Workshop Coffee | Bon Appétit

"GO HERE: because the Clerkenwell Road location of this sourcing-focused roaster is considered tops, quality-wise. (If you’re not waking up in East London, you can find them in Marylebone, Holborn, and Fitzrovia.) The La Marzocco Linea PB machine gets a workout making excellent espresso drinks, while their fleet of Aeropresses (no pour-over!) is on drip duty. ORDER THE: coffee drink of your choice. It’s all spot-on. THE VIBE IS: insider, but not stuffy. PRACTICAL STUFF: Check online for hours, since they vary daily at all four locations." - Condé Nast

Google
Plenty of coffee houses in this part of London, so I was looking for a cafe that was not part of a chain. And I was not disappointed. I was served a measured blend of Kenyan and Rwandan put together to make a first class cortado! Wow! The taste was strong and rich and beats anything I’ve tasted for months. Worth the detour.

This specialty coffee spot is a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts! The small space adds to its cozy charm, making it a perfect spot for coffee lovers. The flat white we tried was nothing short of amazing, showcasing their skill in crafting excellent espresso-based drinks. However, the filter coffee was a bit disappointing, lacking the usual quality. It's worth noting that their dessert options are limited, offering only one kind. So, if you're in the mood for outstanding coffee and don't mind the limited dessert selection, this place is still a top pick for your caffeine fix!

Very good coffee in the heart of London. The staff is very polite and helpful without any unnecessary "hipsterity". Coffee wise is a very tasty and smooth brew, with no strong aftertaste. I have been only for take-away but the option to sit in is also available and the place looks cool. Most definitely worth to pay a visit and try it.

Workshop Coffee is a cafe in London, UK 🇬🇧. It’s always crowded which is a good sign that the coffee is good quality. The staff were very fast to make our drink and the service was quick 💪🏼. The music 🎶 was loud a little but me and my friend managed to catch up. 😍🌺 We ordered Flat white coffee ☕️ and coffee latte ☕️ and Honey Cake 🍰. It is their signature cake. It was so yummy 😋. It was very good and the coffee was good 👍🏼..

You walk into a very standard set up, welcoming and pleasant staff. Gentle music vibes and a morning coffee buzz. Coffee - 8.0: the cup is perfectly crafted. Milk work is some of the best I’ve had in London. Creamy milk blends very well throughout the whole cup. The flavour is very subtle, slightly on the weak side. They use a Las Marias Blend that does have a warming taste, I’d like some of the fruitiness to come through more for a perfect cup.

Visited this coffee shop while on vacation in London. The minute i stepped in i just knew the coffee was gonna be good. Something about the smell of the place, I just knew i wasnt going to be disappointed. I ordered a cafe latte and it was amazing...the staff was professional and friendly. Its a small little quaint place..just lovely.

Very good and efficient service! Was instantly met with a smile and a heartwarming atmosphere as I stepped foot into the lovely aroma of brewed coffee and baked goods! The coffee itself was really good and I overall have no complaints! Will most definitely be coming back here!

Google
I’d originally searched for coffee shops good to do some work in and this one came up. However when I walked in, ordered and then went to sit down the tables are low and minuscule so you can’t set up to work. The coffee was lovely but a bit small for the price tag. Pastry a bit dry. Service wasn’t ideal and to top it off they didn’t have WiFi (what the heck 😅) So all in all, decent place for a coffee if you want to take away or sit briefly but otherwise, terrible for wanting to do a bit of work!!

Yelp
This was another coffee shop that my friend recommended to me, though I have to admit that it certainly doesn't have the charm that the other one does. It's basically a typical coffee shop that happens to be tucked away in the back streets of Westminster. Also, it only serves coffee, or should I say that it only serves bevereges, and while it does have food, it's not an extensive selection. Still, as a cafe it is pretty good, well, to the extent that they don't take cash, which I have to admit is rather annoying.

Yelp
Wonderful craft coffee and the space is relaxing to hang out. Loved the music too. Clean bathroom and very nice staff!

