese slice or pie. If they do that well, then most likely their other pizzas will be just as good, if not better. The reheat on the slices was excellent! Bothe slices were nice and crispy, just the way you want them, as well as a nice chew to them. Not too chewy or crunchy. The flavor of the dough was really nice. You can definitely taste the fermentation. The plain had just the right amount of cheese. It wasn't overwhelming and greasy. As for the pepperoni, it was exactly what you would want in a pepperoni pizza. You get that nicely spiced, charred and cupped bite from the Ezzo peps. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. The shop is tucked back in the corner, and it is very inviting and you gives you all of the nostalgic feels. The only thing missing is a full size Pac-Man or Asteroids machine and a couple rolls of quarters. So, whenever I find myself at the Pearl, I will always be sure to get a couple slices or maybe even a whole pie the next time. Ohhhhhh, and I almost forgot! If you like ranch with your pizza...get it! This is one of the BEST ranch dipping sauces that I have ever had.

They offered two slices when I paid for one because they said "they felt the slices were small" - great service and wonderful flavor. Brooklyn was the best!

It's thin, New York-style pizza. It's decent, but nothing better than what you'd find in any mall food court in America. They have a few "predefined" pizzas, but they don't allow you to add toppings to them. Even if you're willing to pay the extra $3 per topping. Instead, you have to order a cheese pizza and add your toppings for $3 each. This really adds up quickly compared to simply adding a topping to one of their predefined pizzas. Pizzas are cooked to order, and the staff is friendly, so I'll give them that. I'd order a slice from them again, but I wouldn't go for a whole pie. It's just not that great, and it's not worth the price or the hassle. As of this review, an 18" cheese pizza is $22, and each additional topping is $3. Their prebuilt pizzas are $25, and you cannot add any toppings to them. Check their menu and do the math if you're thinking of adding something like mushrooms or jalapeños. You can build your own pizza starting with a cheese pizza, and they charge $3 for each topping.

I'll be going back to The Pearl BECAUSE OF WonderSlice! 2 slices of pizza and a drink for $12 isn't bad especially with the location and quality of the pizza! We were welcomed at WonderSlice by a very friendly employee, she gave my daughter and I time to look at different pizza options and specials. We got 2 fresh and hot slices of pepperoni and a BIG RED fountain soda, it was the perfect lunch! We'll definitely be going back. Pizza was delicious, perfect ration of sauce, cheese and pepperoni and crust! We sat outside to enjoy our lunch at The Pearl.

My friends and I ordered WonderSlice via DoorDash upon arriving at our Airbnb during our conference visit to San Antonio. The pizza was tasty and satisfied our hunger after a day of travel! Our door dasher was friendly and brought the pizza in one piece! We got the margarita pizza and enjoyed it!

WonderSlice Pizza is exactly what The Pearl needed! I love to go to The Pearl just to walk around and hangout with the family. Whenever we don't feel like going to a sit down restaurant, WonderSlice Pizza is our go-to meal spot. You can buy their pizza by the slice, but can only select from cheese, pepperoni or the special. When we get the slice, we usually go for the pepperoni which is delicious and they have them ready in seconds (super convenient when you have hangry kids). However, if you have time and feel like trying something different I would highly recommend getting their Calabrese pizza, which is made with spicy salami, calabrian chilies and fresh basil. This pizza is the perfect blend of spicy and classic all on one. Very delicious and super satisfying! The staff at WonderSlice Pizza has always been very nice, and super helpful with our order. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious NY style pizza in San Antonio!

This was a really good slice. I wish I would've gotten two. The staff was nice but not interactive. The inside is a little cramped but they were fast and there is lots of outdoor seating.

Good service and really good pizza. They're located right in the Food Hall at the Pearl so it's typically pretty crowded but they do a good job of being speedy. I like that you can see back into the kitchen - the space always looks clean.

