We got the Cajun spicy, level hot (highest) and it was delicious! We got mild at first and asked for spice on the side and they delivered a mini pot with just the sauce. First round was with mussles, shrimp (head on), and crawfish, with potatoes and corn as sides. We also had garlic bread and crab puffs. Second round was only clams and mussels. Excellent attentive service, chill vibe. Bob and gloves provided. Also loved that they had sinks in the main area so you didn’t have to go all the way to the bathroom or wait for anyone. Def will return! $38pp AYCE - great value for what you get. Their cheapest combo is $32 just protein, no sides included.

Google
Food wad good and for the price it's not a bad deal. A little skimpy on the crab but what we had was flavorful. Employees were helpful in placing a correct order. We ordered the $125 large combo and it's enough for 4. Even though we had ordered mild butter garlic it still had a bit of a kick to it.

This is my first time trying wow crab and was very excited to try the lobster roll. All reviews had their lobster rolls loaded. I requested they cut the roll in half so I could share it with my friend and this is what mine looked like. I can barely taste the lobster. $22 for a lobster roll with this little lobster is very unfair. I didn’t feel like I got the weight of my money with the other things I’ve ordered either.

This Christmas I wanted something special - a trendy seafood galore. I’ve debated between the 2 choices in Beaverton, but decided to go with the Asian streak. I came here with my mother and daughter, who all had differing tastes. Little one had garlic pasta, I went with truffle masago udon, garlic cheese chicken, while mom went for Option C with snow crab with medley of corn, potato, shrimp, and fresh clams. All this food was enough to feed one more person so we had decent left overs. All this for under $100 was absolute amazing deal, and flavors were spot on! 11/22/25 Today we retuned a year later with special friends. We went for the special feast and even with 5 people had left overs. The spicy and miso noodles made wonderful appetizers and seafood arrived in no time. Fresh crabs with lobster were scrumptious. We went for mild garlic flavor and had spicy on the side for anyone who can handle the heat. Little one is already two years old, and she loves the corn and garlic noodles. There are menu items at lower price point so hope to come here more often with friends and family. Service is top tier and we just love it here.

Google
Yummy !! Really nice service and delicious. Very clean dining experience. Got Combo C with bay seasoning medium spice And the shrimp was so good had to get another order of that. Juicy sweet shrimp. Great seasoning. If you like spice - skip the garlic butter. If you dont like spice, thats the one for you. Cant wait to go back 😊

Google
Nice new location. Looks clean and modern. Food was good. I had the spicy udon. It had real crab and a pleasant light heat. My partner had the lobster roll which was also very good. Will come back for a boil at another time.

Google
We ordered: -88$ package seafood boil -Lobster roll -Spicy creamy udon Everything was great until I tried the $18 creamy udon. No salt at all, no spice, I could only taste creaminess. I don’t think to worth $18 AT ALL and felt like we were cat fished with that one. Lobster roll was good but not great. It only reminded me of chicken salad with the dressing but their bun was buttery and amazing. It hits you in the end. The seafood boil was delicious. I had a stomach ache after eating here and I’m the type of person that has raw sushi for breakfast. Overall, not very impressed with the japanese dishes. I suggest sticking to seafood boil

Google
Loved the $60 crab tray. Lots of shrimp as well. Perfect for 2 people. We had it with the Old Bay seasoning...perfection. Plan to go back with other family members next week. Setting is great. Nothing was over cooked...which is a pet peeve of mine. They even have a wash basin close at hand for quick clean up. But the food....perfect. service quick and attentive. Bibs and mitts and tools all at the ready to dive in to some great crab! Go!

Yelp
We were looking for Dungeness crab during a trip to Portland and we were so happy to find this place! It's located in Bethany Village Shopping Center and there is plenty of parking. We went at 7 pm on a Tuesday night and there was no wait. The interior is clean and bright. They even have hand washing sinks in the seating area which is really convenient. This is a seafood boil with an Asian influence. They offer an AYCE option for big eaters. We got the Combo C and it was more than enough for 2 people. We also got the calamari which was crispy and really good. I ordered the garlic noodles which tasted so good with the shrimp! The crab was seasoned perfectly and so yummy. I know the seafood is the star, but I also enjoy the potatoes, sausage and corn. We'll definitely come back on our next visit!
google avatar

Tiffany L.

