"A location of East Cobb’s NaNa Thai is now open for lunch and dinner on Towne Lake Parkway in Woodstock. The restaurant offers a wide range of Thai dishes on its menu such as shrimp and chicken dumplings, papaya salad, coconut soup, pad Thai, and pad kee mow, along with dinner specials like duck curry and braised beef masaman. Google
I have to be completely honest— I’ve put off trying this restaurant for years. I am extremely picky with Thai food, having studied abroad in Thailand, and most in GA have been disappointing. I can tell in the first 5 minutes if a Thai restaurant will be good based on the Tom Kha Gai. The fact this restaurant called it “coconut soup” instead of the Thai name was a red flag. Many in GA just take like coconut milk and leave out the chili ok and kefir lime etc. I will completely admit that I was absolutely wrong in pre judging this place. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the Coconut Soup, Shrimp and Pork Dumplings, and Basil Chicken (Hot). All of the dishes were extremely flavorful. The personalized touch of the spring roll with a shot glass full of sweet n sour sauce shows this restaurant cares about the details. The overall environment is clean and inviting. They also had an extensive beer and cocktail offering as well. I will definitely be back! 10/10

Google
Such a cute spot for dinner! We were greeted warmly and our server, Zara, did a fantastic job reviewing the curry selections with us. Zara was very knowledgeable and friendly! She even let us sample them. Wow! The curries were amazing! We ended up ordering calamari to start and then ordered the Penang Curry Seafood to share. It was so delicious. The dish was served with rice and was full of seafood and delicious curry! The flavors were amazing! We had to have mango sticky rice for dessert which was a perfect portion and also super flavorful! We can’t wait to go back and try more Thai dishes. I highly recommend Nana Thai Eatery!

This was a great Thai restaurant. The environment was nice, beautiful and calm. The food was very delicious.

Google
I'm new to the area and figured I give this place a try since I'm obsessed with Thai food lol. It is the best Thai I have had since living in Georgia (I'm from New York)! I ordered the yellow curry and the Thai Iced Tea, it was so good!! Everything was rich and flavorful & I could tell it was authentic. I ordered Takeout this time and will definitely be back for a Dine in.

My recent visit to Nana Thai in Woodstock, GA was nothing short of exceptional. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, setting the tone for a delightful dining experience. I ordered the Cashew Stir Fry with Tofu, and it was simply fantastic. The dish was vibrant and full of fresh ingredients, with perfectly cooked tofu that absorbed the savory flavors of the stir fry sauce. The cashews added a delightful crunch, complementing the tender vegetables and making each bite a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. To start, I had a salad with ginger dressing, which was equally impressive. The salad was crisp and refreshing, with a dressing that struck the perfect balance between tangy and sweet. It was a refreshing prelude to the main course and left me craving more. NaNa Thai exceeded my expectations with its fresh, flavorful dishes and welcoming ambiance. It's a gem in Woodstock, GA, and I can't wait to return and explore more of their delicious menu. Highly recommended!

Google
First time ordering from here. It's very hard to find good pad thai. I've tried countless places. This place has so many outstanding reviews. We ordered the pad thai. I added chicken and extra tofu. This did not disappoint. Next time, I will order extra peanuts, but it was still great. I also ordered a side of their medium hot sauce. I love spicy. And this had the perfect amount of heat. Also pictured is an order of spring rolls, which were nice and flakey. Paired perfect with sweet chili sauce. I will definitely be back to try more items. So glad I found this place!

Google
My wife and I stopped in for the first time this week. Wow! Food was phenomenal, and the service was great. The place wasn't very busy, so food came out quickly. Great hidden gem in Woodstock.

Google
Went for lunch. Super friendly staff were very helpful and attentive. They are short-staffed so the dining room is closed for seating, but they have a small front patio that was comfortable and covered. They have a nice menu for lunch and dinner. I had the amazing curry puffs; wow! So crispy and good. Also had yummy spring rolls. Brought home an order of beef basil fried rice and it’s amazing. Just the right amount of spice and lots of fresh ingredients. And of course there’s great Thai Tea.

