"A cart serving Korean American dishes in Tigard (opened April 6), I noted offerings like Korean-marinated Philly cheesesteaks and kalbi burgers." - Janey Wong

Google
Wow Cow is a delicious food cart located off Main street in Tigard. I found Wow Cow with a basic “best lunch special near me” search in Google Maps and they absolutely hit the mark. I ordered online and my order was done in half the time the online service indicated. 60% of customers are likely to choose a dining location that offers Organic food options. My 5-star food ratings are reserved exclusively for Organic restaurants. That said, I am giving Wow Cow my top food rating in the non-organic category. I recommend you try them out. Billed as “Korean comfort food” and boasting a menu with new a fresh menu combos, I was delighted with the result. I had the Kalbee burger with basil french fries. My only suggestion for the burger - MORE SAUCE!! It was seriously delicious.

Google
The kalbee burger had great flavor! And the truffle fries paired well with it. My girlfriend had the bop bowl and did half n half for the meat and both were good. Only downside was the sodas were warm - cooler was in the sun and not much of any ice in it.

Setting: an the park, a lovely September evening, a few families playing in the splash pad before heading home. The people gave super friendly and attentive service. Food: Bop Bowl, Wow Cheese Steak and basil truffle fries -- came fast out and were delicious! In fact, I didn't even think about taking a photo before it was nearly demolished. As a finishing flourish, we got two tiny cows! Wow! 🤓

Google
Came here for Portland Nacho Week and we were so impressed by not only the nachos but the taco too! They still could make the tacos from Portland Taco Week earlier this month (June 2025)! Their 100-year old bulgogi does not disappoint, it is Phenomenal! They were quick and even delivered the food to our table since everything was just opening up! We were surprised it was a food truck and not a full restaurant, it was so good! They also had an adorable dog woofing in the background 🥰. Would definitely recommend checking them out!’

Google
I would recommend this place. I went ahead and ordered the 'Wow Fries', thinking it's just normal fries. But I was surprised that it had onions, chives, seasonings, and beef brisket. It was water mouth tasting, I am going to have to go back for more. It was worth missing my bus for. It's a must go spot.

Google
Just stumbled upon these food trucks while out shopping on Black Friday. Our lunch here was honestly the best purchase of the day! Who needs McDonalds when there's delicious nuggets here with an amazing gochujang sauce and crispy truffle basil fries! The bop bowl and kalbee burger were so delicious - super fresh and flavorful. Not to mention the incredibly friendly service. 10/10!!

Google
I'm normally not a fan of Korean food, but Wow Cow and it's Korean / American fusion was delicious! Try the Wow Fries and their take on a Philly. The dining area is a little under developed (they could use some trees and better shade), but that's more on the city than on this particular cart.

Google
The Kalbee burger was the best burger I've had in a while! So flavorful and cooked perfectly. Also got the Basil truffle fries which were amazing, went great with all there sauces. The staff were so genuinely kind, such a nice experience! Looking forward to coming back.

Yelp
Kalbee Burger Wow, this burger is totally BURSTING with flavor. The grilled onions hit you with sweetness, which is balanced with pickles and the beautifully cooked beef. An overall sweet flavor profile, but I think that's what makes it unique to the competition. Basil Truffle Fries: Well seasoned, crunchy - totally addicting especially with the aioli sauce. Definitely coming back to try other things on the menu.
google avatar

Yelp
Kalbi Burger A standout! Toasted brioche bun, crisp butter lettuce, spicy mayo, red onion, and pickles all came together perfectly. The flavor really nailed that kalbi taste -- juicy, well-balanced, and full of that smoky-sweet Korean BBQ note. Fries Golden, crispy, and nicely seasoned. The truffle and basil flavors could've been stronger, but still delicious overall with a great crunch. Staff were super friendly and patient with everyone! Definitely check this place out!

