WorldSprings was such an amazing experience - honestly one of the most relaxing things I’ve done in a long time. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed for pure relaxation. We spent about three hours there and enjoyed every minute. The variety of mineral pools was impressive, and each one felt unique and therapeutic. Rotating between the warm mineral pools, the cold plunge, and the sauna was incredibly refreshing and grounding. The cold plunge was intense in the best way, and pairing it with the sauna left us feeling completely reset. What really stood out was how relaxed and rejuvenated we felt afterward - physically and mentally. Time flew by, and we never felt rushed or crowded. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall vibe encouraged you to truly unplug and slow down. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, de-stress, and feel genuinely refreshed, WorldSprings is 100% worth it. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and already planning my next visit.

I really liked my experience. I was there on December 31st, I came 20 minutes after they opened and it was already bunch of people there. I was there for 3 hours, so I left around 1pm and by then it started getting pretty busy. But from 10 to 1pm I was able to be alone in the tub or with one more person, so it wasn’t too crowded yet. Saunas are really nice and hot, springs were amazing too. Most of them supposed to be same temperature, but some of them are a bit cooler, so if you feel too cool or too warm, try a different one. I liked options honestly because you getting hotter, weather warming up and I couldn’t sit in super hot water for too long at certain point. I see a lot of people complain that it’s not “that luxury”. Well it’s hot springs, not full designated spa center, so yeah it’s not as fancy as some other places. The robe situation - yes the fact that if you book 3 hours you need to rent it for $15 is silly in my opinion. But you don’t need it. You are getting in and out of the water, the robe will be soaked in no time. So unlimited towels is all you need, so don’t even worry about that. Now about amendments, yes a lot of spas have way more care products and such, but it my opinion there was all you would need. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, tampons, hair dryer, some cotton swabs and cotton pads. Im my opinion only thing was missing is lotion. You spend many hours soaking in water that does contain some chlorine or other chemicals, so lotion would come super handy. It’s clean, there are many hydration stations. Honestly I can’t complain, my experience was really nice. I got exactly what I expected. The only thing is, it’s still a place where people come to relax. So please if you want to be loud - go to the bar or club or whatever. There is relaxing music blasting from every speaker - I think it’s a solid hit. Let’s be respectful to each other and enjoy some quiet time together ❤️

Absolutely amazing! No waiting kid and judgment free luxurious salt spas. Well established and created to offer the best spa treatment in all temperatures along with towels and robe service. Great bar and food service.

Andrea is absolutely the best when it comes to massages. She made the entire experience incredibly enjoyable, and I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely request her whenever I return. The entire place was fantastic — the manager personally escorted me to the spa,I arrived at 0830 so I was there extremely early. I drove two hours for my 30th birthday massage. I felt very welcomed. Everyone there is wonderful, and the hot springs were truly rejuvenating!

Fantastic experience! My friend and I visited on a weekday and it was a little busy but the sprawling venue accommodated everyone very nicely. We had a Swedish massage and a few hours to enjoy the soaks! We had a nice lunch here too! The staff were especially friendly and helpful. We’re planning a return visit in cooler weather during the evening to enjoy the hot tubs and fire pits! A truly memorable time no matter when you visit! Well done, World Springs 🙌🙏

They say Disney is the most magical place on earth, nope it's WorldSprings! I am obsessed with this place! It is the pinnacle of relaxation and worth every dollar! I went on a Friday afternoon and this seems like an adult resort experience and I don't think people bring their kids very often and everyone was respectful and quiet and it really made for a lovely experience. I feel like the 3-hour option is just barely enough time to be able to hit all of the different pools and saunas and hot springs and activities you want to do. I would suggest doing the full day experience. This place is decorated perfectly , it is immaculately clean and well equipped. I didn't see a single piece of trash on the ground on the property the entire time I was there, the locker rooms are incredibly clean and well stocked, and you have plenty of access to towels and water stations. There are servers that will walk around to all the different pools and ask if you would like a drink, and they will take your order poolside and bring it to you. They do have a bar and cafe on the property and the prices are a couple dollars more than you would spend at a restaurant, but their drinks and food are surprisinglt delicious and it's worth the convenience!

