That one bao in the bag? it's smaller than you imagine. It's gone in one bite😄 Oh! don't forget the chicken bone broth. Lemongrass, ginger, lime, it's very hot and flavorful. Perfect non-caffeinated pick me up 👍

Super disappointed with the flavor of the food here. Expensive and blah. Ordered on the kiosk and the food came out quickly. Good location in the theater district.

Worst food I’ve ever had in my life. No exaggeration, unfortunately. No seasoning, no culture. Support a local small Asian restaurant instead - there are too many to spend your cash here. Sad lunch hour to say the least.

I would recommend using the kiosk if you want to get service. The workers mostly focused on getting the food done and basically ignored anyone ordering at the cashier. Also make sure you got the right order. My sister and I initially received the wrong order. The food was good tho

I've never ordered such bad food ever. This is disgusting. It taste like band soy. It's supposed to be orange chicken and fried rice. It's so awful. I now have 16 dollars of unediable food. Wow it's bad. Never order this , why I picked it was because the orange chicken. The picture looked like panda express which isn't in my area. Trying to find It's substitute but I made a horrid mistake and didn't look at reviews. It really is awful. I'm pissed I have no dinner and out 17 bucks.

Very friendly staff but not flavorful food. I got the combo of a bowl and some bao. The teriyaki chicken was cooked fine but tasted unseasoned or the sauce was too thin. The bao I accidentally took a bite of part of the paper and after spitting it out and taking another bit I barely noticed a difference because the bao tasted mostly of sweet dough with the filling being a tertiary flavor.

Let me just say there was nothing"wow" about this place. I did like the bao I got, they were overall tasty, but they didn't really taste like traditional bao I have had. The dumplings were good. Otherwise everything else was pretty awful. The soup was gross, the noodles were mushy and had 0 flavor. I was also not a fan of the meat. Their "famous" fried rice was probably the nastiest rice I have ever eaten. My bao's were also not labeled, so I was unable to figure out which was which without ripping then in half to look inside. If you go here, I suggest just getting the bao's. Nothing else was worth it.

Good food for the price! Good variety of bao fillings and their combo meals look good too. I prefer more filling, but I understand that they have machine made baos. Love the bamboo steamers! Convenient kiosks outside for ordering and a nice space inside; clean!