Yelp
Came around 730pm on a Saturday and was seated right away. We were surprised it wasn't busy. Love that they offer reservations through Yelp. We did the AYCE and thought it was worth it. You can do as many rounds as you want and can choose 3 appetizers, 5 seafood options, 3 sides for each round. We did two rounds for 4 of us and were full! The spice options are on the lower end, we did fiery and it was not spicy at all coming from people that love spicy food. Loved the lemon pepper wings, the parm wings were interesting as it was more of a sauce than actual parm cheese. The garlic noodles and garlic fries were also a hit

Yelp
I saw their AYCE special on IG for $38 and travelled 40 mins from the Eastside just to try this place out. I was eagerly anticipating my meal all day and the opportunity to pig out on some seafood. Once we arrived we were promptly seated in a nice dining room and the server explained the AYCE process that was honestly a bit confusing. We were surprised that when ordering we had to order 3 items out of the 5 options each round. The options were whole shrimp, peeled shrimp, clams, mussels, and crawfish. When our food arrived there was a disproportionate amount of shrimp and a much smaller portion of clams and crawfish. We got our fill of shrimp rather early but continued finishing our portion to not have any waste. The flavors were very mild relative to other crab boils I've had like at Hot and Juicy or Boiling Crab but we were fine with it since this is an AYCE. In the later rounds we ordered just clams and crawfish without any shrimp and were told we couldn't order anymore bc we didn't get 3 items. Wtf? How can you have a disclaimer to discourage food waste yet force us to order shrimp? It made no sense and it was surprising since all of my dining partners didn't understand their process. So we left not completely full and not feeling like we got our moneys worth. It felt deceptive to market this as AYCE but try to fill you up on shrimp.

Yelp
Great service, and everything came out pretty quick! Food is flavorful and everything is decently priced. I drove about 40 minutes for this, and it was definitely worth the drive - esp since I was craving a tasty seafood boil! The fries are a must get; super crispy and light!
google avatar

Diana X.

Yelp
The interior of this place is super nice and cute! We did the AYCE and it was nice that it was all one price, a little bit disappointing that the crab isn't a part of the AYCE. The wings were actually quite tasty as well and we ordered two orders of wings in addition to the two seafood boils we were able to get through! The sauces are relatively mild in flavor, we got medium on the old bay and it wasn't really very spicy. The garlic noodles could use some more flavor. The service was quick and friendly and we were able to ask for more gloves. Also, there is a sink to wash your hands in the restaurant and not in the restroom, which is super handy to have when you're eating seafood boil. Definitely would come back, I hope they continue the AYCE! Please add the crab!

Yelp
Love a good seafood boil so I had to find another one to try while visiting Portland. We ordered some garlic bread and calamari to start and some wow the crab combos. Garlic bread was great, but calamari just so so. Was also initially interested in their flavored lemonades but sadly not fresh fruits only juices added. Seafood boils were pretty good, but it's hard to find one that can beat my fav spot down in LA. Service was quick and friendly. Seems like a popular spot with locals. Great authentic flavors and big portions for the price. Happy we got to try it out!
google avatar

Yelp
I finally had their seafood boil. I got their garlic butter and $33 set. It had a good amount of clam, shrimp, muscles, it also had potatoes, sausages, and corn. The shellfish were nice, fatty and no sand. The shrimp were huge! The seasoning was good and was less salty than another restaurant. The potato and sausages were fine, the usual. The corn was good though, sweet and it soaked up all the flavors. I ordered take out so I was able to enjoy it at home and it was still very hot when I got home. I appreciated the double bagging inside a take out box to ensure that there wouldn't be any spills.

