My wife and I stumbled upon The Cut Shop right before the pandemic hit, and while we thought it was a neat place, our real loyalty was cemented during those wild years. Unlike many spots that got super weird, The Cut Shop remained a constant. The staff was always genuinely happy to see us, making sure we were well-fed and never thirsty. For that, they've earned a couple of forever customers. It definitely doesn't hurt that they're located right off the Burke-Gilman Trail. As avid bikers, it's our favorite reward stop on the way home! Beyond the great service and location, the drinks are reasonably priced, and they have a solid bourbon selection. The food is always a win, though my wife wanted me to put in a special request: Please bring back the Slough Burger and the mini corn dogs! The smash burger is good, but as she says, "It just doesn't hit the same." Today I enjoyed their waygu beef tacos I have also had their ribs which were pretty good. To the person who complained about the decor—I have to disagree! I actually love the nostalgic 90s vibe; it takes me right back to my childhood. And a heads-up: The staff here is authentic, not fake-friendly. So, if you're a jerk, don't expect them to be overly nice. Just sayin'. This is great, no-nonsense local spot.

I'm still trying to make sense of this place. The food is good but it is $20-25 per entree. You order at the bar and they have a good craft beer selection on tap. So it feels like a nicer place but then you'll probably have a crowd of bikers getting hammered like in any bar and it's pretty loud. For two entrees, three drinks and an appetizer we paid about $90 with a 20 percent tip (which felt high given no table service but the little checkout thing had 20, 25 and 30 as the options and I felt awkward typing in a custom one.)

This place is just fun, eclectic, and not what you'd expect. You can order at the bar or servers constantly come around to take orders, and they're always extremely friendly and quick. Fun vibes and great beer and drink options. Food is also really good here. They do Tomahawks that are legit best ever, but you need to pre-order as they only do like 5 in an evening and I think on only certain nights. But worth it. Split one with a group of 4-5, it comes with sides and it feeds everyone...SO GOOD!!! I've had them twice now and they've cooked the tomahawk perfect both times!

Someone told me this place had A1 burgers—so I had to try it. Cool vibe and decor, solid service. But the burgers? Dry and underwhelming. Thick bun, not much flavor. The brisket sandwich, though—that was fire. Come for the BBQ and atmosphere, not the burgers. Check my TikTok for more details.

I come here often. The Cut Shop has become one of my favorite bars. The food is outstanding and they have some of my favorite craft lagers on Draught. They have a budget friendly “ala carte menu”. I really appreciate that I can get a simple 600 calorie burger for less than $10. I don’t always need a giant pub burger. The service is prompt, professional, and friendly. 5 of 5 do recommend. You get you some….

The Cut Shop was fantastic! Plenty of parking, incredible vibes, and delicious food/drinks. I really appreciated the variety of options for seating/hangout out and the much wider menu than I expected. Service was solid as well. Absolutely will be back next time we're in Woodinville!

I had such a great experience at The Cut Shop in Woodinville that I had to leave a review. I stopped in and ordered two tacos along with a smash burger, and everything absolutely hit the spot. The tacos were flavorful, fresh, and seasoned just right—definitely not your average bar food. The smash burger, though, was the real standout. Perfectly cooked, juicy, with that crispy sear you hope for in a good smash burger. You can tell they put care into their ingredients and execution because the flavors were on point. Beyond the food, what really made the visit memorable was the service. My server, Eric, was amazing from start to finish. He was attentive without being overbearing, made great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times. His friendly personality and professionalism made the whole experience even better. It’s not often you find a spot that nails both the food and the service, but The Cut Shop managed to do exactly that. If you’re in the Woodinville area and looking for a place with great food, a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent service, I highly recommend checking out The Cut Shop. I’ll definitely be back!

5 stars all the way. Great place to sit relax and unwind after a long day at work. We love going for the tacos and our Grandchildren always ask for tacos, fries and root beers with lids. Their homemade cut fries are the best on the Eastside hands down. We have yet to have a bad meal there. Last night we had tacos, margaritas and the BLT which was amazing best BLT I have ever had, the smoke on the bacon is delicious. We have eaten there four times in the last two months and the grandchildren asked to go again next week. The wait staff is very friendly and checks up on you, with bothering you every five mins. To be honest we can wait to go back. It’s our new favorite. Would have taken more pictures but were hungry and focused on eating forgot to take pictures on our second round of drinks and tacos but you get the idea, oh so yummy.