Yelp
A Hidden Gem for Thai Food Lovers! This place is absolutely the best for Thai food! The warm and efficient service, great music selection, and friendly staff make the experience even better. And the food? It's to Thai for! I love Thai cuisine, but since moving to Canton, I struggled to find a good Thai restaurant. It took me almost four years, but I finally found it! I remember this place used to be called Nana Thai Restaurant, so I assume it's under new ownership now--and wow, I can't even begin to explain how amazing the food is! Every dish was beautifully presented, inviting, and absolutely delicious. Finding truly authentic Thai food is rare, and I was almost ready to give up. But Woodstock Thai Eatery exceeded all my expectations. The restaurant is clean, the restrooms are well-maintained, and parking is hassle-free. My only wish is that it was closer to where I live, but honestly, I don't mind the drive because I know it's worth it. If you're looking for an outstanding Thai restaurant, look no further! Don't waste your time and money searching elsewhere--Woodstock Thai Eatery is hands down the best Thai restaurant in northern Atlanta. Try it, and you won't regret it!

Yelp
I love this place! My husband and I come about once a month. We switch up our appetizers, but we always get these items: coconut chicken soup, pad see ew, side of steamed vegetables! The soup is absolutely amazing and comforting and the pad see ew brown sauce is rich and delicious every time! This time we got the basil rolls and chicken satay as appetizers and they were great. The place is super clean, nice ambiance, and great service!

Laura L.

Yelp
The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Everything was really fresh and they bring out a spice rack for your meal if you are into spicy. We got the papaya salad and gyoza for an appetizer and both were delicious! For entrees we got the pad thai and ate every bite! So so good! This is savory, fresh, delicious food! Will be back!

Yelp
Read many good reviews so we decided to try on a rainy cold night. Hostess was owner/waitress/hostess. Service was great. Atmosphere. Is nice with music in the background. We ordered a large bowl of chicken coconut soup which was very good. The portion is enough for 3-4 servings. We also ordered stir fried vegetables with chicken that I asked to make mild. Very good sized portion with plenty of chicken and yes it was mild for a Thai restaurant. The food and service was very good. Based on what we ate I would highly recommend.

Anissa C.

Yelp
Food: 2 Service: 2 Ambiance: First time visiter I absolutely love Thai food and decided to try this place out for the first time. We ordered the gyoza, Thai tea, pad thai & pad Thai eau! The gyoza some of the best I've had. My hubby ordered the pad Thai and it was an absolutely delish! My pad Thai eau was ok.. I've had better. The service great! We will definitely come back!

Yelp
I think 4.5 is right on target for this place but I didn't want to contribute to them losing that .5 so 5 stars it is! Service: Dined in and the service was excellent. We went when they opened so we were the only ones inside but hostess was our waiter and he was very attentive and checked in multiple times despite having other tasks at hand. Well done! Appetizers: Roti Masaman was delicious and worth a try! The cheese puffs (crab Rangoon) were a little thin for me but good. Drinks: Sadly no cocktails but a small selection of beers and wines. I hadn't had laosbeer so got one of those. Meh. This is one of the reasons they lost the .5 from me. Entree: Got the chicken pad Thai (Thai hot) and it was perfect! Spicy and delicious. Definitely one of the better Thai spots in the area! Dessert: coconut cake - tasted like vanilla cake to me with coconut but I'm told it's one of the best so won't knock them for it.

Yelp
This was a pleasant little suprise. The food was great, the service was friendly, and the price was affordable. I got my plate to go but I wish I would have stayed

Yelp
Hidden treasure. Best Thai food I have had in Cherokee County. Generous portions for lunch and dinner and take out. Great attentive service. Fresh ingredients staff makes you feel appreciated. Nice decor and ambiance for date night. Top notch place.

Daniel A.

Yelp
We really like Nana Thai Haven't eaten in but it's always great as takeout All the Pad dishes are great. The Massaman is so good Pro tip - your Massaman has enough sauce that you don't need to order the side of sauce to go with your roti bread. Roti is required and must be dipped into the Massaman.

Keesha M.

Yelp
Fantastic service. Cute interior. Booths could use an upgrade, since many are damaged. Other than that, very clean. It was obvious that the food is made to order ( made fresh ). Nice presentation of meals. Relaxing music. I highly recommend the Green Tea. It was very smooth and didn't have that strong earthy flavor.

Leslie M.

Yelp
We were pleasantly surprised with layers of flavor in our soup and entrees. This will be our new go-to Thai restaurant for this part of town.

Alberto S.