Wonder Slice has never let me down! They have the most fabulous pizza! Granted, we always order a whole pie to get it fresh and it's always fabulous. Their dough, crust, toppings, are always in perfect ratio and fresh! They are located in the bougie little food court at The Pearl so it's a very lively vibe and a great bar right across from them. We always get good service and they move quick. I will say that their charge for additional toppings is insanely high ($3 per topping, even for basil!) so we just go for pizzas on the menu. You can also order by the slice and they put it in the oven to warm it so no matter what you still get a delicious piece of pizza.

I happened upon Wonder Slice Pizza on a recent visit to The Bottling Department...er...food hall...or whatever trendy hipster nomenclature The Pearl is branding it at the moment. I had just treated myself to a stellar triple smash burger at the neighboring Henbit (see my underappreciated five-star review) but still felt a bit peckish. A slice of pizza sounded great, but after one look at the slice I was handed, I wish I'd ordered a second burger from Henbit. In lieu of a proper review -- which the vast majority of Yelpers probably don't even read -- I shall instead provide my recipe for a slice of Wonder Slice Pizza. Step 1: Order a pepperoni pizza from Peter Piper Pizza. Step 2: Let a horde of screaming ADHD children have their way with the pizza (fecal matter hand residue is optional), but ensure that they leave one slice behind. Step 3: Leave the aforementioned slice on the table for several hours until it reaches room temperature. Step 4: Place the slice under a heating lamp for five hours or until the crust and cheese are entirely desiccated and borderline inedible. Step 5: Enjoy! Dear Reader, this was the single worst slice of pizza your favorite gourmand about town has ever been served. Shame on the proprietors for having the audacity to charge $6.49 for this poopy pizza pie abomination. For an extra $1.50, I could have ordered an entire Margherita pizza (during Happy Hour) at Il Forno (unequivocally the best pizza joint in town) just a short drive away. Wonder Slice -- like every vendor in the food hall -- is credit/debit card only and uses one of those newfangled iPad thingies for all transactions. When the time came to pay, the girl behind the counter (whose service consisted of plopping a slice of pizza on a plate) was quick to emphasize the "tip" option on the screen. I obliged (for I am a magnanimous American Psycho), but she was uncouth to phish for a tip. In fact, tipping should be exclusive to waiters and waitresses at full-service restaurants, not employees at walk-up counters. Yes, I know that Wonder Slice also sells whole, customized, made-to-order pizzas. Perhaps these pizzas are good or even fantastic. However (and this is a BIG however), Wonder Slice's selling point is pizza by the slice. That's why I feel justified in trashing them here. They deserve it. As usual, don't trust 99.9% of the reviewers on Yelp, for they know not what they write. Trust *me*. I have penned hundreds of reviews that prove I am the real deal. I eat out every day. I am brimming with intelligence and aesthetics. I can communicate with the dead. I can fly. Whoa...I lost it there. The bottom line: this place serves overpriced, reheated crap. Avoid!

Friendly staff who explained the different pizza slice options when asked. We ordered the Caprese and pepperoni to go. I thought mine was just ok. Maybe a 3 at best, but my son said his pepperoni was one of the best he ever had; hence, the reason for the 4 stars. Would I go back? Probably not unless my son insists.

Tried because we were at the Pearl and was surprised by it. Really enjoyed the pizza. The employees seem to love it there as well. I don't live too close and have gone out of my way to get a pie to enjoy. Give it a try! Greasy in the best way. Thin and well done. Kids loved it too! Thank yall!

Taste 2/5 Taste was just ok. The Italian sub was loaded with meat but the bread was over-toasted which made the sandwich difficult to eat. My friend ordered pepperoni pizza. She commented that the meat tasted funny and pulled all of it off of her slices. Value - 1/5 A six-inch sub, small bag of chips and a can of Dr. Pepper was over $16.00. Customer Service - 4/5 The guy at the counter was super friendly and patient.

Wanted something fast and cheap-ish and wonder pizza was the place. They have a 2 pizza slide deal that came with a canned drink for $12. Bit pricey but the pizza slices are large. The order came out fast and the pizza was hot and crispy. Very tasty! You can choose to eat inside if there are any open tables or sit outside. The food hall can be a bit noisy but it's fun to watch people come and go. There are a few board games like connect four and jenga that you can borrow. Overall, would definitely stop by for another slice!

