Woops! Macarons & Gifts (Galleria Dallas)

I ALWAYS LOVE going here!!!! I am OBSESSED with the Red velvet and how you can taste the different flavors. I've never had a bad macaron from here. I'm not a blueberry fan but Eric gave me a sample and it was phenomenal! The staff is always amazing! Eric was awesome and very kind!! If you've never had the Pumpkin iced coffee, highly recommended!!

This place is pretty cool—they have seriously good macarons with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. My family especially loves their coconut-flavored Alfajores. While it’s a bit on the pricey side and the tablet flip for tips can be a bit annoying, it’s still worth it. The quality of the desserts makes it a great spot for a sweet indulgence after lunch. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the Galleria Mall!

My pistachio macaron was delicious and freshly made with perfection. Also the white chocolate strawberry dessert was awesome as well. There is a wide variety of desserts to choose from. Customer service is superior. I will definitely visit again. Thank you!!!

Whoops! Macarons are some of the best I have tried in the DFW area. They were fresh and delicious. My favorites are the pistachio, cookies & cream, vanilla, tiramisu, and espresso macchiato.

The items are handmade fresh. The associate was very courteous and welcomed us upon arrival. Awesome customer service!!! Thank you!!! Will definitely visit again!!!

When i first got here the service was incredible and i knew that i would be taken care of. the food and drinks didn’t take too long even with a bunch of people ordering. the drinks and macaroons were very good, i got a iced matcha which i don’t normally like but dispite me disliking matchas i still found myself enjoying this drink quite a bit. i got a tiramisu macaroon and raspberry macaroon both were amazing. i recommend a tiramisu if you want something chocolatey and a raspberry if you want soemthing sweet. over all woops is an amazing stop if you want a quick yet cheep and very tasty snack or pick me up!(side note they have plenty of alternative milks if that is a problem for you)

Beautiful presentation! Picked these up for a party, and they made a wonderful centerpiece. Huge hit with the guests, and one of the best desserts I have ever had. Staff was super friendly, too. Highly recommend, will come back and support this great business!

Before I was introduced to woops, I had only had macarons once before. My coworker/friend introduce me to this place and the rest is history I got hooked on them. I went back the next 3 days in a row and got more! They have a variety of flavors and they’re all good! If you have a sweet tooth this place will surely satisfy you! Highly recommend.

I came here to grab a coffee and a macaron. My latte was great and the coffee itself was good. They had a lot of macarons to choose from, and I thought mine was very good. It was flavorful and it was light and airy.

Amazing, light and airy fresh! This delicate delicious dessert has always been my favorite sweet treat I like to sneak away and eat. I haven't had macarons in a while because they can be pricey but this place is a must try! Best flavor is the lemon!

Woops is different! And they know it. They advertise the fact that their filling is made with white chocolate ganache and not the traditional butter creme type of filling. While I do enjoy white chocolate, It's not always good to stray from tradition though. My taste buds may be different also, cause I did not enjoy any of the 6 we purchased. My wife and sister also agree, after taking a bite of each one, none were good enough to finish. I'm used to a savory and creamy buttery filling that melts in your mouth but Woops was more gelatin like and unfortunately none tasted like the specific flavors. They are big so while they do cost more then others I've purchased, the size of them might've been worth it. The cookie wasn't too bad, just lacked the specific flavor. Overall was just disappointed.

BEST macaroons I've ever had. I have never had one that was bad or too hard and they last. Their customer service is amazing and they are always gentle with the macaroons so they aren't crushed or broken. I know this is for the one in the galleria but I live closer to stone briar one and they are amazing. I was in Boston last week and they have woops too. The macaroons are consistent and I've never had a bad one. They are worth every penny.

I would highly recommend this place, they have a large variety of macarons and they taste amazing. I got the box of 12 for $30 and I was able to share with my whole family. This place is definitely a hidden gem at the Galleria and I know I'll be coming back.

A business that fits in perfectly at the Galleria! I went by and got half a dozen that were really delicious. I had never had a macaroon before, and I personally liked the texture a lot. It's a great idea for a gift, and there's a flavor for everyone.

I bought a sizable package of mixed flavors of macaroons and couldn't wait to try them. The filling is what ruined the somewhat dry macaroon - Too much that overwhelmed the cookie. The caramel one was okay, but too gelatinous which made it gummy. The birthday cake one was covered in some kind of coating that did nothing for the macaroon other than me throwing it out. In fact, I ended up throwing most of them out which is a shame because they are way pricey.