This place is great. It is a bit pricy in my opinion but the experience is divine. Went on a weekday and the crowd was not bad at all. At first the customer service was not very pleasant. Upon walking in no hello or warm getting just a let me see your bag. At the front counter received a wristband but again no warm greeting, asking if it was our first time, which it was and asking if we hand any questions or directing us where to go. The place is extremely well kept and clean. There are so many pools and I love how they not only say the temperature but the minerals inside them and what they do. Wide variety of temperatures from 50 to 110. They have many saunas and offer many classes as well as spa experiences. Once inside the customer service was much better as staff warmly greets you and asks if you would like anything to eat or drink. I also misplaced my phone and the staff was amazing in helping me locate it (especially Michelle). I would say as it became dark it became harder to see and highly recommend they get some more lighting for the walkways as it becomes dangerous. Overall it was a lovely experience and I'll be back

This was our first time visiting Worldsprings to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We went on a Saturday, and it was very crowded. It didn’t have the relaxing spa atmosphere I expected — it felt more like a mix between a water park and a nightclub. Also, when they say “pools,” they’re really referring to hot tubs. Each one was about the size of a typical hotel hot tub, not full-sized pools as I had imagined. The pools were a bit murky looking. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but I would not recommend going on the weekend. I’ve heard it’s more spa-like during the week, but I haven’t experienced that myself. We paid $100 for a 3-hour pass, only to find out later that if you book a facial, you receive a free 3-hour soak — which would have been a much better deal. Overall, for the price, I would probably choose to visit the Gaylord and book one of their spa treatments or go somewhere a bit more relaxing.

Variety of hot tubs with what they claim different minerals. Couldn't confirm the difference between minerals as the water pretty much looks and feels the same in every hot tub. Not as many cold tubs available and you have to wait in order to get into a cold one bc they get busy. There's hydrating/water stations around the facility. Flatbed was good and so were the drinks. Food and drink prices are on the high side. Parking was super easy. Restrooms were clean and there was always a crew working on it to keep them dry. Plenty of lockers to leave your belongings in an enjoy an afternoon going from hot tubs to cold plunges.

It was 85° and it was Amazing!! It has a Vegas spa feel. Clean, wide open, cool ambiance m We arrived early, parking was a breeze, 1st time check-ins fill out a waiver on their iPad, then head to the locker room if you want to secure any items. I didn't notice logic to the pools, they were just sort of random. There are little signs that explain the temp and benefits of that pool. I was hoping for a 70's ish cold pool but there was a 55° pool. It was Cold! I couldn't stay more than about a minute but some people didn't react like it was freezing. There are saunas throughout. The food was better than I expected. You do have to walk up, order and return when your buzzer goes off. The turkey sandwich & sweet & spicy chips were delicious, guacamole & chips and flat bread was average. The wait was maybe 10-15 mins. Updated: 2025 prices have increased. I have been about 5-6 times and the 9/2025 was the most expensive by far. The crowd was a lot lighter, which was nice but the price increase will mean that I won't be able to visit as frequently.

I had an amazing experience at World Springs in Texas ! There are so many hot and warm tubs/pools, we took a full day to enjoy all of them. It's so spread out and big, you can't tell it's crowded. We went on a Sunday and it was perfect. -They do a great job of keeping 18+ separated from kid section. -Drinks were great. All the acholic drinks are hand made. -Food was decent, they have a cafe with healthy and snack options Signed up for the sound bath, it was pefect! and absolutely loved every minute. The space itself is serene and beautifully designed, and the staff made me feel welcome and cared for the whole time. It's the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

Came here for a girls day out. When we arrived we were asked if we had reservations, we didn't, but was told we could enter anyways. You have to sign a waiver and then pay. Not knowing what exactly we were getting into my sister left her drivers license in the car and she looks over 21, the lady at the front desk made such a funk about her not having it that she got a no drinking band. Her attitude was horrible as when I went to ask a question, she let me know that if I just waited she would give me her spill. However when I went to order food, she didn't connect my credit card to my band so I had to use Apple Pay. We stayed and utilized almost every pool, had some food and ordered some drinks. The time spent there was enjoyable, a little pricey, but would definitely do it again.

I was looking for something relaxing to do before my flight and this place was perfect! I got the 3 hour package with a robe. During my stay made my way around the entire place; trying out the 2 large pools along with many of the spas and even trying the cold plunge. I was served drinks while sitting at the pool but you could also get food at the bar area. The service was good and I would definitely go back for a massage next time.

I went here for my birthday and had the best time. I spent all day here with a couple friends, and will definitely be returning. There were spaces that were quiet and easy to relax, and others where we were chatty and more energetic. Staff brought cocktails to the pool and the locker room was clean and well stocked.