Quick, convenient, and tasty. The right balance of price and taste. Love the innovative flavors and was disappointed there were not more varieties left by 2pm on a Saturday. The pizza is spot on NYC style with a thin crust that has a slight crunch and crisp. They have some Italian-branded tomato sauce on their counters so I assume it's the brand they use. It's sweet and flavor The pizza was heated up in about 2 minutes. The special comes with a can of soda and this is a great $12 for two people who need an afternoon snack. Or, one person to gorge completely alone. This place is in the food hall, so it can get noisy and busy. There's indoor and outdoor seating. Card only payments. So quick and easy that you don't even need to waste a moment wondering what to choose on the menu.

I ordered this off Uber Eats so I didn't have the full experience but wow!!!! This might be the best pizza in San Antonio. I was shocked when I tried it so delicious.

The pizza quality is okay, the crust is nice and crispy but the amount of grease is reminiscent of little Caesar's or Costco pizza. The slice is a decent size, it's priced at $5-$6 for the basic cheese or pepperoni. For a water and slice it's about $10 and some change if you add a $1 tip. The pearl is busy as ever so it's going to be loud and crowded per the norm. Not sure I'd come back to eat here but if you're hungry and have a toddler and didn't have the foresight to eat before you come then it's an okay option.

Ordered a large 18-inch with pepperoni. It was delivered by Tameka at Door Dash. It was $50.19 with $10 tip, definitely a splurge. I would have been cool with Little Ceasar's and paid alot less. But I was pleased with the Wonderslices, the pizza was sealed in a branded box which was nice. The sauce and bread were good, pepperoni was a tad spicy just like I prefer. It was basically cold when I got it , still good, but I think hot it would be delicious. They included a ramaken each of parmesan and pepper flakes, but they were pitifully sparse, barely enough to cover one slice, let alone a whole pizza. Anyway, it was good but next time I will go in person.

This place sells "pizza" be the slice. Assuming you think pizza is a saltine cracker with a teaspoon os tasteless red sauce and a teaspoon os tasteless imitation cheese. Horrible! Awful! And expensive!

Closest you get to a NY style pizza. Me and hubby shared a slice of pepperoni pizza because we were going to be eating more food later on, lol. The slices are huge. Pepperoni was crispy and pizza was hit and definitely was a cheese pull.

So you will find the Wonder slice in a little food Mall in the pearl. You will go ahead and place your order and then you'll wait around until it comes up. Not a big deal, it takes about 5 minutes for them to go ahead and do their magic. I tried the pepperoni, because I feel like the pepperoni is the basic Pizza that anybody would get if they eat pork. It was good. It came out hot, with plenty of pepperonis. If I needed a quick slice, I would recommend.

Wonderslice is one of my favorite pizza places when I feel like splurging! As a native New Yorker, this is the closest to a NY pie you're going to get in Central Texas. The pies are huge so if you think you need more than one, you probably don't. The slices equal two Texas sized slices of pizza. I've only tried the cheese pie and the calabrese. Both were delicious and I'm excited to try more of their recipes!

Ordered the new york slice veggie pizza. The veggies were good, and the cheese was ok portioned. The dough didn't have much flavor. If I'm at the Pearl and want to grab something easy I'll come here again. But, I won't go out of my way for it. Moose Out

When your 8yr old said "we're going to the Pearl? Is that pizza place still there, that has the foldable cheesy pizza with the right amount of sauce and thin crispy crust I like?", you know that you've found a gem . I'm from NJ, and this is by far the closest I've had to "home". Pie's (pizza) are amazing and worth the price. If you want a good slice, while watching your kids run around and play or splash, definitely stop and check it out.

Great pizza on the go! Finally a pizza place at the pearl! You have to judge a place for what it is and this place sells great pizza on the go. Slices are hot and have quality ingredients with great taste. I tried their spinach and artichoke slice as well as their classic pepperoni and cheese slice. The artichoke tasted phenomenal, I did not expect that from a slice place. The pepperoni cheese pizza tasted great as well. You can tell they pay attention to their bread. Nice crust and crunch throughout.

