What a mess… they don’t respond at e email, even resent many times, I had to explain THEM how things are working with Huurcomissie and oh wonder we don’t offer legal advise. WHAT???Ja but you could forward me to one?! Just terrible and a waste of time… I lost weeks in my case trying and hoping to get help from them!!! One star is still too much for them!!!

Years ago the team was more helpful/qualified. At present they seem unmotivated and are having difficulty providing assistance. Strong limitations to the range of their work.

Outstanding people !! For anyone having problems with high rent or difficult landlords, All should contact WOON first!! These are truly the most beautiful and caring and attentive people I have ever dealt with in Amsterdam!! Refreshing and wonderful, and always a pleasure to visit :) They won my house for me 3 times !! This is a really great service, volunteers who help and advise you with legal questions and your rights in rent contracts. Personally I spoke to a lawyer who helps out here in the evenings. Definitely recommend this, they are really caring!
