Woods Hill Table - Concord

My husband and I celebrated our recent wedding with a Friday night dinner at this Concord spot. The restaurant was packed around 8 PM, so definitely make a reservation. The atmosphere is dressy-casual with relax music and a friendly, easygoing staff. The menu changes regularly, which keeps things interesting; everything we’ve tried has been delicious. My husband had the bolognese and really enjoyed it, and I had the pan-seared half chicken — nicely seasoned and full of flavor. All the dishes arrived warm and well timed. The corn chowder stood out as the best we’ve ever tasted – definitely worthy of 5 stars! We had to finish with a dessert. Prices are on the higher side for the portion sizes, but overall it was a great experience and a wonderful place for a special night out. Highly recommended if you plan ahead and want a reliably tasty, charming dinner.

All I have to say is WOW! From the appetizer to the dessert everything was fantastic. All the food tasted so fresh (because it is) all locally sourced/organic food. I also want to add, probably some of the best french fries I have ever had and they are made in tallow- so that is a plus! Steak was grass-fed and it was absolutely mouth watering. I intend to come back in the fall to see what the fall menu has to offer!

Woods Hill Table is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a charming atmosphere, delicious food, and well-crafted drinks. The staff is friendly and personable, making each visit feel fun and inviting. We’re always glad we came back—the menu is constantly evolving, and the overall vibe never disappoints.

Been here several times. It was as I remembered : the appetizers are interesting and innovative. Grilled broccoli had a yummy garlic aioli. The pei mussels with the ‘njuda sauce was amazing! I sopped up the sauce with the bread! I’d go back just for that! The mains are average. The lamb shank was chewy. The steak was average. Only for special nights out since it’s pricey. An outstanding Dining Experience This restaurant is among the top three we've visited in the past five years. The food was incredibly well-prepared, the service was personable, and the overall vibe was terrific for a dinner with friends. We had a late reservation, closer to the end of their service, and despite that, the service remained exceptionally friendly.

The burger was really good! Juicy and flavorful. The bun it came on was super unique, definitely not your average roll. We also tried the fish dish, which was delicious, and the bread they served was baked to absolute perfection.

Got the burger and fries. Absolutely delicious. Service was excellent. Definitely going back.

My partner and I rented the private space for a post-elopement dinner and we were blown away! The level of hospitality from the moment we got there was amazing - the manager (we didn't get your name!) and our server Talia were friendly, warm, and so accommodating of everyone in our party. The room was bright and well-decorated and the food was AMAZING. Really, couldn't ask for a better experience. We can't wait to come back!

Belated review for Jan 2025 visit. Awesome food and service with laid back vibe. Kid friendly too! Came with some friends and their kiddo for dinner and absolutely loved the food. Don't let the unassuming laid back vibe fool you, the food here is seriously good! We got a round of drinks (delish!), oysters (new england ousters are the best!), and pierogis (didn't try but others enjoyed) to start. We got tea smoked duckleg (those of us that got this loved it, must order!), salmon, and kids spaghetti (kiddo really liked this one and the parents that tried did too loll). Took our chocolate budino desserts to go which was still amazing the next day. Throughout the meal, server was very attentive with periodic check ins and was accommodating in providing a high chair and crayons for coloring so highly recommend for young families. All in all, it's a home run folks! I'm still dreaming of the duck!

We were recommended to stop in for dinner by the front desk at a nearby hotel and I'm glad we did it! The hostess was able to open extra seats at the bar for us, even though they were marked reserved. The three bartenders took great care of us and we had a great dinner. The drink list is expansive and this is the type of bar where the bartenders are knowledgeable and can make great recommendations. The oysters were delicious to start with before our dinners arrived. We had the Monkfish and Mushroom Risotto. Both were so fresh and full of flavor. The portions were great for the price and we left very happy. The bread and butter was also a perfect side while we waited even though everything arrived quickly. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves in this area again.

