Had a fantastic experience! The service was top-notch—staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. The food came out quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. You could tell they really care about customer satisfaction. Great atmosphere, clean space, and they checked in just enough to keep the grills hot and the sides flowing. Definitely one of the better Korean BBQ spots I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

Google
Woobling is my new favorite KBBQ restaurant since I have moved to Tacoma with my wife! Service is phenomenal. Fresh drinks, friendly atmosphere, and my grill is always changed and clean before I can even think to ask for it myself. Kelly is the sweetest server on earth and she takes good care of us every time we arrive!!! The egg rolls and spicy pork Bulgogi are a must if you eat here. 11/10 could not recommend it enough. Not to mention the adorable Jinro pink frog in the front ☺️ we have eaten here multiple times and they’re always superb. I literally make myself sick from eating so much— and the house kimchi is delicious. There are too many good things to say all in one review so you simply must try it for yourself!!!

Google
Tried for the 19.99 special but read the sign wrong. Thought it was all day but available for lunch 1100 to 1400. After that it’s 40$. Lots of food ordering from the screen a tad difficult but need to order as you finish the order..

Upon returning to the Pacific Northwest, I had lunch with my son at NotsWoobling Korean BBQ - Tacoma (formerly Knot), a newly opened all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurant in the Tacoma Mall. The establishment offers exceptional value with a diverse menu, starting at a competitively priced $27 (though I anticipate a price increase given its competitiveness). Options range up to $49, including premium selections such as shrimp, while our choices included the standard baby octopus, beef bulgogi, and pork belly. The kimchi was particularly noteworthy, and the accompanying soju, a smooth 21% alcohol beverage comparable to vodka, complemented the meal. The interactive dining experience, featuring table-side cooking of raw meats, is enhanced by the shared menu requirement, allowing for unlimited refills of both meats and appetizers. The overall experience was exceptional, earning a five-star rating. I highly recommend Nots, especially for a shared dining experience. Like I always say, everything is better shared.

Google
Me and my children put our name on the waiting list at 8:58 p.m. there were several signs outside the building that said happy hour starts at 9:00 p.m. We were told by the manager Kelly that there was no happy hour and the sign was wrong and that the kitchen closed at 9:30. There were several menus that also said that happy hour was from 9:00 p.m. to close Monday through Friday for $19.95. Kelly stated that all the signs were wrong and that she did not know why they had made all the signs. She would not honor the sine of 1995 for the happy hour.

Google
Went opening week. They're awesome. Good food. Highly recommend. I think the first few cuts were kinda tough I'm ngl. I think it was just a one off thing because the rest of the prime beef brisket cuts were good. There was 9 of us but they served us quick. 20% service charge for big groups.

Google
Took our 3 kids (4yo, 2yo, and 7 month) and they really enjoyed the sides of rice and noodles and ate soooo many of the fish cakes! We loved everything even the spicy meats (which we didn’t think were spicy). Everyone was kind and on a Friday evening we didn’t have a wait, but we did come early… when leaving at 6:40 ish it was full. I think the only improvement (and maybe they have this and we didn’t see it) but we wish we had a seasoning tray to fix up the meat a bit more to our liking. For example make the “spicy” meats more of a spicy for our taste.

Google
This was truly a humbling experience. I’ve never had this type of service at a KBBQ spot my entire 35 years of life born and raised in Ktown/LA. Let’s start with the POS system that immediately broke at first order. Props to whoever is trying to usher in a digital revolution in ordering food, but let’s not compromise the waitstaff to get there. Why is the staff struggling to take manual orders and communicate orders to the kitchen? Why doesn’t the staff know the menu items by name and only by arbitrary numbers? It took over an hour to get two rounds of food, and that was after constantly waving down staff playing 20 questions. Many customers just left. The service was pretty egregious overall even by non-KBBQ standards. It was clear the staff relied heavily on the digital ordering system and did not know how to adapt to manual orders, which is bizarre for any restaurant. But by KBBQ standards, the service was atrocious. I should never have to ask for water, a clean grill plate, napkins, or other miscellaneous items. Saturday night in LA would destroy this restaurant. The digital ordering service was underwhelming. I think it’s a great idea in theory, but if and when it fails, you need to have a backup plan. The staff is not trained adequately to deal with emergencies, and this is not their fault; this is the fault of the owner. It is quite a shame because the food was absolutely delicious, including the side dishes and stews. Also, to top it off, there was no toilet paper in the women’s restroom.

