I've had the absolute worst time applying to this apartment. Apparently, I made too much money. I definitely do not. I selected this apartment because it was perfectly in my price range. Instead of reaching out and communicating this to me, they let my application sit for over two weeks, even though I had been calling and emailing multiple times within those two weeks. The leasing ladies were super sweet whenever I first came in, but with all the lack of communications, they started to get very short with me, even though it was them failing to communicate with me since I was doing my part of reaching out and asking for updates. The paperwork that I incorrectly submitted, I actually brought in in person with physical hardcopies and watched one of the leasing agents flip through them, and they never thought to mention that what I had submitted was in the incorrect format. I'm not blaming them for me turning in the incorrect format of paperwork. I just wish that They would've communicated my mistake with me instead of again, letting my application sit for weeks! also, since they let it sit for so long, they needed me to redo some of the application!! I wouldn't recommend applying you if you have more than one job either! Everyone I've talked to that lives in apartment says that this was the most ridiculous process. Overall, just a horrible experience. I was super excited because I finally found something in my price range but the lack of communication in my opinion is absolutely ridiculous. Considering the fact I paid for the application, reached out countless times, it definitely rubbed me the wrong way.

From the moment I moved in, this apartment complex was a nightmare. I wasn’t allowed to see my unit beforehand, and only after signing the lease was I told the previous tenant had been evicted due to “hygiene issues.” The result? A horrible odor I had to deal with myself. Upon moving in, I discovered a German roach infestation, and when I asked about pest control, the leasing agent admitted their contracted service “didn’t work very well.” I had to pay out of pocket for professional pest control. There was also a mold issue I had to address on my own. Maintenance was completely unreliable. The emergency maintenance line was a joke—I had to call repeatedly for every issue. When a pipe burst, leaving sewage in my shower and toilet, it took them three days to fix it. Even worse, my apartment had a rat infestation for five months, and despite involving legal counsel and the North Carolina Department of Health, management did nothing to resolve it. The leasing manager was rude and dismissive, and I had several negative encounters with unprofessional maintenance staff. This complex clearly does not care about its residents. If you value your health, safety, and sanity, stay far away from this place.

We’ve had a great experience the entire process. From the start of the application to the move in date we were kept up to date about everything and in a timely manner. All questions and concerns were addressed and the staff are friendly. Amy inside the leasing office is such a sweet and energetic person and is always on point with her tasks!! No issues with our living space thus far and am enjoying the community. Happy with our decision to move here. Thanks again for everything Amy. 😀

Greatest choice I could have made by becoming a resident here! I was having such the hardest time trying to find a place in charlotte due to traveling for work, but Woodford Estates was really easy process. Amy was extremely helpful and informative about the property and walked me through the entire process, the unit was exactly what I needed and the property is beautiful! Fully equipped with gym, pool, laundry facility, and business center, I really couldn’t ask for more. Very glad I made the choice to live here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been living at Woodford Estate for about four months now, and I can confidently say they deserve a continuous five-star review! Their maintenance team is incredibly prompt and attentive. Today, I had an issue that needed immediate attention, and Hector came out right away. He did a phenomenal job resolving the problem. I’m truly impressed with the level of service and care they provide. Highly recommend!
