"Wormtown Brewery, a popular Worcester-based operation recently acquired by another Massachusetts favorite, Jack’s Abby. To go with its many hoppy IPAs, the casual, industrial taproom offers a tiny selection of food, including nachos and, on game days, burgers and brats." - Adam H. Callaghan

"Brewing beer in Worcester since 2010, the Wormtown taproom at Patriot Place is one of the easiest pre-event meals and hangs. The beer list is solid, with the brewery’s suds plus seltzers and canned cocktails, and the food menu is short and strong. Try the mix-and-match taco plate or the pulled Buffalo chicken sliders." - Tanya Edwards

"Worcester’s Wormtown Brewery opened a brewhouse and taproom at Foxborough’s Patriot Place on Saturday, October 26. The space previously housed a pop-up from Battle Road Brewery, but it has been renovated to include a white tile bar, a patio, and an indoor-outdoor fireplace. The taproom has 14 draft lines, and there will be a seven-barrel brew system in operation by the beginning of 2020, to be used for experimentation. The food menu consists of items like chips and salsa, cheese boards, and meat pies." - Dana Hatic

Google
A lot of great options for beers on tap! Very cool atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. The bartenders were very friendly and engaging.

The two women running the door yesterday before the acdc concert were extremely rude to both us and another party. They yelled at us that we could not bring the cans to drink outside of the restaurant, even after the (very kind) people who checked us out up front told us that we could. There was absolutely no need for them to be so rude to us and yell when we were just doing what we had been told was okay. Kindness goes a long way, and they were not kind.

Really tasty beers and excellent music. The guitarist Nick Blitchington was serving up excellent vibes. Will definitely be going back next time he plays!

Great place! Great Beer! Great Service! Even with a packed house (due to thunderstorms rolling through and Kenny Chesney playing that night), the crew kept up with the massive line of people and did it with smiles on their faces the whole time. If you like dark beers, try the Port Barrel Aged Spies. Tastes amazing!

Google
Really nice local brewery with a nice little selection of starters and sliders to accompany their brews. I love that all of their food is locally sourced- you can taste the quality and the meatball sliders were delicious!

Google
Pretzel, meat and cheese platter and 5 non-alcoholic drinks...$42. Pretzel barely large enough for one person. Even with an extensive drink menu, this food menu was borderline embarrassing for a brewery. At least 3 of the options were bags of chips. Individually listed as if they were separate menu items.

Google
Lazy staff. First they told me they don’t do flights when there busy. I was confused but then my wife tried to order an October fest pumpkin beer with the cinnamon ring on the cup. However they said they couldn’t it the cinnamon ring on the cub too it today because they were too busy (see pics). Crazy they had five staff at time not taking orders just chit chatting. For maybe over twenty minutes. We frequent here a lot too… Crazy. The two beers we had were okay though.

Google
Nice brewery with good beers and fruendly, knowledgeable staff. Particularly liked The Shadow of Dom, Welcome to Worcester, and the Port Barrel aged SPIES.

Yelp
Love this place! Never had an issue. Great service, great drinks, great times. They have games to play in-house and seating for bigger groups too. Limited food options. Plus, it's not crazy expensive like the locations around at Gillette Stadium.

Yelp
Stumbled across this brewery across from our hotel and the beers are amazing so far and we are able to sample a few beers that were available. Staff was super friendly. The place was pretty quite on a late Sunday evening but it was nice after our long busy weekend.

Yelp
Went with a party of 8 was informed they are not serving flights the day we went even though we called and they told us they did.(This was the only reason went as a few of the people with us were not big beer drinkers.) Reached out to customer service and they offered us a $25 gift card the tab was over $200 and never sent it out after replying their offer twice.

Yelp
Meh. We've been to a lot of breweries and meh just sums it up. Ok tap selection, weird sugary seltzer drinks for the non alcohol. But the food, man idk what photos are posted on here but that is not what we got. The pretzels were like 3 sad looking buns and the nachos you could literally see are made with slices of cheese. Absolutely pass on the food here. Ambiance is kind of just boring but it is a nice little place to stop in while doing some shopping.

Yelp
Went on a recent Saturday night and found it busy but not over crowded. Well spaced tables, high tops, and couch area made the space feel appropriate for the crowd size. Music was good too. Just the right volume level to not overwhelm the room too! What I really liked was that I finally found a brewery with a wide range of ABV beers. Most breweries seem to try and find higher and higher ABV's. They offered a 3.5% packed with flavor. As the driver in the group it allowed me to pace the night. Will definitely return.

Yelp
Awesome beers, attentive friendly service. The tasting room was clean fun motif, there was an outdoor area for seating and live music was preformed the day I visited. The beer menu included some various IPAs and other styles, ya know, beer that tastes like beer.

Yelp
OK, I get it, the ONE reviewer here had a bad experience. I would still recommend you try this place out. That was not a normal situation. I stopped by after work and grabbed a pour and a couple cans. Very good service and solid beer. Tried the Don't Worry, the Hopular Culture and Be Hoppiest. I think the Don't Worry was the best of the three but they were all good. One thing I really liked was that they were willing to discuss other local breweries and speak highly of them. Sure I'll go try those other places but at least you speak honestly and respectfully of the other breweries. Good on you, I would go back to Wormtown no questions asked.