I've seen this spa/pool all over social media since they opened, so I finally checked it out. Overall, it was a solid experience with a few things to keep in mind. Shoutout to Taylon -- super welcoming, knowledgeable, and funny while still giving us all the info we needed. We even stopped by to chat with him again on our way out. Great energy and a real asset to the place. Food & Drinks: Food prices were reasonable, but we didn't try anything since we had dinner plans afterward. A few friends in the group ordered a pitcher and were pretty disappointed--price didn't match the quality at all. Linking your card to your wristband is a nice touch--makes purchases easy and hassle-free. Locker/Shower Area: Really clean and well-maintained. Bring your own toiletries and maybe a cheap loofah you don't mind tossing--there were dispensers in the showers, but several guests mentioned they were empty. The Grounds: Cute layout with calming vibes. Music playing but nothing too loud or disruptive. It's a chill spot overall. Pools are small, so depending on when you go, you might not get to experience every one. Timing is everything. One hiccup: We had a pretty wild moment when a huge spider ran into one of the pools. Thankfully, another guest spotted it just in time and we all jumped out. While I understand it's an outdoor space, the initial staff response felt a little too relaxed--they kind of brushed it off. That said, it seems they did follow up later behind the scenes. Final thoughts: I'd return, though I'm not rushing back. I'd still recommend it to friends--it's worth trying, especially if you plan to take advantage of the saunas, classes, and other amenities. Next time, I'll come more prepared to make the most of the visit.

Hubby planned a date for the two of us at World Springs on a Saturday and I was looking forward to experiencing the venue. With over 40 mineral host springs with temperatures ranging from the 80's to the 100's, as well as plunges, saunas, fire pits, a cafe and bar, it seemed promising. I really wanted to go here and LOVE the experience, but unfortunately, I didn't. Unfortunately, I can't pinpoint the exact reason for my disappointment, it felt more like transitioning between various hot tubs, rather than immersing myself in a relaxing experience. The drinks were over priced and I was honestly ready to go after the first hour, despite having purchased all day passes. I guess it just wasn't the experience for me.

My friend got us tickets to go here for my birthday back in May. There had been a lot of rainstorms in the days prior so when we got there another patron told us that they were experiencing issues with some of the pool temps. We were given a pass to return that expired August 31. We finally made our return visit in August and got to experience the pools. It is very clean, relaxing and we enjoyed our time there. We tried the turkey club from the cafe which was delicious, got the side of fruit which was nice. I really loved the Dead Sea bc it was so cool and the saltiness made floating around really easy. The only reasons I deducted one star is because at some point the time frame really made things feel rushed, the ladies locker room I was unable to find a swimsuit spinner despite seeing a sign for one and because of the initial visit issue.

WorldSprings is the ultimate romantic + fun date spot. It's quiet enough to actually talk (rare for dates), but still has relaxing music so you don't hear random splashes in awkward silence. The wristbands are super handy--you can use them to pay for things and to open your locker. (Tip: press the top of the band against the lock and twist your wrist to open and close it.) There are so many pools to explore, which made it exciting even when I had no idea what I was doing. The regulars told us the trick is alternating between the cold plunge and sauna, and trying it out was both hilarious and refreshing. The sunset views are gorgeous, and everyone is taking pictures, so don't be shy to bring your phone. The only real downside? Closing time. They clear the pools 30 minutes early (which does cut into the time you paid for), then 100+ people rush the changing rooms at once... no towels left, no where to change clothes, everyone dripping wet, and tiny hair dryers that could barely handle one strand of hair. The end felt more like a scramble than a spa. Still, everything leading up to that was amazing. My advice: head out an hour before closing and you'll keep the relaxing, romantic vibe all the way through.

There are also a few cold plunges available with temps ranging from 45 - 55 degrees F. Options 3 hour Soak 6 hour soak with access to full amenities Robes are available for rent if needed. I visited on a chilly day in March and it was the best experience. Each soak has a little information out front detailing the healing properties and the region. Food Light snack & drinks are available for purchase such as chips and guacamole & mango margaritas. Parking Parking available around the perimeter of the lot with additional parking in the back. It is a short walk to the entrance where you check in and can begin your experience. If you are in the mood to treat yourself. I suggest giving World Springs a try.

Went here for a 3 hour soak with some friends. There were a lot of different pools to choose from, and it was really fun. They have pools from all over the world with varying temperatures. They also have some very cold ones too. There was also a sauna, but I didnt stay long because it was so hot. I got some pineapple juice for $6. They also had drinks and other food available. I did think there were a lot of people, and it was kind of loud. The line to get in (at 1pm) was long, and parking can be difficult. It was around $80 for the 3 hour soak.