Yelp
I ordered food from here via Uber eats. Pad Thai and basil fried rice. And the pad Thai came with a giant ass foot long hair in it. I've included the picture below. You have to zoom in to see it. But it's there. Not eating here again and if Ubereats doesn't refund me. I'm out $50 bucks. Completely grossed out. Looking for the number of the health department. Update: Spoke with the health department. Apparently they knew exactly who they were. And it seems that it's not the first time with hair in the food.

Anna Marie S.

Yelp
First impression is how attractive and clean restaurant is. I enjoyed coconut and chicken soup, spring rolls and house salad. My husband found his yellow curry and rice delicious! Our waitress was pleasant and very helpful. I'm hoping they add plum wine to their wine selection. We will probably be regular customers.

Apisara P.

Yelp
Love the atmosphere and service. Food was very tasty and reasonable price. If you like lamb and basil, I recommended this dish

SurapongK

Yelp
Excellent Thai cuisine with great flavors and service. Some of the best Thai food in Georgia. Great place to take a date or important business meetings. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Did not taste as I expected. Sis t like I. Not worth the price. Will not return to this resruranr

Yelp
My party of 5, including two kids, weren't down to wait 45 minutes at Izumi, but the 3 year old insisted he wanted soup and rice for dinner. We didn't want to drive all the way to 575 Bistro (what he was actually asking for!), so we thought we would give another Thai restaurant a chance. Boy, I'm glad we did! All 5 of us were hangry by the time we arrived, and because it was late we were one of three parties there. The waiter was very patient with us, gave good recommendations, and, even though he was trying to eat his own dinner by the time we left, was attentive throughout our stay. The curry roti appetizer was fantastic, and our kids even tried a bit of the curry, although it was just a bit spicier than the Japanese-style curry we normally give them. The other appetizers were all absolutely excellent, although my brother-in-law was not enamored of the tom yum soup -- bear in mind, though, that he spent several years working in southeast Asia and was spoiled by the freshest version of this dish there! By the time we had all eaten, everyone was happy again, so we left much more friendly with each other than when we rolled in as 5 hangry folks!

M P.

Yelp
Excellent! These folks must be from Thailand! Super Authentic! We will come back! Yummmmmy!!

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
I have to disagree with the previous reviews. The food was a bit overrated. Started with the calamari and spring rolls. The calamari was way over cooked for my liking. I'm sure that I cut the roof of my mouth eating it. No clear texture, just super hard crunches with every bite. 1 star goes for the spring rolls. They were small, but pretty good. I was not a fan of the Pad Thai with chicken. It was super sweet. I felt like I was eating a dessert. No spice, just sugar. We also ordered the Penang Curry. The 2nd star goes for the curry. It was very flavorful and spicy. Just needed a few more vegetables and the broth could have been thicker.

Todd D.

Yelp
Had the Cashew nut Thai spicy level. Very good and put a sweat on me. Atmosphere was nice.

Michelle H.

Yelp
Great food, super fast delivery. My favorite place for Pad Thai. Curry is also amazing!

Kristine H.

Yelp
flat noodle was under cooked. I didn't feel comfortable with the server. very quiet because there were only more table filled besides our table.

Keith F.

Yelp
Ever since my local Thai place shut down, I've been on the lookout for something close, delcious and not too pricy. This place hits a lot of those! I ordered the food one step below thai spicy. It came out perfect! They have a sauce that is quite good that comes with the apps. They also included a vegetarian spring roll that I enjoyed. My entree noodle dish was flavorful without being too expensive or spicy. I was hoping for maybe a little bit more of fresh garlic. It did have a lot of el dente veggies that hit the spot. If this place has a knock, it is that the menu is smaller than many of the Thai restaurants I have visited. It has all of the classic dishes, but fewer soups and curries that I am used to. The service was friendly and present. I like this place and would come back

Avi R.

Yelp
A decent thai place in woodstock area. They have other locations in across OTP Atlanta. Plenty of parking that is shared with other small business in the complex. We have ordered masammam curry, pick king and basil rolls. The food took a while but everything was fresh and tasted delicious. The place is shortage of staff and that is evident with long waits to be greeted, seated and your order to arrive. We have to wait a long time to get our bill and check out. Food is great, prices arent bad, service can improve.

Jonathan H.