Yelp
Super clean, easy to locate and find parking. You order through a tablet attached to a table, so old timers who are used to yelling out their order will have to be patient. We upgraded from classic to premium so we could have LA kalbi. And it was thick prime cuts. Our server checked on us often and asked us if the food was tasty. Love that they were attentive to the grills and changed them often. My favorite was that I ordered Korean soft tofu soup versus the soybean paste for free. Wish more kbbq places had that option. Also, the squid came out fried and it was seasoned and delicious as well! The mall walk afterwards helps with digestion, so we will be back!

Yelp
Came here for a birthday dinner with a large party of about 25 people and we had reservations. We had our own area of the restaurant which was nice. Overall vibes were pleasant. Very clean and modern feel with great music playing. Service was excellent. The staff were very attentive and friendly, changed our grills quickly when requested. You're able to order on a tablet for all the meats and sides which was super convenient, and they came out at a good pace. Food was pretty good. A lot of the meat options were delicious, especially the pork jowl. Some were hit or miss - I've had better beef belly elsewhere and the quality of the brisket was inconsistent. Some of the sides weren't the best either. Overall, a solid spot.

Yelp
No wait on a weeknight (Wednesday)- walked in and there were a number of other tables but we got to a table promptly and ordered right away using the tablet. Kids are 0-3 (free) and 4-17 (I think) 50%. We have a small kid so we wouldn't have stayed if we had to pay for her. We got the classic (or basic) kbbq for $35/person (2 adults). With tip and tax it was $91. So not bad for kbbq but not cheap either. I thought the meat quality was good and the sides were ok, banchan at other places is a bit better but I actually really liked being able to order from the tablet rather than flag down someone. For the kid, they had ketchup and a side of french fries (she ate meat, fries, and rice, and ketchup). Service was good and it was easy to get a clean grill. For 2 adults, ordering up to 6 dishes at a time was plenty. Convenient spot at the mall to eat, probably the lunch deal is where it's at though.

Yelp
There are so many options to choose from, in so many different variations of food. You can order, it's all wonderful, and you get to cook it and you know what you like! I have to say the marinated meats are better than the others! And I thoroughly enjoyed the cheese corn and the fried rice! Our server was funny and kept the ball rolling. So we didn't ever have to wait too long...Always checking in on us!
google avatar

Yelp
Woobling is on the south side of the mall next to BJ's. They have three price options with different menu options for all you can eat, ranging from $35-$50. I asked if they had à la carte options but was told it's not all you can eat style. The ordering is done from a tablet at the table and a food runner brings it out. I was impressed that the design of the grills allowed them to not need the hang down smoke vent, it made it a quieter experience and we didn't smell like smoke after. There are definitely better Korean BBQ options in Tacoma but this spot gets 4 stars for the convenience and for their family friendly atmosphere.

Yelp
I should start out with the good. The lady who served us was very friendly. The restaurant was very new and clean, much like your typical modern Korean restaurant. And the price point for their happy hour can't be beat. $19.99 is pretty amazing. The food however was not the best. The banchan wasn't very good and the brisket was not quality. You have a 2 hour time limit and we felt like we were waiting a long time for our orders. At Korean BBQs we are often waiting for the food to cook, but here we were spending more of the time waiting for the uncooked food to even arrive. It felt like an Americanized KBBQ which is on par for Tacoma Mall I suppose. If the server wasn't so friendly and the price wasn't so good, I would rate it lower.

Yelp
New BBQ spot in Tacoma Mall Area! The wait was roughly 10 minutes on a weekday evening for 2. The service was okay as well! The server occasionally check on us but we mainly used the call server button! We opted for the Signature choice selection and it was decently worth.. The meat/food portions per order are a good size for having a bite and trying a variety of different dishes! When the store is busy, it does take quite a long time for the meat/food orders to come out to our table.. but it's understandable. I would come again before their Grand Opening specials are over! Decent pricing!

Yelp
Excellent service. Very clean and tasty. I'm very impressed. I loved how the grills were changed so often. Great job Tacoma!

Yelp
The food here is great, large meat selection and so many different side dishes that come along with it. They recently started a $19.99 happy hour deal which is probably the most affordable option i've seen in the area while still offering lots! The vibe is nice and dim lit, it has a sleek kind of feel to it. The service from the staff is great, they dont have many workers on the floor but you can see them doing the most they can and are so sweet! I have been and will probably remain a returning customer for a while !!

