Small cheese maker with maybe 4-8 varieties at any time and all are fantastic. Some of his goat cheeses are great. Also processes lamb, very good .

DAMN this cheese is good. I was gifted the 'Jersey Girl' and wondered how much it will hurt to eat the entire block in a sitting...so far-so gooooood! This is waaaay above store bought.

They produce very good cheese made from sheep milk.

Great cheese. Look for them at a farmers market. Worth a try.

Note: Very sorry about the lack of an address. Call the number listed and, well, ask. Look for the sign and go the building at the very end of the road. We visited Woodcock Farm at the recommendation of the Taylor family (of Taylor Family Farm). Here, sheep's milk cheese is the name of the game. We tried a sheep's milk, mixed cow and sheep's milk, blue, and two soft cheeses in the no-fills tasting area. My husband loved them all while I only liked the sheep's milk (never a fan of blues or soft cheeses from anywhere). Little hard to find but great cheese and friendly people making the cheese they themselves love to eat.

Located just north of The Frog's Leap Inn between Londonderry and Weston, this is a small-time cheese maker who will gladly stop and answer any questions you have about his farm. But be warned: this is not a professional tour or sight-seeing operation. Call ahead and ask permission to stop by with the understanding that the owner will literally stop his daily chores and tasks to talk with you about cheese-making or sheep farming. With that as a background, I still loved the 30-40 minutes or so we spent talking with Mark. He patiently answered all of my silly questions about making cheese, and gave us plenty of samples from the different products that me makes. In the end, we bought a couple different varieties and had a great time enjoying Woodcock cheese and wine that evening back at Frog's Leap. Great pics of his friendly dogs, cute young lambs and a few nearby pigs. ;-)

Have bought Woodcock Cheese frequently this summer at the Ludlow Farmer's Market, where the son of the owners pleasantly slices samples and talks cheese. This is the BEST cheese I have ever tasted, anywhere. Just love it and am so happy to have discover this treasure!
