I only had 12 hours in hanoi and workshop 14 was first on my list of places to visit cos I had heard so many good things from my friends. The space itself is sophisticated yet relaxed, intentional but not pretentious. But the drinks were unlike anything I've had elsewhere. Other bars usually throw a bunch of flavors together and call it a day but I think the staff go beyond flavors. There is technique and thought behind every drink which results in carefully layered and something quietly magical about each drink they create. If you want a lovely l intimate experience with friends, come here. If you want run of the mill drinks with loud parties taking intrusive photos every 30 seconds, don't! Also forgot to mention that service was great. I had injured my knee and was wearing a brace. they made all efforts to make sure that I was well taken care of. I just love when a bunch of people passionate about what they do get together and do smth cool like workshop 14. What a truly hidden gem!!

It’s the kind of place where you can linger with friends over a drink and actually feel at ease. Repeated visits confirm the consistency. The central space works best for groups, opening to the bar with an easy flow. The smaller side tables, by contrast, feel cramped for two - more a function of space than intent. As someone who isn’t a heavy drinker, I would welcome a few more snacks on the menu; not essential, but it would round out the experience. In short: Workshop 14 offers sophistication without pretension, making it one of Hanoi’s standout spots for those who want both quality and comfort.

A hidden gem with a cozy vibe and top-notch service! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The atmosphere is warm, intimate, and just the right amount of lively—perfect for catching up with friends or winding down after a long day. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They’re incredibly welcoming, attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. You can tell they care about creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door. And the drinks? Absolutely on point. Whether you’re into craft cocktails, a perfectly poured glass of wine, or something a little off the beaten path, they’ve got you covered. Everything was well-balanced and delicious. If you’re looking for a spot that combines comfort, quality, and personality, this bar is definitely worth a visit!

The cocktails are exceptional; layered, complex, and presented with care and artful creativity. I saw this was in the Asia’s 50 Best Bars and I had to try. Winnie, our host was intelligent, funny and articulate about each drink. The space itself strikes a perfect balance between elegance and ease: stylish without being stiff, intimate without feeling cramped. I couldn’t stick to my usual “just one drink” rule! I’m already planning to return tonight.

What a stunning space with such a beautiful atmosphere! We were just wandering by, looking for an old bar in the area, when we were lucky enough to be greeted by the lovely Linh (or Winnie, as she sweetly goes by). Let’s just say—it was love at first vibe, and we knew we had to come back. And come back we did… for three days straight! Linh was not only absolutely charming, but also incredibly professional and welcoming. She made us feel right at home—warm smiles, great energy, and just the right touch of sparkle. We made our way through nearly the entire signature cocktail list (for research purposes, of course!) and each drink was a delight. Personal favourites? Tết Bathtub and Oh Pomelo—don’t miss them. Workshop 14 is a must-visit for cocktail lovers, and the best bar I visited in Vietnam, let alone just Ha Noi. A sleek, modern and beautiful bar with service and drinks to match the looks. They make use of seasonal Vietnamese flavours to great effect, with a touch of elegance and class on the side. Keep up the great work guys!

I don't drink alcohol so I asked for mocktail options, which are already poor with the total number of 2 on the menu, but the waiter only talked about one option. I found that strange and asked What about the other one? And he eventually said that mocktail is already sold out. If the waiter could have been honest & transparent about that from the beginning, maybe I would have had a more decent impression on the service at least. The bar at 9pm already sold out 1 of its 2 mocktail offers, left me no other choice but to order the drink they had available, which was in the end not to my taste. A pity.

i really enjoyed my time here with some of my companions. as a person who prefers privacy and tranquility, the place is very ideal for me. the drinks are quite good, but the highlight is the atmosphere, which gives me a calm and relaxed feeling. would totally recommend it. and to be honest, if you intend to come to this place just to take a few pictures and expect it to be similar to the other coffee shops, then don’t visit this at all, leave it for suitable people please