Yelp
Gathered a group of friends here. Haven't been to the Tacoma mall in years. The majority of the meat selections were great, but some of the other side dishes were quite questionable. We had 5 at our table, and they all said the kimchi jjigae tasted like tomato soup. We also ordered one of the marinated meats, I forget which one, but we told our server we didn't like the taste of it because if you leave food behind, you have to pay. He brought the owner, or chef out, who asked a few questions but said it was fine to remove it from our table without billing it. They offer a variety of side dishes that our normal kbbq place didn't, so we wanted to try it out. I've been to the one in Bellevue with family so I already knew what to expect but it's nice to have another in the Tacoma area, I just absolutely hate mall parking. Come early so you get a table.

Yelp
Five stars - great This was my first time going to a Korean BBQ. We went in blind, so we had no clue what to do, what to order, etc. Our waitress was very friendly. She didn't do the best job of explaining how the menu worked (there was a little language barrier), but we ultimately figured it out. I'll do my best to explain how things work. Essentially, you can order a variety of meats and appetizers, which are separated into three categories. If you purchase the higher tier, you not only have access to the meats/appetizers of that tier, but also any tier below it. You get unlimited food for two hours. During that time, you can cook and eat a variety of meats that are available in your selected tier. You could order three dishes and three sides at a time. Despite not knowing how things worked, we had a great experience. We got the first tier ($35 per person), and we were satisfied with our options, but we will definitely get a higher tier next time we go. We got three rounds of food, and we were stuffed. It was really fun cooking the meats while we enjoyed our appetizers and drinks. This is the perfect restaurant for catching up with friends and family because you will be there a while. I would recommend going with an empty stomach. We will certainly be going back!

Yelp
Spectacular service! Great food. My partner and I had a wonderful experience. Fun vibe and atmosphere. Bobby is the Freaking man!! Thank you for ensuring that we had a memorable experience.

Yelp
To start, the food was definitely delicious, the sauces surprisingly were very good too usually i don't even touch them but i ended ip finishing mine. we split the cost between 4 people and the total was very cheap for us. Our server was amazing, funny and attentive . Explained the whole ordering processes, made sure we had any and everything we needed and constantly checked up on us! It was a Friday evening so it was quite busy, we did wait in line for about 20ish mins but again it is a new restaurant so there's going to be a crowd.
google avatar

Pheara S.

Yelp
Food was good along with the choices of meet to choose from. Could have a bit more choices of vegetables. Customer service was okay. Didn't have to wait long for a table (of two), maybe three minutes of walking in and got seated and got a table. It's great to order your food and drinks right from the tablet.
google avatar

Quân N.

Yelp
This is the best and most affordable BBQ restaurant I've ever been to. The service is super friendly, and it's only $19.99! Yes, no cap

Scott B.

Yelp
Can't speak for the food- I stopped in for lunch by myself and was told that, instead of the $28 price for the AYCE grill, I would have to pay $58 for the "Premium" dinner.
google avatar

Coral P.

Yelp
Celebrating my nieces birthday, my husband and I treated her to Korean BBQ. There was a line that was about a 20 minute wait before we got seated for three. It was clear and unfortunate they were under staffed on a weekend. We ordered the signature meat option which has a great variety of various meat types. We ordered white rice to go with our meats. The wait for rice was 30 minutes and we were almost finished with our first round of meat before getting the rice at our table. When we ordered new meat options it arrived at the table quickly, but it was a bummer we had lots of meat with no rice that we ordered to make it a meal. I will try this place again in a few months once it's more put together, it seems the mall location may have new management?
google avatar

Courtney C.

Yelp
Food is great! Price is great too! Can't beat $27 Wish there was more marinated options for the classic meals. And more sauces and sides!
google avatar

Orlonda C.

Yelp
I am a huge fan of Korean food and KBBQ and woobling is great. There are 3 levels of all you can eat and even just the basic has soo many different choices. Good quality meat and good banchan. Great service and fast. Restaurant is clean. The only downside is parking is limited because it's outside the mall
google avatar

Anissa N.

Yelp
Great place to go out and eat and go on a date. I they changed the name back to (THE KNOT), THE KNOT name was waaay better than changing and calling it WOOBLING. Food is great and the service A+++.
google avatar

Sophia T.