Yelp
What a complete joke! I grew up in Thailand, so Thai food is very familiar to me. I had read good things so my wife and I gave it a try tonight. Place was empty at 7:00. We soon found out why. Ordered Coconut soup, Masaman Curry, Pad Thai and Pad See Eew. Coconut soup was just OK but not great. Entrees arrive and I ask the server for standard Thai condiments, Nam Plaa and Nam Prik. He tells me they are out of both. Now, these condiments are critical for Thai food, both in cooking and tableside garnishment, so to be out of these is tantamount to an Italian restaurant being out of garlic, basil and parmesan. I'm shocked but figured we'd make the best of things. 2 bites into the entrees and it's apparent that these critical ingredients were indeed missing, and the dishes tasted extremely plain (which is NOT what you want in Thai food). Paid them $20 to cover the soup we ate (which was $18 too much) and left. Totally inconceivable and unacceptable to pass this garbage off as "Thai" food.

Andrea C.

Yelp
Omg, just eat their food. You won't be disappointed. Great service, too. They always make my day better because of the smile on their faces.

Sean D.

Yelp
Best Thai eatery in Cherokee County, particularly since Chong Ngern closed down in Canton. Thai basil rolls are amazing, as are all their dishes we've tried. Panang Curry Chicken and Cashew Chicken are our go-to's. Prices are reasonable as well. If you have a hankering for some takeout Thai food, this is the place!

Alex W.

Yelp
The food was excellent. The plating was on point. Nice jazz playing. Great for a cozy lunch or dinner date. Service was good as well.

Rebecca A.

Yelp
7/16/2020-Delivery Order Wow, I'm so impressed with this restaurant. I ordered lunch delivery today for my son and I. This was our first experience with Nana Thai. I ordered lunch Panang Shrimp & Tom Yum, the boy had Calamari & Fried Tofu. Everything was fresh tasting and hot. I was particularly impressed by the shrimp in both the curry and the soup. This is the first time I have ever ordered Thai and the shrimp wasn't overcooked. The shrimp was large and perfectly prepared. The vegetables in both the curry and the soup were also so fresh. To top it off, the prices are very fair. Panang Lunch $8 + $2 for shrimp. That can't be beat. I'm looking forward to trying more items on their menu. DELISH! Give this place a try if you crave fresh tasting food.

Joe D.

Yelp
Great tasting food. Service was good. A little expensive compared to other Thai places but always enjoy

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
I absolutely love Thai food! My go-to food is Pad Thai, which gives me a good comparison point across Thai restaurants. I recently ordered takeout Cheese Rangoons and Shrimp Pad Thai from Nana Thai. The Pad Thai was very yummy. It had good flavor and is something I'd order again. The Rangoons were a little underwhelming as they were a unevenly fried. I hope to return soon and try some additional dishes!

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
This place has my FAVORITE Thai food in the area! The pad kee mao is my favorite! Their lunch special is also a good price!

Odin O.

Yelp
Very good Thai food! So glad we found this place. We'll be coming back to try it all. A++

Jess S.

Yelp
Heard great things about this location. Unfortunately, they use soy oil and soy in their curries, etc. I wasn't able to try but giving a good rating because it came recommended by so many people. Just check the hours before you show up!

RheyRhey P.

Yelp
Love this place!! My husband and I come here to get the best Thai food in the area. They never disappoint. The food is wonderful and the service is great. The atmosphere is chill and it's always clean. My fav is the Pad see ew

James F.

Yelp
Ordered the Pad Thai, Massaman Curry and Chicken Coconut Soup. All three were delicious.

Luther M.

Yelp
If you are craving good Thai food in Woodstock, then this is your best choice. A bit on the pricey side, but well worth it

Tram N.

Yelp
This is my second time getting their Tofu Pad Thai. Genuinely, I like it. The noodle is not undercooked nor overcooked, it's just right, the taste is a nice combination, the tofu also delivering its own taste too. The only cons is probably how it is a bit sour though, I wish it could be have a slightly sweetness to it and their is not much bean sprouts either. Those two make the restaurant become 4 stars but this will be my go to local Pad Thai restaurant for the time being!

Brandy B.

Yelp
Food was wonderful! We tried the roti massaman, brown rice, calamari and tofu massaman. Calamari was nice and crispy, even after a 15 minute drive home. We will be back

Deanne M.

Yelp
So good! Loved food. Ate inside and service excellent too - we had edamame, spring rolls, Ginger chicken, pad Thai .

Laurie B.