Yelp
The food was delicious. I had the Wow cheesesteak and fries. The kimchi gave a nice spice just as you finished your bite. The meat was nice and sweet so the two together was a nice compliment. The only thing I would change is the roll. I lost a lot of filling when I picked up the cheesesteak. The truffle fries were so yummy. I could just eat them plain but they gave me a couple sauces to try. The garlic aioli was my favorite. The staff were amazing, so personable and welcoming. The young lady provided me with a couple of restaurant recommendations as I'm here visiting. I really appreciated that. I'll definitely be back! It's a food truck and the setting is comfortable. There are tables to hangout and eat or you can take your food to go. The area set up to eat was clean and inviting.
google avatar

Rainee R.

Yelp
Some of the best burgers. The kalbi patty is to die for. Their kimchi is also very good. I recommend getting both and adding the kimchi to each bite. They also have great fries! This is a food truck but there is some seating posted in front of it. The service was great, fast and friendly. Cute little tid bit: They have stickers and little cows they give out! Super cute.

Yelp
I wasn't quite sure what to expect, as I'd never even had a cheese steak before, but I was blown away! At risk of sounding dramatic, I have thought about this food many times since having it, and been sad that I wasn't closer to go get some. The guys working were friendly and helpful, the food was incredible, the park where they are located was a lovely spot to eat in the evening. Honestly, it truly lives up to the name: " WOW". I tried both the Kowboy and the Korean cheesesteak (because I couldn't choose) and both were absolutely phenomenal

Bob B.

Yelp
2 words, wow and cow. Also the burger was lowk good and so was the fries. Just an fyi make sure you come here when you are hungry, not just for a light snack. Customer service is elite like they max level with kindness. Also the chairs mad comfy, or my butt is a cloud, either way it was very comfortable and I had a wonderful time

Yelp
Came here for a nice little day date with my husband. He loves a fun burger and Asian fusion so it was a must try. This truck is located in a cute little place with a couple of other trucks, none of which were open. The owner of the truck is very friendly. He knew just about everyone that walked by. He made us feel very welcome and even suggested a few dishes. We were not in a hurry so the time it took to get our order wasn't an issue, but if you are on a time crunch it could be an issue. The food was good. The burger felt a bit overpriced as it is $13ish and doesn't come with anything. Of course beef costs are high right now, so we let this slide. I got the bop bowl with an egg and kimchi which made it $17. I can't say that I found the additions to be worth it. The friendly owners and location mean we will be back some time. But I'll just be more strategic with my order.

Yelp
[ food ]: 9.5/10 - taco: The worker recommended them, mentioning that the kimchi gives it more depth of flavor and some punch, and I'd say I agree! The tacos were really well balanced, not too heavy and were refreshing on a warm summer day. - basil fries: I always get some of their basil fries, they have a similar texture and shape as mcD's fries but are more elevated [ service ]: 10/10 - the employee and owners are all very nice, hospitable, and attentive! [ ambience ]: 8/10 - Food cart has some table seating but I see a lot of people eating at benches in the plaza

Yelp
Wow Cow is a food cart located near Main Street in downtown Tigard next to the splash pad. It is easily found by its black spots! There is plenty of seating available with shade but we chose to take our food back home. Though, this would be a great place for folks with young children to enjoy a meal and watch them play on the splash pad. The server seemed new and there was some difficulty with communicating due to the loud music. We got the sliders and the bop bowl. My favorite was the bop bowl. I loved the sauce that came with it- it was spicy and sweet simultaneously. The sliders definitely were more on the American side of the flavor spectrum. Very tasty, I will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
I love smashburgers, fusion food, and Korean food, so when I searched for "smash burger near Portland" and came up with Wow Cow, I was pleased as punch. At first, I had a little trouble finding the place. It was in a pop up food cart in a little square made just for burgeoning new pop up food businesses. I think I've died and gone to foodie heaven. The whole menu sounded amazing, and it was hard to pick something out. I was really on the fence between ordering something more American or Korean. I ended up ordering the Korean Philly, which was the less daring (more American) of the two Philly options. The meat was amazing. I wouldn't really know how to describe it except that it reminded me of the Bulgogi beef at my favorite Korean spot in Sac. The flavor was WOW. I mean, real flavor, not just oil. The meat was perfectly marinated and tender AF, and there was plenty of it. I loved the toppings, but I think I would have actually liked the Wow Philly even more. If I came back again, I would order that. The man who took my order, who I think might have been the owner, was super cool. When he handed me my food he said, "Here's your Philly... and your micro cow. Moooo." How could you not laugh? It was so silly it was cute. The cookie was definitely Chips Ahoy or something, but it was only 99 cents. Bomb meal and the price was surprisingly low overall considering the value of the meat, cheese, and bread.