Yelp
Bella Thorne is an awesome and attentive staff member! She made our experience here so fun and enjoyable. I'd rate 4 star, but with Bella as our person.. it's a 5 star! There was no wait and we never were without even with the 7 minute delayed ordering time. We did the Classic food menu for AYCE $27. It was good. We had our fill of brisket, pork belly, steak along with cocktails. The meats were okay. The marinated meats lacked flavor but we were able to get more sauces to flavor them up a bit more. The environment is clean and bright. It's very hip and contemporary. The bar is beautiful. Cocktails were good. The staff members also changed out our drill often so it wouldn't be too smoky. That was very nice.

Terry M.

Yelp
Worst dining experience I've ever had. By design it is bad service and inferior quality of meat. 5 people cooking on a 10" grill. Juggling ordering your own food and waiting. It takes 20 minutes to eat two tiny ribs. Fattyest ribs I've seen at a Korean restaurant. Give it one star but only because you have to.
google avatar

Yow-Hann L.

Yelp
Great new spot and location in Tacoma Mall. The restaurant is clean with nice ambiance. Sadly, the food quality was not the greatest, with mediocre cuts of meat. If you're looking for ambiance, then this is the best spot around. But if you're looking for higher quality Korean bbq, you're better off at New Gangnam BBQ and other Korean BBQs nearby.
google avatar

Teri N.

Yelp
Came here for a late Father's Days dinner. This is the second time here but this time, it was under new management. It is now AYCE. Not bad for the price but I felt that the side dishes were not that great, the service was mediocre, had to ask for water refills, and yeah just pretty much mediocre all the way around. Maybe if they stepped up the side dishes, it would've gotten a better rating for me. ...
google avatar

Marquis M.

Yelp
Would not recommend for one you are on a timer as soon as you have your seat, it takes about 20 mins to get your meat and then they turn the grill on. My son is only 5 and they said we have to pay for him even tho he doesn't eat meat or any of the things they have. I have to pay for him basically sitting in their restaurant. 2adults 2kids 2alcoholic drinks and 2 kid drinks came out to $260. I don't see longevity in this establishment.
google avatar

John O.

Yelp
Service was quick and friendly. Food was good. The corn, marinated rib, fried rice and jowl were standouts.
google avatar

Enrica D.

Yelp
We had the Grand Opening price of the Classic AYCE, great value, even at full price of $35.. Side dishes were all tasty, and the meats were good. Service is quite fast and all staff were attentive and friendly. Will definitely come back!
google avatar

Tallis T.

Yelp
Our first time experience went really well and our server Kelly was very sweet and helpful! The portions and taste is amazing!
google avatar

Terry T.

Yelp
Honestly this was the most disappointing Korean BBQ experience I've had. Something was just off with the quality of the meat ...it didn't taste fresh and the texture wasn't right either. While I understand that time limits for all-you-can-eat are common, the portion sizes here were surprisingly small. They also restrict how many plates you can order at once and make you wait a set amount of time before placing another order which felt frustrating and inefficient. Several dishes we ordered either came out extremely late or never arrived at all. To make matters worse, service was pretty lackluster. Since they automatically include gratuity regardless of party size, it felt like the servers weren't motivated to provide attentive or helpful service which unfortunately aligned with our experience. Wouldn't recommend this spot, especially with so many better options out there.
google avatar

Angela S.

Yelp
Very nice restaurant, ambiance. Delicious food. Get the premium, it's worth it. The marinade on the diff meats is great. Friendly service. I will come back and I do recommend.
google avatar

Krissm A.

Yelp
Amazing experience at Woobing AYCE. One of the best experiences we had. We were immediately seated and the server gave us a small break down on how to order on the tablet. We order the $27/per person box which was perfect size since we can't eat pork or seafood. We were full by the first round anyways. The staff was helpful and friendly. On the tablet attached to the table you can order up to 8 items (4 of which are protein) we loved all the sides that came with it including there house made kimchee (yumm) we got 2 rounds of that. They provided a change of your grill too you will need to the tablet and request it under "call server" really cool features and overall easy to access and use. We ordered the beef belly, steak cubes, beef bulgogi! All were perfect for us. Check it out before the prices change. Located on Tacoma mall parking near BJ's previous called The Knot! Total bill for both of us was $70 including tip.

Reaksa H.