Yelp
This place is frustratingly never open even on non-bank holiday inn and not on weekends they still don't turn off to work it's so frustrating as the coffee is so good!

Yelp
Very smooth coffee, got a latte and a espresso. Barista was very nice and chatty. They have a nice sitting area in the back (good for the Gram), and a very clean bathroom downstairs. If you are visiting from the States, know that the one size they have here is about 8 oz which is 4 oz smaller than a small in America lol.

Yelp
Went in for a quick espresso and was pleasantly surprised. A very well crafted drink, delivered with flawless service.

Yelp
This is my go-to spot. Excellent coffee and very friendly staff. There is only a modest amount of seating but it never seems crowded. If you are after a perfectly crafted latte, this is the place!

Yelp
Great coffee and excellent customer service. I got a black coffee and my gf got an americano. Both were delicious and strong. I also got the ham and cheese croissant which was mind blowing

Yelp
Having moved from their old home just around the corner, the new Workshop Coffee shop is perfectly placed behind Oxford Circus. Tucked away, it can be easy to miss but affords a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the tourist friendly restaurants around it. While the coffee is slightly more expensive than other cafes, they do it well and it's worth the extra. With an airy open plan seating arrangement - the long bench seating facing the bar - it isn't somewhere you could spend an afternoon but is perfect for a quick recharge with their delicious selection of drinks and sandwiches made on site.

Yelp
High end carefully sourced single origin coffee, Flat White £3, filter £3-4 depending on bean. Only seating for 10people, so expect a takeout! Had originally given them three stars for the small space and high price, but you know, it's actually worth it. Staff are great too.

Yelp
Delish engine starting and revving cappucinos! Thank you - felt like Italy, not the UK!

Yelp
Service: outstanding Decoration: very nice Coffee: amazing! What can you say about a coffee place? There is a lot of competition in this area (Kaffeine, Mothers Milk) so I think it is very hard to judge. But I have tried the flat white at all 3 places and for me Coffee Workshop outperforms the competition. The temperature if the milk, amount of foam, milk/coffee ratio is all close to perfect. Add the outstanding service level and the super nice decoration and I am sold :) Definitely a place for the coffee aficionado.

Yelp
Checked this place out to try their coffee but was pleasantly surprised to also find delicious food and good service. One of those coffee shops where you can choose between a restaurant style visit or a more traditional visit where you only get drinks and do not get seated where a server will greet you. And yes the coffee did not disappoint. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Yelp
This is by far the best coffee I have ever tasted (and I LOVE coffee)! Definitely have their iced latte, it's my favourite. That being said, all of the other drinks are great too. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The sit in space is a little small, so maybe not as great if you want to sit and study, but I normally get coffee to go.

Yelp
Popped in this delightful coffee shop before a class at Psycle next door. It's narrow and cozy, with a bright, shiny espresso machine. Good vibes. The barista was lovely; not only did he pull a fantastic mocha (not too sweet, yay!), but he was just so friendly. We had a nice little chat about my hometown of San Francisco, and I was on my way. A real bright spot in my day, will absolutely return for the delicious coffee, lovely room, and warm service.

Yelp
Loved the atmosphere+great coffee. I tried the brownie too and I enjoyed it. The staff seemed friendly to the other customers and made a lot of small talk with them, but was pretty quiet with me haha. A well deserved 4 stars

Yelp
Really great coffee shop right off of Regent St. It has a nice seating area in the back and friendly baristas. The flat white was fantastic.

Yelp
This place is just as good as their locations in Marylebone and Farringdon. The soy lattes are smooth and wonderful. The place itself is quite cosy and can get busy in the mid-morning and afternoons.

Yelp
Friendly staff, delicious pastries and good coffee. My coffee wasn't as hot as I would have liked but still pretty great. Nice new decor.

Yelp
Nice shot of Rwanda after an unpleasant experience at Mother's Milk. Great customer service too.