We came here for the BOGO Back to School promo they had going on. I was really excited by all the hype surrounding this place. The parking lot is big, but definently was a walk. Walking in, they check your bags and overall it looked really fancy. We got our wristbands and got changed. They do provide free towels and robes (I wish I knew that in advance) The locker room mechanism is simple, but it can be challenging to figure out & it can get stuck. The cocktails we got were the pina colada and the frose. Both were frozen cocktails for $14, which I personally do not think is worth the price. We also got the grazing board (18) and chips and guac (10). I think the grazing board was more worth it, but the presentation was lackluster. It has a bunch of grapes in the center and they put jam and honey comb right underneath. Personally not very picky when it comes to food touching, but I still wasn't a fan because of how messy it was. The guac was extremely small portion, and it wasn't very good either. The chips were ok. The two pools that are medium cold are the dead sea and the one with the globe. I personally think it would be cool if the dead sea became a lazy river situation, because it is really fun to float. I do not think this spa is ideal for the summer time because all the pools are basically hot or round the 90 degree mark. There are like 40-50 pools throughout the whole area and most of them are around the same structure, just different minerals. I like that there were rocks underneath, it provided a fun experience texturally. I do think they could do better with differentiating between the different pools because it starts to feel like the same old same old. There are saunas and some classes that are free to attend. Also, big thing, my leg started getting bumps after swimming here. They were itchy and were just along my legs, which I have never experienced before in my life. They are slowly going away now, but I can still feel them. Be careful and cautious about swimming here. TLDR; expensive, similar pools, got multiple tiny bumps from the pools

Checked out WorldSprings after seeing an ad on social media. It's located just outside Grandscape and pretty close to home, which was super convenient. The property has a wide variety of springs, pools, and saunas to explore. I booked a massage, which included a 3-hour soak to enjoy all the amenities. We grabbed a margarita and relaxed for a bit--you can enjoy the soak either before or after your appointment, which is a nice option. The staff was friendly and accommodating during every interaction, which made the experience pleasant overall. A few things could be improved: when booking a massage, there isn't an option to request a male or female therapist, which would be helpful for guests with a preference. Also, there's only one towel station at the entrance ( at least that I saw)--having additional stations throughout the property would make things easier. Lastly, it would be great if the wristbands could be used for payments. Having to carry your phone or wallet around kind of takes away from the relaxing, disconnected atmosphere they're going for. Overall, a good experience with a lot to offer, and just a few areas where small changes could really elevate the visit.

I had a really good time but wasn't able to relax because it was so crowded but that didn't stop me from sitting, being still and enjoying! Can't wait to go back on a Monday to get the full experience.

Big shout out to Amaya for assisting me this weekend. She was friendly, super helpful, and funny. I had a gift card issue that was kind of complex, and she was super patient and helped resolve it. I always love going here. This is hands down the best place to go with your girlfriends and unwind, catch up, grab some drinks, and luxuriate. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a few hours here at WorldSprings and my body is thanking me for stopping by. They have various pools which simulate various locations in the world. The coldest I saw was 54 degrees and the hottest was 103 degrees. They have food you can try and snack on throughout your stay as well if you get hungry. The technology in the wrist band allows one to lock and unlock the lockers in the locker rooms. Saunas are prevalent through out the establishment. This place is high quality and the minerals in the water should help with some aches/pains. Stop by WorldSprings and get right for sure!

10/10! I drove from Houston to try this place out! My soak time was 9:15am which I thought was a great time-no issues with parking, not overly crowded for a Saturday morning, I appreciate how there are colored wristbands to let you know how long you have, you have three hours to explore the amenities. The staff will make an announcement to let you know that a certain color wristband time has expired. Check in was a breeze, electronically done the waiver, and no other issues presented during my check-in. I think the soak is pretty affordable, considering the number of mineral pools available. It was well kept, well maintained property. I know there's been reviews about cleanliness, but I did not see any of those issues, and the common grounds and in the locker rooms. As far as food and drinks, I did not order any food however I did get a green smoothie which was pretty good and flavorful. I truly enjoyed my time and I feel like the 4 Hour drive was worth it. Lol.

My daughter and I made a reservation for 7 PM, when the reduced rate begins. We booked the standard soak which gives you access to 2 hours with full access to over 40 mineral hot springs, saunas, and cold plunges, in addition to: Fire pits, lounge areas, Poolside drink service, Deluxe locker rooms, shower amenities & Complimentary towels. You can rent robes but I'll bring my own next time. The Springs café and bar offers food and drink items for purchase. Drink service is also provided while in the pools. Japan and Korea were our favorites; we like the pebbles on the bottom and the minerals that were used in the pools. I definitely plan on coming back.

My fiancé booked the hot springs experience for me as a birthday gift & I must say it exceeded all expectations one could have. You walk in & immediately feel relaxation take over your body. There's a man inside the door that checks any bags you may bring, and also instructs you to fill out their waiver form. Once complete you go through the check-in line, which is straightforward, and are instructed on where to go for the lockers and entry into the hot springs. One thing I learned is that they have a side geared towards families & then an 18+ side, which is such a nice touch for those who don't have kids, or who want to consume alcohol and say/do as they please without worry. Apparently there's a few options to choose from as far as how long you'd like to be here. We had a 3 hour limit, but there's also an all day pass you can inquire about. I feel like 3 hours is plenty to visit in all of the hot springs, cold plunges & saunas - we did it in 2 hours with enough time to eat if we chose (plenty of food & drink choices for more than reasonable prices). Only thing is if you do intend to eat while here, maybe gear it towards the end of your time before you leave as food is not allowed in the springs area. Aside from the soaks there's also different wellness classes one can take & options to get massages done on site as well. Truly a one stop shop for all things good for the mind, body and soul. I had such an amazing time and cannot wait to come back.