Yelp
It's Friday Night Date Night with Wife N. Tonight we headed down the Cajun route with an informal dinner at Wow the Crab. We started with crab puffs and gyoza. Both were quite tasty--definitely house-made and perfectly prepared. Mains arrived. We did the "Get Down and Messy" (basically seafood by the pound), with a pound each of snow crab legs and crawfish. Each can be flavored with several choices and spicing from mild to wild. Her crab legs were in garlic butter, mild. I went cajun "hot" (3/4). Those crab legs were delicious, and a pound is a pretty decent amount. Helpfully, scissors and crab cracking tools and forks were at the table. My crawfish were okay. They really didn't have a lot of flavor infused into them, it was all the seasoning on the outside and in the plate. I'm kind of used to cajun hot being...hot. This was "Portland Hot," which is to say...isn't really. It was..."warm"...but really didn't leave much heat. I should have gone 4/4 on the spicing. I've had better crawfish boil at home. On the crab, a pound is great for an average eater. On the crawfish, there's a much higher shell-to-meat ratio, and I found myself still quite hungry after consuming the lot which was roughly 4 ounces of actual meat. Capped off with a Tonkotsu ramen which was entirely respectable. Apps: 4.5* Crawfish: 3* Crab: 5* Ramen: 3.5* Definitely going back, but I'll do the crab next time. There's plenty to choose from here.

Yelp
Went in on Halloween the place was empty but I love seafood and the instagram made it look good so figured give a it a try and it was so good for the king crab legs a lobster tail corn and potato def hope to be back we are out of town if you like it flavorful spicy hot or fiery is what I recommend

Yelp
I came here for dinner one day and had a great time. We had to wait a little bit, so I recommend making reservations if you can! The inside of the restaurant is bright and clean with lots of seating for parties of different sizes. Staff is very friendly. I made my own combo from their "Make it Messy" category and loved it. I was able to choose the different seafood, meats, and veggies that I wanted in my combo and the flavor and spice level. The food was flavorful and the seafood was plump. Had a great time and I think this is a pretty good spot for seafood boil!

Yelp
Wow, the crab? WOW, the service was f-ing horrible. Saw on TikTok & drove 30 min to try. We walked into straight confusion. No hostess or stand. We walked passed several tables to what seemed to be the front counter. Waited awkwardly for a minute when a worker finally appeared & looked at us silently with a blank stare as we asked if we could seat ourselves. He said nothing & went & talked to another worker who came out. The 2nd guy pointed us to a table & walked away. We had to track down our menus. I've never seen a menu with so many rules, terms, & conditions, such as, "$15/lb food waste fee" on an all-you-can-eat menu. Waiter finally came & took our order, & that's when the rules became contradictory & confusing. The menu says $38 per person for all-you-can-eat, & "everyone at the table has to order all-you-can-eat." We tried to place our orders individually, but he told us it was family-style & one order for the table - but again, the menu says per person. We said we were confused about how it works & what the rules mean, but he just repeated that it was family-style. We reluctantly ordered, he went away, & we continued to discuss our confusion. After being confused af & still getting no clarification, we asked to cancel our order, he said yeah with no hesitation & he walked away. The only thing we were served at this restaurant was, "WOW, F*** this place." P.S. Bag O' Crab doesn't have confusing menus & even have waiter robots to bring your food out.

Yelp
Glove up, bib up, stretch your wrists, and get ready to start cracking! The latest foodie craze in Portland definitely lives up to the hype, and Wow the Crab is delivering on the promise of fresh and flavorful seafood. There's a number of combo options to best fit your appetite and party's size. It's expensive but I think totally worth the dollars. Kind of ashamed to admit that the roasted potatoes were my favorite thing on the combo platter since I don't really have the patience to peel all the shrimps and crabs, but I also did love the mussels in there too. The "Old Bay" seasoning is a bit too salty for my taste. The Cajun is pretty good but be careful with the spiciness. We got the spiciest one and it definitely had me sweating through at least an entire stack of napkins. It was too spicy to appreciate any other flavors and I wouldn't recommend going that hard. Honestly, some of the not boil items were the best things we had. The Lobster Roll is fantastic and the hot pot soups are also delicious. I really dug the interior design too. Plenty of space inside between the tables, the designs and lighting were striking but not gaudy, and the best thing of all: hand washing stations in the lobby! I'll definitely be coming back. Not often that you have fun while eating but there's something super satisfying of eating with your hands and sharing a huge platter with friends and family.
google avatar

Rachel Y.