New pizza shop in the Pearl Bottling Company food court. 5 stars for customer service & food quality. The breakfast pizza was very flavorful. Dough was crispy. Fun combination of flavors; egg cheese ham hash browns. I recommended a fried egg on future breakfast pizzas. Prices are high but I imagine it's the location. Hope their soft opening goes well!

The best real New York pizza outside of Brooklyn. Great quality and taste at a reasonable price. The fact the staff is friendly and the service quick is so refreshing.

My kids and I absolutely love their pizza, even when it's farmers market days my kids still want wonder slices pizza. The staff is super friendly and kind. If you want great pizza while enjoying the beautiful pearl I recommend eating here.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza via door dash. The pie was phenomenal!! It arrived hot, crispy and delicious. The pepperoni's have a little slice kick to them and they are crispy, so perfect. The aroma filled our office and had people coming to beg a slice! The slices are big!! I cannot wait to try more flavors !!

We stopped in the Pearl Brewery food court looking for a quick bite. We saw WonderSlice offered up pizza by the slice which I always find to be just the ticket for such times. I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and one veggie slice. Once it was ready for pickup, it looked pretty good. The pepperoni slice was what I was expecting. A thin crust toasted to perfection with just enough grease, cheese and toppings to hold me over until dinner time. The veggie slice was well a bit underwhelming. Good crust. Veggies - a few slivers of onion. I was expecting at minimum some sliced bell peppers and tomatoes or perhaps even a hint of basil. I should have asked up front when I ordered what to expect so that's on me. The server was polite and courteous. Ambiance - it's in a busy food court with limited seating during the lunch rush but it's clean. Overall, not bad.

I was excited to try out Wonder Slice, as the prospect of getting to pick up pizza by the slice sounds perfect when you are hungry at The Pearl yet don't want an entire meal. The price is decent for the area and what you would expect, and the slice is about equal to two typical slices of pizza. However, we ordered one slice of pepperoni and it was all downhill from there. It took about 15 minutes for it to be ready (which, ok, maybe it was a busy day) but the purchase was advertised as "window" pizza, which means it should have technically been ready immediately. Maybe they ran out of pepperoni and had to make another pie. Which would have been fine had it not been served to us just a few degrees under room temperature. Something about the wait time and the pizza quality didn't add up. Overall underwhelming experience, but I may be willing to give it another shot based on other reviews.

Worst pizza ever, horrible!! Its basically over reheated, the meatball pizza, lacked sauce, flavor, toppings, the crust was nasty Their margarita pizza was worse, it looked greasy, barely any sauce and hardly any topping and the crust, certainly lacked flavor and the crust was more over done, then the meatball pizza. We've had better pizza, even our homemade is better than here lol don't bother with this place. They don't know what real pizza is lol

I was craving a chicken parm and I had just seen on the Pearls Instagram that this place had just opened so I had to try it. I got a pepperoni slice and half of a sub because the menu said that a whole one could feed 2, and they're right. I've had some chicken parm subs where the sauce is too acidic and I get heartburn, but not this one. The sauce was perfect and so was the chicken, and it had a lot of cheese, which who doesn't love cheese. The slice was perfect as well, although I would've liked the pepperonis to be spread more evenly and the price was a little higher than what I'm used to for pizza. I'll be back to try the other subs.

Branding, signage, and graphics are all on point. Wonder Slice will tantalize your eyeballs as you browse the menu. I had made the decision to purchase a t-shirt long before choosing between cheese or pepperoni. I tried both. Classic cheese is my go to, but Wonder Slice uses those tiny pepperonis that curl up around the edges, so you know it's good! Good job team.

Finally a pizza place down at the Pearl. I stopped in this morning after shopping the market and needed to try a slice. Crust was crispy and pepperoni and cheese slice was flavorful and hit the spot. I'm already thinking about my next visit. Great start!!!