The reviews for this place are mixed but we gave it a go. On a scale of 1-10 it got a 6 from both me and my wife. Ambience is Modern and upbeat. Service is prompt and attentive. Food quality is just good. My wife had the duck leg not the leg and thigh so a small Portion. I had the bolognese which is not really a bolognese. It's a meat oSauce with very little meat and highly acidic. The panzanella salad was ordinary. Bread looked to be deep fried. The beet salad was ordinary also. Two wines so with tip $175.00. Not worth the money. I almost opted for the burger because the reviews were not consistently good. Imagine dropping $175 for a burger and a duck leg and a couple of ordinary salads. Do not recommend.

Cozy yet upscale restaurant with a rustic vibe. Friendly and attentive wait staff. Variety of fresh and unique dishes bursting with flavor. Pricing is on the higher side, yet worth it, in my opinion. I would recommend this spot for a date night or special night out.

Nestled in the downtown area of Concord, this farm to table is a great spot for a family dinner or date night. All of the ingredients in the menu options are locally sourced. Even though we were seated at a 2-top, the bar seemed enticing for a future visit, fully stocked with local spirits and beverages. For weekend evening parking, we used the lot outside the restaurant and there's also street parking available.

Berger's were over cooked I had mine redone and was better but by the time I received it every one else was done eating and no compensation was given Left a negative feeling Drinks were good but they use a huge ice cube that takes up most of the glass. All in all had a feeling of maximizing their profit and less customer oriented. Not good vibes for an "organic" place. Could easily be so much better.

Got the beef short rib. Tough, grisly, fatty, awful. Too bad the hardware store was closed or I would've picked up a chainsaw to manage it. Ice cream was good. Bread was good.

So good. Everything we had from appetizers to desserts. Loved it. Service was great, cozy decor. No complaints.

My boyfriend and I went here for my birthday, and it was amazing! He and I both have an animal-based lifestyle, so this restaurant fits our needs! The atmosphere was perfect, the food was divine, and our server was phenomenal! Her name is Lindsey. She typically bar tends, but she was an excellent server! If you like someone who's a happy medium (doesn't check on you every five seconds or ignores you the whole time), pick Lindsey as your bartender/server! Hopefully, she sees this; thank you again, Lindsey, and all the brilliant/friendly staff!

An unassuming location with a great menu and staff. The ambiance is very laid back and casual. The food and drink are fantastic. Our server Dan is very knowledgeable on the menu, and very friendly. The manager Ian was our sommelier and he was also great. The drinks are well balanced and unique expressions of classics. The food was extremely flavorful. We enjoyed the beet salad, duck frille crostini, pork belly, and pastrami pierogi appetizers. For mains, we had potato crusted cod, smoked duck leg, fusille with bolognese, and short rib. Finally, we shared a baked Alaska for dessert. A great and enjoyable dinner for all.

Outstanding food and service at this gem in West Concord. We were well-served by Rachel, and because we had to attend theatre she made sure that the service was prompt but leisurely. We had the steak frites (perfect) after enjoying the oysters and wood grilled broccoli. The big flower Cabernet was awesome as an accompaniment. Dessert was Chocolate Hazelnut cheesecake and yogurt panna cotta. Woods Hill is superior in all they do, and I will make this my "go-to" in West Concord. In fact, my meal at Woods Hill was not much more expensive than the West Village Tavern across the street (pub food). The food at Woods Hill is locally sourced, and it has "fine dining" without the pretentiousness often associated with the term.

We enjoyed extraordinary salmon, crunchy carrot and fennel salad, and an entree-sized beet salad - served by Talia, another - what I've come to expect - exceptional waitress.

First time dining at this restaurant for brunch. We were seated right away by the friendly hostesses. Our server and the manager were also very nice. We waited about 15 minutes but no one came over to take our drink order so we had to flag someone down to order drinks. It turned out that our server was slammed with many tables to handle. The beignets were very good, but the bulgar cereal was not that great as it was a bit bland. The pastrami on rye sandwich was also very good, but the burger was undercooked in some areas as they looked raw. Only a couple of dessert items were offered for brunch so that was disappointing. Overall, nice atmosphere with friendly staff, but the food was a bit inconsistent. We will try this place again to see if this was just an off day for them.