So, mixed review here! Actual pools and sauna rooms GREAT! It was busy on a cloudy Friday but you could still get around and plenty of lockers. Service could have been better as I never was able to find someone to put in a cocktail order and the line at the bar was huuuge. The robe station was confusing as some of my party got their robes free and some of us didn't even though we booked the exact same. Just do free robes, if smaller places with cheaper prices can this place definitely can. Spa service was mid. $300 for 50min signature massage that felt like someone rubbing lotion on me was a FLOP! I asked for deeper pressure and nope the same. It was cold and weird not a relaxing spa , I've had better at massage envy ‍. I definitely want to go back as I didn't hit all the pools or saunas but that will be all I go back for. 2 stars off for the mediocre massage and drink service and robe disappointment.

Pretty cool experience. Went on Wednesday 12 ish, not crowded at all. Lots of hot tubs, cool plunges, saunas to use. They have different regions and different temps. They do have servers that walk around taking drinks orders but you can only order food from the cafe area only. They have full lockers to use afterwards. Great experience, recommend.

Had such a relaxing time! The place was very spacious with mineral pools, the Dead Sea pool and saunas! I spent the full 3 hours there. You have a choice to do an all day pass or the 3 hour pass. I came on a weekday, Tuesday after work at 5:30. It was perfect. There wasn't a-lot of people. The staff was friendly throughout the spa. The locker rooms were clean and had showers and bathrooms. Your wristband locks your locker. You can also add your card to your wrist band to order cocktails or food. I tried the green smoothie and it was refreshing. There is so much to enjoy. Perfect for sharing with your girlfriends for a girls day or a couples spa day. My body felt soft and my aches were better after going into the mineral pools that has what's in the pool water and its benefits. Highly recommend and great price. You can also get a membership.

Super fun and unique activity for the north DFW area! Highly recommend reserving a spot on a weekday first thing in the morning. The 3-hour soak was the perfect amount of time to try out multiple mineral springs circuits and even dip into the Dead Sea pool. The cold plunges and saunas were fantastic and I left feeling incredible. The locker room was clean and had plenty of room and lockers. Access is controlled by your wristband that you get at check in. Really appreciated the hair dryer stations! The peach-grapefruit mocktail that I had poolside was delicious and the food looked amazing. Totally recommend this for a girls day or a solo treat!

Neat experience if you're looking for the closest thing to natural hot springs in DFW. It's a bit of a hassle when you consider the one hour drive each way from Dallas (with inevitable traffic accounted for). The cost of admission is on the higher end of the spas in DFW but the food and drink prices are average. I'd do this once every year or couple of years on a special occasion, or more regularly if they brought back more deals to make the distance seem worth it. The staff is friendly and responsive too.

Coolest concept- really wonderful set up. Smooth flow- plenty of parking. Great price during off-peak hours. A group of gals decided to take the plunge and try World Springs out. Educators get $10 off- we snagged a $29 soak! Please keep the prices affordable!!! Thank you!!! Some cool things I read about: it's spread over 10 acres, this place outdoor wellness retreat has tons soaking pools modeled after springs from places like Iceland, Mexico, Japan, and Bali. When you look out while soaking it really does feel like you are on vacation. Chill, upscale but not unaffordable and ideal for couples- loved the adults only area- wellness lovers, or a self-care day with friends. Think of it as a luxury getaway without leaving Texas. I also loved the clean bathroom, changing areas and privacy- I didn't get to take advantage of this but I saw they offer- The massages, facials, yoga, breathwork, and sound bath sessions for a full mind-body vibes. One thing to take heed: we booked our soak for 7-10pm but they were asking guest to start exiting the spring pools at 8:30pm, we asked a lot of questions and apparently it was posted on their website that the springs shut down at that time but you can enjoy the other amenities- hmm(well 8:45 but they were closing up shop at 8:30) last call was being announced at 8:15, we had but gotten our drinks- our server took so long and was pretty flustered that they ran out of piña colada I ordered- the prickly pear options was a great choice though- a little deceiving on the soak times- but we loved trying different springs. Loved the massaging foot rocks and the cleanliness- the towels were hot and fresh. Overall a majorly Cool Spot! Maybe they can host different events under the stars- but I guess that hour and 15 minute soak will have to do for now.