Yelp
Go here. If you're reading this and wondering if you should check it out. Make it happen. Jay and team are wonderful people and the food is a flavorful adventure that you don't want to miss. I never get good pictures for reviews because I eat it too quickly. These pics are my second half of the breakfast burrito and his wow fries. I see myself as a breakfast burrito connoisseur and this is hands down in my Top 3 across the west coast. Aside from the burrito, his cheesesteak is magical, and the bop bowl is a chefs kiss, and when splitting with friends, add on the wow fries and sliders too. Basically just order the full menu. Why are you still reading this? Get off your butt NOW. Tell Jay I sent you and maybe he will give me free food? One can dream

Yelp
Fun little food cart in the Tigard launch pods (which I can't wait to visit in summer because they have great outdoor seating and a restroom for use). We ordered a ton of things on the menu after the staff walked us through some of our questions (and gave us these adorable tiny plastic cows to take home!): Wow Cheesesteak- this was one of our favorites. Really nice balance of flavors here. Bop Bowl + egg and kimchi- the two girls' favorites and what one person deemed as "basically fried rice". A decent portion size and loved that you could customize this to be your own. Sliders-a favorite of one in the group and the recommendation from the food cart staff. Nice flavor and portioned well. Wow Fries- really good. Dressed with basically the toppings of everything else we ate. The basil truffle was just ever so noticeable. We would like to try them on their own, and imagined they'd be quite crispy if they're anything like the nuggets. Korean Chicken Nuggets- after giving my husband a hard time for ordering this - which I perceived to be a kids food item - four adults confirmed that this was everyone's favorite part of the meal! Absolute must try! Best nuggets I've ever had. Get the gochujang sauce! Looking forward to returning for the Kalbee burger and the Deji dog.

Yelp
First time here, and the weiner week drew us to Wow Cow. It's was a little cold out we came on a Saturday and had the 3 sided tent all to ourselves. The service was tremendous and our guy was very helpful. We came here for the weiner week dog, it has freaking bulgogi on it and cheese. Really really tasty. The burger was pretty good and the bun was tasty. The basil truffle fries were a great addition. Will definitely be back! Cheers!

Yelp
If I lived closer, I would go weekly! The flavors are incredible and the sandwiches are stuffed with toppings! The staff are kind and offered menu recommendations. The park where this cart is located is beautiful, so you can spend time walking or playing in the fountain after enjoying this delicious meal. Everything is great, but the cheesesteaks are the winner for me!
google avatar