My husband and I took his mother (and father) out for Mother's Day dinner, and our experience was amazing! It was easily the best Mother's Day meal in a restaurant that we ever had. We loved: cocktails (especially Jadore Labor): pork belly appetizer, cavatelli with morels and peas (collective favorite), pan seared half chicken and poached trout. Yogurt panna cotta and chocolate hazelnut cheesecake were also delicious. But it was the service that made the night so special. Our server, Donya, was attentive (but not overly so) and offered great recommendations, and managers Ian and Chandra were super-nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

We've been here twice now, both times for Special occasions. We have found Woods Hill Table to be delightful. The use of organic measures in preparation of the syrups made my sometimes-finicky Grandson's Shirley Temple one of his favorites ever. From the appetizers to the entrees and desert, everything is very flavorful and fresh. Also, the attentiveness and enthusiasm of the staff makes for a terrific experience. We look forward to our next trip.

We have been to Concord several times in the past three years and always attempt to eat at at least one different restaurant on each trip. Woods Hill Table has been on our "Concord Restaurants Bucket List" for a while and we were able to get a table on a Saturday night. (a nod to the host staff for being able to accommodate a late addition to our party size). While the food was "good", none of us were "raving" about it. We tried the broccoli appetizer (as recommended in other reviews) and enjoyed it. I was less enthused about the (well reviewed) burger. The mesclun salad was very good, according to our vegetarian party member (but the vegetarian options that night were slim). The duck was "okay". Probably the best dish of the night was the homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream. Luckily, we asked our (apparently new-ish) waiter for the flavors after reviewing the dessert menu. All in all, we enjoyed the evening (ambience), but the meal and service weren't "great" for the price. Glad we tried it, but will likely not return as we prefer other restaurants in the area (and still have a few to try). (sorry.. no photos - I forgot to take any)

The cocktails and appetizers are very good. Our group ordered a number of vodka and whiskey drinks, and the pierogi, pork butt, and potato apps. It was great. The entrees, and service, was bad. Straight up. Half the group ordered the fusilli with lobster, which was recommended and was told included half a lobster. The food arrived with 3,4 bites of lobster in a watery broth, and very salty sausage. It was $44 a plate. The steak frites were cold, small, with little flavor. The fries could have been from Burger King. A few people in our group only received 1 drink in the 2 hours we were there. No cutlery arrived for some time. However it did appear the waitstaff was understaffed. The ambiance and space is great. Buyer beware. You may get played the same.

The menu was very confusing. They had trout fish. When I ordered it the waiter told us it was actually like salmon. She was correct--it was a very untasty dish. The waiter was nice before we ordered. We never saw her again. She never stopped by the table to even ask do we needed anything or if the food was okay. We had to wait 5min to ask for salt and paper as no one would even look in the direction. This is the second time we go to this place: the first and last. Stay away!

A new, high quality, and cozy American restaurant in my hometown (well, still seems new to me) that used to be a smelly but good market I occasionally went to growing up. The area is becoming more and more upscale over time and this restaurant showing up was probably the most notable change. I finally got the chance to eat there and the food was pretty phenomenal. The steak frites was excellently cooked at a medium rare and the atmosphere and service were great too.

Unrealized potential here to be "one of the greats" if management could adjust a little. We put an order in with our waiter - and he was then off to other adventures... because he was apparently expected to serve the whole crowded room. Short staffed. Lots of friendly staff around who were not actually waiters, which was why it seemed weird that so many tables seemed underserved; so many staff who could not take orders. Anyway, for now that was it for us. Baby won't be ignored. A miss. Seemed like a really nice place otherwise, though. Great people, great steak. Great opportunity for management to nail the last issues.

My mom and I had a lovely day visiting Concord, and this was the perfect note to end on. Every course was savory and beautiful. Ordered the crostini appetizer and beef tartare to start, and then the fusseli dish and duck confit for the main courses. They were accommodating by helping us push our reservation back a bit later since we were running late. The server was very attentive and friendly and helpful with dietary preferences. Love a restaurant with good sourcing--you can tell the care and thought put into the ingredients and dishes.

