The kalbee burger had great flavor! And the truffle fries paired well with it. My girlfriend had the bop bowl and did half n half for the meat and both were good. Only downside was the sodas were warm - cooler was in the sun and not much of any ice in it.

Setting: an the park, a lovely September evening, a few families playing in the splash pad before heading home. The people gave super friendly and attentive service. Food: Bop Bowl, Wow Cheese Steak and basil truffle fries -- came fast out and were delicious! In fact, I didn't even think about taking a photo before it was nearly demolished. As a finishing flourish, we got two tiny cows! Wow! 🤓

Came here for Portland Nacho Week and we were so impressed by not only the nachos but the taco too! They still could make the tacos from Portland Taco Week earlier this month (June 2025)! Their 100-year old bulgogi does not disappoint, it is Phenomenal! They were quick and even delivered the food to our table since everything was just opening up! We were surprised it was a food truck and not a full restaurant, it was so good! They also had an adorable dog woofing in the background 🥰. Would definitely recommend checking them out!’

I would recommend this place. I went ahead and ordered the 'Wow Fries', thinking it's just normal fries. But I was surprised that it had onions, chives, seasonings, and beef brisket. It was water mouth tasting, I am going to have to go back for more. It was worth missing my bus for. It's a must go spot.

I'm normally not a fan of Korean food, but Wow Cow and it's Korean / American fusion was delicious! Try the Wow Fries and their take on a Philly. The dining area is a little under developed (they could use some trees and better shade), but that's more on the city than on this particular cart.

My son said they made the best burger he has ever had and he knows good food as a Portland kid. The bowl I had was delicious. I will certainly be back next time in Tigard. It’s really nice that it’s located at the park—we took a nice long stroll to walk-off the tasty meal.

Wow cow is our favorite place to stop for a burger. His Korean American flair is not to be missed. The menu features very approachable items such as the deji dog, and some more unique fare, such as the kalbee burger. His flavors are well paired, the meat is always juicy and if you're feeling like a beverage to wash it all down, snag the root beer float! We love to bike here and enjoy the park, rain or shine. Its a beautiful location. The owner is so friendly and kind. He puts true care into his food and his dedication for his cart. The music is always lovely, the cart is almost always open and did I mention the flavors?! ;) seriously, do yourself a favor and give Wow Cow some love! You wont regret it.