Yelp
My daughter and I stopped by here on a Saturday for lunch. We loved it! We were so hungry, so we got: * Bop Bowl ($12.75) + added a fried egg ($1) * Sliders ($12.95) * Korean Chicken Nuggets ($7.75) * Side of basil truffle fries ($4.00) The Bop Bowl was large -- enough for two meals for me, so average eaters will likely have at least some leftovers. I like the mix of textures and flavors that come in this bowl, and got it without the cheese. I actually think it's probably better without the cheese. But definitely add the fried egg! The sliders came in a set of 3 sliders with braised ribeye steak, and were so good. The meat was tender, well seasoned, and I thought the sliders were a good size. Our fave, though, were the Korean chicken nuggets. They were so crispy and tasty! My daughter really loved the basil truffle fries, and one portion is huge. I'm itching to try their burgers now -- they looked so good, so I'll have to get that next time. Love the extras of cute little cow stickers and a teeny tiny little plastic cow figure we got with our order. I'm collecting these now because I know we'll be back many times. The food is really tasty and I thought the prices were reasonable for the quantity and quality of food. The owner Jay was the one who made our food, and he is super nice and friendly. He made our order pretty quickly. We hadn't been to University Plaza before this, and it's a nice gathering spot where the food cart is located next to two other carts. It's a nice open outdoor space, with lots of picnic tables, open space, and kids play area. Definitely suggest you check out WowCow and support this local business! We will be back for sure.

Yelp
Wow, just wow! What an unexpected and amazing experience. I was craving a smash burger and fries, and after spotting the shoestring fries on Yelp photos, I knew I had to try this place. When I arrived and ordered, I was pleasantly surprised by the Korean twist on the menu. The owner was incredibly kind, and the food was absolutely delicious. We tried the Korean Philly along with those irresistible fries, and every bite was fantastic. He even let us sample all the sauces--each one was spot-on. We drove all the way from Canby to check this place out, and it was worth every mile. Can't wait to come back and spread the word. Thank you!

Yelp
An awesome meal while chilling at the Universal Plaza. Family owned ~ the young man so friendly with smiles! Korean inspired flavors for their American classics. Yummy lunches at good pricing. Fries crispy but not overcooked. A thank you shouted from the truck as we left our table.

Yelp
Lotus is awesome. Amazing experience. Good vibes. And good food to boot. Happy burger week .

Yelp
Man, I wish I lived on this side of town, because the food here is delicious! My sister and I shared the sliders and the basil truffle fries, and that was ample food for us to share for dinner - especially with how loaded the fries were! Every bite was filled with satisfying flavor. They also threw in two cute cow stickers, which I thought was adorable, and I love fun stickers! The staff seemed really sweet, and service was prompt. Next time I find myself in Tigard, I will prioritize coming here again!!
google avatar

Regina S.

Yelp
Their name is spot on! While the sandwich week special kowboy was delicious, the wow cheese steak was a balanced fusion of American comfort and Korean flavors. It checks off all the boxes; sweet, salty, spicy, and tangy with texture from all the components. The kid's sliders don't skimp on quality and are kid approved. The basil truffle fries are made to order and are also kid approved. 5 stars for feeding the whole family tasty, affordable food, made pretty quick with friendly service. We will definitely be coming back!

Ava W.

Yelp
The first time I came, the owner was present and all the food came out proper. I'd give it a 5 star then. This time (8/17/25), we came for lunch, but the owner was not present, and I think that made a difference. There was less bulgogi sauce on the burger. The food is good, you can taste Korean flavoring in the meat, but I have a few more critiques this experience. The fries are unique, but this time they were a bit too soggy. For one, our Wow Cheese Steak was made missing the kimchi and jalapeños, which was somewhat irritating due to the hefty wait time; we understand it takes time to make the order but expect it to at least be made right, especially because there's not that many options on the menu and these are the few ingredients that set them apart. If we hadn't ordered the vegetarian version, we wouldn't have realized that it was missing a few ingredients. Good thing is that they made us a new sandwich. Surprisingly, the vegetarian option (tofu) was a $2 up-charge, rather than the same price as the steak, which we didn't understand why (meat is more expensive than soy). Then, while we were waiting for our order to be made, a few fries dropped out of our plate of fries they were preparing. The girl working picked up the ones that fell out of the plate and ate them while we were watching... which seems unsanitary/against health codes. Expect a wait time around 20 minutes, even if you're the only one in line. Otherwise, the food is pretty good. There's lots of seating but beware of wasps!

