"Talented chef Amanda Eriksson brings together Swedish and Italian influences in her creative cuisine served at this restaurant situated at an altitude of 2 000m in the centre of Breuil-Cervinia. Originally from northern Sweden, she delights guests with a menu featuring imaginative recipes that alternate or even combine ingredients from the two countries, resulting in dishes such as elk tartare in beetroot ravioli with horseradish sauce, and cauliflower cooked in butter like an escalope and topped with smoked Fontina cheese. The wine list, which is overseen by the chef’s business partner Cristian Scalco, boasts excellent labels including rare vintages and a good choice of wines by the glass." - Michelin Inspector

We enjoyed our Christmas evening meal here with our 2 daughters. It was a set tasting menu which we were provided before booking. It was about the correct level for the 1 star It holds and they obviously work for. The food was tasty and well presented. The waiting staff were excellent. We enjoyed the experience and Christmas dinner provided..

Food was good, but wouldn’t say amazing, as I usually expect with a Michelin restaurant (of which I’ve been to many). Presentation was nice, but not overly impressed with taste/flavors. Staff was attentive and service was top notch. Atmosphere is such that it wants to be cozy in a ski town with simple wood decor, but there is something missing to the coziness, and just feels a bit stiff and cold. Overall, decent meal but not worth the Michelin prices.

For a Michelin star restaurant normaly you're expecting the best of the best. It is imposibile to go to a Michelin⭐ restaurant and give Les then 5*. Tre staff was warm and helpful, the most of the food was tasty and good looking. Some weakness from the staff (didn't bother us) should be improved: - the table should be cleaned always from rest overs after every dish not only after the last dish - they should find a better (or an official way) to serve the cognac especially when is a XO .... Not just bring you the bottle to show it to you but they bring you the bottle after they put the cognac in a cold and very cheep glass (nothing special except the fine cognac that we served) - if a plate is dirty it should be replaced right away:( - the glasses and the cutlery was not the best quality (medium at the most) This is just a feedback for improve your skills is not a bad feedback cause we were satisfied about the restaurant but we did have much and hi value experience in other Michelin ⭐ restaurants. Thank you kindly

Beautiful minimalist decor. The combination of Italian and Swedish food was just amazing. It’s nice to have a fine dining experience at the mountains when you had enough of pasta. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back. I had a vegetarian menu €100

This is a really lovely restaurant that we stumbled across when looking for a last night treat. The staff/management go to a lot of effort to make it a special experience (with oddities like tasting snacks served on cactus and mini tacos on pebble beds), but our party felt the main food was less than amazing. The prices remain cheaper than something similar in UK, but portions were minimal and tastes not blow-away, which they seem to be aiming for. Saying that, the steak second dish was lovely and the two in our party felt the quantity was sufficient, though minimal. Our waiter and waitress team were good fun, especially with an in-depth discussion about the benefit of crazy socks. For two courses for four people and a bottle of wine for €45 we spent €250.

Service is one of the best. Restaurant very elegant and simple interior. Food presentation is excellent. Food lacks flavor and this is why I have given 3 stars only. Wine was also a bit pricy per glass. Visit and avoid the pasta dishes and mushroom appetizer

Exquisite food prepared by Swedish chef. Run by husband and wife team. Reasonable pricing for wine. Degustation menu available. Inventive, fusion cuisine with a fresh take with vegetables. Reindeer meat for main course was a delight.

Good almost fine dining in the mountains of Cervinia. If you are in the area, this is a must visit. Food is exciting, international and inventive using unusual ingredients such as the wonderful elk tartare, wood ear mushrooms, pickled onion and parmesan chip dish or purple gnocchi and scampi.
