Five stars for perfect looking collards. Just bought at our local Walmart, rinsed them as normal for me ( three rinses ) removed stems, rolled them and cut them. I will be cooking them like my southern grandma taught me many years ago & I will update the taste ASAP. Beautiful & fresh looking so I’m impressed so far. Update: wonderful tasty greens. No bitterness at all.

I’m giving this four stars because address is not right, Google takes you to a farm far away and truck GPS takes you like 300 feet away. Is a place very wide, easy to park and allows you overnight. People vary nicely so far!

Bad experience. They rejected a whole TL of produce, stating the temperature was out of range. We have had to get to TK and do a temperature record download. Everything was fine. Got back, They received the product next day. Spent 2 days and extra $200 . Nobody reimbursed, no layover or detention.

Have been buying the shredded collards for years. Recently they have started putting so many stems in the bag ( I guess to make weight.) I literally have to go through and pick the stems out.

We buy these at Trader Joe’s. Add salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, squeeze one half fresh lemon for dressing. Delicious!!