Yelp
Wow Cow! A welcome addition to the Launch Pad in Tigard. They're located amidst a couple of other food carts. If you are familiar with Tigard they're located where the Sunday Farmers Market is held on SW Burnham. They have a simple menu. I chose the Bop Bowl with an egg added on. It was filling, tasty, presented nicely, and you know it was done with love by the Mom. Service was friendly. They take your name down for the order. Then they yell it out when it's ready. The launch pad, and food trucks have some tables around the area. They tend to get quite busy which is nice for the businesses. Give a local family owned business a try. You won't be disappointed.
google avatar

Ron S.

Yelp
This place is insane. I thought 89 five star reviews could not be wrong. They were amazing. They were in the middle of filling a catering order when I placed a large order. They told me that there would be a pretty big wait for my meal. I was in a big rush and asked him to hustle a little. They turned it out and almost no time. The quality was top notch. The burger was probably the best thing I've eaten in months. The flavors melted well together, and the staff was incredibly kind and awesome.100% highly recommend. This is a definite must stop on any trip trip.
google avatar

Kim R.

Yelp
Wow indeed. This falls under the rare category *food worthy of driving out of my way*. There's magic going on inside this truck. We had a burger & fries and the bop bowl. We couldn't decide which we enjoyed more. All items perfectly cooked and full of tremendous flavor. Sitting with a couple other trucks, with a handful of tables (covered and not), and street parking. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Kat S.

Yelp
Tasty, quality comfort food! Plain (non truffle/off menu) fries were perfectly salted and crispy. Truffle fries were savory and had just the right amount of truffle oil. Bop bowl was loaded with flavor and a mild kick of spicy- don't forget to get an egg on top to make it more perfect! Amazingly kind service. He even walked the food out to us - very helpful since I was alone watching multiple kids play.
google avatar

Yelp
Wow Cow popped onto my radar most likely because of The Korean Mama. IYKYK. The fact the it's less than 10 minutes from me is a bonus. They are over in a small cart pod called the Launch Pod in downtown Tigard with two other carts, a splash pad for kids and covered seating to enjoy all the goodies one purchases. I went with the obvious choice, a Korean cheese steak, but there is also a hot dog, sliders and a burger with Korean influences that are pretty good options and a few other things to choose from, even some tofu. The cheese steak was packed with marinated beef, mozzarella, jalapeños, kimchee, peppers and onions on a soft bun all for $12.99. I paired it with some basil truffle fries and this meal is enough for two sittings for me. But that's just me. The cheese steak was good. Full of flavor and really tender. I liked the sour of the kimchee and the mozzarella held everything together. Very packed in with meat and veggies. Worth the trip to Tigard. The guys running it were friendly and on a Sunday afternoon, not really a wait either. I'll be back for more of this tasty food. As always, support local and enjoy.
google avatar

Yolanda E.

Yelp
A food truck next to a couple other food trucks in a nice outdoor area with some picnic tables and a splash pad fountain. Food and service were good. Prices were a bit expensive, especially drinks. I like that the food selection blends korean with american. But it seems that their "kim chi" is just a sauce and not actual kim chi.
google avatar

Kyle C.

Yelp
The cheesesteak was super filling. I ate only half and saved the other half for later. Nothing like a lil toaster oven action and boom, good as freshly made. I don't think I've had better korean beef on a sandy before. It took about 10 minutes for the food to be ready and given that there was Sunday market going on, they were quite efficient.
google avatar

Holly T.

Yelp
Wow is absolutely right!! I've been seeing this place on Instagram for a week or two and the pictures looked amazing! And it was nothing short of amazing! We ate way too much, for sure. But we wanted to try everything on the menu... we didn't get everything but pretty close to it. I'm stuffed! We got the wow cheesesteak, my favorite! It was delicious and creamy and meaty and wow! We also got the slider. It was super tasty too. The bop bowl was delicious and plenty of food. If it were just me eating the bowl, I wouldn't have been able to finish. We also got the basil truffle fries, which were a nice side to all the other food. Hours are limited right now, but they'll be open later as the days get warmer and it's lighter longer. Super duper nice and friendly service too.
google avatar

Mitch W.