Yelp
Probably one of the freshest seafood cajun place in the Portland metro area. The place is cozy and there may be a wait time during dinner rush hour. I initially ordered a mild Cajun spice but figured the sauce doesn't have a kick to it as expected. Asked for more sauce and the flavor hits just right. Staff is friendly and happy to accommodate. I especially enjoyed there were few sinks available at the restaurants to wash hands after meal.
google avatar

Andrew A.

Yelp
I've finally come to the realization that lobster rolls are overrated. That said, WtC offers a worthy version at a fair portion and price. For those who complain about the latter you'd be hard pressed to find it for less in the Northwest. This isn't Maine, and there is no budget lobster. Fries come with the rolls, but unfortunatly they're topped with a spice which seems to be the trend. The buttered roll is quite good. Pro tip: you might be tempted to go for variety by ordering both the lobster and crab roll, but know the taste is very similar when eaten side-by-side. I'm not a fan of cardboard boxes when eating outside on the premises. Bethany continues to raise the bar, this is a great addition to the other offerings in the area. The young owner was friendly and set up outside seating for us.

Yelp
New seafood boil spot in town! We got the snow crab and shrimp with Cajun seasoning. The flavors were good, very garlicky and well seasoned. I wished the flavors seeped through to the seafood more. It kind of just sits there, but it was still good so 4/5 stars. Service was decent, but hopefully will see improvements as they had just opened.
google avatar

Stephanie D.

Yelp
Cute spot, but pretty small for a seafood boil place, but was able to get seated right away. The boil was alright. The clams and mussels were good, but the shrimp was def on the smaller side. We got a side of sausage added and it came with 3 small pieces, definitely not worth getting an add on. We got Cajun spicy, flavor was okay, it was definitely missing something. But will say it was spicy! Garlic fries did not have any garlic on it. Pretty disappointing.
google avatar

Jon P.

Yelp
Le sigh. Another recommended spot by my wife's coworker and another place fell short of expectations. We got our order to go; we got a pound of shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes but they forgot the sausage. The flavor was surprisingly lacking and was not even spicy (we got medium spice). The fries were ok, wish it was fried more with more Cajun seasoning. The highlight was the corn, idk how that was so flavorful.
google avatar

Anita L.

Yelp
Food was not good and sauces just used to cover what could be spoiled seafood. Service was good
google avatar

Bobby W.

Yelp
Final rating is a 4.5 primarily due to price and value. Prices are comparable to other Cajun crab/crab boil type places but slightly higher in some aspects. Consider this a crab boil place that is Asian influenced. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance 4/5 We ordered the "Wow the Combo C", garlic noodle, garlic bread, spicy creamy udon, and an extra lb of peeled shrimp. I thought the Cajun sauce here was very good. Better than boiling crab and other crab places I've been. Enough to pack the leftover seasoning home so I could use that in other dishes. Definitely get the peeled shrimp imo. It's worth the extra cost. Mixed with the Cajun sauce, the peeled shrimp is really solid. Enough to make our group get more. The garlic noodle was a solid aldente and had good garlic flavor. One of the better ones I've had in the Portland area. The portion of the noodles is in a smaller bowl. The spicy creamy udon was spot on with flavor and noodle texture. Definitely recommend this dish. The restaurant is Chinese canto run so while they may not be as attentive in refilling waters (especially because you can tell they are pretty busy at new opening), just raise your hand and get their attention and they will serve right away. Would come back again!
google avatar

Jonathan Y.

Yelp
We only got the lobster roll to try briefly because we just got back from San Diego and we're still craving lobster rolls. The pick up was really quick from order about 10 minutes from the phone call and it was ready on the lobster roll. Had a fair amount of meat and really enjoyed the mayonnaise mixture that it was in. The restaurant wasn't super busy for a Friday dinner time and was very bright . The boil smells all over the restaurant were amazing. Overall was pleased, especially since the lobster was only $18 and excited to try to see boil in the future .
google avatar

Deb K.

Yelp
We both ordered the mystery pot. One with miso and ramen, the other with Kim chee and udon. Waiting for the egg to cook, after the soup started to boil, made us both hungrier! The trick was to add a little air pocket using our chopsticks. My husband's egg never cooked so he dug it out. Both soups were very tasty and overall we thought the pots were a good lunch!
google avatar

Bexx K.