Yelp
Partner and I love getting Korean barbecue and wanted to try this place for the first time during their lunch happy hour. Super cute place. The happy hour lunch meat selection was slim and was a little disappointed about the Banchan (small side dishes) almost every korean bbq place that we've ever eaten at has more than three options and here we got bean sprouts, broccoli, and kimchi, which were all mediocre. Really like that you could order from a little tablet and that they offer all the dipping sauces. we had a couple bites of chicken left on the grill and was almost charged a $25 fee for not finishing it so my partner just tried his best to finish so we wouldn't be charged never experiences at other places so just be aware. we don't plan on coming back, but I think it's reasonable for $20 during happy hour and service was great even though no one came to turn our stove on despite the meat coming out, but that's OK. We eventually ask someone.
google avatar

Anh H.

Yelp
Been there twice already with my partner and it's a good spot. It's very convenient and I do like the set up for ordering through the app. I'd rather not have the default all-you-can-eat option and just order like regular Korean places with more banchan, however, for about 30-35 bucks per person, and the food you get, it comes about the same if gone to a regular restaurant. The 7 dish per order limit is alright bc as long as you can finish it, you can keep ordering more dishes to replace it. It's a good way to make sure you don't binge. If you order lots of food and don't finish them, you are penalized so don't be wasteful. Would come back for lunch or dinner when in the area. If you are close to Federal Way or Lakewood, there are better option.
google avatar

Heather J.

Yelp
This was my first time back after their rebranding and I enjoyed it! The price, in my opinion, is more than reasonable since they have many options! We just went with the Classic, but I hope to come back and try the Premium! Place is still clean, good service, no complaints! I'd recommend giving it a try!

Yelp
Absolutely appalling experience. We had one of the most disgusting and infuriating experiences at this restaurant. A cleaner carelessly threw a filthy, smelly black rag onto a black sofa seat. Unfortunately, one of our friends didn't notice and sat directly on it, which left their pants dirty and reeking. We immediately called for assistance. The cleaner didn't speak English, so a manager came over. Shockingly, instead of apologizing, the manager gave zero acknowledgment of any wrongdoing. He implied the mess was quickly cleaned up because our group was large, and somehow shifted the blame onto us -- as if it was our fault for sitting there. When we asked, "Are you seriously suggesting this is our fault?", the manager sarcastically responded with, "So what do you want me to do?" in the most dismissive tone. We were disgusted -- both by the filth and the attitude. We told him we were leaving, and he made a rude hand gesture signaling us to go, like he was happy to see us leave. Not a single word of apology from beginning to end. This is, without exaggeration, the worst customer service I've experienced in years. It ruined the entire mood for our group outing. I would strongly not recommend this place for any group gathering or celebration. The management is unprofessional and the attitude is downright offensive.
google avatar

Jordan D.

Yelp
Food was good no complaints. Service was okay. They didn't come to our table as much as we liked. And a lot of stuff that we ordered didn't end up coming which was fine because we were very full. Loved their ordering system. Each table had a tablet to order food so we didn't need to interact with our server. Quality of their meats were great. I would compare this place to Gen KBBQ but a bit better in terms of quality. Overall I think they just need to make sure every item ordered gets delivered and checking up on their customers more often! Solid spot would come again. Also I hate their chopsticks. They're very heavy and hard to grab stuff with. Ended up asking for a fork for the first time ever at KBBQ

Yelp
Food: Meat was good, but needed more flavour for the marinade meats. I make better, more flavorful asian marinades at home, and that's not a gun feeling. The spicy ones arent super spicy, but the flavour is way more on point as a whole. We mostly ordered these, even with a medium heat tolerance little girl with us. The sides... are all simple. There are much better sides at other Korean BBQ restaurants. It's, again, the lack of flavour more than the actual dish that's a problem. That said, you can get the basic for $30 per person, which during the grand opening, that's a great price. *** Edit: Went back, and it's improved, in some ways.