Yelp
The burger is amazing and unique settings really cool and the cooks are super nice. Super stoked we found this place coming up in Los Angeles.
google avatar

Faron B.

Yelp
Food is awesome, i just got the 'wow fries' and I thought it was going to be just fries, but it was more then that. It was seasoned worth coves and beef brisket and onions. It was so so good. The service was very nice and polite, cute too. The ambience was a food truck but it was calming. Ill definitely be back to order that again.
google avatar

Tsyria T.

Yelp
Wow Cow is a food truck located by a cute little park/walking path in downtown Tigard. It is one of 3 food trucks currently there (as of 8/2024) The local park has kids playing by the fountain in the summer. There's a bathroom and area to wash your hands. There's plenty of outdoor seating as well. Checked this out for Portland Burger Week. Nice service. Had the Kalbee burger and it was such a nice fusion burger! Paired it with their truffle fries which were delicious as well.
google avatar

Nicolette S.

Yelp
I was a bit skeptical of the 5star rating at first, but wow the food is honestly so good here! We ordered the burger (with extra patty) and the Korean Philly - both delightful. I underestimated how tick the patties are so I think id stick with one patty in the future. It became a bit too tall to easily eat. But the flavor was outstanding and different from any other burger I had. The Korean Philly was also great - nice flavor and huge portion. The only minor critiques I'd have is there was slightly too much bread in the bread to meat ratio. The staff was friendly and service was not slow at all. We were easily able to find street parking on a Sunday mid day, but I imagine it could be harder in the evenings, so you may end up having to walk a block or so. There were places outside the truck both covered and uncovered for patrons to eat.
google avatar

Carol P.

Yelp
Food truck in the new tiged Plaza. We got the siders and the kids really liked it. Everything was fresh and delicious and toasted perfectly. The basil truffle fries were super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Almost like a double baked fry with without becoming a chip. I couldn't taste the basil, but in the picture it's beautifully speckled. My kids would come back again, which means I can come back again.
google avatar

Savanah N.

Yelp
Came here to check out Wow Cow since they were participating in Portland Mercury's Burger Week. Their Korean American burger was great! The staff was super friendly. They were able to accommodate my boyfriend's dietary needs, and hooked him up with a vegan version of the burger using a Korean marinated tofu substitution. The truffle basil french fries were a great addition! There were a few round tables with chairs and umbrellas in the Universal Plaza with a pretty fountain and 2 other food carts nearby!
google avatar

Chelsea W.

Yelp
Delicious food! Ordered the Philly, basil fries & the bowl. Cant wait to come back for the rest of the menu! Friendly service, cute park area.
google avatar

Deb F.

Yelp
Great food at Tigard's food cart pod! I had the Bop Bowl and loved it! Large portion and excellent flavors. Definitely get the kimchi and fried egg! The basil fries were hot and salty and my family enjoyed their Korean Philly sandwiches too. Reasonably priced for portion sizes. Only outdoor seating so might be take out only come winter.
google avatar

Alex B.

Yelp
Great food truck serving up Korean fusion. American comfort food like burgers, fries, cheese stakes, all with a Korean twist. The flavors really pop and the ingredients are high quality. Perfect amount of spiciness and the service is top tier. I'm not a local, but if I was I would have this in my rotation for sure!
google avatar

Eric R.

Yelp
Ordered the Wow Cheese Steak and it was absolutely amazing. The beef was marinated and tender with so many flavors! Very friendly service and clearly love what they're putting out there.
google avatar

Kathy M.