Yelp
I ordered the supreme pot with udon and miso broth. It was so delicious, I loved the hot bubbling pot. The seafood inside was fresh, the udon was soft, and the broth was hearty. Not a bad price for what you get either!
google avatar

Valerie D.

Yelp
This place is a must try for those who like seafood boils! Located in the new area of Bethany village. It is a smaller place, but definitely did not disappoint! For starters we got calamari and it was very tasty and definitely recommend! I also got the peach tea as a drink and it was so refreshing. For the main course we got the super feast combo. Good size, can feed about 2-3 people. Their menu had many other options and foods and I will definitely be back to try more!
google avatar

Jason H.

Yelp
Tried Wow the Crab recently. There was no wait, and the staff was friendly, which made for a smooth start. The seasoning was definitely the highlight--flavorful and well done. Unfortunately, the crab legs were underwhelming. They didn't have much meat and lacked that juicy, satisfying texture you'd expect. Overall, it was an okay experience. Not bad, but not something I'd go out of my wa
google avatar

Rodney N.

Yelp
My wife and I go to many seafood boil locations and Wow the Crab is in the upper portion of them all. It seems newish and very clean which we like and did not smell fishy like some other places do. We were there when every table was full so service was a little slow and not really friendly but not a negative experience overall. It did take them from 5 to 4 stars. My favorite part of the visit was the snow crab. They were nice and fat so we feasted. The shrimp with no head were also very fat n delicious. We ordered the garlic butter flavor mild and will probably get it a little spicier next time. If we are in that neighborhood again, we would not hesitate to visit here again.
google avatar

Michelle V.

Yelp
Definitely room for improvement since they just opened. We got garlic noodles. Ok. On the dry side Wings. Cajun seasoning had a 5 spice taste to it. So eh. Thai flavor hot pot, mystery pot. 0/10 it needs major work. We didn't even eat it and not picture worthy either. Bland. We didn't even want to take it home to make it better. Seafood boil flavor was 7/10 Cajun Medium, Service was ok. They should double check their orders when coming out, we witnessed a table next us have their orders messed up. And didn't come back around for a while for us. So we had to tell another waiter we were missing items.
google avatar

Bryan K.

Yelp
Came here after some friends caught wind of it on Instagram. I think Wow the Crab was a good experience. The service was quick and they were friendly. The boil was good, I think that it could have used some more meat in it for the price we paid. Even if it is just sausage or something to fill it. The utensils they give you for the crab leave a lot to be desired. Two crackers for 7 people was pretty short handed. Also no tools to cut the shells or push the meat. I did appreciate that the restaurant had sinks in the dining area. It was very well thought out and functional decor.
google avatar

Steve A.

Yelp
Came across this place from Instagram. If you're looking for a seafood boil, I would recommend checking out Wow The Crab. I would recommend making a reservation to make sure you have a table. Choose your flavor and spice level carefully. I recommend the old bay flavor at level 2 spice. That's a safe base. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Enjoy!
google avatar

Ricardo V.

Yelp
Food tasted good, as much as any other crab joint! A bit over priced on the sides compared to portion ratio. Good service and and cute interior.
google avatar

Johnny C.

Yelp
Lobster on a hot dog bun = $20 lobster roll. Low quality, high prices here. The location is the best part of this restaurant

Tony R.

Yelp
Welp... let me tell you about this place... ABSOLUTE!!! walked in and was greeted promptly.. is wasnt busy at all and it was clean... menu was very simple to read... we order our food and within 10mins we were served with what i can only describe as a masterpiece of deliciousness.!! The flavor was dancing smoothly and we ate to our hearts content. We ordered the big meal thinking it would be enough for 2 and we still had leftovers for another meal. The portion sizes are huge and i would recommend ordering on tge size of your party. But.... leftovers aint a bad thing either... definately going back!!
google avatar

Tracey S.

Yelp
Attentive service and a lobster roll that was perfectly cooked! My husband got the mayo version and I got the butter. Both were outstanding. Bonus points for crispy, flavorful fries on the side. Will be back soon.
google avatar

Rachel P.