I went to WorldSprings on a breezy Thursday morning with a friend. The entire facility was very clean. I tried several of the pools, and enjoyed the varying temperatures. The calm waters and spa music made me feel incredibly relaxed. I enjoyed the views as well since it's on a hill and surrounded my lush landscapes. There were several of kind employees constantly checking in on us. I appreciate that they have an all day pass, a menu so you can stay the entire day, and both blended and adults only spaces. I'll be back!

Visited and had a fabulous Swedish massage by Michelle and then went into the spring The pools are fabulous with Asian, Europe , Americas themes of springs in those regions...totally therapeutic and relaxing. Service was great from having lifeguards there as well as someone coming around to take your drink order. I felt like I was in an oasis . I'm already planning a return

A very relaxing day. I started out with a deep tissue massage - done by Antoine - it was great, balanced between pressure & soothing. Then I spent the rest of the afternoon in all the pools, going from 99-104 degrees and even the cold plunge for about 30 seconds. Each pool has its own mixture of minerals for all kinds of ailments from stress, joint aches, inflammation- whatever. And since I dipped into all of them, I should now be healed of everything. And the dead sea salt pool is a floating heaven. A few tips & notes to self if I'm in the area again: Robes & flip flips can be rented/purchased or bring your own There's a café & wandering waitstaff, but you need a card or Applepay (i had neither w me, since I was in my bathing suit) For the locker room - BYOL - L= lotion. Needed after a day of soaking and I was surprised it wasn't in the locker room.

Overall, started out as a good concept. However, it has been evolved into what most businesses in the DFW have become. Overcrowded, inconsistent, and not worth the price you pay. This was my fourth time, against my better judgment. Positives: they have options with the hot tubs, saunas, and cold plunges; food and drinks are available (can't vouch for quality or taste - never had it); they have added hydration stations which prove cold and refreshing H2O. Negatives: It has become overcrowded so no real relaxation occurring especially on the weekends. Unfortunately the women's locker rooms are maintained as frequently as they should be. Could be in part to them being understaffed. They've also done away with the swimwear spin dryers, but they do offer plastic bags for you wet items. The customer service is inconsistent. We ordered beverages from one person that was willing to also bring an extra cup of water, went to reorder and they said no, you need to visit the hydration station. I personally just prefer consistency. Tarantulas, scorpions, and other unsuspecting visitors OH MY! Toward the end of my 3 hr time limit, a tarantula made a mad dash for the hot tub we were enjoying. For us, that was a wrap! Paranoia set in and we left. Other times I'd visited during the weekdays and they were much calmer and less crowded. I'd advise that if it's an option for you and you want more relaxation versus party.

Plan for the day here. So many pools and saunas to try. Ranging from the very hot to a cold plunge. Towels and robes for rent are available. You can exchange towels in for dry ones, but not the robes. We had been exchanging all day but the last person blasted us for asking. Didn't love her. Well worth the day pass. We did not try the food, but it looked fresh and people had great feedback. I highly recommended a pitcher of the watermelon refresher.

We absolutely loved our experience at WorldSprings! I also loved the educator discount and the fact that you can use your HSA! The setting is beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the variety of pools made for such a relaxing and unique evening. Each pool had its own vibe and temperature, and we really enjoyed exploring them all. The whole place felt clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. A few small notes: our soak was booked from 6-9 PM, but they began encouraging guests to exit the pools around 8:45. It would've been nice to enjoy the full time we paid for. Also, a couple of the pools were closed, and the drinks were on the pricier side--but honestly, none of that took away from the overall experience. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it for a relaxing escape or special night out!

We went last Sunday and the Sun was definitely out. Around Noon, I bought lunch and sat near Iceland Pool. Lots of tables and chairs but all of the umbrellas were tied up so I asked the staff if they could open the umbrellas to get some shade. I was told there was a strong wind advisory but she would check. She got the okay so we opened up 2 umbrellas for shade. A few hours later, I was in the Japan pool and the Sun was shining bright. I asked a server if she could open the umbrella and I got the same response, "high wind advisory but she would check." I saw how casually she walked so I went to find the manager myself. Again, I was told, "no die to high wind advisory." There is NO wind, just sun. I was very upset and frustrated so we left. We weren't even there 3 hours but neither of us wanted to get sunburned. Sunglasses wasn't enough. Sunblock wasn't enough. Shade would have been nice. Of course, I bought the 3-Pack all day access that isn't transferrable. We've been there 7xs, since last December. The best time to go is at night but you only get a few hours and they close. We did our first 6 hour on Snow day in January. That was gorgeous, snow still on the ground and rocks. We went for Winter Solstice and that was great, but of course, we got sunburned in May for Memorial Day and in June for Summer Solstice. It rained in May and several times, we all had to gather by bar or inside due to lightening, thunderstorms and showers but we got 90-day voucher that was very easy to redeem. I love that it's outside but ONLY in Winter. Do yourself a favor and try a wellness center that is inside or a different spa because this one hasn't worked out the kinks. The staff is never around to take your drink order; there's absolutely no public displays of affection or you will have whistle blown on you. Lifeguards around Globe and Dead Sea are stalking more than ensuring your safety from drowning. This place is definitely not worth the $$$$$.