My husband and I have always loved Woods Hill table. We go there frequently , love the food and the vibe.. Last night was a bizarre disturbing experience. Restaurant management is antisemitic. We were dining with good friends in the bar area, enjoying drinks and dinner. We started a conversation on the concerning and sad rise of antisemitism here in US ( We are Jewish). A young gentleman at a bar table rudely interrupted us and said he was offended by what we were talking about . Needless to say we were taken aback. The manager, Ian , came over to our table and asked us to cease this conversation ( we already had) and offered to move us to the back of the restaurant. He continued to watch our table the rest of the evening. I made a trip to the rest room and stopped to speak with him on my way. I told him I felt very uncomfortable with how we were being treated. I explained that our conversation was not intended to offend anyone and I was surprised anyone heard because it was very loud . He claimed he heard us talking and found what we were saying offensive and got complaints from wait staff as well. I find this really hard to believe because he was not near our table, and there were no servers around that we noticed other than our waiter..I. I told him I was a frequent patron and always have loved it there, but based on this experience I would not return to this restaurant . His answer is "that is ok". WOW. I expected a far more professional response. Perhaps a bit of compassion and concern for losing a valued patron. Instead of trying to mediate the situation , he escalated it .We felt very discriminated against. It's not nice to be told what you can and can not talk about when you go to dinner . How dare this restaurant dictate what their guests can discuss and judge then based on religious orientation or political views. Evidently it's a crime at Woods Hill table to be concerned about Antisemitism When we left, my friend talked to the manager Ian and said she was very offended at how he treated us. She told him it was a very poor choice of words to suggest to move us to the back of the restaurant. She used the analogy of being treated like minorities being asked to sit in the back of the bus in the 60s. Her concerns went on deaf ears. . Ians answer was , "you can leave now" I have never had such a bizarre disturbing dining experience . . I would have expected far better treatment from Woods Hill Table. Antisemitism in Concord MA. Shame on you! Beware of this restaurant. I have had many a wonderful meal there, but Sadly I will Never return after this experience.

While there were a number of open tables, we were first sat in a corner right up against a service station. They did move us when we asked, but that should have been the last table sat. As noted in many other reviews, service was slow and less than attentive. My cocktail was excellent. My dinner, sadly, was not. I had the chicken, which is billed as pan seared on the menu. While the meat was juicy and tender, pan seared it was not. The skin was flaccid, and not at all enticing. The accompaniments to the bird were unconventional, and while it sounded enticing on the menu, it just didn't work for me and the whole dish had a weird flavor.

This is my old supermarket. Now it's NY prices next to the commuter rail in West Concord. Bar area is nice. Really good espresso martini. (Thankfully, they have stopped serving some of their drinks in a mason jar.) Service is uneven but generally good. Background music can be truly awful (last time I ate there I had to listen to a disco mix) (there is. a reason god invented soft jazz.) The bluefish pate is 99% cream cheese, but the duck confit is good. . Alas, they dont ever seem to change the menu very much.

I am writing my review off of one dinner experience. I love a great meal, and don't mind paying for it, but the food here was so bland and underwhelming. I was disappointed that we spent so much here, and loved nothing but oysters - which are not chef prepared. We started off with oysters and steak tartare. The oysters were fabulous, but the steak tartare lacked any flavor and was bland overall. I got the scallop entree for dinner, which came with these squid ink rice balls. Everything was so dry and so bland. My partner got the duck leg and it was so small for the price, had barely any meat, and was quite dry as well. We came here to celebrate a new job, but leaving we thought on the way home that the bread and oysters were the best part - which is sad for the price of the meal. I love spending money on phenomenal food - but I would skip this place and find another option.

The food at Woods Hill has been fantastic since it opened its door and that holds true several years later. The grilled broccoli appetizer is a must order. My husband swears by the tar tar with a quail egg. I don't think we've ever been disappointed with an entree. And although they sound great, we rarely have room for dessert. One thing that can be hit and miss is the service. They have professional wait staff and bar backs and food servers for each table. I blame that splatter shot for people occasionally being lost in the shuffle. On a recent Friday night we did not see anyone for :40 full minutes after getting our entree. Finally a bar back had pity on us and brought us take away boxes. That isn't casual fine dining. Again- great food and mostly good service.