Yelp
So 100% recommend to you if you love Korean bbq and great place to with family and spend some bonding time
google avatar

Yelp
Reviews says this place is tasteless with bad service. Someone please tell me, why is there's a line out the door waiting on service. Will report back once I get in. WTF

Yelp
Key takeaways: not worth the cost, portion sizes are not uniform, limited to 6 dishes every 7 minutes. Went to this restaurant for the first time about a week and a half ago. It was my wife and I with 2 friends. There was no wait to be served. They had plenty of tables open, but decided to sit us next to another group, and the booth side of the table only has one way to get in and out due to how they plumbed the gas lines. The waitress introduced herself and we let her knkw it was our first time there. She explained the menu and stated that they have a limit of 6 items max per order, and that we could reorder after 7 minutes. She stated the servings were good sized, so we ordered the premium. We got some rice, wagyu steak bites and beef strips. When the dishes came out it was surprising to us how small they were, considering there was 4 of us sharing the 6 items. The fried rice was good but was not big enough for 4. The steak bites weren't worth the premium cost, never had wagyu beef that was bristle and so fatty. The portion gave each of us 2 small pieces each. We ordered other items over the course of our dinner. About the 4th order we ordered another fried rice and some corn cheese. The corn cheese came out in a mini cast iron skillet which would have been good for one person, not 4. It was good. The second order of fried rice was twice the size of the first, and we only order 1 of it. We asked the waitress why the sizes seemed to be getting bigger the longer we stayed and kept ordering. She couldn't answer that question. That serving of fried rice made us watch the sizes of other dishes. In general, the sizes of the dishes were slowly getting larger the longer we ate. The only thing that makes sense with this business practice is they have on their menu any leftovers would be charged $25 per plate. So, they increase the chances of being able to do that by starting with small dishes that make you order more when the 7 minutes were up. As you get to the end of the meal, if you aren't careful, the serving sizes are so much, that you could easily fall into the trap they have laid. Oh, and you cant take the food you have to pay extra for home, no takeout. Ordering food was done via a table touchscreen which was not easy to navigate. Our waitress wasnt really paying much attention to things, especially when we wanted our check.

Yelp
Woobling was my first experience with Korean BBQ, and I loved it. It was great that there was little interaction with the servers because I was struggling yesterday, and peopling was hard. However, Kelly was very helpful when we did need her and has a wonderful smile. Yelp
It was pretty clean, and nice. But my seafood pancake never came, which I'm pretty sad about. Some meats were good, some were ok, but I don't remember, since I was too hungry and busy gulping down my dinner.

Yelp
went there last night for first time. I paid a premium to cook flavorless meat.......:( i was surpised how many people were waiting to get a table. these kind of Korean BBQ's have been around on S. Tacoma way for years. not sure what the big draw is. not going back.

Yelp
My friend and I had lunch here yesterday. We opted for the basic Ayce menu. We ordered pork belly, top sirloin, bulgogi and chicken. The pork belly and top sirloin were our favorite. The banchan was a good basic variety that wasn't spicy. We also ordered a salad, gyozas and noodles. Everything came out quickly. They changed the grill a few times during our lunch. We had a great experience and will be back.

Yelp
We came in and were seated within 15 minutes. That was about the only thing that went well. From missing items to turning down our heater when we were not looking so that the food takes longer to cook. They pull the ultimate bait and switch on you. The menu items look completely different from the items that they bring you (classic all you can eat $35 per person) 2 times they forgot to send us meat that was marinated. And they told us if we dont finish our meat we have to pay an additional $25. (6 tiny peices of beef) just seemed like the whole time I was thinking how much of a ripoff this was for $70 plus tax for 2 people. Definitely will not be going here again. If you want to go to a Korean BBQ all you can eat that actually gives you good portions and actually cares about how they prepare their meats go to the one on south tacoma way by H mart.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and decoration. Food was amazing and met my high expectations for Korean bbq. Got the 45$ option and it was perfect for me and my friends. Servers were very helpful with ordering and bringing things as needed. I really recommend if you're in the area to stop by this place!

Yelp
First time here, ordered the signature, $45/person. Seems like lots of food choices but once you start going thru the menu and you start eating, it is not good and you are left wondering what to order. Rib finger was too rubbery and hard, prime beef brisket was cut too big with too much fat making it hard to chew And barely able to swallow. Realizing meat quality was not good, started exploring non meat options. I mean we paid so we had to eat something. Kimchi fried rice had teriyaki sauce with frozen corns and peas, soy bean paste soup looked like soup with beef fat, sent it back only to have it back looking the same gross fatty soup again. Resulted in eating white rice and even tried pho and kimchi stew and they were both made with premade soup stock and left over beef fats. This place gives korean barbeque a very bad name. Was so excited to come here, the vibe was good but food was not even mediocre. Will not be coming here again.