I was super excited to try out this new spa. I went on a Monday morning and there was not too many people there, which probably isn't always the case. Our group was able to try out all of the different waters (pool hopping). It was tons of fun. The only thing I wish was open was the dead sea, which was under maintenance when I went..

I had a decent time going here with my friend but probably will not return. The price really does not justify the experience. The vibe was not the spa experience I was hoping for. Be honest, who can tell the difference between the types of mineral waters with chlorine added to each one? The rules ask guests to shower before using the facilities...but I did not observe anyone besides my friend and I doing so. Changing rooms are not clean - feels like a city rec center when your workout time coincides with that of a high school swim team practice. Various areas are randomly closed and not advised as such online. The saunas - it looks like there are many types but they are just many instances of the same 2 types (only a slight temperature difference) Drinks cost and taste like you're at a large concert venue. Food is expensive, sufficient, and forgettable. The best thing they have going here is the location and hilltop view. If you come here with a good friend, you will have a good time. But for a fraction of the price, you'd have just as much fun at any public outdoor pool.

What an experience! This place is massive, with tons of pools to explore. It's the perfect getaway. We did the three-hour soak and honestly wished we had booked the full day--there's no way to try everything in just three hours. The variety of pools and saunas is fantastic. The food was excellent, and I loved that waiters came around to the pools with drinks--such a nice touch! Shoutout to Jay Z, who was amazing. The row rentals were a lifesaver since it was chilly outside. A couple of things could be improved: more towel stations would be helpful, as it's a bit of a walk depending on where you are. I also wish there were more pools with jets. That said, everything was super clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, and the pricing is very reasonable. My only other suggestion would be to offer more affordable spa services for those of us on a budget. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it!

Recently opened, we went during the day for our friends bachelorette party we had such an amazing time. The springs were so relaxing. I loved that each of the springs had a sign near it, and explained the benefits that the springs give and also what different minerals are in each of the springs. They do have bars all over the location, a cafe, servers taking orders while you enjoy the pools, and locker rooms with showers. We made a reservation and upon arrival we did have to wait in a sort of long line still unfortunately but I think there is just a lot of traffic due to them just opening recently. We only did the springs portion, but I do believe they have a completely separate other spa area such as massage, massages, etc.. the springs' temperatures ranged from all over and the signs next to the pools show what part of the world the springs mimic. They had pools that were cold plunges as well. Very cool experience, would definitely come back.

Took my Mom and Sister when they were visiting and all 4 of us enjoyed it. We spent 3hrs in the pools and arrived at 10:30 (they open at 10am) so it wasn't too busy. Really enjoyed the 18+ area (over half the site). Our Favorite was the Dead Sea Pool, but we enjoyed many of them. I'll definitely return.

Relaxing and well-organized hot spring spa with a unique vibe. The variety of heated and cool plunge pools, saunas, and cabanas made for a great experience. Staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The drink options were solid, though the food menu was just okay. It's definitely on the pricey side, but the overall atmosphere and amenities make it worth trying at least once. A unique and refreshing escape!

After visiting this location twice, I'm unclear as to why there is anything less than a 4 star rating. I will say, however, that many of the posts giving fair to low ratings seem to involve people coming to visit World Springs on weekends. I wouldn't dare. But I do recognize that for some folks, weekend is when they are available to go. I went on a Monday the first time from 10:30 to about 3 pm. It was lovely. I had a frose' and slept better that night and the next than I had in months. I decided to return on Friday morning. It was deader than a doornail at opening at 9 am. That quickly changed around 11 am. I'd paid for a three hour soak and left before then because of how busy it became. I asked some very friendly workers when the best times to come for quiet and peace and they mentioned mid week. So that's what I will be doing from here on out. Since I have already paid more than what a membership would cost per month on two visits, it makes sense for me just to get a membership, which I plan to do.

When i initially heard for the place i was a little confused and why people would want to come here. I went to visit and now i get it. I will not say when i went because it was not busy and i don't want you people showing up and crowding me . You will want to make sure you make a reservation online and complete a waiver before arriving. While they were not busy when i arrived they was a definite vibe that you are bad if you arrive without a reservation so don't be that person LOL. With that said many of the pools are small and if they get busy you will becoming very friendly with other swimmers. They have a food and beverage area of which i didn't try while i was there. I did drink the complimentary water so as not to get dehydrated and passing out since i really liked the hotter pools. There are three areas from around the world that mimic their hot springs and mineral content so it is all different and each pool has a different temp to enjoy. The Dead Sea pool is just one temp and area but i was not as floaty as i would have hoped LOL. I didn't try the cold plunge pools but did try the only unoccupied sauna at 170 and i didn't last long feeling like i was cooking!! They are definitely worth a visit to give it a try!! Unique and fun.