I have been wanting to dine at Woods Hill Table since they opened, but was always saving it for a special occasion. Having now dined there, I don't know why. There is something worn about this restaurant. Our waiter was very nice and I can't fault her. Most of the food was very good: the Wood-grilled Crostini appetizer, and especially the desserts, Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake, and Strawberry Rhubarb Shortcake. But here is why I can't rate it higher: The Pork Chop was tough and fat-laden. As if the chef knew it would be difficult to cut, it had been pre-cut for me. The accompaniments were somehow tasteless. It was my birthday dinner, and I should have sent it back. I was sorry that my friend was treating me. She liked her Spaghetti Bolognese. I can't recommend Woods Hill Table to anyone else, and won't return. And I noticed I am not the only reviewer to damn the Pork Chop.

This restaurant was amazing. I can't wait to go back. The broccoli appetizer was phenomenal. Bob our server was great. The multiple NA drink options made my wife happy. The half chicken was insanely good and juicy and crispy and just delicious. My wife had the halibut and it was tender and flavorful. Too stuffed for dessert but really want to try the cornbread pudding. It's worth going to!

We were there as a party of 4 on Tuesday evening. It was very busy. Prices are on the high side...$30 for a plate of spaghetti bolognese. Food was tasty but the service was very slow. We waited probably 20 minutes after our salads were finished and cleared for our entrees. 2 of our dinners arrived but the other two didn't show up for another 10 minutes or so, after we asked the waiter to check on it.

I came here for a birthday dinner in the private room, and both the food and service were excellent! Since we had a large party, we tried almost everything on the menu and there were no complaints. The beet salad is fresh and delicious - the pistachio cream is a nice buttery and creamy contrast to the beets. The Tallow Fries are so flavorful and don't taste like your typical French fry because of the tallow. If you're not a ketchup person like me, ask for their garlic aioli to dip - this was a hit at our table! The Honey & Chili Shishito Peppers are very good as well. The Scallops a la Plancha were my favorite. Not only is it beautifully plated, but every part of the dish is thoughtful and delicious. The scallops are so fresh and seared perfectly, and pair well with the sweet creamy corn sauce and pickled pepperoncini. The Bucatini Bolognese is the only thing I thought they could do better as it was too tomatoey for my taste. The tomatoes needed to be cooked down more. The Buttermilk Panna Cotta is light and the grape coulis cuts through nicely. The coconut sorbet is much creamier than your typical sorbet and more like a light coconut ice cream. The drinks are also very good, especially the Harriet Quinby and Strawberry Spritz.

we went for an anniversary dinner and found that the food was good but the service was terrible. It took 40 minutes to get our meal and the waitress never checked on us or asked if we wanted anything while we waited. We ordered coffee and they never brought a spoon,cream or sugar,we had to ask. we ordered dessert and again no utensils were provided. we ordered a salad to split and again no plates. The waitress had no knowledge of the wine list. For the prices and the type of restaurant I would ex a little better service. The food was very good but way overpriced. Probably would not go back.

While the space has a nice ambience, the entrees were a disappointment and over priced. The chicken was dry, the duck leg was small and too spicy to enjoy. Apps were good.

A disappointment! Went here for my Birthday. The service was ok, The food was a not the quality i was expecting. The steak was unable to be cut with a steak knife and we sent it back. The chicken was ok but nothing to write home about. The pork was taste but very fatty. For the price it was not worth it. Will not repeat.

Beautiful atmosphere in this restaurant. Summer dining outside is great but also an excellent experience in winter. They definitely put a lot of effort into creating dishes that use high quality ingredients and are also delicious.

