Great place. Live music outside creating a nice atmosphere. Lovely inside with tall table and chairs and a long bar. Friendly service, great beer but also steep prices for Oakland. Overall a lovely time. They had some pretty tasty empanadas too. We tried their ham and cheese, chicken and mushroom one. Interesting was the library on the way to the bathroom with old national geographic books. Super cool. Neat bathrooms too. Definitely a cool place to hang out Friday night with friends!

Another great tap room to stop at. The beer was varied, and the service was good. In my case, I got their Girl Scout Sampler, and it was awesome. 6 beers, all designed after (and paired with), different Girl Scout Cookies. What a great idea! Were they the best I've ever had... Well no. But they were good, and the flavors were all distinct and enjoyable.

Wow. What a lot of flavor packed into a small space. Loved all the beers I tried and was totally digging the atmosphere. Absolutely would come here again, especially because the food looked solid. Put this on your East Bay Brewery List!

This place is a perfect after work stop! Excellent beers, cool vibe and great service. The empanadas are on point as well!

Great service, savory empanadas, delicious beer! I had the ham and cheese empanada and the crust was flaky with crispy cheese baked into it. The cheese and ham were plentiful, stuffed inside, melted yumminess! The honey beer was my favorite!

Nice selection of varieties you would never think blend so well. This is 16oz of the Best Local Honey Beer I have ever tasted !!!! Not somewhere to chug and run. WOODS is definitely this place to go for Live Local wide range entrainment that leaves you with no choice but to enjoy!!!!!

Good live music, great empanadas, and solid brews. Interesting lay out with a fire. Would come again!