I had such a relaxing time here! My guy and I had a lot of fun trying out the different pools they offer (except the cold plunge) and picking out our favorites. It was really interesting to feel the difference between the pools and the way the minerals impacted the water. Locker rooms were very clean and there were plenty of towels. Also loved the swimsuit dryer they have! We didn't try the food, but the drinks were only okay. Decent prices during happy hour, but every drink was sweet, packed with sugar, and didn't have alcohol. It was really annoying finding staff to take our drink order. They weren't readily available and only certain staff members could take our drink order and others were for food. It's a weird system and the staff would get annoyed when it wasn't their job and you would ask. No way for the customers to know though. Staff also isn't super friendly on the phone when you call in. The time limit doesn't really make sense unless it's during busy hours or on weekends. We went on a Monday and it was pretty empty. Not sure why they would limit us when we would continue to order drinks and food the longer they allow us to stay. Would still come back if I was in town again because it is definitely a unique and relaxing experience.

I was able to experience spa services and soaking. Campos was amazing!! I booked the signature massage and it was by far one of best experiences. Immediately after I headed out to soak. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy so my soak part was not as relaxing as I expected. But I will note that despite being packed they kept the grounds and locker rooms very clean. I do plan to visit during more quiet hours to see if my soak experience is more pleasant.

Went on a Tuesday from 1-4, not too crowded and never more than one other pair in a small pool at a time. Neat place with different circuits to try that you can access on your phone for (allegedly) athletic recovery, sleep, stress, etc. The Dead Sea was very cool to experience. Drinks are tasty but not too strong. Staff was super friendly and attentive. They come poolside and will ask for drink/food orders and will come find you even if you switch pools. They take Apple Pay so it was easy to be mobile. Locker rooms were very clean and actually quality products in the showers. Dyson hair dryers and some disposable products available (hair brush, single use deodorant wipes, etc). Even a quick dryer for suits which was super handy! Since we went at off peak time it was about $69, then they gave us an extra hour of soak time because some pools were out. More than enough time to relax and unwind but I'm not sure if I'd be willing to pay the full price during peak times.

Finally caved in to try this place after getting a million instagram ads, and I am so disappointed I wasted my money on this experience. The spa was extremely crowded, facility was not clean, loud music made it hard to relax, and gave more of degenerate Vegas pool club vibes than relaxing luxury oasis. If you are looking to unplug, this is not the place. Not sure if that is the demographic they are targeting, but unfortunately not my cup of tea.

Visited Worldsprings for the first time last week and let me tell you - I did not want to leave! The place is spotless and absolutely beautiful! If you're looking for a peaceful and zen spot to relax that's far beyond just a day spa, this is it! There are over forty mineral pools and saunas and they offer yoga classes, sound baths (depends on day and time of visit) spa services, a bar serving delicious beverages, etc. It's like being on vacation at a very nice resort without having to travel. I highly recommend this business and will be returning soon.

Everything about this place is just 5 stars Parking- plentiful Cleanliness- yes Great food- try the pizza and ice cream and you won't be disappointed Customer service- folks are always walking around asking if you need anything The people who visit- bougie and fantastic conversations I have been a few times, ALWAYS at night and always on like a Sunday, the last time I was there was an entire women's basketball team there. The place is just tre cool! No more words! And you WILL have the best sleep of your life AFTER

I was able to communicate with someone at World Springs and I was completely wrong in that my refund had been issued. I look forward to experiencing their services soon.

I can't believe this place exists in DFW. I truly had such an incredible time and left feeling so relaxed. It was the perfect escape. I really enjoyed all of the pools, saunas and cold plunges. I wouldn't recommend it for children at all as I think they would kill the vibe that people are paying a lot for. The things that were excellent: -the various pools -the saunas -the cold plunges -the locker room -the employees Things that could be improved: -the price (should it really cost me $30 more to go on a Sunday morning???) -I think Robes should be included in the price or lowered to $5 -the coffee is awful. Coffee with powdered milk is truly unacceptable for a place that is supposed to be luxurious. Buy some almond milk and some oat milk. And some regular milk. Otherwise you are truly upsetting people who value their coffee. Also an iced coffee option would be nice since we live in Texas and it's always too hot. -the menu at the cafe moves too quickly. It's so fast you cannot read it at all. It's three slides for 3 TVs. Why not just put one slide on each TV??? -add one more hair dryer in the women's locker room and perhaps some makeup wipes Overall I had a great experience and would like to come back again in the future!!