Now why would I give three stars to a restaurant that has a good rep in Concord..... Service! We came to this location because we had gone to the Seaport location for my birthday which was a top-notch experience so with that said, I assumed that the Concord location would just be equally good or possibly better. The good part was that the food was very decent but different from the seaport location... For one the portions were bigger and more traditional. The restaurant was definitely comfortable and more laid back but there were a lot of aspects that were lacking. Service: Who's on First? We had a welcoming host and we were seated comfortably. The server's assistant was very sweet and welcoming so I just took that person as our server and when we were ready to order our food, we learned that that he wasn't our server. Our server (Server I) finally arrived and took our order he seemed very polite and knew the menu quite well but then all of a sudden, he disappeared! And I get that it got a little busy but there was ZERO follow up from him and even forgot to give my husband his drink. So we had to flag him down the whole time. No, it wasn't crazy busy but I could see that this man was training somebody else but didn't check on us at all and this other server (Server II) asked us how things were and we clearly didn't start our entrees...if there was a changing of the guards no one said anything. Server I seemed busy and in fact, I saw him sit down at the table for a while (is this normal at a restaurant of this caliber?) where he seemed to know the clients WELL and was very attentive and huggy to them. Look, I'm all about being friendly to people you personally know but dude you have a job to do and your tip percentage went down. There was no follow-up of ,"do you want coffee" or "can I get you anything else'" and in fact another non-enthusiatic non- smiling server assistant asked if we wanted dessert and we had already ordered dessert from flagging Server I who seemed to be busy with his friends. Then Server II just handed our bill without even asking us if we need anything else. This experience was a great disappointment for me. It seemed that there was a lot of summer help with no smiles. I couldn't tell if there was a Manager on site but nobody checked up on us and that was especially disappointing with the food selection we ordered. It is my opinion that there needs some serious improvement here in training. It was unprofessional. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem having a more casual environment but my experience in a diner was much more attentive than this place. Now the food: The Saving Grace I have to admit that the food was good. For starters, I liked the welcome artisan bread, my charred rabe and the beet salad was delicious. My husband ordered the Steak Frites and that was a delicious dish and perfectly cooked medium rare. The corn risotto was simple but good. My rack of lamb was cooked perfectly at medium rare but to be honest the sides were not my cup of tea. I didn't mind the chard green peppers but that pickled relish garnish cheapened the quality of the meat which was placed on some sort of sour cream that made the meat taste slightly chalky. The lamb was good and cooked perfectly so I didn't seem to mind it but this dish should be sticking with good old traditional mint sauce. And what's with the non-sharpened knives!? I swear it was like cutting meat with a butter knife! Finally, the mocha dome was good if you're a chocolate fan but it almost look like a tartufo with not overly sweet chocolate mousse. I hate giving lousy reviews but I have to be honest because I really believe that this could have been a perfect experience but it service was a huge let down. Sad considering I had a great birthday celebration at the seaport location.

Great food and service. I like the previous kitchen team a bit better but still very good. Parking can be tricky but worth the trip. Very lovely spot for dinner or drinks with loved ones or for business meals. Great wine list, excellent cocktails and bar menu. Usually nice music and a rousting fire on cold nights. Well worth booking a reservation.

We had been wanting to try this place for awhile - but we left disappointed. The decor was nice and it was quite busy on a Saturday evening. Our server was good - she was efficient and helpful. It was the food that left us disappointed and most notably - the duck leg entree. There was one medium size duck leg that had very little meat on it - it wasn't near enough to leave you feeling full and satisfied. It was accompanied by a cold cauliflower salad that was just a miss - in our opinion - and two corn muffins. Definitely not worth the price they charge for this entree! I wished we had complained at the time and sent it back but we were with friends and didn't want to put a damper on the evening. We also had the pork chop and burger which were good - but not great. We won't eat here again.

Pork chop was pretty much tasteless. A 'very popular' cod that was served in a potato box (???) was likewise bland. I felt sorry for the poor cod. A pastrami perogie did not offer a hint of pastrami. Very confusing and Cambridge expensive for no particular reason. The comfortable seating seemed to be the main draw. Similar to the sister restaurant Adelita's next door there were very positive remarks about the drinks and not much to say about the food. Sad since it would be wonderful to have a good restaurant in Concord.

It makes me so sad that this restaurant has continued to go downhill over the years. It is expensive and absolutely not worth the money anymore. On two recent visits - the cod was woefully underseasoned. The chicken dish was ill conceived and just not good. The burger tasted weird and had a very strange bun. The grilled broccoli did not taste grilled and was not worth $16. It's time for a new chef. It used to be a great restaurant. It could be a great restaurant again.

A lot of things sounded good. Went with the Bolonese. Wow. Very bright with garlic which I loved. And the pasta was properly Al dente. I crave it now.

