I tried it once a few years ago, and even after all this time, the food remains as delicious as ever. I find myself unable to resist ordering more each time and end up taking some home to savor later. I started with Dhahi Idly, a steamed rice cake topped with yogurt. It had a tantalizing flavor, mildly spicy, and I couldn't help but eat one bite after another. Next, I tried the Dosa, which is a must-order choice. It was so satisfying that even when I was full, I couldn't resist continuing to eat.

A superb place if you are craving for Indian vegetarian food in Hong Kong. The special thali is must to try at this place . I found dosas are also quite famous here. The staff is well mannered and polite. The taste of the food is very authentic. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant. The access to restaurant is bit cryptic but once you are there you are definitely up for the tasty surprise

Growing up in Hong Kong, Indian dish is my childhood memories. But it’s been a long while that I haven’t visited Tsim Sha Tsui after graduation. After finishing my haircut nearby, I went to this restaurant which is recommended by friend as one of the best Indian restaurants in Hong Kong. Staffs are friendly. I feel that they care about customer’s dining experience. Being someone who has paradox of choice, I would say that Thali is the best option as you can try out all essentials. I ordered 1 Northern Thali and 1 Lassi (Total price: 160hkd all inclusive). The portion is too huge for 1 person. Even though it was very tasty, I wasn’t able to finish them all. Next time I’ll bring another to friend to try together with me.

I had the pleasure of dining at Woodlands Restaurant in Hong Kong, and I can confidently say it is the best Indian food I have ever tasted, not just in Hong Kong but anywhere. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of traditional Indian dishes, all expertly prepared with the freshest ingredients and authentic spices. Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The dosas were crisp and flavorful, the curries rich and aromatic, and the desserts were the perfect ending to a delicious meal. Finally here to try this Indian restaurant which has been around for 40+ years! Welcoming and clean environment, i like how the place is bright with big windows. There are a lot of things on the menu but I am here for the dosa! I order the plain dosa and palak paneer (creamy spinach cottage cheese). Dosa is very crispy and crunchy and the palak paneer is delicious! Super creamy which is perfect with the dosa. The dosa also comes with several dips, the yellow lentils is probably my favorite. I enjoy the food and since it’s a vegetarian restaurant you’ll find the food less greasy and more light unlike traditional indian food. I think the price is more on the high end but still acceptable since Indian food in HK is quite pricy. I would definitely come back to try other items.

Recently visited this restaurant and the wood was delicious. I ordered a paper masala dosa and it was crunchy and full of flavours. The portion size was large and 2 persons could easily share it. So if you go with a group order other dishes to share. However I went there at 5.50 and had to wait until 6.05 for the shop to open. I wanted to order right away but the staff wasn’t keen on taking it sooner. Eventually a nice lady attended to my request. Other than that it was a pleasant experience and I’d return again.

Clean place and good food. Udupi style and the manager Mahesh ji is super helpful (hope I got the name right). Really saved us lot of time and money with correct directions. Ambience is good too.

It was my first time having Indian food. Great vegan options. Enjoyed the suggestions from our servers who were very knowledgeable and helpful. Favourite dish was the lemon rice. Would enjoy if they served 0% beer. Reasonable prices.