Yelp
Been looking at this restaurant since it opened and finally got a chance to try it out. Gotta tell you, my husband and I are foodies, and this place really ranks up there. Nice and cozy w/an atmosphere that allows for a conversation. Servers are knowledgeable and restaurant is very clean. Husband started out with the Shrimp Tom Ka that was loaded w/huge juicy sheets and a wonderful fresh flavor. I had the coconut chicken soup that was deliciously flavored with a bright lemongrass nuances lots of chicken and mushrooms in a light coconut broth. Perfect. Then we had the beef salad that was superb. The beef was so tender it melted in your mouth. Another winner! Our entrees we the Lamb Basil and Beef Basil. Made w medium heat these dishes had a flavor that was amazing, unlike others I've had. Very fresh, both were very tender, generously portioned and we would definitely both get these dishes again and again. (but we'd also like to try other menu items). Our finale was a moist Coconut Cake (which we ordered to go). So, YES we will return and Yes the food is upscale excellence. Thank you for opening your doors and glad to be adding to athis place to our favorite collection!!

Denise B.

Yelp
My friend and I went there for dinner during the week. We enjoyed talking to the server, and we both loved our food. Over the years, she and I have eaten a LOT of Thai food, and we both agree NaNa is a hidden gem.

Gabe N.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing Thai dishes! The massaman curry was sweet, rich, and full of flavor, and the fried spring rolls were crisp, light, and delicious. The restaurant also has a nice atmosphere and the service was friendly and helpful.

Amanda M.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful dinner here. We started with wine and Thai beer. We also had the beef jerky and sticky rice. We really enjoyed the sauce that accompanied this dish. We had the chicken green curry which was so rich, spicy and was rounded out with the feeling scent of anise. We also had pic king with beef! It was sweet, salty, and spicy it was the perfect dish! We ended our meal with coconut cake! It was so light and refreshing after such a hot and spicy meal! Warning: If you have a shellfish/fish allergy I would be very cautious eating here. I had a wonderful dinner and a wonderful evening but when I arrived home I was having some difficulty breathing thankfully I took my meds and that was the end of it. Apparently in Thai cooking often times the sauces are enriched with shrimp. I did not mention the allergy because I did not think it was necessary as nothing on the menu seemed like a red flag to me.

John P.

Yelp
This is a new Thai restaurant in Woodstock. The place is decorated nicely and has plenty of seating. The food was excellent and the service was very attentive. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is it is pricey for the Woodstock area. There are three other Asian restaurants within a mile of this one and priced more reasonably. Most of the meals are $15 with chicken and $18 with Beef or shrimp. It was worth trying, but will stick with others that are priced more reasonably.

Belen P.

Yelp
We just enjoyed our pickup order. The pickup was easy, young man at the front was very sweet and friendly. I arrived a little early and he kept me updated on my order. We ordered the chicken fried rice, pork ginger stir fry, chicken teriyaki, beef noodle soup, Chicken nam sod, roti massaman, and the kow moo dang. Each entree also came with a veggie spring roll. The roti was fantastic. It was tender, buttery, with a really nice flaky crisp. That one went fast, with several people asking if there was any more. The beef noodle soup was delicious. The broth was packaged separately from the other ingredients, which allowed everyone to add what they wanted. Everything was fresh and flavorful and the beef was very tender. The pork ginger stir fry was very flavorful, although the medium hot is probably a bit too hot for me. Next time I'll go with mild. The nam sod was so delicious and fresh tasting, with julienned ginger really amping up the flavor and texture. I liked it with the roti, someone else turned it into lettuce cups. Everyone really enjoyed it. Those who had the fried rice and chicken teriyaki also enjoyed them. The Kow moo dang was okay, though the pork was a little dry and tough. We got it out of curiosity and found it was okay, but probably will try something else next time. And there will be a next time!

Kevin H.

Yelp
We are big fans of Thai food and been to many in the Metro area over the last 25 years. Na NA Thai is a very nice addition to Towne Lake. We have been three times now since it opened and enjoyed every meal we've had there. Every dish we've tried has been very good, Ingredients have all been fresh for our taste prepared very well. Their Massaman Curry is in our opinion excellent, extremely flavorful but not over powering. Service is attentive, food has been very good and prices are reasonable. Our new "Go To" for Thai food. B

ATLien B.

Yelp
A hidden gem in Wdstk. Chicken Soup and Panang Curry were fantastic! Attentive service. Definitely worth coming again and again

Kyle P.

Yelp
This is our favorite Thai restaurant around. Their spring rolls are fantastic and the curry is awesome!