There are 5-star reviews for restaurants that do what they do - very well. Then there are 5-star reviews for FIVE STAR restaurant. Wood Hill Table was the best experience at a 5-star restaurant we have had since Quebec and New York City before the pandemic. This place did everything right, from the table sitting for my wife's birthday brunch, to 5-star service, to wonderful food. With the multitude of choices, we talked over many options with our waitress. She knew not only the food, but how it was prepared and helped us pick some shared plates. We stared with the steak tartare topped with quail egg, delightfully done but the height of the meal was the Broccoli Wood Grilled. Charred on the outside, crunchy on the inside the caramelizing of the vegetable and seasoning with fired leeks and aioli was to die for. We added the beat salad - done perfectly with a champagne vinegar dressing and then split the potato Gnocchi - and still brought a little of most of the dish's home for a light snack on the deck. Located in West Concord, the vibe and the décor was relaxing elegant and we found great service and no phony airs. Brunch with Tea (no drinks) came out to $110 but I would go back in a minute. A true Five-star review for a five-star restaurant. We will be back for other special occasions.

Came here with my husband for our wedding anniversary dinner. Food, drinks, and service were all spectacular. We had the Sunday dinner menu of wood grilled broccoli as a shared app and for the entrees I got the cubano and my husband got the steak frites. The cubano was scrumptious and made for good leftovers too. My husband liked the steak frites but he found it to be overpriced. Both of our salads were delicious and fresh dressed lightly. We were big fans of the New England Old Fashioned that we shared. We debated ordering a second as it was that good. Can't wait to come back!

Woods Hill is a cozy, comfortable restaurant with a nice bar and a thoughtful, seasonal menu. My two best friends and I meet here regularly for dinner, as it is centrally located for all of us. The service is consistently friendly and helpful and the lowkey (but elegant) atmosphere allows guests to relax. They do seafood really well. Some of our recent favorite menu items have included the smoked blue fish pate appetizer, the potato wrapped cod and the grilled bluefish. Some less popular choices included a spicy lamb sausage dish last summer and some extra-rich meat-based appetizers that were featured during the fall/winter months. They weren't poorly made, they just weren't our style. Dessert is always the highlight of the meal. They are small, so be sure to order more than one if you're in the mood to share!

I have finally gotten the opportunity to dine here. The food and service was excellent. I would definitely return.

I knew the atmosphere would be lovely from the pics of the restaurant on Yelp. However the food completely surpassed my expectations. The oysters, beet salad and steak frites were all spectacular. They have a small menu, but everything we got was absolutely delicious, fresh and unique! Our meal lasted about two hours as there was a little wait for service but they were very busy so I understand why. Our waiter was attentive. They put a surprising but wonderful twist on our Shirley Temples- black cherry syrup and ginger beer elevated them and was yummy. Get the mocha dome for dessert! It blew us away. Overall a very pleasant experience and the high price point makes sense for what you get.

FOOD Over priced for ok food. Toast with fish & mayo mix 16$ A piece of cod 30$+ The entree came with two mini potatoes and two thin slices of oyster mushroom. There were traces of sauce that came with the cod and it had the same taste and texture to key lime pie filling. It was a little odd of a pairing. Almost 60$ without a drink or desert. Save your money you'll get more from other places. SERVICE The service was ok. But for the prices you'd expect very well trained staff not teenagers that seemed to be there for a summer job. Also odd you keep getting your silverware put on the bare table rather than just bringing you a set when the next dish comes out. Seems cleaner and more sanitary. AMBIANCE I liked the ambiance of the place. There's a warm brightness and a fireplace. Along with a nice color scheme. And rustic light fixtures.

I had the most incredible evening at Woods Hill Table! After striking out looking for other restaurants in the area we stumbled upon this gem. It looks so cute and bustling from outside, so we decided to pop in and sit at the bar. Our bartender/server, Mitch, was so nice and helpful and made some truly impressive cocktails! We ordered the swordfish and the summer risotto and they might've been some of the best meals I've ever eaten! The risotto was huge but so delicious I finished the whole thing! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone- great, homey vibes!