Yelp
Got a sample of a taste of rice bowl. The Korean beef was delicious. Came with corn, kimchi and little bit of rice. Surprisingly the kimchi actually was not too bad. I actually enjoyed it. They gave me 2 pieces of kimchi and lots of beef. Quite delicious. May need to stop by another time to actually try their entrees fully. This was actually one of the busier vendors. There was a little wait. But not too bad.

Cheyenne S.

Yelp
Everything is so full of flavor I've brought countless people here and everyone has loved it. Something for everyone here bowls are the best! Not to mention to owner is so nice and puts real work into his food and service

Sharleen R.

Yelp
The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were huge! The counter staff was nice and very helpful. The area around WowCow is cute. I'll bring my grandkids on a cooler day to play in the splashed.

Victoria S.

Yelp
I LOVE this place. The owner is absolutely lovely and the food is so delicious. Such a fun combination of flavors creating the most unique and perfect comfort food. I will definitely be back!

Samantha B.

Yelp
Stopped by Wow Cow cause the photos online looked amazing! The guy at the window was nice and helpful! The food was just what I needed for my hangover. The kimchi added that extra tangy spice. Made it perfect! Will be back and highly recommend.

Shao Teng A.

Yelp
Come for the kalbi burger! The marinated burger patty is so flavorful it puts a lot of burger beef patties to shame. The softness of the patty plus the intermittent crunchiness of the onion and tempura flakes really gives the burger a multi-dimensional texture. Smear some wow sauce on top of it and it smells amazing too. Will be back.

Gallen P.

Yelp
Wow's right! I'm not even sure where to start. J is amazing - so kind and energetic! The food... 10/10, just absolutely incredible. The Kalbi burger took me back in time and was the best burger I've ever had. Authentic Korean flavors mixed with fun dishes. I don't know how to stress enough how amazing this food truck is. Go here, you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
I took a detour to swing by Wow Cow today (1/16) with a craving for a Philly and some fries. I had heard from a friend working in DT Tigard that Wow Cow was a must-try, so today I decided I must try! Approaching the cart, I could see the choices with pics, easy for me to see as I was making my way up. Perfect! I hate getting up and standing with that awkward, "Ummmm...." pause that we all have when you have a list of items but no real image to picture gobbling down. Philly and basil truffle fries, I'm in! I'm immediately greeted with great energy and positivity. Pricing seemed very appropriate for the order, and shortly thereafter I had a bag with my food ready to go and an equally positive experience on my way to my car from the other half of the folks working today. Now the food: The fries were exactly as described; fresh and crispy, lightly tossed with just the right balance of flavor that even though you're given ketchup, you really don't need it. The Philly - I like a sandwich you can eat full of flavor without picking half of it off my lap, or asking if there's meat to go with my bread. Again, the Philly was the perfect balance for me. I'd attach photos, but honestly the food didn't last long enough for me to get my phone on the camera app. I'll be back, I'll be thanking my friend who made the recommendation, and I would encourage fellow Tigard folks to give these people your business. Great service, positive attitude, value for what you get, and excellent food.

Yelp
Great place, had the korean philly sandwich and the basil truffle fries. The sandwich had really great flavor and the cream cheese is a great touch. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Yelp
I have to admit.. I have always said I didn't care for Korean food. Mainly because I don't like kimchi and the one previous restaurant I went to was "meh." My hubs and I decided to check out the food trucks primarily for the torta place but as we walked up, I was perusing their menu and the pics did have appetizing looking items. The man working there asked if I had any questions (I didn't) but then offered to give us samples of their meats. Just like that, I was ordering some Korean food. The meats were flavorful and tender; offering both a savory and sweet/savory option. I went "safe" with a kids meat and rice bowl and we also ordered the chicken nuggets. The nuggets were bomb. Watch out.. I'm a convert. The Philly cheesesteak is next on my list to try. It is a food truck so the ambiance is a park atmosphere but what a great asset to downtown Tigard.