Yelp
Brought my little sister here with me, while she was here visiting Oregon. Had the BEST experience. Not too busy, VERY clean, good portion of food. Overall 10/10. Also staff was very sweet.
google avatar

Lisa M.

Yelp
We have ordered the crab udon and one with truffle too. They were so delicious. Simple diner and great service. Definitely will go again and try the seafood broil. Bright and clean diner. Worth a try.
google avatar

Michelle B.

Yelp
The food was abundant, flavorful, and amazing. The service was fast and friendly. The place was small, but neat and clean. Great vibe!
google avatar

Isaac S.

Yelp
The food was so good! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant had lots of space and nice ambience. My kids had a good time and enjoyed their food (egg noodles and french fries). Will definitely visit again.

Michelle H.

Yelp
My son goes to school at LSU, so he is missing his crawfish boils. The food was well prepared and quick. He was sad the crawfish was frozen, not live, but he ate it all! Ambiance is a little stark but it's Bethany, so...wait staff is attentive.
google avatar

Sue G.

Yelp
Craving a crab boil I was delighted to discover Wow the Crab in my neighborhood! Met a friend and we were both really happy with our crab, shrimp, clams, potato, corn, and sausage. We chose Old Bay seasoning and medium heat (thankfully we didn't go any hotter as this was plenty). I just hope more people find this little gem to keep them in business here! Can't wait for next time!

Gilberto D.

Yelp
Food display as awesome and nice, although I would prefer a bag for my food to come in so I have somewhere to toss my scraps otherwise the food was delicious. Great service from the workers coming around every 5 min asking how it is going offering refills and needed napkins! It's nice and clean inside furniture is comfortable and they even have a handwashing station if needed! Def coming back again!
google avatar

Brandy E.

Yelp
Such amazing boil! It was well prepared and superbly seasoned! So damn tasty! Very delicious!

Jenn L.

Yelp
Went with my family and it really was great first time experience. We all loved the taste and food quality for the garlic butter. The clams were the best!

Loopy S.

Yelp
The best sea food boil in Portland. We have had sea food boils from Vegas, Los Angeles, Seattle, to San Jose and this is by far the top 5%. Seafoods are generous sized. Service is kind and attentive. Plenty of napkins forks and spoon. The double front sinks are the best amenities. Easy to use automated sinks nice and sparkling clean every time we are there. I pray and hope they stay forever. Price is very fair. Seasoning is perfect and generous with lots of herbs and spices. We ordered crabs, clams, mussels, and shrimps. They got great combo pots for family values meal. Not watery at all. Maybe a little bit less on the oil would be perfect. 5 stars

Anthony T.

Yelp
Really nice staff. Food was quite delicious! Very comparable if not better than Bag-O-Crab!

Cathy C.

Yelp
The seasonings were really delicious and the right amount of spice level. Shrimp were perfectly cooked and the corn was excellent.
google avatar

Erin C.

Yelp
Food was good (very tasty). We got a crab roll and Udon. Portions were a little small for the price, luckily we weren't super hungry. Happy to have a place like this nearby.
google avatar

Faith C.

Yelp
I so wanted to like this place. I'm a huge seafood lover and we ordered a lot of different dishes but everything smelled super fishy and not in the fresh way. We ended up taking a few bites then tossing the rest away. Service was very friendly. Just disappointed. Bethany Village is screaming for better places to dine out

Krisoliver S.

Yelp
We enjoyed the food experience here. The ambiance was nice and very clean. Definitely coming back for the Cajun seafood and mussels!
google avatar

Tripp L.

Yelp
I would reconsider coming back because the ambience was a bit small didn't feel like a crab house . The service was ok. The Asian dude sewed a. Bit aggravated when I asked for box to go. The portion of food was good . Enough for two people that don't eat seafood a lot. The food itself needed for flavor to whatever seasoning we picked. I picked . spicy level but it was hardly any spice. Not sure if I would go back when I'm back in Portland.
google avatar

Ashley R.

Yelp
Not my favorite seafood boil spot that I've gone to and I've been to plenty. For the price and quality that you get there's better places in town. The service was fine. It wasn't too busy when we went but I don't think we'll be coming back.