Jay P.

Yelp
What an amazing beer selection. We tried several and were not disappointed. They do not serve food, which is a bummer, but you can get delivery's from many of the surrounding restaurants. We enjoyed a few different beers and will be back to try the take/delivery food

Mike S.

Yelp
Great location to get really good beer. Hazy's we're really good, tried 2 of them. Great place to grab a beer but the food still needs work. Got the pretzels and nachos and both weren't that good. Nice place, good people , I'd definitely go back.

Yelp
What a fun time we had at this brewery. The other patrons were all young and were very fun and funny. The bartenders and other sitting at the bar were very kind and interesting. We were camping locally and decided to go check this place out and we are very happy that we did. Mike and I were talking with the employees and relaxing at the bar. I had a flight of beers and I have to say that for the first time ever, I liked everything in the flight. The beers that they make there are so good and I'm happy that they are not all IPAs because we don't care for those. I had a great pumpkin beer which I would go back for. Mike and I shared an appetizer plate with hummus on it and crackers and olives and it was really good.We also bought a shirt for Mike that was really cute and flannel and cozy. It was just an all-around great afternoon and fear that I would actually go out of my way for.

Yelp
This place was great, great beer options and you can bring in your own food! I went with a bunch of coworkers for our holiday get together. Their beer list had something for everyone & we ordered a bunch of pizza to bring in with us. Great environment & exceptional knowledgeable staff. I'll definitely be back!

Anthony V.

Yelp
Some of the worst beer you'll ever experience. IPA drinkers beware and for all you non-IPA drinkers sorry not the place for you.

Ethan K.

Yelp
Bartenders are insufferable. I don't understand why. Beer was okay. But when asked for a description of a beer I was told something completely opposite of it tastes like

John G.

Yelp
What a great place to stop in if you're at patriot place(even if you're not, it's worth visiting). Very inviting and knowledgeable staff, absolutely delicious brews. I cannot wait to go back! Photo showing their strawberry rhubarb pie, caaabulous, and pumpkin patch.

Yelp
Came here with a friend on a weekday night. We got a beer flight and the meat and cheese board, which was a great pairing. I really enjoyed trying some of the seasonal beers. I also think it's pretty cool that they offer delivery from some other restaurants at Patriot Place. They have some seating inside and outside and you order via your phone with an online menu to minimize contact. Definitely will be visiting again!

Yelp
Good beer, terrible trivia. Bartenders were great and attentive. Trivia on Tuesday was insufferable. Will come back perhaps on a Thursday

Yelp
This was my first time at the Foxboro location. We had an okay experience, but it seems like they have a few kinks they need to work out. I've been to the Worcester location before and it was a much smoother operation, so I'm not sure if Foxboro was just having an off night. Drinks: Very good. If you like IPAs, they will have something up your alley. I ordered a flight and enjoyed the Be Hoppy and PB&J brews the best. Food: Confusing. They had a menu in the window that made it look like they served in-house food, but when we sat down, the menu said that none of their food items were available. There were options to order from other Pat's Place locations using a QR code, but we opted not to do that. Service: All over the place. The staff were very friendly and earnest, so I give them credit for trying. However, the execution was off. When we were seated, the server told us they were running "at least 15 minutes behind on pouring beers." Really? We appreciated the heads-up, but found this a bit puzzling since 1) this is a brewery and 2) it wasn't even that busy. We looked at the menu for quite a long time, but the waiter never came back to take out orders. Eventually, one of my friends scanned the QR code on the menu so he could look at it on his phone, and we then saw that the QR code was used to actually place the orders. It was a bit annoying that the server didn't tell us this in advance, nor did the printed menu make it clear that this was how it worked. After the orders were placed, the issues continued- one of my friends received two of the same beers instead of one, another didn't receive anything at all, everything came out at different times, etc. the beers were good, but the issues detracted from the experience. Atmosphere: Average. It felt pretty dead inside, but I also realize they weren't at full capacity due to COVID. If I went back, I would probably give the patio a try, as it looked a bit more exciting out there. Overall, was a mediocre experience. Will be back to give them another try because I do like the beers and it may have just been an off night.

Yelp
We had a great experience at Wormtown today. The new manager is friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend stopping in when you come to Patriots place. If you're looking for a snack, try the pretzel bites!

Craig K.

Yelp
Flew into Boston for the weekend and was looking for good food and drinks. Not only are the staff fantastic, friendly, and welcoming, but the beers and food were exactly what was needed. Will definitely come back here every time I come to Boston! Cheers!

Jane R.

Yelp
Always good beer, good service, and good food! The waitress was very knowledgeable about the beer they have. The little pies they sell are so good. The pretzel was wheat and the mustard to dip it in was pretty good. The place is immaculate. Can't wait to go back!

Las E.

Yelp
Great brewery. Fun place to watch a game with a good variety to choose from. I really liked their smokey brew and my co-drinker enjoyed the Buddha ipa. The pretzel was not bad but still 2nd to Harpoon.

Jonathan T.

Yelp
It's a great place to get a craft beer. All the haters came for something else, and if you do the same you'll hate it too. Come here for good beer and leave happy.
