AMAZING staff! It's refreshing to go into a spot that has everything to make it great including the friendly personalities. I love the atmosphere, the music, the decor, and the food. You won't regret the experience here. Make sure you go in on Tuesdays if you love karaoke.

The staff was super great. The food was good. I loved the decor. Definitely see why it was a hip spot. The food menu was pretty well designed on modern Chinese cooking. I wasn't really that stoked on the cocktails we had. A rum based old fashioned and yuzu sour. I get what they were going for but it wasn't really there. I would definitely recommend this place if you want something different than standard Asian fair. Be forewarned the portions aren't super huge, so if you're hungry you may want to get a couple things.

Amazing!!! I love spicy Chinese and came here for lunch. I ordered the Chonqing Chicken Sandwich which is served with their house cucumbers and your voice of cabbage salad or Won Ton soup. I put some cucumbers in the sandwich to an extra crunch and devoured the meal. The chicken was meaty, juicy, and spicy and the batter had a great crunch to it. I will return again and again. Oh, we also ordered some bacon buns which are also to die for. Can't wait to try their dinner!

Very sexy space, loved the small plates area. Awesome BBQ pork and interesting drinks. Service was great. I can't wait to go back

I've been twice. Most recently I had the Duck Dinner, which was super good. The crispiest duck skin I've ever had, and they nailed the buns and broth as well. Everything I've had has been very good. As a note to westerners, they serve many dishes with peppercorn, which leaves your lips and tongue numb. I have found it to be overwhelming at some places, but here it is pretty well balanced with the rest of the dish (in my opinion).

Won Fun was great. The food was unique and really tasty and I loved how spicy some of the dishes were. We started with "mouthwatering" rabbit and pork wantons. The rabbit was spicy and different texture wise. The wantons were amazing. For entrees we got some extra spicy beef noodle ramen dish, which was great and sichuan fried rice, always awesome. However by far the fried chicken was my favorite. Really nice rub on them. However, the only complaint was that one of our pieces of chicken were really underdone, when I mentioned it to our waitress she completely ignored the issue. Would have appreciated some more attention to an issue that could potentially get us sick. Other than that, this place is awesome for Chinese even for the price.

As a vegetarian, the staff was very helpful in creating a specific meal for our group. The meal was one of the tastier chinese meals in non-china town I've had. We had the tofu, specially requested veggie fried rice, eggplant, noodles, and cucumbers. All delicious and medium potion sized. Three folks shared this meal. There is a bar upstairs which has an interesting atmosphere and decent cocktails.

We came here on an industry friend's recommendation. She told us it was really busy when it opened, but has quieted down since, (as normally happens in Chicago). She said she liked it better than Duck duck goat, because it was easier to get in and great food. We had the same experience as we ordered some of the bao, Dan Dan noodles, and steamed buns. All was fantastic, but it was a bit quiet for the size of the place. Full upstairs bar and dance area as well. We plan to bring a bigger party back here next month.
